Pengembangan GIS untuk Pemetaan Covid-19 dengan Implementasi Location Based Service dan Open Source Map
The spread of Covid-19 is very fast, various efforts are being made to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and provide information about it. Especially in the area of West Sulawesi Province, information about the development of Covid-19 can be accessed through a website that has been provided by the government, namely Covid Sulbar. There is a development of a Geographic information system for Covid-19 mapping with the implementation of Location based services and open source maps. This study aimed to build and implement a system as a solution to the problems currently being faced by the community related to the Covid-19 pandemic and the new normal era. The method used was literature study, observation, and interviews. The device development model used in this research was the Waterfall development model. The results showed that the results of the system development which had been carried out could be drawn from several conclusions that this research produces a Geographic Information System (GIS) regarding the distribution map and status of the Covid-19 zone. Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are easily accessible by users simply by using a web browser. With the GIS-COV website, it could help the public to see and find out information on the condition of an area related to the number of cases and the status of the level of the spread of Covid-19. With the GIS-COV website, the public could find out the number of spread of Covid-19 and certain zones with the highest and lowest levels of spread
Uji Plagiarism pada Tugas Mahasiswa Menggunakan Algoritma Winnowing
Plagiarism is the act of taking or plagiarizing the work, ideas or ideas of others either intentionally or unintentionally and claiming to be one\u27s own work without mentioning the source or author. Often students plagiarize assignments given by the lecturer so that sometimes students just copy other people\u27s assignments to complete the assignment. So that this can lead to dependence on other people in doing assignments and not being able to independently carry out assignments given by the lecturer. Currently, many plagiarism detection systems have been created to help reduce the level of plagiarism, one of which is the winnowing algorithm. In this study the authors used the winnowing algorithm to detect plagiarism in student assignments, namely programming source code, from the results of research conducted on 10 student assignments using the winnowing algorithm produced various similarity values as a percentage of similarity between two students tasks compared. With an average value of the overall similarity of the 10 tasks, namely 75.12%
Analisis Kinerja Teknologi Informasi Pada Universitas Jember Menggunakan Metode It Balanced Scorecard
In the face of the development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in tertiary institutions which is increasing, so that it requires an IT performance analysis method that can assess company performance accurately and thoroughly. This research was conducted to determine the extent of IT performance, whether it has met the needs and business strategies of tertiary institutions and IT strategies, and which still need improvements and improvements. In addition, the results of the analysis can be used as a basis as a reference for improving IT performance in Jember University. The purpose of using the IT Balanced Scorecard method is to analyze the IT performance of Jember University from four perspectives, namely: the perspective of the company\u27s contribution, the perspective of user orientation, the perspective of operational improvement, and the perspective of future orientation. From the results of measurements that have been carried out it is known that the overall IT performance of Jember University is quite good, this is indicated by the results of the IT Balanced Scorecard size generated from each perspective
Analisis Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Pada Pekerjaan Dinding Wallplus Precast Ringan Proyek Perumahan Sekar Jepun Denpasar
Labor productivity is one of the factors determining the success of a development project of construction services. In measuring the level of labor productivity there are a variety of ways, one of them with the method of time study research was done by observing the level of productivity against 20 workers of the wall plus wall work and accompanied by a questionnaire filling 20 respondents workers. Observations were made during 12 working days. From the results of the collection, questionnaires performed processing with the help of the computer program SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 23. From the analysis that has been done can note that the magnitude of the productivity the average is 16.41 m2/days from the calculation of the total cost the implementation of wall work is Rp. 19,773,256.80 and the variable managerial has a dominant influence on the level labor’s productivityProduktivitas tenaga kerja adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan sebuah proyek pembangunan jasa kontruksi. Dalam mengukur tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja ada berbagai macam cara, salah satunya dengan metode time. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengamati tingkat produktivitas terhadap 20 tenaga kerja pekerjaan dinding wallplus dan disertai pengisian kuesioner oleh 20 responden tenaga kerja. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 12 hari kerja. Dari hasil pengumpulan data kuesioner dilakukan proses pengolahan data dengan bantuan computer program SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) versi 23. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya nilai produktivitas rata rata adalah 16,41 m2/Hari, dari hasil perhitungan total Biaya Pelaksanaan pekerjaan dinding wallplus sebesar Rp. 19.773.256,80 dan variabel managerial mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja
