    Analisis Perencanaan Sheet Pile pada Tanggul Sungai (Studi Kasus : Sungai Lungun, Sabanar Baru, Kabupaten Bulungan)

    This study was conducted to identify thecauses of landslides on river embankments. This studu aims to determine the value of the slope safety factor and to plan the dimensions of sheet pile reinforcement and stability on the slopes of the Lungun River. This study used the Fellenius method to analyze the stability of the existing slope, the design principle of sheet piles in anchors located on cohesive soil with the free end method, and also with the help of a computer technology program, namely Plaxis application program. From the results of the analysis and calculations, it was concluded that the value of the safety factor on the slopes of the Lungun River using the manual calculations of the Fellinus Method. A value of 1.470 was obtained and a calculation using the Plaxis 2D V.8.2 program obtained a value of 1.1092. For the solutions to landslides on the slopes of the Lungun River, the dimensions of sheet pile reinforcement obtained from the calculation were using a concrete sheet pile type W-400 A 1000 with a depth of 10 m plus anchor recognition at a depth of 1 m from the ground surfaces which was connected by a steel tie rod 7 cm along 14 m to a concrete anchor block with height of 1.5 m and thickness of 5 cm which was embedded 0.5 m from the ground surface, so that the value of safety factor that was calculated using the Plaxis 2D V.8.2 program was 3.5814.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab longsor pada tanggul sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai faktor keamanan lereng serta merencanakan dimensional perkuatan sheet pile dan stabilitas di lereng Sungai Lungun. Pada proses analisis data, peneliti menggunakan Metode Fellenius untuk menganalisa stabilitas lereng eksisting, prinsip perancangan turap di angker yang terletak pada tanah kohesif dengan metode ujung bebas, dan juga dengan bantuan program teknologi komputer yaitu program aplikasi Plaxis.  Dari hasil analisis dan perhitungan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa nilai faktor keamanan pada lereng Sungai Lungun dengan menggunakan perhitungan manual Metode Fellenius diperoleh nilai sebesar 1,470 sedangkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan program bantu Plaxis 2D V.8.2 didapatkan nilai factor keamanan sebesar 1,1092. Untuk solusi penanggulangan longsor lereng Sungai Lungun, ukuran dimensi perkuatan sheet pile yang diperoleh dari perhitungan yaitu menggunakan sheet pile beton tipe W-400 A 1000 dengan kedalaman 10 m ditambah dengan pengakuan angkur pada kedalaman 1 m dari permukaan tanah yang dikaitkan oleh tie rod baja Ø 7 cm sepanjang 14 m kepada blok angkur beton dengan tinggi blok angkur 1,5 m dan tebal 5 cm yang tertanam 0,5 m dari permukaan tanah, sehingga diperoleh nilai faktor keamanan yang dihitung dengan menggunakan program bantu Plaxis 2D V.8.2 sebesar 3,5814

    The Material Test Process of Gear Sprocket includes the process of cutting the material used as the Material Test sample which is mixed or not mixed. In the sample that is mixed, namely the base metal that has been cut with a value ratio of 10:2 Ounce of Material Gear Sprocket 10 and Tin Material 2 Ounces, fusion will be carried out for the process of blending/unifying the two types of material as sample material. Test the material with the mixing, while the Gear Sprocket material sample that was not mixed was also taken a load value of 10 Ounces, for the test sample where the mixing was not carried out. The test results data from the Gear Sprocket material sample with Tin mixing with four tests from several different surface parts obtained the value 51.5, 55, 50, 53 kgf. While the sample of the Gear Sprocket material without mixing the tin, the results obtained are the values ​​of 50, 51, 50, 50 kgf. In combining the Tin Material with the base metal Gear Sprocket with the ratio of 2 Ounce Tin Material and 10 Ounce Gear Sprocket Material, the hardness results are unstable, so the value obtained from the material being treated is obtained a value that is less likely, while the material test value of the Material Gear Sprockets that are not combined have good results from each surface even though the hardness value is slightly smaller than the result of the material being treated.Proses Uji bahan material Gear Sprocket meliputi proses pemotongan material yang digunakan sebagai sampel Uji Bahan yang dilakukan pencampuran maupun tidak dilakukan pencampuran. Dalam sampel yang dilakukan pencampuran yaitu Logam dasar yang sudah dilakukan pemotongan dengan perbandingan nilai 10:2 Ons Material Gear Sprocket 10 dan Material Timah 2 Ons, akan dilakukan peleburan untuk proses pemaduan/mempersatukan kedua jenis material tersebut sebagai bahan material sampel Uji bahan dengan pencampuran tersebut, sedangkan sampel material Gear Sprocket yang tidak dilakukan pencampuran juga diambil nilai beban 10 Ons, untuk sebagai sampel pengujian yang tidak dilakukan pencampuran tersebut. Data hasil pengujian dari Sampel material Gear Sprocket dengan pencampuran Timah dengan empat kali pengujian dari beberapa bagian permukaan yang berbeda didapat nilai 51,5, 55, 50, 53 kgf. Sedangkan Sampel material Gear Sprocket yang tanpa pencampuran Timah didapat hasil nilai 50, 51, 50, 50 kgf. didalam pemaduan Material Timah dengan logam dasar Gear Sprocket dengan perbandingan Material Timah 2 Ons dan Material Gear Sprocket 10 Ons didapat hasil kekerasan yang tidak stabil, sehingga nilai yang didapat dari material yang dilakukan perlakuan tersebut didapat nilai yang kurang memungkinkan, sedangkan nilai uji bahan dari Material Gear Sprocket yang tidak dilakukan pemaduan didapat hasil yang baik dari tiap-tiap permukaanya walaupun nilai kekerasannya sedikit lebih kecil dari hasil material yang dilakukan perlakuan

