Implementation of Children's Architectural Design Principles in Child-Friendly School Buildings (Case Study: Fuji Kindergarten, Japan & Farming Kindergarten, Vietnam)
Currently, there is a lack of comprehensive guidelines for child-friendly architecture that serve as a cohesive framework for designing spaces for children. Yet, architecture for children should be given greater priority to ensure adequate educational facilities for the next generation. Creativity is paramount in the development of fine and gross motor skills in children. In the related case study of Fuji Kindergarten, technical requirements related to the physical and motor development of children have been well addressed through the implementation of exceptionally designed spaces. Thus, the aspects implemented by Fuji Kindergarten in its design can serve as exemplary design principles. The method employed revolves around Sarah Scott's theory of architecture for children, which will be mapped onto the design features used by Tezuka Architect as the designer of Fuji Kindergarten. This will be further compared with the Farming Kindergarten in Vietnam, which also receives recognition in the category of children's architecture. This paper aims to raise awareness of the importance of architecture for children, serving as a formulation of concerns that may eventually lead to solutions for the issues in designing architectural spaces for children. Additionally, it serves as a comprehensive insight into designing children's architecture, particularly kindergarten spaces, drawing from the best practices in children's architecture typologies.

Design of Forecasting Electrical Power of Ultra-Short-Term Solar Power Using the Hybrid Model K-Nearest Neighbors LSTM
For the application of renewable energy at the airport, the use of solar power requires certainty of the electricity produced. The certainty of electricity generated from solar power can be predicted using machine learning methods. Predictions made on PV electrical power output are based on historical data from direct measurements from solar PV parameters, including solar radiation and PV panel temperature. Various types of machine learning methods for predicting PV output power have been used in previous studies with different eval_uation values of prediction results. In this study, the author conducted a hybrid K-NN method with LSTM to predict the PV electrical power of solar PV output with solar radiation parameters and PV panel temperature. After making predictions using this method, excellent RSME results were obtained with a value of 0.015424830635781967. The results of the PV output power value graph in this prediction are also very good, where the predicted value is close to the value of the testing data or actual data
Gallery Tour Strategy to Increase the Number of Visitors at Tirtodipuran Gallery Link Yogyakarta
The strategy to increase the number of visitors to galleries and museums is now still a burden for managers. The promotion strategy used by the manager should not stand alone or continue to use the most effective promotion mix (promotion mix) carried out by the analysis of the strengths and advantages of each gallery or museum. One form in the promotional mix that can still be used is word-of-mouth information which has been proven to be effective because it focuses on visitor satisfaction and loyalty as the target market for art galleries. However, WOM also cannot stand alone without the help of other forms of promotion such as advertising and public relations. This study aims to provide information about the effectiveness of gallery tours as a promotional strategy to increase the number of visitors to the gallery. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique is by observation, interviews, and documentation carried out directly by researchers at the research location, namely the Tirtodipuran Link Yogyakarta gallery from October to December 2023. The results of the study show that visitors are impressed by the existence of gallery tours, so gallery tours can be a form of promotion, namely WOM and the increase in the number of visitors can also be evidenced through visitor data that shows an increase in certain months when the gallery holds the opening of exhibitions and artist workshops in which there are gallery tour activities in it. So the conclusion obtained from this study is that gallery tour services can not only create visitor satisfaction and loyalty but also can be a form of promotion in the form of WOM to increase the number of visitors to the gallery and it is hoped that this promotion strategy can also be applied in national museums in Indonesia
The Influence of Monas Tourism Amenities and Accessibility Services on Senior-Friendly Tourism in Jakarta
The Jakarta National Monument is a monument that is a characteristic of the city of Jakarta. The National Monument offers a tourist attraction in the form of history about the struggle of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of service quality and access to elderly tourism support at Mona's. The method used in this study is qualitative. The data sources in this study were obtained through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature from previous research or journals. From the results that have been obtained by the author, it can be concluded that Monas can still be developed in terms of access and facilities, unfortunately, for now, Monas are still not friendly to elderly tourists who still need a lot of special facilities and access to run and can also enjoy tourist activities at Mona's. It can be concluded that tourism for the elderly is still very minimally done, but elderly tourism is one of the aspects that can be profitable if more is worked on
The urgency of victim witness testimony as valid evidence from persons with disabilities is associated with Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence
Persons with disabilities often receive discriminatory treatment, due to their physical and/or mental limitations. The Criminal Procedure Code regulates that people with disabilities can give statements without being under oath and these provisions have reduced the rights of persons with disabilities to obtain their justice rights. The Sexual Violence Crime Law regulates where the statements of witnesses and/or victims of people with disabilities can be under oath. The approach method used in this research is a normative juridical approach that is based on formal regulations, as well as secondary data obtained from library materials in the form of scientific writings and other written sources. This research will illustrate the importance and the implication of the testimony of witnesses and/or victims with disabilities having the same legal force as the statements of witnesses and/or victims without disabilities where the testimony must be followed by the implementation of a personal assessment
