Design of Horizontal Type Mangosteen Peel Flour Machine for Mangosteen Peel Processing

The Mangosteen fruit (garcinia mangostana L.) nicknamed the queen of fruit is one of Indonesia's superior fruits. Mangosteen fruit consists of components in the form of seeds, fruit, pulp, and fruit skin. This research aims to design a horizontal-type mangosteen peel-blowing machine.  This mangosteen rind flouring machine is designed in a horizontal shape which aims to flour the dried mangosteen rind. The design process uses the Solid Work application and then the manufacturing process. Machines that have been manufactured are subjected to testing. The flouring process uses a separating cylinder and a crushing knife. Dried mangosteen skin that is put into the hopper will enter the cylinder and be crushed by a rotating blade and produce flour. The flour will come out through the output door. This machine floured the skin of the mangosteen fruit according to the initial design objectives. This research succeeded in removing the dried mangosteen peel

The rapid increase in the use of technology, especially finance (fintech) in recent years has changed the way we conduct financial transactions with digital payment systems. However, the acceptance and adoption of this technology are still a concern for researchers and practitioners in this field. This study aims to evaluate the use of fintech in the context of digital payments by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method version 2 where the TAM model will be used to measure and analyze the factors that influence user acceptance of the use of fintech in digital payments. Through this research, it is hoped that a better understanding can be obtained of the factors that influence user acceptance of fintech in digital payments, especially for the benefit of further development. The approach used in this research is quantitative by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Respondents for this study were selected from groups of users of digital payment applications such as OVO and Gopay

The development of urban mobility and the growth in the number of motorized vehicles have created significant security challenges in managing parking areas. In this context, the use of Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) technology and object detection emerges as a potential solution. Through the implementation of a smart camera system equipped with number plate detection and object detection, this research aims to reduce the risk of human error in recording parking data and prevent illegal parking. In answering this problem, this research offers a solution in the form of developing a smart camera system that is able to detect the presence of vehicles and recognize number plates with a high level of accuracy. Through the integration of ALPR and object detection, this system is expected to be able to overcome obstacles that arise in parking management, increase efficiency, and effectively prevent illegal parking. The implementation of automatic barriers, access cards and integrated CCTV monitoring will further strengthen the security of the parking area. With the research results, the proposed smart camera system succeeded in achieving vehicle and license plate detection accuracy levels above 90%. The quantitative and qualitative data collected supports the effectiveness of this solution in improving parking management and parking area security. In conclusion, this research makes a positive contribution in facing security challenges in cities through the use of advanced technology, opening up the potential for widespread application in the context of continuously developing urban mobility

In this era of globalization, the low mathematics learning outcomes of students at the high school level, especially at SMAN 6 Aceh Barat South, are caused by the fact that in the learning process, teachers only focus on using less competent methods, so students get bored easily. The purpose of this study is to determine the completeness of student learning outcomes through Problem-Based Learning on Arithmetic Rows and Series Materials. This research is classified as a classroom action research that is carried out in two research cycles. In each research cycle, there are 4 stages consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data collection in the study was carried out using the test method. The data obtained in the study were then analyzed by analytical descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that the average student learning outcome in the pretest was 65.4 and increased in the post-test, which was 70.9. Based on these results, it can be seen that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the problem-based learning model can significantly improve the mathematics learning outcomes of high school students

The Effect of High Performance Work System on Intention to Leave and Safety Workarounds: The Role of Burnout as Mediation and Mentoring & Coping Mechanism as Moderator

This study aims to analyze the influence of High Performance Work System (HPWS) on intention to leave and safety workarounds, with the role of burnout as a mediation variable and mentoring and coping mechanism as a moderator variable. The study was conducted on non-doctor employees at the Diponegoro National Hospital, Semarang. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that HPWS has a negative influence on burnout, which means that the implementation of HPWS can reduce the level of emotional fatigue of employees. In contrast, burnout has a positive effect on intention to leave and safety workarounds, indicating that employees who experience burnout are more likely to want to leave the company and ignore work safety procedures.
