    Layanan Perbankan BSI Mobile dan Perbandingannya dengan BRImo

    This research was conducted with the aim of knowing what forms of mobile banking services are available at BSI and in comparison with mobile banking applications at BRI. This study uses a type of qualitative research. This research is descriptive in nature. This research was also carried out through library research. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the banking services provided by BSI Mobile include banking services in the form of raising and channeling funds, religious social services, banking services, and non-banking services. BRImo has more service features than BSI Mobile, along with an attractive interface system and an easier page switching system. The advantages and conveniences, as well as features that suit customer needs, will attract customers to use them more than others

    This article seeks to explain that the crime of domestic violence does not always have to prioritize criminal action, but rather prioritizes recovery for the interests of the victim through restorative justice, which is an alternative settlement of criminal cases outside the court. Settlement of acts of violence in the household sphere if the criminal law route is resolved is deemed inappropriate, considering that the perpetrator and the victim have a personal and legal relationship, so different ways of solving the conflict in the household are needed, one of which is with a restorative justice approach, on the basis of these legal issues this research was conducted. This research is a normative legal research. Furthermore, it is analyzed through the stages of interpretation, assessment, research, and evaluation. And finally concluded in a descriptive form. From the results of the research it is known that the settlement of acts of domestic violence can be carried out with a restorative justice approach by involving victims, perpetrators and other independent related parties to find the best solution to reach an agreement rather than just imposing a sentence. From the category of acts of domestic violence specified in the Law, it can be carried out with a restorative justice approach with a subjective and proportional assessment of each case and taking into account the agreement between the two parties

    The modernization of the Muhammadiyah model of education, in particular the concept of "public school plus the Koran" has become the basis for the growth of modern Islamic schools in urban areas. Muhammadiyah of Langsa which organizes educational institutions based on the packaging of "public school plus the Koran". The formulation of the research problem is how the tahfidz method is at the Muhammadiyah Langsa Integrated Islamic School. The results showed that the tahfidz Al-Qur'an method used in learning at the Integrated Islamic School Muhammadiyah Langsa used the zidah and muraqaah methods and the halaqah (talaqqi) or jam'i method Modernisasi pendidikan model Muhammadiyah, khususnya konsep “sekolah umum plus Alquran” menjadi basis bagi pertumbuhan sekolah-sekolah Islam modern di perkotaan.     The development of interpretation in the Middle Ages was dominated by science, which at that time was experiencing its heyday. During the 11th century, the interpretation of mufassir tended to be based on the interests and scientific background of the mufassir. The scientific background of the mufassirs, who have different specializations in their interpretations, gradually gives birth to at-Tafsir, or patterns in their interpretation. This study uses a literature study (library research) with qualitative methods and a descriptive approach to discuss the definition of interpretation patterns, the periodization of interpretations, various types of interpretations, and examples of patterns in interpretation. The result of this study is an explanation regarding the style of interpretation, which can be seen from the interpretation products of a mufassir or through the research of a mufassir himself. The research starts with the background of the mufassir, education, and the purpose of the mufassir in compiling a book of interpretations. The variety of colors or patterns of a mufassir in interpreting are grouped into six: fiqh pattern, lughowi pattern, scientific pattern, philosophical pattern, Sufi pattern, and adab ijtima'i pattern. There are many Mufassir who pursued various styles in the medieval period, such as Imam ath-Tabari with his Tafsir ath-Tabari with a fiqh style, Imam Fakhruddin ar-Razi with his Tafsir Mafatih al-Ghaib with a philosophical and scientific style, and Imam Abu Hayyan with his Tafsir Bahr al-Muhith lughowi pattern. The benefits of this research are expected to come in the form of scientific insights and enrich the scientific literacy of the Al-Qur'an interpretation.     This article describes how the Qur'an explains the calamities that befall humans. One form of disaster is natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia, so the author takes two interpretations of Indonesian scholars, namely Tafsir Al-Azhar and Tafsir Al-Misbah. This research as a whole is a library research. The author uses the maudhû`i interpretation approach (thematic) & comparative approach, the data that has been collected is analyzed using the interpretation and comparison (muqarran) method of both interpretations. The results of this study conclude that in interpreting verses related to the nature of disasters, both Hamka and M. Quraish Shihab have the same opinion, that calamities that befall humans have essentially been written in Lauhul Mahfudz and with the permission and will of Allah SWT, the difference is when the term Hamka's use of the Qur'an for the meaning of calamity is not mentioned by Hamka while M. Quraish Shihab explains the meaning and differences in scope. Hamka classifies disasters into big and small disasters, in contrast to M. Quraish Shihab, both of them have the same view that disasters occur as a result of human actions themselves, only Hamka emphasizes in his interpretation, not to blame others easily. the same view that when a disaster befalls a human being he should be patient, grateful and trustful and say the sentence istirja'

