    Analysis of The Causes of Delays and Overbudget And Mitigation To Overcome Them In PT.WER Construction Projects

    This study discusses variables that affect delays and overbudget in construction projects at PT. WER. Taking the approach of multiple linear regression analysis and the Relative Important Index (RII), this study shows that the most influential variables for delay and overbudget involve unavailability of manpower, changes in the behavior of the surrounding community, lack of project team knowledge about work sites, lack of knowledge transfer between project teams, and lack of maturity of project team competencies. The results of the study provide an in-depth understanding of the condition of PT. WER, which at certain periods experienced delays and overbudgets on a number of its projects. The proposed mitigation measures involve partnerships with educational institutions to increase the availability of skilled labor, improve communication with local communities, increase project team knowledge through training and guidance, encourage knowledge transfer between project teams, and implement continuous training programs to improve project team competencies. The conclusion of this study provides a foundation for companies to develop more effective mitigation strategies to achieve optimal project success

    The influence of price perception, location, and service quality at Indomaret Madura Pamekasan on customer loyalty through satisfaction as a mediating variable

    This research aims to explain the positive influence of perceived price, location and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Testing in this study used 381 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was convenience sampling. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool which was developed to test research hypotheses which were processed using the AMOS version 21 program. The variables used in this research are perceptions of price, location, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And the results of the analysis in this research show that perceptions of price, location and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive influence on customer loyalty

    Lean Six Sigma to Reduce Dead Stock at PT Globalindo Intimates

    PT Globalindo Intimates is a manufacturing company that produces underwear in the garment sector. In the long run, the accumulation of dead stock in the warehouse becomes an unused company asset, making inventory management ineffective and efficient. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that cause dead stock materials and provide solutions as an improvement effort in minimizing dead stock in the future to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of PT Globalindo Intimates. The method used is Lean Six Sigma with the DMAIC approach model. The data collection technique is done by observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the factors that cause dead stock materials are man, method, environment, and material factors, the causes of which include less careful human resources, lack of understanding related to material handling, less than optimal ordering practices, overstock, damaged / defective goods, poor material storage, and low demand. The improvement efforts that can be made to minimize the occurrence of dead stock in the future so that it is not sustainable include making regulations related to the management and handling of dead stock, managing the inventory management system more effectively, optimizing the application of 5S practices in the warehouse, and conducting training for employee

Victims of hate speech not only experience defamation but also get psychological injuries that can lead to death. There must be a binding battle for individuals who express their opinions too freely on existing platforms and have no legal provisions.     This study aims to determine how work discipline and motivation affect teachers' performance. This study used total sampling for data collection, which involved distributing questionnaires and measuring the results with a Likert scale. Work discipline and motivation are the study's independent variables, and Teacher Performance is the study's dependent variable. The outcomes of this study demonstrate that work discipline and motivation both positively and significantly affect teachers' performance. Conclusion Teacher performance is significantly impacted by work discipline. This demonstrates that teachers' performance at Bakong Pittaya School in Thailand will improve the more work discipline they possess. With the T-statistic value of 6.947, the influence of work discipline is more significant than motivation

    Media is an intermediary that can be used to convey information or messages in learning to achieve learning outcomes. Many types of media are used in the learning process. One of the media used in learning is games as educational media, called educational games. Educational games are games that are formed to hone thinking power, including increasing concentration and solving a problem. Educational stories based on local wisdom also serve to strengthen character education so that they can be well received without reducing the playing experience gained by players. Through the results of game testing, 40% of respondents strongly agreed that the understanding of conserving animals, especially elephants in Way Kambas Lampung National Park, was sought to be raised through the Elephant in Rescue Game, and 24% agreed that the understanding of conserving animals, especially elephants in Way Kambas Lampung National Park, was sought to be raised through the Elephant in Rescue Game. 60% of respondents agreed with the educational element presented in the game Elephant in Rescue, and 56% of respondents agreed that the application of the story in this game was appropriate. Based on the results of testing on respondents, it can be concluded that the application of stories and education about the importance of preserving animals, especially elephants in Way Kambas National Park, Lampung, can be conveyed well in accordance with what has been designed before

    Studying English is something that is mandatory in many countries including Indonesia since English is one of the most generally spoken languages in the world today. However, mastering English is not easy especially for Speaking. This study focuses on seeing the effect of the Jigsaw on speaking ability since it reflects the performance of the students in order to provide provisions to face a real-world circumstance. This study aims to offer valuable insights for future researchers and teachers focusing on enhancing speaking skills or conducting research utilizing the Cooperative Learning-Jigsaw Model. This study used the Pre-experimental design, so the sample that was used was only one class. The use of Jigsaw influences students' involvement in speaking and increases their communication skills as indicated by significant differences in the pre-test and post-test scores tested using SPSS 23.  In the result of pre-test, there only one student managed to reach “very good” category and no student was able to reach the "excellent" categories. In contrast to the results of the post-test, there were 11 students who succeeded in achieving the "good" category, 9 students achieved the "very good" category and 1 student succeeded in achieving the "excellent" category which shows a significant improvement. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the Paired T-Test, the Sig was known, namely 0.000 < α (0.005), which means the Null Hypothesis was rejected and the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. Therefore, the Jigsaw model was effective in enhancing students’ speaking ability

    The phenomenon of digitalisation has affected many aspects of daily life, including family and business life. Increased flexibility and adaptability are necessary for businesses to deal with constant change. The concept of the marketing mix (4Ps: Product, Price, Promotion, Distribution) has evolved into 7Ps with the addition of People, Process, and Physical Evidence. The batik industry, including QUU Ciwaringin Batik in Cirebon, West Java, has great potential to utilise digital marketing strategies to increase sales and consumer loyalty. This study aims to identify the most significant marketing factors in increasing batik sales. With a descriptive qualitative approach, data is collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Results show that product quality and promotional strategies are the main factors affecting sales. Batik QUU Ciwaringin offers high-quality products with various types of fabrics, such as silk and cotton, as well as custom design services. Effective promotion through exhibitions, cooperation with hotels, and online marketing, despite the constraints in digital content management. Promotion through exhibitions and word-of-mouth is proven to increase visibility and sales. Thus, the implementation of the right 7P marketing mix strategy can support the growth and competitiveness of QUU Ciwaringin Batik in the Indonesian batik market, helping them face challenges and take advantage of opportunities in the digital era

    The Effect of CEO Narcissism, Company Size, and Free Cash Flow on Financial Performance through CSR in SOEs on the IDX 2018-2022

    This study aimed to determine the effect of CEO Narcissism, Company Size, and Free Cash Flow through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Financial Performance in State-owned enterprises Companies. This study uses a quantitative approach with data sources from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) official website using the Warppls 7.0 application. The research sample data were from 16 state-owned enterprise companies. The test results show that CEO Narcissism has a negative and significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Company Size has a negative and insignificant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Free Cash Flow has a positive and insignificant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), CEO Narcissism is unable to mediate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on financial performance. Company Size cannot mediate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on financial performance. Free Cash Flow cannot mediate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on financial performance. The Total Determination Coefficient in this study is 0.285 or 28.5%. This indicates the model can explain 28.5% of the data's information. Other factors not included in the study model account for the remainder
