Application of NCB Asset Confiscation in Handling Corruption Crimes in Indonesia
Applying NCB (non-convection based not on treasury), commonly called asset confiscation punishment without punishment, is an innovative solution for appropriating corruption when a person cannot cope with criminal, civil and administrative penalties. The problem that exists all ready for change, of course, requires regulation in this regard. It is very important to look at these regulations and how a convection-based asset recovery policy is a government loss recovery policy related to state loss crimes such as corruption, money laundering, etc. Therefore, the subjects considered in this study are how NCB Asset Forfeiture is applied in dealing with criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia. This research method seeks normative law by examining secondary and qualitative data. It is from this that the first conclusion can be drawn: the urgency of implementing the NCB policy (Non-Convection based on not Forteiture) in Indonesia, namely the existence of obesity problems from state losses with massive corruption crimes that have occurred and efforts to harmonise and legitimise the NCB Draft Asset confiscation bill to overcome state losses. Second, the legal response in applying the concept of NCB (Non-Convection Based Forfeiture), namely cooperation with other countries in exploiting evil assets
Internet of Things Based Water Quality Control System
Fish incubation, which involves the hatching of fish eggs, represents the process of embryogenesis until the embryo emerges from its protective shell. This intricate developmental journey is influenced by a combination of internal and external factors. External factors can be influenced by water quality that is not suitable for hatching fish eggs. Water quality, which includes temperature, dissolved oxygen, light intensity, salinity, and pH, is an important and limiting factor for living creatures that live in water, including chemical, biological, and physical factors. Poor water quality can prevent fish eggs from hatching and even cause death. The primary objective here is the creation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system designed for controlling water quality during fish incubation. This system is intended to aid fish farmers in effectively control the environmental conditions within their incubation ponds. The method used in designing IoT device is research and development, and it uses the Arduino Mega microcontroller as the main device to run pH sensors, turbidity sensors, oxygen sensors, temperature sensors, and relay modules. Water Quality Control System The fish incubation was successful. The average time needed to change the water temperature from 28.5 to 29 degrees Celsius is 4 minutes and 7 seconds; change the dissolved oxygen level from 11 to 11.5 is 3 minutes and 33 seconds; change the pH value of the water from 6.9 to 7.1; and maintain turbidity below 5 with an average time of 5 minutes and 58 seconds. Controlling water quality can speed up the fish egg incubation process for 8 hours
Perception and Implementation of the Islamic Community Development Study Program in Indonesia
The development of community development science has been studied by Western countries since 1925, with a focus on social development and community welfare. In 1995, Indonesia underwent a knowledge transformation by introducing the applied science of Islamic Community Development, which combines social science and Islamic values. The Islamic Community Development program has been popular in Indonesia until 2023 but remains unknown internationally. The aim of this research is to analyze the perception of the program and the implementation of Islamic community development theories on society as the focal point of community development studies in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach and a holistic perspective. Data collection was conducted through focus group discussions, observations, interviews, and document studies. The results of this research analyze that: (1) The perception of the Islamic community development program, in terms of concepts, scope, and goals, still varies among individuals, thus requiring a comprehensive concept to align perceptions regarding the Islamic community development program
The Impact of Electronic Medical Records on BPJS Claims and Physician Performance
With the digital transformation, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) have become crucial for operational efficiency and better healthcare. By the end of 2023, all Indonesian healthcare facilities are expected to implement EMR (Regulation No. 24, 2022). However, challenges with BPJS claims often arise post-EMR implementation. This study analyzes EMR's impact at RS A on BPJS claims and physician performance, aiming to identify mitigation strategies for these issues. Using mixed methods, this study combines primary data from 5 respondent interviews and secondary data on BPJS claims pre- and post-EMR implementation at RS A (Jan-Aug 2023). Secondary data analysis employs tables, graphs, and descriptive statistics (mean, median, and standard deviation) to detail BPJS claims patterns. The Chi-Square test is used to analyze the relationship between physician performance and BPJS claim document completeness. EMR implementation increased cases by 11.27% and nominal BPJS claims by 15.04%. Physician performance analysis showed no significant relationship between variables and BPJS claim document completeness (p > 0.05). Challenges post-EMR included data errors, lack of staff training, technical constraints, and incomplete integration of operational processes with EMR. Mitigation strategies include staff training, periodic monitoring, internal audits, process improvements, and management evaluation. EMR implementation at RS A increased cases and BPJS claims. However, challenges persist post-implementation. Effective mitigation strategies can enhance efficiency and BPJS claim quality
Cluster Analysis and Forecasting on Local Shoe Products: Case study for Ventela in Indonesia
Shoes are a secondary need that is in demand by all age groups. Each shoe brand has many models, which means a store must provide complete stock to meet consumer needs. The available models have different purchasing power or demand, which creates difficulties for stores in determining shoe products that are often sold and shoe products that are not in demand by customers. The data used in cluster formation includes three variables recorded and collected from e-commerce transactions, namely Number of Visitors, Number of Buyers, and Total Sales. Based on these variables, Ventela shoe models are grouped into three clusters, namely low-selling, normal and best-selling. Next, the variable number of transactions for Ventela shoe models in the best-selling cluster is taken to be predicted using the Exponential Smoothing method. The forecasts obtained are used to determine future demand to maximize profits. Based on the results of the clustering analysis, it was found that the number of shoe models included in the best-selling cluster was six, including (1) Ventela Ethnic Low All Black, (2) Ventela Ethnic Low Black Natural, (3) Ventela Public Low Black Natural, (4) Ventela Public Low Cream, (5) Ventela Republic Low Black Natural, and (6) Ventela Republic Low White. Referring to the sample of this study, which only spanned less than three years, several shoe models produced a forecast value of zero. It means, based on the forecast results for the next 12 months, there may be no sales

Muslim Political Dynamics Post-Tahkim: A Case Study of the Shiffin War
The Shiffin War, a battle that took place between the Ali bin Abi Talib group and the Mu'awiyah, was a war whose negative impact was felt by Muslims. In fact, in the view of historians, it has resulted in divisions among large groups of Muslims. Although it ended with him which was intended as an attempt to arbitrate between Muslims who were in conflict, it turned out that the effort just stared at the dissatisfaction between them, so three religious-political groups emerged that are still suspected to exist today as a continuation of the phenomenon of division at that time. The rise of Shi'a, Khawarij, and Sunni groups is understood by historians as the impact of the war. Because the awareness of ukhuwah among Muslims has not yet flourished, the division is still felt and there are no significant enough signs to subside, let alone leading to the awakening of ukhuwah consciousness which is marked by the desire to build a dialogue that is built with awareness to bridge the rift that occurs among Muslims, especially from their leaders. Especially for interest groups who see that the tension between Muslims will give them political benefits. In fact, with the right spirit of ukhuwwah, the problem of division between Muslims can be solved
