Strategy to Accelerate Sustainable Development in the Health Field in Bengkulu Province
This research aims to determine a strategy to accelerate the reduction of maternal mortality, infant mortality and stunting and to describe the acceleration of sustainable health development in Bengkulu Province. This research was designed as descriptive research with a correlational investigation and intervention study; namely, the research wanted to find significant variables related to the problem with minimum intervention. The sample in this study used a clustering technique (Cluster Random Sampling), using primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research uses a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the collected data will be tested using validity and reliability tests on research instruments. Meanwhile, to achieve the objectives of this research, data analysis will be carried out using the SWOT test. The research results found that strategies to accelerate the reduction of maternal mortality can be carried out by providing training or education to health cadres, adding skilled health workers, providing supporting facilities related to accelerated access to health services, providing education about the benefits of nutritious and balanced food to improve health. Meanwhile, the strategy to accelerate the reduction in child mortality is to assist in processing drinking water suitable for consumption, provide fast access to services with a community pick-up program, and create a health service program with early detection of diseases in pregnant women. Meanwhile, strategies to accelerate the reduction in stunting rates include providing assistance to treat stunting, providing education about nutritious and balanced food, and health service programs with early disease detection in expectant mothers. There are still many shortcomings; it is recommended that further researchers add research indicators to the variables studied and use the AHP and FGD analysis methods
Legal Legality of Pregnant Marriage in Indonesia Study on the Application of Khi Article 53 in Mlati District Prospective Fatwa Abno Taymiyah
Formulating the Compilation of Islamic Law is inseparable from the growth and development of Islamic law and the institution of the Religious Courts before and after the Indonesian people proclaimed their independence on August 17, 1945. So the Indonesian people who are Muslim, The Religious Courts, the Ulama, and all components related to the determination of KHI agree that the compilation of Islamic Law is Islamic law, which is the source of law to solve the problem of pregnant marriage in Indonesia. However, in the day-to-day application of this decree, an interesting problem occurred, which was partly that the Mlati community did tajwid al-Nikah. A question! Why did they remarry? They answered that because they considered the marriage they were having at KUA, there were doubts, and they were not legal. "This event is repeated, so that if accumulated since 2017-2019 in the District of Mlati, as much as 75 percent of those who do tajdii du al-Nikah. Based on this background, the research question is: How is the application of KHI in article 53 in community life in the district of Mlati perspective in Ibnu Taimiyyah review, and what references are used to compile compilation of Islamic Law? The theoretical framework used is the theory of legal effectiveness, the view of mazhab-maz hab Islam, including al-Hanafiyyah, al-Malikiyyah, al-Syafi'iyyah, al-Hanbaliyyah, and mazhab al-Zahiriyyah and Ibnu Taimiyyah's though. The research methodology is library research. The nature of this dissertation research is descriptive research and verification research. This research approach uses a philosophical approach, a historical approach, and a normative approach. The conclusions are: The application of pregnant marriage in the sub-district of Mlati Sleman from the perspective of Ibnu Taimiyyah's fatwa is invalid, and are 13 books used to compile the compilation of Islamic law
Analysis of English Lesson Plans of Junior High School Teachers in Bumiayu District
This study aims to find out the quality of lesson plans created by English teachers of Junior High Schools at Bumiayu Brebes Regency. The type of study is quantitative descriptive with documentation techniques. The instrument assessment in this study used an assessment sheet made with the 2013 curriculum standard by referring to Circular Letter Number 14 of 2019 concerning the Simplification of Lesson Plans, which the expert has validated. The results of this study is that the English lesson plans generally dominated in the “Below Average” category with 79%. It follows the results, which shows that the “Very Good” category is 0%, the “Good” category is 2.6%, the “Average” category is 18.4%, and the “Below Average” category is 79%. The data results are stated based on the facts according to the field, and there is no training or counselling on the preparation of good and correct lesson plans that government regulations have determined according to the 2013 curriculum. It needs to be the main focus that the competence of Junior High School English teachers at Bumiayu Brebes Regency has not fully mastered the writing of lesson plans according to the standard of writing lesson plan
Communications Identity Analysis @Viviatal in Forming Personal Branding in Tiktok
This research aims to analyze @viviatal's communication identity in forming personal branding on Tiktok. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. This research uses a case study type of research. The subject of this research is the content creator of book reviews, namely Cut Vivi Talita who has the social media account TikTok @viviatal. Data collection methods in this research are interviews, observation, literature study and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses the Identity Communication theory proposed by Michael L. Hecht. The analytical method used in this research is based on the interactive model analysis technique of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The research results show that Cut Vivia, through her TikTok social media account @Viviatal, has a strong personal brand and never gives up even though she comes from an underprivileged family background. Cut Vivia builds personal branding through book review content about self-development which is then linked to her life journey to provide motivational value to the audience. Based on the content shared, Cut Vivia is a visionary as seen from her ability to express opinions regarding divorce even though it is known that she has never built a household before
Analysis of Generation Z Communication Identity in Novo Club Online Community Members
Generation z in Indonesia has a high interest in joining online communities or groups. Through online communities, Generation Z can interact via digital media or directly with people who have similar interests. So, it will be easier for them to show their identity. However, there are several irresponsible parties who take advantage of Generation Z's enthusiasm by exploiting their creative ideas. In this way, there is a potential that the identity that one wants to show and develop cannot be achieved. Therefore, it is important for a community to support generation z in forming the identity that its members want. This research aims to analyze the communication identity of Generation Z who are members of the Novo Club online community. The research method used is a qualitative approach using interviews and observation as data collection methods. The research results show that the communication identity that Novo Club members want to show is very diverse, including being an innovator, and in accordance with the positive characteristics of Generation Z. They show their identity through social media or in person, through their style of speaking and dressing
