Controlling Risks in the Implementation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2/2022 concerning Road by Commission V DPR RI for the 2019-2024 Period. Jakarta: Postgraduate Program at the Christian University of Indonesian Jakarta, 2022. This research is aiming to analyze the control of the implementation of Law RI No. 2/2022 about Road based on revision result of UU RI No. 38/2004. The qualitative method is used this research and had designed 2 main constructs, namely risk control which refers to the Bow Tie Analysis (BTA) paradigm that recommended by ISO 31000: 2008 and George Edwards' implementation paradigm which has 4 variables as following Communication, Resources, Attitudes, and Bureaucratic Structure. The research objects are members of Commission V DPR RI for the 2019-2024 period in carrying out supervisory/control functions. The results of this research indicate that implementation risks include communication distortions that use sharing information meetings (RDP) as transmission. The risk of resource variables is the occurrence of imbalances in human resources, finance/systems, processes and methods. Meanwhile, the most significant risk is the bureaucratic structure variable, the occurrence of slowness and confusion due to Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and fragmentation of authority between institutions and ministries regarding the acceleration of increasing regional road connectivity as mandated in Presidential Instruction No. 3/2023
Application of STORET Method to Determine Lake Sentani Water Quality Status in Papua Province
Lake coastal communities utilize Lake Sentani's water to meet clean and other needs such as industry, irrigation, plantations, fisheries, and water transportation facilities. In addition to the lake mentioned above, they use it as a garbage dump and family waste; even human and animal feces are thrown into Lake Sentani. This study aims to determine the quality and quality status using the STORET method based on PP 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation, Protection, and Management of the Environment annex vi-2 class 1 by applying ten parameters. The study used three stations: Ifale, Asei, and Jaifuri coast. Each station was sampled four times: January, April, July, and October 2023. The results showed that seven parameters did not meet the quality standards, namely TSS, BOD, COD, Pb, Oil and Fat, Total Ditergen, and Total coliform, and only three parameters met the quality shoulder, namely temperature, TDS, and pH. Water quality status based on the application of the STORET method was obtained that station 1 obtained a score of -26 based on US_EPA, including class C (moderately polluted), station 2 obtained a score of -64, including class D (heavily polluted), and station 3 obtained a score of -116 including class D (heavily polluted) and the average STORET score of the three stations was obtained -68.67 including class D (heavily polluted)

In the percentage value of quality mapping, there was an increase from 2.51% in the Pre Cycle phase to 4.21% in the first cycle phase, and the second cycle, namely quality fulfillment planning, an increase from 2.76% in the Pre Cycle phase. The results of the second cycle are quality fulfillment planning with a value of 3.87%. From the percentage value of the third cycle of quality fulfillment implementation, there was an increase from 2.4% in the pre-cycle phase to 3.2%. From the percentage value of the fourth cycle of monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of quality there was an increase from 2.7% in the pre-cycle phase to 3.8%. From the percentage value of the fifth cycle of the new quality strategy, there was an increase from 2.42% in the pre-cycle phase to 3.52%. The implication of this research for the mentoring activities carried out by the abdimas team of Unindra PGRI Jakarta is that this mentoring activity can be carried out further by involving all school members. The potential for rapid airport traffic means that the planned hotel development can be a facility for postponing plane departure schedules due to certain circumstances such as bad weather (incidental). Hotel development is implemented using a Javanese cultural locality approach which revives the atmosphere of traditional elements by creating local building shapes and patterns. So the issues raised are the concept of locality and the concept of hotel design. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and analysis is carried out using theories from the architectural anatomy approach and the Javanese cultural locality approach. The result is that there are five aspects of architectural anatomy and three cultural forms that influence the locality of Javanese culture. The anatomical aspects of architecture are the environmental scope, site scope, building scope, form scope, and material scope, while the aspects of cultural form are the form of ideas, activities, and artifacts.
