    Analisis Faktor Keterlambatan Pada Pembangunan Proyek X

    In a construction project generally has its own work schedule and activities. Project planning refers to the estimates that have been generated at the time of planning. If there is a discrepancy between the planned plan and its implementation, it can cause delays in project development. Based on the s curve, in May the progress should have reached 83.8%, but the realization in the field has only reached 59.2%, As a result, late indications might be detected in the project. It\u27s necessary to look at the dominant reasons of project delays based on the percentage data. The purpose of this study is to reveal or find the dominant factors that affect delays and solutions for delays in the construction of Project X. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to individuals who were directly involved with project development such as contractors, supervisory consultants, and owners. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data using SPSS V25 software. The financial factor with parameter X28, namely late payment by the owner obtaining a β value of 0.386 has proven to be the most significant factor in the delay in the construction of Project X and the effort to overcome this delay is to provide a letter to the owner to make a cash-in plan to pay off the outstanding payment in progress.Dalam suatu proyek konstruksi biasanya memiliki jadwal dan kegiatan kerja tersendiri. Perencanaan proyek mengacu pada perkiraan yang telah dihasilkan pada saat pembuatan rencana. Jika terdapat perbedaan antara rencana yang telah direncanakan dengan pelaksanaannya, maka dapat menimbulkan keterlambatan pembangunan proyek. Berdasarkan kurva s, pada bulan Mei progres seharusnya sudah mencapai 83,8%, tetapi realisasi di lapangan baru mencapai 59,2%, maka dapat dilihat bahwa proyek memiliki indikator terlambat. Sehingga berdasarkan data persentase tersebut, perlu dilakukan kajian mengenai faktor dominan penyebab keterlambatan proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengungkapkan atau menemukan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keterlambatan  serta solusi atas keterlambatan pada pembangunan Proyek X. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada individu yang terlibat langsung dengan pembangunan proyek seperti kontraktor, konsultan pengawas, dan pemilik. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan memakai software SPSS V25. Faktor keuangan dengan parameter X28, yaitu keterlambatan pembayaran oleh pemilik memperoleh nilai β sebesar 0,386 terbukti menjadi faktor paling signifikan terhadap keterlambatan pembangunan Proyek X serta upaya untuk mengatasi keterlambatan tersebut ialah dengan memberikan surat kepada owner agar dibuatkan rencana cash in pelunasan outstanding pembayaran termin progres

    Bagasse fiber is an organic waste that is produced in many sugarcane processing factories in Indonesia. This fiber is also easy to obtain, cheap, does not endanger health and can also be degraded naturally. This research aims to determine the impact strength of the bagasse fiber treated with alkaline. The variables of this study are the immersion time of 1 hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours. The fiber used is sugarcane fiber and the volume fraction ratio of resin and catalyst 65% (2% catalyst) and 35% sugarcane fiber. Impact test is carried out according to the impact testing standard ASTM D 5942-96, by using the Charpy method. The result shows that among the three specimens tested, 1 hour immersed specimen has the greatest energy absorption with impact value of 0.5374 Joules/mm2. The longer the immersion time of bagasse fibers in the alkaline solution, the less energy absorbed. It also shows that the resin mixed with alkaline treated fibers has higher impact value than pure resin.Serat ampas tebu merupakan limbah organik yang banyak di hasilkan di pabrik-pabrik pengolahan tebu di Indonesia. Serat ini juga mudah didapat, murah, tidak membahayakan kesehatan dan juga dapat terdegradasi secara alami. Penelitian material serat ampas tebu ini bertujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan bagaimana hasil kekuatan impak dari serat ampas tebu yang mendapat perlakuan dengan variasi waktu perendaman alkali 1jam, 2jam, 3jam. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi lama perendaman 1 jam, 2 jam, 3 jam, serat yang di gunakan serat tebu dan perbandingan fraksi volum resin dan katalis 65% (2% katalis) dan serat tebu 35%. Spesimen yang digunakan sesuai standar pengujian impak ASTM D 5942-96, dengan metode Charpy. Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan  bahwa dari tiga spesimen yang diuji diperoleh spesimen satu (1 jam) mempunyai energi serap terbesar dengan harga impak 0,5374 Joule/mm2. Semakin lama perendaman serat ampas tebu kedalam larutan alkali maka energi terserap semakin kecil. Dari hasil perbandingan didapatkan bahwa resin dengan campuran serat yang sudah melalui perendaman alkali mendapatkan nilai impak yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan resin tanpa menggunakan serat