Strategy to Strengthen the Resilience of Migrant Boat Crews in Taiwan
This study aims to understand the resilience strategies of migrant crew on Taiwanese fishing vessels in the face of stress and pressure at work. Using a qualitative approach, this study involved in-depth interviews with seven resource persons who were migrant fishermen in Taiwan. The snowball sampling technique was used to select interviewees who had previously worked on Taiwanese fishing vessels. Data collection was conducted through interviews to gain comprehensive insights into the experiences and resilience strategies of migrant fishermen. The results showed that migrant fishermen are exposed to various sources of stress and pressure in the workplace, including hazardous working conditions, distance from family and home, work pressure, and poor accommodation conditions. However, the study also revealed that migrant fishermen use a variety of resilience strategies to overcome these challenges, including social support from colleagues, independence in solving problems, improved adaptation skills, and finding sources of strength from personal beliefs and values. By deepening the understanding of migrant fishermen's resilience strategies on Taiwanese fishing vessels, the research is expected to provide valuable insights for developing policies and intervention programs to improve the welfare and safety of migrant fishermen in risky work environments. In addition, the findings of this study can also be a foundation for further research in understanding the dynamics and determinants of individual resilience in high-risk occupational sectors
Administrative Sanctions Against BPJS Kesehatan Independent Membership Reviewed from a Human Rights Perspective
Health services, obtaining social security, and public services are human rights of all Indonesian people, and statutory regulations protect their implementation. Membership in BPJS Health is mandatory for Indonesian people. The government will give administrative sanctions through written warnings and fines and not receive certain public services to independent participants if they do not participate in the BPJS Health program. These sanctions cause certain problems because getting public services is a constitutional right of society and a very important need in society's activities to develop itself. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the government is responsible for providing quality health and public services to the community. Administrative sanctions for independent participants for not registering as BPJS Health members are not in line with human rights
The Dynamics of Early Marriage in Terms of Islamic Family Psychology (Case Study in Sub-District of Bolo, Bima Regency)
Marriage life will always experience changes and ups and downs. Reviewing early marriage from the perspective of Islamic family psychology provides important insights into the dynamics which occur. It helps identify challenges and opportunities to improve the welfare and success of marriage. The objectives of this research were to understand and analyse the dynamics of early marriage in terms of Islamic family psychology and to understand and analyse the efforts of early marriage actors in dealing with family problems. This thesis used qualitative research based on field research; it used primary data sources obtained from the perpetrators of early marriage, parents, officials at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) and religious leaders in the sub-district of Bolo, Bima Regency and secondary data sources. The data were collected by doing observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this research showed that 1) The dynamics of early marriage in terms of Islamic Family Psychology that every couple would experience challenges and changes over time, the factors which influenced failure in dealing with the dynamics of early marriage were the couple's psychological factors, lack of understanding and communication, not understanding the roles and responsibilities, lack of family support, not being able to adjust in marriage. 2) The efforts of early marriage actors in dealing with family problems were a) there were problems, b) there was no communication to solve, and c) they silenced and ignored each other. In this modern era, there is so much competition in the business world, especially in the sales industry, that requires shop owners to find a strategy that can increase sales and marketing of the products they sell, one of which is by utilizing clothing sales transaction data using data mining. Data Mining is an iterative and interactive process to find new patterns or models that can be generalized for the future, useful and understandable in a very large database (massive database). In these conditions, good data processing techniques are needed, one of which is data mining techniques. One thing that can be used in this technique is to use the Association rule method using the FP-Growth algorithm, which is an algorithm that produces frequent itemsets which will later be used to determine recommendations for clothing products for the needs of the Siny.co Store. This research uses the RapidMiner Studio application to help process transaction data. This research method uses a minimum support of 20% and a minimum confidence of 80%, thereby creating 9 association rules, where these rules determine several products for recommendation at the Siny.Co Store, including Sashi, Canna, Alice, Tartan, Aruna, Cassandra, Nala, Lalita, and Acio
Community Empowerment Through MSME Development of the Dompet Dhuafa Resilient Family Program in Seberang Ulu District in Palembang City
This research aims to explain community empowerment through the development of MSMEs in the Resilient Family Program managed by Dompet Dhuafa in Seberang Ulu II District, Palembang City. This study uses a qualitative method to examine the process and results of empowerment that occurs. The results of the study show that the collection of ZIS funds by Dompet Dhuafa South Sumatra has increased significantly every year over the past three years, from Rp. 3,578,217,860 in 2018, increased to Rp. 4,543,689,070 in 2019, and reached Rp. 6,278,525,186 in 2020. This increase reflects the increase in the number of underprivileged people receiving assistance, as well as efforts to better distribute the economy. Community empowerment through MSME development in this program includes three stages: awareness stage, capacity stage, and empowerment stage. The awareness stage faces the challenge of low public awareness of the importance of innovation in entrepreneurship. The capacity building stage provides entrepreneurial skills to business actors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, improving their abilities in physical, social, and economic aspects. The empowerment stage makes independent business actors with the ability to manage their resources. Dompet Dhuafa conducts feasibility studies, determines the type of business, conducts guidance, and evaluations to ensure that the Tangguh Family Program is on target
