Enhancing Knowledge Sharing on Social Media: The Role of Functionalities in User Engagement and Information Quality
This study investigates functionalities on social media platforms that promote effective knowledge sharing, focusing on information quality and user engagement. A systematic literature review (SLR) was conducted to analyze relevant research. The findings reveal that functionalities like content creation and curation tools, user interaction and feedback mechanisms, community building and gamification elements, and knowledge filtering and recommendation systems all contribute to a positive knowledge-sharing environment. These functionalities empower users to create high-quality content, engage in discussions that refine information, and discover trustworthy sources. The study highlights the potential of social media platforms for knowledge sharing but acknowledges that the effectiveness of functionalities can vary depending on the platform and audience. Future research is recommended to explore the most impactful functionalities in specific contexts and the interplay between functionalities, user behavior, and information quality

Effectiveness of Child Protection Laws in Cases of Sexual Abuse of Minors
Sexual abuse of minors is a serious problem that affects children's physical, psychological, and social development. The Child Protection Law in Indonesia, which is regulated in Law No. 35 of 2014, aims to protect children from violence, including sexual abuse. However, the implementation of this law still faces various challenges, both in terms of understanding law enforcement officials and obstacles in legal procedures that are not child-friendly. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Child Protection Law in handling cases of sexual abuse of minors in Indonesia. The research method used is a normative legal research method, which focuses on laws and regulations, literature, and documents related to child protection. The results show that although this law provides a clear legal basis, the main challenges lie in the lack of understanding of law enforcement officials, legal procedures that are not sensitive to victims, and lack of coordination between related agencies. In conclusion, to increase the effectiveness of law implementation, it is necessary to conduct training for law enforcement officials, improve coordination between institutions, and empower communities and educational institutions. With these steps, it is hoped that the protection of children can be more optimal

The Use of Taro as A Potato Substitute and The Addition of Aglio Olio Sauce in The Manufacture of Gnocchi
This research aims to explore the utilization of taro as a substitute for potatoes in making gnocchi and the addition of aglio olio sauce to enhance taste and texture. The research findings indicate that taro can be used as a substitute for potatoes with a relatively high level of acceptability. The addition of aglio olio sauce also enhances the overall taste and aroma of gnocchi. This research contributes to the development of innovative and sustainable food products, offering a new perspective on the utilization of lesser-used plants in the culinary industry. This research is an experimental study. Taro was chosen as the raw material because, although it has many benefits and is underutilized, it has a high nutritional value. The organoleptic test of the taro utilization as a substitute for potatoes and the addition of aglio olio sauce in the production of gnocchi was conducted using a Likert scale from 1 to 5, with higher values indicating better quality. The panel consisted of 20 members of the public, with an equal number of men and women and an average age of 30 years. They were randomly selected and had no special skills in the culinary field. The product received good ratings in terms of sensory taste, such as spicy, sweet, sour, savory, and general. The findings of this study are that the optimal process of utilizing taro as a substitute for potatoes and adding aglio olio sauce in the production of gnocchi requires a series of meticulous and efficient steps. From the soaking and cleaning stages to the serving stage, each step must be carefully executed to ensure the quality of the final product
Optimization of Industrial Machine Balancing Processes for Fastening Precision and Efficiency
Balancing merupakan bagian sangat penting untuk proses yang digunakan Balancing is a very important part of the process used to adjust or balance equipment or mechanical components so that they operate stably and efficiently. Balancing machines are very important for maintaining optimal screw conveyor performance, and reducing screw conveyor noise or vibrations which can disrupt the quality of machine performance. This is one of the reasons for balancing the machine, it can experience vibrations which can cause a decrease in the quality of the machine's performance and also if left for a long period of time, these vibrations can damage other parts of the screw conveyor and cause excessive vibrations or unbalance of the machine. The balancing test method is using a HOFMAN HL-28 machine, in this test the screw conveyor tool is placed in the balancing machine then input data on the monitor with balancing parameters Rotor Wight: 1000.00 Kg, Balancing Test Speed: 149 RPM, Operation Speed: 300 RPM, Tolerance Plane 1 : 125,517, and Tolerance Plane 2 : 125,517 g. The results of the research obtained an initial unbalance left plan of 602 grams at an angle of 57.30, a right plan of 413 grams at an angle of 101.50, then the final unbalance was obtained for a left plan of 24 grams at an angle of 83.20, a right plan of 23 grams at an angle of 86.60. By conducting this research, it was found that the screw conveyor was suitable for use so that it could minimize vibration and damage to the screw motor
Destination Management Organization (DMO) Policy Analysis of Sustainable Tourism in the 10 Countries with the Best Tourism in the Travel & Tourism Development Index
Good tourism management will improve the welfare of the community in the tourism destination area. The relationship between the competitiveness of tourist destinations will have an impact on sustainable tourism. The purpose of creating competitiveness is to gain and expand market share, both domestic and international, by participating in ensuring that the availability of resources to support tourism is used efficiently and sustainably. Along with the demands of sustainable tourism competitiveness, especially in ASEAN countries, it shows that competitiveness and sustainability have a mutual and supportive relationship. Therefore, a DMO (Destination Management Organization) institution is needed that has the function of leading and coordinating destination elements (attractions, amenities, accessibility) and a sustainable environment
Prediction of Stock Industry Sectors Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) based on Financial Statements with the Random Forest Method
This research aims to predict the stock industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) based on financial reports using the Random Forest method. The dataset used in this research includes financial data from companies listed on the IDX in the period 2010 to 2022. The data processing process includes data cleaning, handling class imbalance with oversampling techniques using SMOTE, and feature scaling using StandardScaler. The Random Forest model is used to classify companies into appropriate industry sectors. The eval_uation results show that the model has good performance with an overall accuracy of 80.21%. Several classes showed very good performance, such as the Financials class with precision of 95.24%, recall of 100%, and F-1 score of 97.56%. However, there are also classes that show lower performance, such as the Healthcare class with a precision of 51.61% and an F-1 score of 61.54%. The confusion matrix indicates that the model is able to identify most classes accurately, although there are several classes with prediction errors