Sistem Monitoring Rental Mobil Berbasis Android Menggunakan GPS
Kurangnya pemantauan atau memonitoring saat penyewaan rental mobil mengakibatkan tidak dapat mengetahui keberaadaan mobil yang disewakan. Dengan begitu kerap kali usaha rental mobil mengalami kerugian seperti kehilangan mobil dan tidak mengembalikan mobil tepat waktu. Untuk dapat mengetahui keberadaan mobil saat disewakan dan menimalisir kejahatan, sistem penyewaan rental mobil berbasis android untuk mendapatkan informasi pelacakan posisi kendaraan dan keluar masuknya mobil dengan menggunakan GPS. Pada kajian ini penerapan aplikasi android untuk system penyewaan rental mobil dapat memonitoring dan dapat mempermudah mengetahui keberadaan mobil
Sea Water Intake Building Based on Revetment and Groins Structures
An open sea water intake structure is designed without desalination treatment system at the port area. Fresh water from intake system later on is used for refrigeration system. Function of intake structure is to collect water with special characteristic issue to minimize the volume of sand sediment entered in the intake pipe. Floating and suspended sediment particles passed by the pipe filter causes negative impact and damage to the pump and or heat exchanger systems in Power Plant, so it must be cleaned periodically and requires extra costs. New design of sea water intake at study area uses revetment and groin system to retain the floating and suspended sand sediment, the structure system is able to be expected retaining all sediment particle types and cost maintenance of intake system can be reduced.Struktur pengambilan air laut terbuka bebas didesain dengan menggunakan sistem anti penggaraman di lokasi pelabuhan. Air laut nantinya digunakan sebagai sistem pendingin. Fungsi struktur pengambilan adalah mengumpulkan air laut dengan karakteristik khusus untuk meminimalkan sedimen pasir yang masuk ke dalam pipa pengambilan. Partikel sedimen melayang dan mengendap yang lolos pada saringan pipa mengakibatkan dampak negatif dan kerusakan pompa hisap dan atau sistem pendingin pembangkit listrik, sehingga secara periodik dan memerlukan biaya tinggi guna proses pembersihannya. Design terbaru dari bangunan pengambilan air laut ini menggunakan sistem revetment dan groins untuk menahan sedimen melayang dan mengendap, dengan demikian sistem struktur mampu menahan semua tipe partikel sedimen dan biaya perawatan sistem pengambilan dapat dikurangi.  
Pengaruh Penggunaan Pasir Puger Sebagai Agregat Halus Terhadap Karakteristik (LASTON AC-WC)
Asphalt concrete is a layer in the construction of highway pavement consisting of fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, filler, and asphalt. asphalt has several advantages compared to other materials. Therefore concrete asphalt is widely used and its needs have increased. To complement these needs, research is conducted as an alternative that is using Puger sand as fine aggregate. Puger sand is natural sand containing iron ore of approximately 49.7% and has a reserve of concentrate of approximately 700,000 tons. The purpose of this research was to determine the use of Puger sand as fine aggregate on the characteristics of Laston AC-WC. This study uses 5 variations including 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% and 0% Puger sand mixture and using asphalt content of 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5% and 7%. Marshall test results that have been done produce an optimum asphalt content of 5.5% with a variation of the use of a 50% Puger sand mixture. Obtained stability 1763.54 kg, Flow 3.7 mm, MQ 474.5 kg / mm, VIM 4.14%, VMA 15.2%, and VFB of 72.46%. So that the use of Puger sand as fine aggregate can complement the Bina Marga General Specifications 2018.Aspal beton merupakan suatu lapisan pada konstruksi perkerasan jalan raya yang terdiri dari agregat halus, agregat kasar, filler, dan aspal. Aspal beton sendiri mempunyai beberapa kelebihan dibandingkan dengan bahan-bahan lain. Oleh sebab itu aspal beton banyak digunakan dan kebutuhannya mengalami peningkatan, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut dilakukan penelitian Sebagai alternatif lain yaitu menggunakan pasir Puger sebagai agregat halus. Pasir puger merupakan pasir alam yang mengandung biji besi sekitar 49,7 % dan memiliki cadangan konsentrat sekitar sebesar 700.000 Ton. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan pasir puger sebagai agregat halus terhadap karakteristik Laston AC-WC. Dari penelitian ini menggunakan 5 variasi yaitu 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% dan 0% campuran pasir puger dan menggunakan kadar aspal 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5% dan 7%. Hasil uji Marshall yang telah dilakukan diperoleh Kadar Aspal Optimum sebesar 5,5% dengan variasi penggunaan campuran pasir Puger 50%, dengan diperoleh Stabilitas 1763,54 kg, Flow 3,7 mm, MQ 474,5 kg/mm, VIM 4,14%, VMA 15,2%, dan VFB sebesar 72,46%. Sehingga penggunaan pasir Puger sebagai agregat halus dapat memenuhi Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018
Analisis Dan Desain Dinamis Pondasi Dangkal Berdasarkan Data CPT
