Identification of the Position of Subsurface Aquifers and the Distribution of Groundwater Level Depth in Oksibil District, Pegunungan Bintang Regency
Groundwater is dynamic and influenced by natural factors, such as geology and geomorphology, which affect aquifer characteristics, groundwater movement, and surface morphology. This study aims to identify subsurface aquifer positions and the distribution of groundwater depth in Oksibil District, Pegunungan Bintang Regency. The research utilizes the resistivity geoelectric method with a Wenner configuration to determine lithology and aquifer characteristics. Measurements were conducted using the AIDU Golden Rod instrument, which analyzes natural electric fields. Results indicate the presence of pressurized aquifers at depths ranging from 125 to 300 meters with varying thicknesses of 20 to 85 meters. In contrast, free aquifers are primarily located at shallow depths (0–40 meters) in specific areas, such as Kabiding. The findings provide valuable insights into groundwater resource management and regional aquifer potential in Pegunungan Bintang Regenc

The development of digital technology has encouraged the use of Actelectronic in international business transactions. However, the validity of electronic activities is still a legal issue, especially in Indonesia, where regulations are not fully in line with international standards such as the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce. This study aims to analyze the validity of electronic deeds in international business transactions through the perspective of Indonesian notaries to identify existing challenges, as well as provide recommendations for regulatory harmonization. This research uses a normative juridical method with a legal and regulatory approach, a study of legal doctrine, and an analysis of international standards related to electronic transactions. Primary data were obtained from regulatory studies such as the ITE Law and the Notary Position Law, while the data secondary comes from international standards such as UNCITRAL Model Law and eIDAS. The results of the study show that although electronic deeds are recognized by the ITE Law as a valid legal evidence tool, their application in cross-border transactions is constrained by inconformities with the Notary Position Law, which still requires physical presence and manual signatures. In addition, the lack of integration with international standards and inadequate cybersecurity infrastructure are also major obstacles. The discussion highlighted the importance of harmonization of national regulations with international standards
Effectiveness of Digital Interventions in Improving Knowledge and Attitudes of Adolescent Mental Health: A scoping review
Adolescent mental health is a critical issue that affects their quality of life and development. Digital interventions offer an innovative solution to enhance mental health literacy among adolescents. This article to identify the effectiveness of digital educational interventions in improving adolescents' knowledge and attitudes toward early detection of mental health issues. A scoping review was conducted using the PEOS framework. Literature searches were performed in PubMed and ScienceDirect databases for articles published between 2019 and 2024. A total of 15 articles were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Digital interventions, such as school-based applications and social media campaigns, enhanced mental health literacy and reduced stigma related to mental health. Several interventions also improved adolescents' abilities to recognize mental health symptoms and encouraged help-seeking behaviors. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and limited access remain significant barriers to implementation. Digital education effectively improves adolescents' knowledge and attitudes toward early detection of mental health issues. Culturally relevant approaches and stakeholder support are crucial for the program's sustainability
UI/UX Design Using the Design Thinking Method in the Development of a New Student Registration Information System Website at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Qurrotul 'Uyun
This research aims to design User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for website-based student registration at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Qurrotul 'Uyun using design thinking method. In the face of educational development and the need for technological innovation, the use of technology in school administration activities is crucial to improve efficiency. This research highlights the problems faced by Raudhatul Athfal Qurrotul 'Uyun, namely the use of manual forms and Google Forms in Registration, which have the potential to result in filling errors and difficult data management. The design thinking method is applied through the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Interviews were conducted with prospective student guardians, solution ideas were collected, and a UI design was created to illustrate user flow. The prototype was tested through usability testing with the system usability scale, involving 12 respondents. The results showed that the UI and UX design of web-based student registration using figma tools with the design thinking method can be done at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Qurrotul 'Uyun
The Urgency of Restorative Justice Implementation in Addressing Domestic Violence Cases to Realize Justice Oriented towards Victim Recovery
The study is to examine, from the standpoint of legal advantages, the regulation and application of restorative justice in addressing domestic violence (DV) cases. In order to achieve a fair and beneficial conclusion, restorative justice places a strong emphasis on victim recovery, offender accountability, and community involvement. This study examines laws that support the implementation of restorative justice, such as Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021 and Prosecutor's Regulation Number 15 of 2020, and their applicability to the protection of domestic violence victims using a normative legal method that combines a statute approach and a conceptual approach. The study's findings suggest that a different approach to DV case resolution may be restorative justice, especially in ongoing social relationships, such as husband-wife or parent-child, so that it can reduce the negative impact of conventional criminalization on families, including social and economic aspects. However, its application must be carried out selectively, considering the risk of pressure on victims to reconcile and the potential for the recurrence of violence. From the perspective of legal benefits, restorative justice implementation can provide broader benefits compared to the retributive punishment system, provided that there is strict supervision and a mechanism that ensures that justice for victims remains a top priority. Therefore, evaluation and strengthening of regulations are needed to ensure that the implementation of restorative justice in domestic violence cases truly provides legal protection and benefits for all parties involved
