The effectiveness of Google Forms in assessing and evaluating online learning outcomes: Meta-analysis study
Get PDFThe use of Google Forms as a learning tool in certain subjects is massively used in several schools because of its efficiency. This research aims to identify, classify, and observe literature, synthesize several studies that have been carried out, analyze the contributions that have been made, and propose related research updates. This study uses a methodology supported by a research approach, documentation, and procedural models from systematic literature review and data analysis using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study show the effectiveness of Google Forms on the assessment and eval_uation of student learning outcomes, which from the table has proven that there are 36 studies (90%) that agree that the use of Google Forms has a positive or effective influence on success in assessing and eval_uating learning outcomes. This conclusion underscores the importance of digital marketing in the modern technology era. Digital marketing allows businesses to effectively reach global audiences through social media, SEO, and content. In this study, it was seen that a good digital strategy can increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. By utilizing proper data analysis, companies can optimize their digital marketing campaigns for better results. In conclusion, digital marketing is the key to winning the competition in an increasingly competitive market
Direction for Physical Arrangement of Slums in Coastal Areas (Case Study: Liem Hie Djung Area, North Nunukan Village, Nunukan Regency)
Get PDFThe process of urban development is always faced with various kinds of problems. One of the most important problems is the limited ability of cities to provide housing for residents who continue to grow and grow rapidly. The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out the extent of the level of slums in the Coastal Area around Liem Hie Djun, (2) To find out the correlation between the factors causing slums to the level of slums, and (3) To formulate directions for the arrangement of physical buildings of houses and the arrangement of basic infrastructure of the residential environment in the research area so that a residential environment with healthy and good environmental quality is realized. This research method uses the Spearman correlation method, and (3) The results of these two analyses are used as inputs in efforts to organize the slum environment, using the development analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it was found that the level of slums in RT 9 and RT 10 is heavy slums with weighting values of 374.8 and 328.5, respectively. Meanwhile, RT 11 is included in the category of medium slum level with a weighting value of 297. The results of the correlation analysis showed that the indicators of the level of health and comfort of buildings and environmental sanitation conditions had a perfect relationship that affected the level of slums. In RT 9, the level of health and comfort of buildings has a strong relationship affecting the level of slums
Data Security and Access Rights Management on Anime Content Management Information System

The Anime Content Management Information System (SIPKA) requires a robust security mechanism to protect user data, content and access rights in order to prevent security threats such as unauthorized access, data theft and content manipulation. This study discusses various methods and technologies that can be applied to improve data security and access rights management in SIPKA. Through literature analysis and case studies, this research found that implementing data encryption, multifactor authentication, and role-based access rights management (RBAC) systems are effective strategies in maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide guidance for SIPKA developers and managers in implementing appropriate security policies and technology to ensure the security and operational continuity of the system
Exploration of Youtuber Business Models as an Additional Reference for Current Professional Opportunities
Get PDFThis research explores the opportunities for YouTubers' digital workers today. The existence of opportunities to earn income from the YouTube platform in the form of AdSense, as well as other income opportunities that are open because of being a YouTuber makes people want to engage in this digital worker. Either as a side job or as a main job. No research explores the current YouTuber business model, making this research important to be used as an additional reference for those who want to become YouTubers. This research applies a qualitative method whose goal is to explore information in depth. With in-depth interviews with 2 big YouTubers and 2 beginner YouTubers as well as Employees of the Directorate General of Taxes, the author found that currently, the work of YouTubers is not as prospective as it used to be, because the competition between YouTubers is very tight, and the regulations imposed by YouTube related to AdSense are also felt by informants. In conclusion, to start a career as a content creator on YouTube, and then make it your main income for now seems less recommended. Apart from the fact that there are many YouTubers, it means that the red ocean or competition is saturated, also the adsense received turns out to be "change", to collect just 100 dollars can be a year as experienced by Susanto who currently has 18.8 thousand subscribers
Administrative Violations and Process Disputes in the 2020 Regional Head Election of Bandar Lampung City