    This research aims to make a warning light with a microcontroller base as a control system. With the aim of reducing the use of manual systems in general that are in use today. The advantage of this warning light control system is that it functions to reduce the number of accidents that occur and can be used for railroad crossings where there are still no latches that have not been installed on the railroad railroad crossing (wild road). The display of the work system that is made will be monitored using a web monitoring display that supports and is easy to understand. Even though it has some delay in the process, the planned system has run well based on the average delay value. The experimental results show the average delay measured in the system is 0.31 seconds before sending from the node and 0.49 seconds when there is a change in conditions, while when there is data transmission from the node. The measured packet loss on the system is 0% before transmission and fans and 8.88% when data is transmitted from the node

    SMKN 1 Losarang is a vocational education institution where the level of mastery of skills is the main point in graduate output. Completeness of learning facilities and practical facilities in achieving competence in the automotive sector is certainly a necessity that must be fulfilled. By looking at a large number of students in the Automotive engineering department while the practicum facilities are still very minimal, the limited practicum facilities in supporting competency in the automotive field become an obstacle considering the ratio of the number of students to car AC trainer machines is 1:36 so that a solution is needed, namely increasing the number of facilities in the form of car AC engine trainers to improve student competence at SMK N 1 Losarang. With the application of car AC engine technology, the competence of students majoring in Automotive has increased by 20.5%. This is based on the comparison of the free test value to the post-test score that has been doneCompleteness praktikun learning tool in achieving competence automotive field would be a necessity that must be met. Seeing the large number of students at SMKN 1 Losarang, majoring in Automotive engineering, having practicum facilities that are still relatively minimal, with the limited practical facilities, additional practical facilities are needed in the form of car AC machine trainers to improve student competence at SMK N 1 Losarang. Increased competence by providing trainer AC Drives and conducted training and workshops and provide free test and post-test were conducted before and after the training. With the application of AC engine technology competence of students majoring in Automotive cars increased by 20.5%. This is based on comparison of the value of the free test to post-test value that has been done. PKM activity carried out has an impact enough for both students and the school\u27s own department

    The source of electricity for public facilities at the Green Open Space Park in Balikpapan City, which is used as a tourist spot, is very dependent on PLN sources, resulting in the problem of an electrical energy crisis. The purpose of this activity is to disseminate Smart Bench technology products with the generation of solar cell electricity, which functions as a seat and a place to charge mobile electronic devices as well as a source of electricity for lighting to increase public participation in using parks as tourist areas in the city. The method of implementing this service is applying solar cell technology for the supply of electric energy for park bench facilities, socialization and training to partners regarding the operation of intelligent benches, counselling about mapping the tourism potential of city parks. The result of this activity is the availability of a multifunctional park bench product as a seat, a mobile phone charging station, and a source of lighting for the garden area. In addition, there is an increase in partner knowledge in identifying the potential for park tourism in the city of Balikpapan.Sumber listrik fasilitas umum Taman Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Kota Balikpapan yang digunakan sebagai tempat wisata sangat tergantung sumber PLN mengakibatkan masalah krisis energi listrik. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu penerapan teknologi solar cell untuk suplai energi listrik fasilitas bangku taman, sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada mitra mengenai pengoperasian smart bench, penyuluhan tentang pemetaan potensi wisata taman kota. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah tersedianya alat produk bangku taman multifungsi sebagai tempat duduk, station charge perangkat handphone serta sebagai sumber penerangan area taman.     Abstract Determining the object boundaries in an image is a necessary process, to identify the boundaries of an object with other objects as well as to define an object in the image. The acquired image is not always in good condition, on the other hand there is a lot of noise and blur. Various edge detection methods have been developed by providing noise parameters to reduce noise, and adding a blur parameter but because these parameters apply to the entire image, but lossing some edges due to these parameters. This study aims to identify the characteristics of the image region, whether the region condition is noise, blurry or otherwise sharp (clear). The step is done by dividing the four regions from the image size, then calculating the entropy value and contrast value of each formed region. The test results show that changes in region size can produce different characteristics, this is indicated by entropy and contrast values ​​of each formed region. Thus it can be concluded that entropy and contrast can be used as a way to identify image characteristics, and dividing the image into regions provides more detailed image characteristics. &nbsp

