    Get PDF
This research aims to investigate the impact of cyberloafing and organisational commitment on the performance of employees in the Department of Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land Affairs of Kuningan District (Dinas et al.), as well as to gain an understanding of the moderating influence of self-control in the relationship between cyberloafing and organisational commitment on employee performance. This research is motivated by frequent cases where employees engage in cyberloafing, negatively affecting their performance. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method, utilising a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Using the random sampling method, the research sample consists of 70 randomly selected department employees. The SPSS program is used to analyse the data in this research. The research results indicate a negative and significant influence between cyberloafing and employee performance, while organisational commitment positively influences employee performance. Additionally, the test of the interaction of self-control as a moderator in the relationship between cyberloafing and organisational commitment on employee performance shows that self-control weakens the influence of cyberloafing on employee performance. In conclusion, individuals with high levels of self-control can reduce potentially harmful negative actions

The Influence of The Critical Thinking Approach on The Doomsday Faith Material on the Attitude of Hubblullah (Love of God) For Grade IX Students of SMP Pustek Serpong Kota Tangsel In 2023

Indoctrinative learning approaches are still widely used by PAI teachers. According to Aceng Kosasih, PAI material is static-dogmatic in nature, especially material related to faith, so that learning that is oriented towards critical thinking is irrelevant. The material on faith until the day it ends, for example, is the lecture method that dominates it. This is very impressive considering that religious material should not only express beliefs without a true rationale. On the other hand, the learning approach can function as a tool to understand the material without changing the principles of the faith. The aim of this research is to try to develop a learning approach based on critical thinking in fostering understanding of the material on faith until the Day of Judgment and testing its effectiveness in improving the hubbullah attitude of class IX junior high school students. This type of research is a pre-experimental model with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique used for qualitative data is the Miles and Huberman model, while for quantitative data the Paired Sample T Test is used which is equipped with an N-Gain calculation to see the level of increase in hubbullah's attitude. The results of the application can be taught very well and are representative in increasing understanding and fostering students' hubbullah attitudes. This can be seen from the PAI teacher assessment showing a percentage of 100%. The influence of the critical thinking approach can be observed from the results of the Paired Sample T test with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 with a comparison value of 7.754 > 2.042 ttab which means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Regarding the increase in hubbullah's attitude, it can be seen from the calculation of N-Gain = 0.35 with the improvement category being "medium

Stunting is a condition in the development of toddlers due to malnutrition characterized by a height below average, and the consequence if a toddler is affected by stunting is that it hurts the child's cognitive development and causes generative diseases in adulthood. Presidential Decree No. 72 of 2021 concerning the acceleration of reducing stunting is a form of the government's seriousness in dealing with stunted toddlers. This research uses the K-Means algorithm method, which calculates data using RapidMiner software, looking for differences in the number of stunting data cluster members in 2019-2020 and 2021-2022. There are changes in provincial data in each cluster after comparison. The high cluster, initially three provinces, became nine, and the low cluster, initially 10, became 7. The average percentage of each high cluster in 2019-2020 compared to 2021-2022 experienced a decrease of 9.264%, and for the medium cluster, it experienced a decrease of 5.13%, and for the low cluster, there was a decrease of 3.736%

Risk Analysis of E-Procurement Process of EPC Construction Project Based On Risk Management

    Get PDF
EPC project performance is affected by the relation between work processes. E-procurement implemented as a tool to mitigate procurement process risk gives a positive effect and residual risk that needs to be managed further. This research aims to analyze the e-procurement process risk and identify the root causes of critical risks.  Data is collected using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and a questionnaire by 41 e-procurement practitioners from 5 (five) Indonesian construction state-owned enterprises (BUMN). There are 116 risks identified from 22 e-procurement steps, of which three risks are determined as critical risks based on Risk Priority Number analysis, with delay of material requisition document as the highest RPN risk. Fault Tree Analysis identifies that several failure modes, such as miscalculation, misallocation of workforce, and payment issues cause the critical risk. Preparing an in-house engineering team to support the calculation process can mitigate two critical risks at the same time. Risk mitigation causes a residual risk that needs further assessment to determine the proper response

Along with the development of the construction service industry today, which is increasingly complex, construction service actors must carry out better project management so that the planned design can be realised properly. Before carrying out a construction project, the parties will agree on a legal basis in the form of a letter of agreement or a contract. In the execution of construction contracts, sometimes there are differences in interpretation and other things that can cause claims or claims. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the potential risk factors of claims on construction contracts, what are the variables of potential claim risk on construction contracts, what are the variables of claims-forming models, what are the causes of risks in model-forming variables and what are the improvement recommendations produced in this study. The data collection method for this questionnaire was obtained by distributing the questionnaire three times. The results to be achieved in this study are to be able to determine the potential risks of what factors and variables can cause construction claims (first questionnaire), find out the variables of the claim-forming model (second questionnaire), and find out the causes of risk in the model-forming variables (third questionnaire). By knowing the level of influence of factors and variables, conclusions can be drawn about what needs to be anticipated in construction claims. Thus, appropriate recommendations are given to the West Papua Provincial Government to regulate the articles in the contract in more detail to minimise the potential for construction claim

    Get PDF
Al-Thaqalayn, an Islamic term denoting the Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt, is a fundamental resource for comprehending Islamic teachings and teachings. Extensive research has been devoted to Hadiths that pertain to al-Thaqalayn within the Islamic tradition. This article presents an analysis of the Hadith of al-Thaqalayn, focusing on examining and validating the Sanad and Matan traditions associated with al-Thaqalayn to determine their authenticity and reliability. The takhrij technique entails scrutinizing the text of Hadith al-Thaqalayn by focusing on the passages that are infrequently employed. The findings indicate that the Sanad (chain of narrators) of the Hadith of al-Thaqalayn is classified as Dha'īf (weak) due to the presence of narrators who engage in tables (concealing the identity of their sources) and others who have been deemed unreliable. Upon examining the content of the Hadith, it becomes evident that Hadith al-Thaqalayn is in harmony with the Quran, does not conflict with the more authoritative Hadith, is based on rational thinking, and possesses a framework that accurately conveys the teachings of the Prophet