A generator set used at the building has to consider some environmental factors so that it would not affect the building structure system and not cause some noises as long as operation time. In order to avoid these disturbances, all foundation systems are not only analyzed and designed in the static calculation but also they must consider some impact factors due to dynamic loading. This study\u27s purpose is to determine the dimensions of shallow foundation and specifications of rubber as a vibration damper in accordance with applicable regulations. The static calculation analyzes the immediate and consolidation settlements, and bearing capacity that occurred at the soil foundation using the Schmertmann method. The dynamic analysis calculates some magnitudes of frequency and or amplitude, and also attenuation of single and couple mode vibration in vertical, horizontal, longitudinal displacement directions, then also rocking, yawing, and pitching turning moment directions using the Lumped Parameter method from some references. Analysis and design obtained the dimensions of 3.7 x 1.7 x 0.7 m for shallow foundation system and allowable bearing capacity (qall) indicated equals 4.10 kg/cm2 based on static condition, and 6.20 kg/cm2 according to static and dynamic conditions, respectively. Then, some assessments in static and dynamic calculations were also found the total settlement (D) = 0.49 mm, amplitude (Az) = 6.6 x 10-6 m, (Ax) = 3.2 x 10-6 m, and (Af) = 1.7 x 10-6 rad. Generally, the resulting parameters from those analyses and design have fulfilled the existing standard and local government regulations.Generator set yang digunakan pada gedung harus memperhatikan beberapa faktor lingkungan, sedemikian sehingga tidak mempengaruhi sistem struktur bangunan dan tidak menimbulkan kebisingan-kebisingan pada saat atau waktu operasi. Untuk menghindari beberapa gangguan tersebut, seluruh sistem pondasi tidak hanya dianalisis dan didesain dalam kondisi statis saja, akan tetapi juga harus mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor dampak akibat beban dinamis. Tujuan studi ini adalah menentukan dimensi-dimensi pondasi dangkal dan spesifikasi karet sebagai suatu peredam getaran sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Dalam studi ini, perhitungan statis menganalisis penurunan segera dan konsolidasi, serta daya dukung tanah yang terjadi pada lapisan tanah pondasi dengan menggunakan metode Schmertmann. Analisis dinamis menghitung besaran frekuensi dan amplitudo, dan juga atenuasi vibrasi tunggal dan gabungan dalam arah pergerakan vertikal, horizontal, dan longitudinal; kemudian juga akibat putaran momen dari pergoyangan rocking, yawing, dan pitching dengan metode Lumped Parameter dari beberapa literatur. Analisis dan desain telah menghasilkan dimensi 3,7 * 1,7 * 0,7 m untuk sistem pondasi dangkal dan daya dukung ijin (qall) menunjukkan = 4,10 kg/cm2 berdasarkan kondisi statis dan 6,20 kg/cm2 berdasarkan kondisi statis dan dinamis, secara berurutan. Kemudian, beberapa perkiraan di dalam perhitungan kondisi statis dan dinamis juga mendapatkan penurunan total (D) = 0,49 mm, amplitudo (Az) = 6,6 x 10-6 m, (Ax) = 3,2 x 10-6 m, (Af) = 1,7 x 10-6 rad. Vertical Take Off Landing (VTOL) Untuk Drop Kits Pada Quadcopter
A structure due to natural disasters often occurs in Indonesia, and this is caused by the location of Indonesia in the path of earthquakes and volcanoes. Logistics delivery in the form of medicines and food has been hampered, and this is acknowledged by the Indonesian government, which experienced many obstacles when it had to reach an isolated location due to land transportation lines being cut off. So it was designed an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) or drone that can deliver survival kits to some places that are isolated due to natural disasters autonomously. Flight orders will be made through the Mission Planner software, which is then sent to the drone using 433 MHz telemetries. Survival kits carried by drones will be dropped using a servo to a predetermined location. The work of Vertical Take-Off Landing (VTOL) for Drop Kits has successfully carried out a mission to deliver survival kits to 4 different locations in one flight. By using the 433 MHz Telemetry, the drone can travel a maximum distance of 120 meters in 5 minutes 10 seconds with a 9 Ah battery capacity
Prototipe Pemantauan Level Air Pada Bendungan Berbasis IOT
The purpose of making this prototype is to make a water level pemantauan tool in the dam using ultrasonic sensors and an IoT system. To support the manufacture of this tool, several other electronic components are used, including the NodeMCU microcontroller, ultrasonic sensors, water pumps, relays, and buzzers. The process of the water level pemantauan system in the IoT-based dam works as a whole. The process begins with filling water from box 1 (analogous to river) to box 2 (analogous to a dam) assisted by a water pump to fill the water box. Then the ultrasonic sensor reads the water distance data from the dam and is sent to the microcontroller and then displayed on ThingSpeak via PC / HP. When box 2 is filled with water and reaches the maximum limit, the buzzer will sound and the relay will turn off the water pump automatically. The test results show that the data obtained is accurate. When the sensor reads the water level capacity data at a distance of 6 cm, the dam capacity will be fully read, the buzzer will sound and turn off the relay automatically then send the information to ThingSpeak. Reading or pemantauan the water level in the dam can be an alternative to control the water level in the dam and facilitate the dam guard