    Water is very important for the life of living things on earth. The function of water for life cannot be replaced, but water taken directly from springs often experiences turbidity which usually occurs during the rainy season where excessive rainwater intensity can affect the clarity of the water flowing into people\u27s homes. From this problem, it is necessary to design a monitoring sistem for the turbidity of water flowing into the main tank which can be monitored via laptops, computers or cellphones that have internet access that can monitor in real-time and in the form of graphs and data stored in My Structured Query language (mysql) in this design. Using the nodemcu esp8266 which controls the tool in the design, the turbidity sensor is used to detect water turbidity, the ultrasonic sensor is used to detect the water level in the main tank, the relay is used to control the electric current, the solenoid valve is used to close the valve according to the conditions given with the design results of 120 ntu down and water height > 15 cm then the on relay and solenoid valve open the valve so that water can flow into the reservoir, while 121 ntu up and water height < 5 cm then the off relay and solenoid valve close the valve, the test is done using blackbox testing and the results of this test that the function on the sistem is 100% appropriate

    Analisis Risiko Keterlambatan Proyek Menggunakan Metode House of Risk

    In the implementation of project development, problems often occur which cause the project to get obstacles, causing delays in project completion time and failure to achieve the project goals. Therefore, it is necessary to research risk analysis and effectively mitigate it to reduce the negative impact of delays. Currently, many studies analyze the risk of delays but are limited to risk assessment based on probability and impact, and mitigation is only carried out on the causal variables without paying attention to the agent of the delay. While in this study using the House of Risk (HOR) method which consists of 2 stages. The first stage (HOR-1) is to determine the main factors causing delays and the second stage (HOR-2) is to mitigate risk effectively to properly resolve the delay problem based on the delay agent. The results of the delay risk analysis using HOR obtained 6 delay events caused by 7 dominant agents/causes of delay based on the Pareto diagram. Recommendations for handling project delays that are effective can be carried out through 4 main mitigation efforts so that the impact of delays can be prevented or reduced.Pada pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek seringkali terjadi masalah yang mengakibatkan proyek mengalami hambatan, sehingga menimbulkan keterlambatan waktu penyelesaian proyek dan kegagalan dalam mencapai tujuan proyek. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis risiko dan langkah mitigasi yang efektif guna mengurangi dampak negatif dari keterlambatan (delay). Saat ini sudah banyak penelitian yang menganalisa risiko keterlambatan tetapi terbatas pada assessmen risiko berdasarkan probabilitas dan dampak saja dan mitigasi hanya dilakukan pada variabel penyebab tanpa memperhatikan agen keterlambatan. Sedangkan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR) yang terdiri dari 2 fase. Fase pertama (HOR-1) untuk menentukan faktor-faktor penyebab utama keterlambatan dan fase kedua (HOR-2) untuk memitigasi risiko secara efektif agar dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan keterlambatan dengan baik berdasarkan agen keterlambatan. Hasil analisis risiko keterlambatan menggunakan HOR diperoleh 6 kejadian keterlambatan (delay event) yang diakibatkan oleh 7 agen/penyebab keterlambatan dominan berdasarkan diagram pareto. Rekomendasi penanganan keterlambatan proyek yang efektif dapat dilakukan melalui 4 upaya mitigasi utama agar dampak keterlambatan dapat dicegah atau dikurangi

    Currently, many electronic devices use the energy source from the solar cell which is stored in a battery. The battery is a portable, rechargeable power source. Solar energy is very suitable when converted to electrical energy because the amount of sunlight is infinite even though there is a period of time between sunrise and sunset. Converting solar energy to electrical energy requires a solar cell. One method that can be done is using the buck boost converter method with solar cell sources to create a battery charging control system. The Buck Boost Converter method was chosen because it can stabilize the output voltage from the solar cell when the weather is uncertain. If the light intensity of the sunlight is dim, the output voltage of the panel will also be low, then the converter will be in boost mode to increase the voltage level, on the other hand, if the light intensity of the panel output voltage will also be high, the converter will be in buck mode to lower the voltage level. The output voltage of this control system is maintained according to the battery charging voltage standard, which is 14 volts DC

    Technological developments require the development of wireless power transfer systems. From the various types of technology, magnetic coupling-based wireless power transfer system is one of the most widely used technologies. This research was conducted to study and design a magnetic coupling based wireless power transfer system circuit using the Proteus 8 simulation software. This wireless power transfer system consists of a transceiver, an inductive coil, and a power receiver. Experiments have been carried out and a wireless power transfer system using inductive coupling can produce power readings in the receiver coil circuit. The measured voltage value on the receiver coil in real (not ideal) conditions indicates power losses of at least 17.1296% due to electromagnetic interference. However, this magnetic coupling based wireless power transfer system can provide charging flexibility so that it remains attractive for application in various technologies