    The Book of Hadith Arba'in is a work written by a great scholar, who has a high reputation among Muslims, namely Imam Nawawi. In the book of Arba'in there are also several other priests such as Al-Ajurri, Al-Baihaqi, Ash-Shabuni, Al-Hakim, Ad-Daruquthni, Ath-Tabari, As-Suyuthi, Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalani and in addition to those who number up to dozens of books of Arbain. And the book of arba'in is already very widely known and fragrant until now. The basis of this book is "Al-Ahadith Al-Kulliyah" dictated by Imam Al-Hafizh Abu Amr bin Ash-Shalah, which is a collection of 26 hadiths that are dense and concise. Then Imam Nawawi fulfilled it into 42 hadiths and named it Al-Arba'in. This simple paper uses the library search method, and this type of research is a qualitative method. The discussion of this paper is divided into several sub-discussions: introduction, brief biography of Imam Nawawi, understanding of monotheism uluhiyyah, prohibiting bid'ah in religion. In this conclusion, Imam Nawawi chose the hadith that became the foundation of Islam in compiling his Arba'in book, Imam Nawawi's foresight in conceptualizing the chapters of the book

    Plurality is a sunnatullah that cannot be avoided. Plurality is very possible because the natural world and everything in it is dynamic and tentative. In every change that involves humans, it is impossible to imagine a single change taking place, including regarding the notion of religious belief and divinity (theology). This research is included in the qualitative research of the library (Library Research), in which researchers will try to examine the literature about God in the Perspective of Kejawen Islam. This study uses an interpretive approach. Javanese culture or Kejawen that is adaptive are very likely to accommodate changes that are enculturative or syncretic. Islam, like Javanese culture, is also quite adaptive and accepts every adjustment. However, it is very clear that Islam does not accept adaptation in any form in the realm of aqeedah. This research is intended to determine the boundaries between enculturation and syncretism, through qualitative methods based on literature studies and descriptive analysis. The results obtained are that Kejawen is generally enculturative in nature, but there are also several kejawen schools that apply syncretism

    Al-Qur'an as a holy book with three roles, namely as a guide (al-huda), an explanation of these instructions (al-bayyinah), and a distinction between rights and vanity (al-furqan), is a solution to deal with various problems that arise. in today's society. This research aims to. First, to find the concept of religiosity in the Qur'an. Second, looking for a relationship between the morals in the Qur'an and the cultivation of religious character. Third, enriching the treasures of Islamic scholarship regarding the values ​​of religiosity and morals. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that focuses on literature review with descriptive analysis that describes, explains and analyzes data in a detailed and informative manner. The research used comes from primary and secondary data including books of interpretation, both tahlili and maudhu'i, moral books both salaf and modern, books on science and technology and their implications as well as journals and websites that are relevant to the discussion. The results of this study can be concluded that there are many verses of the Qur'an relating to morals. The author only lists a few. The verses relating to these morals and their interpretations become standardization in the formation of religious character, by doing and getting used to things that are ordered or recommended and leaving everything that is prohibited by the Qur'an. With this standardization, religious character values ​​emerge, including: idealism, youth struggle and pioneering, having a pattern of logical and critical thinking, being responsible for actions, daring to accept punishment, youth's firmness in defending the faith, and so on

    Pembelajaran Berbasis Kognitif Multimedia pada Kalbu Perspektif al-Qur’an

    This study explores the application of multimedia cognitive theory in learning to understand its effect on learners' emotions and mental feelings. The focus of this study is on classroom conditioning and the use of multimedia elements such as images, sounds, music, animation, and text on the screen, along with the instructor's expressions. The purpose of the study is to increase the effectiveness and motivation of learners and make learning more interesting and meaningful. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature research methods. Primary data sources come from Qur'anic exegesis, while secondary data sources involve books, journals, and related research. Data analysis is carried out through content analysis methods, focusing on identifying key patterns and concepts. By combining both data sources, this study forms a strong basis for understanding the impact of multimedia cognitive theory on learners' emotions and motivation in the context of learning. Research findings indicate that the use of images and sounds as stimuli through two sensory channels, eyes and ears, can evoke emotions in the hearts of learners. The study also draws on concepts in the Qur'an, reinforcing the idea that eyes and ears have an important role in influencing human understanding and feeling. The conclusion of this study confirms that the application of multimedia cognitive theory in learning can increase the effectiveness and motivation of learners. By referring to these findings and ethnographic analysis approaches, this study provides new insights into the potential of multimedia in creating more engaging and meaningful learning experiences