However, in the stage mechanism there are Systematic and Massive Structured violations according to the findings of the Lampung Provincial Bawaslu based on reports followed up by the Lampung Provincial Bawaslu. The purpose of this study is to find the factors that cause administrative violations in the 2020 Regional Elections in Bandar Lampung City based on Law Number 10 of 2016, explain cases of administrative violations of the Regional Elections related to process disputes and disputes over results, and analyze the process of resolving administrative violations of the Regional Elections against disputes over processes and disputes over results. The research method in writing this thesis is doctrinal law research with a method of collecting data from literature studies to answer problems which then the results are expected to aim at providing solutions or suggestions to overcome problems. Departing from the discussion, disputes over the election administration process and disputes over the results of the Regional Elections are the root of the problem in the 2020 Regional Head Election in Bandar Lampung City. The solution offered is the regulation of the 2020 Regional Elections based on Law Number 10 of 2016 regulating the implementation of the Regional Elections under normal circumstances, meaning that the Covid-19 pandemic has not occurred

Get PDFThis research aims to explore the effectiveness of the humanistic learning approach with the Among method in improving teacher performance in the Lumajang Regency Education and Culture Office. The humanistic approach, which puts students at the center of the learning process, is expected to increase teacher involvement, motivation, and competence in managing the classroom and developing student potential. The research method used is a qualitative case study, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The results showed that the Among approach significantly improved teachers' performance in terms of creativity, emotional engagement, and managerial ability. The study also identified some limitations and provided recommendations for further research. In conclusion, the application of humanistic learning with the Among method can be an effective model for improving teacher performance and education quality in Lumajang Regency
Utilization of BIM Technology, Autocad Software, and Sketch Up in Architectural Design Drawings
Get PDFArchitecture is a science that studies designing a building by applying 3 principles, namely strength, function, and beauty. A building generally consists of a form or pattern in the form of 2 dimensions, for example, the floor plane, the ceiling plane, and others, and the shape/form consists of the shape/shape of a volume (3 dimensions), for example, the space in the building. In designing a building, an architect who is an expert in the field of architecture is needed. This study uses a descriptive method to find out how to make design drawing documents by utilizing BIM technology, AutoCAD software, and SketchUp. The results show that BIM technology, AutoCAD software, and Sketch can produce architectural design drawings more efficiently in terms of time, and cost and produce more accurate image quality. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the results show that the use of BIM technology, AutoCAD software, and sketch-up in architectural design can produce architectural design drawings more efficiently in terms of time, and cost and produce more accurate image quality

The number of bad records regarding the management of the Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) and the large number of generations of Indonesian Muslims who are illiterate of the Qur'an seems to be caused by a lack of knowledge of the Qur'an and implementing learning management properly and correctly. This study aims to describe learning management in the Al-Qur'an Al-Hilal Education Park Malang. This research uses qualitative or field. The results obtained in the learning planning stage are held monthly between the management and the ustadz/ustadzah. In organizing learning, learning grouping activities consist of TPQ al-Hilal consisting of group division, division of guardians and group assistants, compiling, student entrance schedules, learning implementation times, determining the material to be taught, and choosing the method used. In the implementation of learning, it consists of 3 stages of learning, namely introduction, core, and closing. In the evaluation of learning at TPQ al-Hilal, there are two evaluations: monthly and annual. The learning used the UMMI Qur'an method and added creative archery, coloring, or calligraphy activities
Inheritance in Balinese Customary Law: Dynamics and Its Linkage With Hindu Law
Get PDFThe inheritance system in Balinese customary inheritance law is known as the kapurusa system. This kapurusa system is patrilineal and is inspired by Hinduism. The issuance of the Decree of Pasamuhan Agung MUDP Bali Province in 2010 was an initial milestone in the change in the mindset of granting inheritance rights to girls and boys who married nyentana or married out with their wives. Therefore, it is necessary to research the dynamics of inheritance according to Balinese customary inheritance law and its relationship with Hindu law regarding inheritance. Using empirical-normative legal research methods, the findings in this research are the development of a shift in thinking that only sons have the right to inherit the gunakaya or wealth of their parents, which has begun to be seen from the existence of financial gifts or bequests which were previously not done by many people. Parents to their daughters or sons who are getting married is illegal, but now it is common practice. The connection between Hindu law and Balinese customary inheritance law in the field of inheritance can be seen from adopting the kapurusa or patrilineal system in Hindu law. This study examines the philosophical perspective of science concerning ontology, epistemology, methodology, and axiology. The research method employed is a literature review to explore the development of research on relationship quality. Mapping previous research from 2016 to 2023 provides insights into the latest trends related to the concept of relationship quality in the domain of online marketing. The results identify information sharing, online relationship bonds, and customer experience as antecedent variables of relationship quality, while the consequence variables include the intention to co-create brand value.
