The Integrative Paradigm of Sufi Psychology
The ontology and epistemology of Sufism are key elements in Islamic studies. Sufi psychology, as part of Sufism, essentially falls within the framework of Islamic psychology. This research aims to explore Sufi psychology and explore how these concepts can be integrated into modern psychological approaches. This research uses a qualitative method, with data collection through a literature study. The collected data were then analyzed through three stages: reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results show that in logic, this relationship is known as the correlation between particularity and universality (al-Umum wa al-Khusus Mutlaqan). However, in its development, Sufi Psychology focuses more on esoteric aspects, perennialism, and inclusivism. Unlike Islamic psychology in general, Sufi Psychology has been developed by scholars outside the Islamic tradition, such as figures in transpersonal psychology, including Robert Frager (Chairman of the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology), Lynn Wilcox, James Fadiman, and Arthur Deikman. They develop the concept of tasawwuf by integrating Sufi knowledge with empirical contributions from modern psychology, resulting in a holistic approach to psychology, both in terms of ontology, axiology, epistemology, and methodology

The Integrated Component-Based Knowledge Management System (ICB-KMS) for Mental Healthcare
The importance of mental health in the world needs special attention. A country with a dense and high population, such as Indonesia, is known to be vulnerable to the prevalence of mental disorders due to the pressure of various factors such as work, social, cultural, and environment. The high number of mental disorders threatens the country's economy because they are not optimally productive. Currently, accurate mental health data is complex due to stigma and a lack of understanding and knowledge in society. This research aims to apply the integrated component-based knowledge management system (ICB-KMS) framework for mental health. The study was conducted in five mental hospitals in the A category using quantitative and qualitative methods. More than 200 pieces of data were collected from practitioners and healthcare professionals (doctors and psychiatrists), medical staff, nurses, management, stakeholders, and policymakers. Four of the seven phases of the ICB-KMS framework were successfully carried out, i.e., requirement analysis, system design and architecture, knowledge acquisition and integration, and user interface design interaction. The result is a blueprint of ICB-KMS with functional and non-functional systems and application architecture.Kesehatan jiwa sangatlah penting untuk keberlangsung hidup berbangsa dan bernegara. Strategy to Improve the Performance of The Ngagel I Water Treatment Plant (IPA) in Pdam Surya Sembada Surabaya City Through Increasing Pump Efficiency
PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya’s energy cost in 2021 amounted to Rp 147.654.439.569, with an energy cost ratio of 24.37%, and the electricity cost of production unit accounted for 76% of the total energy consumption of PDAM. The relatively flat topography does not allow gravity-based systems for water supply. Aging equipment has decreased overall pump efficiency (ηpt) and increased energy consumption, particularly in Ngagel I WTP, built in 1922, necessitating an energy audit. Energy audit includes measuring pump flow rate and pressure, power, voltage, current, power factor, pump and motor pump rotation and temperature. Analysis shows that raw water pumps U2, U3, U5, and S1 and distribution pumps U1, U3, and T4 are still in good condition. However, raw water pump U6 and distribution pumps U6, S1, and S2 require reconditioning and impeller adjustment due to declining efficiency. Furthermore, PDAM must inspect the distribution pump T1 with the lowest efficiency value (49.77%) to determine the appropriate repairs. The research results are action recommendations expected to serve as input and considerations for PDAM in their efforts to improve energy efficiency
