From highlight to insight, the role of visual input enhancement in vocabulary Mastery with Kahoot
This research aims at solving the problem of low vocabulary mastery encountered by the class eight students of SMP Negeri 3 Banawa. The use of Kahoot, assisted by input enhancement techniques, was used to address this problem by attempting to increase vocabulary mastery of the students through a two-cycle Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The first cycle consisting of three meetings employed Kahoot, assisted by input enhancement technique with bolded, underlined modified texts, and the second cycle consisting of three meetings utilized Kahoot, assisted by input enhancement with highlighted, enlarged fonts of modified texts. Quantitative data from post-tests and qualitative data from field notes, observation sheets, interviews, and questionnaires were collected to evaluate student progress and engagement throughout the study. The criteria of success applied in this research is 75 or 70 % of the students achieved the passing grade. Result of post-test in the first cycle showed that only 23 % of the students achieved the passing grade. The data from observation and fieldnotes supported the finding that the plans needed to be revised, input manipulation changed and students were grouped. Findings from the intervention in the second cycle denotes that 73% of students achieving the passing grade (KKM) in vocabulary mastery. It means that the criteria of success were fulfilled. In addition, findings from qualitative data indicated the enhancement of student engagement, interaction, motivation, attention, and vocabulary retention. The research highlights the potential of Kahoot assisted by visual input enhancement techniques as a good teaching media to be utilized by teachers in increasing vocabulary mastery of EFL learners
Evaluation of Housing Product Quality Using the Importance-Performance Analysis Method at PT. Galaxy Alam Semesta
Government support for the property sector through incentive policies, such as the Ministry of Finance Regulation on Government-Borne Value Added Tax (VAT-GOV) on properties, was reintroduced in 2024 to boost economic growth, focusing on the delivery of new landed houses and new apartment units. In this context, property and real estate companies are required to maintain customer satisfaction, which is the key to the company's success. Customer satisfaction not only reflects product quality but also influences the company's brand image. To understand customer satisfaction with product quality, particularly landed houses, PT. Galaxy Alam Semesta conducts periodic surveys of its customers. However, survey results from the first semester of 2023 indicated that customer satisfaction with the quality of houses was still below the company's standards. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the quality of PT. Galaxy Alam Semesta's houses using the Importance-Performance Analysis method. This research will identify attributes that need quality improvement priority, with the hope of enhancing customer satisfaction and the company's image, as well as utilizing the House of Quality to determine the priority of these improvement proposals. The analysis results indicate that the attributes requiring quality improvement priority are even and non-streaky paint, straight wall corners, even wall and ceiling surfaces, smoothly and easily operable doors and windows, neat and even paint and sealant, even tile installation, and precise and neat installation of door and window accessories. From the analysis of the proposed improvement, five main priorities were identified: increasing the frequency of supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with quality standards, setting limits on the number of units overseen by building supervisors, using higher quality paint, evaluating the quality of door accessories and tile materials, and conducting regular evaluations and selections of contractors
Integrated Supply Chain Quality Management and an Organizational Performance Insights: a two-stage PLS-SEM and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) approach
To generate value and optimize profitability, building successful partnerships with supply chain organizations is essential. This can be accomplished through training models, knowledge transfer, and support from top management. The implementation of advanced management practices is crucial to achieving these goals. In this context, an integrated approach to quality management, logistics, and supply chain management (SCM) is fundamental. Thus, harnessing the synergy between Quality Management (QM) and SCM is vital to enhance and promote organizational performance. Additionally, this study examines the significance and relationship between knowledge transfer, supply chain management capabilities, and top management support for organizational performance using PLS-SEM and ANN approaches. Primary data were collected through questionnaires from 200 respondents working in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Statistical analyses were performed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0, and ANN with SPSS. The results reveal that supply chain quality management practices and top management support positively impact and have a strong relationship with organizational performance. This study provides insights into the role of supply chain quality management in organizational performance, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. It aims to help all manufacturing companies enhance their organizational performance by optimally combining selected SCQM practices with a focus on organizational performanc

The Concept of Behavior Settings as a Criterion for the Design of Rehabilitation Centers for the Blind in the City of Bandung
Blind people who are included in the category of people with disabilities experience impairments and obstacles to their sense of sight. To be able to do orientation and mobility, blind people need information about environmental concepts and self-concepts. This of course requires training that is rehabilitative in nature. Sentra Wyata Guna Bandung is a building that functions as a rehabilitation and training center for blind people so that they can play an active role in community life. But in reality, the design of Sentra Wyata Guna has problems in terms of comfort and safety for blind people to do activities in it. This can hinder the rehabilitation and training process in it. This research aims to understand the behavior and needs of blind people for orientation and mobility with the concept of behavioral architecture; and find how the physical environment can stimulate the non-visual senses of blind people. This concept will be divided into five architectural design criteria based on behavioral setting theory. The study started with a literature review on the needs of blind people and behavioral concepts specific to blind people. Field data analysis detected the problems and potential of the Sentra Wyata Guna building

Modification of Distillation Engines Using Used Oil into Diesel and Premium Fuel Using Circular Condensation
In the era of the industrial revolution which is very developed today, the automotive world is also increasing, especially in vehicles that are fueled by premium diesel, due to the increasing number of vehicle demand in the wider community as more and more innovations are issued to create something latest and new, From data (Central Statistics Agency 2020) vehicles on Indonesian roads from passenger cars, goods, motorcycles, buses reached 14. Behind the positive effects due to the increasing development of the automotive world, there are also negative effects, one of which is pollution and waste generated from vehicle lubricants, oil, from periodic replacements resulting from engine maintenance that must be carried out. So the author is interested in designing a distillation machine with a condenser to convert used oil into base oil (base oil gar reduces the negative impact, the method used is by literature review, field study, preparation and testing, although the results of the test were obtained from 3 samples, namely A, B, and C with different cooking times and temperatures, it was found that the physical results obtained were too different from each other, However, not with the content in the sample, which was tested using (GC-MS) it was found that compounds with different amounts were found, namely sample A with 48 compounds, Sample B with 42 compounds and Sample C with 68 compounds, the most compounds were found in the sample with the highest cooking time and temperature with a time of 160 minutes and a temperature of 254 °C. It was found that only sample A had a premium characteristic, namely the compound octane. So that this research can be used in the community
