THE EFFECT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO, AND ASSET GROWTH ON STOCK PRICE VOLATILITY WITH FIRM SIZE AS A MODERATING VARIABLE IN CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE

Stock price volatility is an important indicator for investors in assessing market risk, and it can be influenced by various internal and external factors. Previous studies on the effects of corporate social responsibility (CSR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and asset growth on stock price volatility have produced inconsistent findings, particularly when firm size is considered as a moderating variable. This study aims to analyze the influence of CSR, DER, and asset growth on stock price volatility, with firm size as a moderating variable, in construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data from annual reports and financial statements of 15 construction companies for the 2018–2022 period. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with interaction terms to test the moderating effect. The results indicate that CSR and asset growth have a positive but insignificant effect on stock price volatility, while DER has a positive and significant effect. Firm size does not moderate the relationship between CSR and asset growth with stock price volatility but moderates and weakens the influence of DER. These findings suggest that, in the construction sector, leverage is a stronger driver of stock price volatility than CSR or asset growth, and that larger firms can mitigate the risk impact of high DER. The implications of this study highlight the need for effective debt management, strategic CSR implementation, and optimal asset utilization to reduce market risk and enhance investor confidence

Early detection of developmental anomalies in children is crucial for timely intervention, which can significantly enhance long-term developmental outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an artificial intelligence (AI)-based detection tool and parental involvement in identifying and managing developmental disorders in children aged 2 to 6 years. A longitudinal research design was employed, involving 300 children exhibiting early signs of developmental disorders and 150 children in a control group. Data were collected through behavioral observation, AI-based analysis of video and audio interactions, and interviews with parents and educators. The findings revealed that the AI tool demonstrated high sensitivity in detecting motor, language, and autism-related disorders. Children who received early interventions showed significant improvements, particularly in motor skills, language development, and social interaction. Parental involvement in the intervention process further accelerated these improvements. This study highlights the potential of AI to enhance early detection and intervention, especially in resource-limited areas, and underscores the importance of engaging parents in the developmental process of their children. These findings contribute to the understanding of how AI can be integrated into early childhood care programs to improve outcomes for children with developmental challenges

This research aims to evaluate students' perceptions of the use of Arabic language learning applications, Al-Kunuz and Rosetta Stone, in the context of online learning in Islamic universities, especially at STAI Kuningan. The method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research design, involving 100 students as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring students' perceptions of the ease of use and effectiveness of the applications in improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The results showed that the Al-Kunuz app received positive ratings for improving speaking and listening skills, with average scores of 4.2 and 4.3, respectively, while the Rosetta Stone app was more effective in improving reading and writing skills, with average scores of 4.2 and 4.1. Linear regression analysis revealed a significant relationship between the use of the two apps and the improvement of students' Arabic language skills, with an R-squared value of 0.76. This indicates that 76% of the variation in Arabic language skills improvement can be explained by the use of the apps. However, several obstacles—such as unstable internet connections and the need for training in application use—hinder optimizing the use of this technology. These findings provide important insights for the development of technology-based Arabic language learning in Islamic universities, with particular attention to improving infrastructure and training for both teachers and students

Effectiveness of the Government Internal Supervision Apparatus (APIP) in Agency "A"

Supervision is the most important element in a management system in government. One of the main factors that can support the successful implementation of control is the effectiveness of the role of the government's internal supervisory apparatus (APIP).  This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the government's internal supervisory apparatus based on three factors consisting of the audit environment or position (management support, Independence, Objectivity), audit implementers (Skills, Human Resources Development), and audit processes (Quality control, Activity planning, Activity coordination, Scope of work, Implementation of activities, and Communication of results) using the Professional Standards of Internal Audit Practice (International Professional) Practices Framework – IPPF) issued by The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). This research is a case study with a qualitative approach and data triangulation method obtained from interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study show that from the environment/position of APIP agency A, there are still several points that are not effective, such as limited human resource support and a non-independent organizational/reporting structure. The skills and competence of audit implementers can be said to be effective, but except for inadequate auditors, it is not proportional to the scope that must be done so the audit assignment is not optimal and there are still some audit processes that are not comprehensive. The results of this study are expected to provide input to relevant agencies to be considered in improving the institution of government internal supervision apparatus so that they can realize effective APIP

This research looks at a number of persons who have communication problems due to various diseases. Children with autism are one of them. Because children with autism have three basic disorders: communication, social interaction, and behavior, their communication and social interaction will undoubtedly differ from those of typical children. This research will look into instructional communication for children with autism in the classroom at Rumah Autis Depok. Rumah Autis is a social institution created to fill the gap between the demand for therapeutic locations and schools for children with autism and special needs who come from low-income households. The ethnography of communication approach was used in this research because ethnography of communication focuses on communication processes that involve language and culture. The findings of this research indicated that the communication utilized by children with autism, particularly instructional communication in the classroom, is quite unique and distinct. Teachers must speak firmly but not loudly or repeatedly. Therefore, the students easily understand. Children with autism are easily distracted, and thus, the teacher does not allow wearing eye-catching clothing and headscarves in class. The research encourages communication ethnographers to reflect on fieldwork issues and gives a framework for doing so, particularly when it comes to teaching children with autis