    VVT-i (Variable Valve Timing with Intelligent) technology basically works to optimize engine torque at every speed and driving conditions. The mechanism will eventually produce more efficient fuel consumption and lower exhaust emissions. The workings of VVT-i technology are quite simple, namely to calculate the optimal valve opening time, the ECU (Electronic Control Unit) will adjust the engine speed, air intake volume, throttle position and water temperature. In order for the valve timing target to always be realized, the crankshaft position sensor provides a signal that is a correction response. This VVT-i system will correct valve timing or fuel and air inlet lines. Adapted to the gas pedal footing and load borne to produce optimal torque in each rotation and engine load. This technology is also claimed to have excess power that is far more optimal and saves fuel consumption, and is environmentally friendly.Mesin berteknologi VVT-i (Variable Valve Timing with Intellegence) pada dasarnya bekerja mengoptimalkan torsi mesin pada setiap kecepatan serta kondisi mengemudi. Agar target valve timing senantiasa terwujud, sensor posisi crankshaft memberikan sinyal yang menjadi respon koreksi. Sistem VVT-i ini akan mengoreksi valve timing atau jalur keluar masuk bahan bakar dan udara.     The activities of gas well exploitation have some problems. One of the problems is the amount of liquid (water) in the tubing column which obstructing the gas production. One of the ways to overcome the problem is to offload activity. One of the important equipment during offload activities is the offloading pump. An offloading pump is used to transfer liquid (water) from the well that has been collected in a vessel to the trunkline. This study aims to see the changes in the performance of the offloading pump between the initial conditions according to the manufacturer\u27s specifications and the current condition after being used for ± 9 years. The type of pump being tested is a multi-stage centrifugal pump model 20 WUC-2R-19. The performance testing of offload pump is done by varying the discharge valve opening by 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. After that, compare the actual pump performance with the corrected data using the affinity law. The test performed during the offload process occur, and the fluid characteristics assume to be constant. The results showed that there was a decrease in performance between the initial operating conditions in 2011 with the actual conditions in 2020. The actual capacity of the pump decreased from 24 m3/h to be 23.45 m3/h. The efficiency of the offload pump decreased from the initial condition of 80% to 7.71%. The decrease in efficiency for 9 years is 2.29% or 0.25% per year.Kegiatan eksploitasi sumur gas memiliki berbagi masalah salah satunya banyaknya cairan pada column tubing yang menghambat produksi gas. Salah satu cara mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan proses offload. Peralatan yang penting untuk kegiatan offload adalah pompa offload. Pompa ini digunakan untuk memindahkan cairan yang telah ditampung di vessel ke trunkline. Unjuk kerja pompa offload dalam memtransfer cairan merupkan hal yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat perubahan unjuk kerja pompa offloading antara kondisi awal sesuai spesifikasi pabrik dengan saat ini setelah dipakai selama ± 9 tahun. Jenis pompa yang diuji adalah pompa multistage sentrifugal model 20 WUC-2R-19. Pengujian performansi pompa offload dilakukan dengan menvariasikan bukaan katup discharge sebesar 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100%. Kemudian membandingkan performansi pompa aktual dengan data terkoreksi menggunakan hukum affinity law. Pengujian ini tidak memperhitungkan perubahan karakteristik cairan yang terjadi saat kegiatan offload. Hasil penelitian menunjukan telah terjadi penurunan performansi antara kondisi awal operasi tahun 2011 dengan kondisi aktual tahun 2020. Kapasitas aktual pompa turun menjadi sebesar 23,45 m3/h dibandingkan kapasitas disain sebesar 24 m3/h. Efisiensi pompa offload menurun dari kondisi awal sebesar 80 % menjadi 7,71%. Penurunan efisiensi selama 9 tahun adalah sebesar 2,29% atau 0,25% per tahun

    The level of demand for electrical energy in Indonesia is currently getting higher and will continue with the increase in population so that it is required to conduct research in the field of renewable energy. To be able to support renewable energy research, a switching circuit is needed for the battery charging system. The switching circuit used is a converter bidirectional circuit controlled by an Arduino Uno microcontroller based on PI (Proportional-Integral) control. PI control functions to regulate the voltage so that it has a stable output voltage value. From the research results of the Konverter bidirectional circuit, using trial and error control constants Kp: 2,6 and Ki: 5,6, it was found that the battery charging time was obtained with an initial voltage of 22.9 Volt to 24 Volt battery without using PI control, which was 6 hours 57 minutes, whereas if using the PI control with Kp: 2,6 and Ki: 5,6 with the initial battery voltage of 22.9 Volt to 24 Volt, the battery charging becomes faster, which is 2 hours 45 minutes

    Pelatihan Desain Pembelajaran dengan E-learning Berbasis LMS Moodle

    The purpose of this service is to train teachers to have knowledge and skills in designing and developing learning with E-learning based on Moodle LMS. This training was given to SMP Maria Goretti Sungailiat Bangka teachers. The method of implementing the service is carried out in three phases: phase 1. preparation; phase 2. implementation; and phase 3. Evaluation. The service is carried out face-to-face and online. Through face-to-face training, lectures and demonstrations were held for 3 meetings in July 2020 with 10 teachers participating in this training. Online provided using the Moodle application. The results of the training showed that the knowledge and skills of teachers in designing and developing learning using the Moodle LMS E-learning application increased. Furthermore, from the Moodle application that has been developed by the servant for learning that the teacher provides to students, it can be applied properly.  Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk melatih guru agar memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mendesain dan mengembangkan pembelajaran dengan E-learning berbasis LMS Moodle. Pelatihan ini diberikan pada guru SMP Maria Goretti Sungailiat Bangka. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan tiga phase: phase 1. persiapan; phase 2. pelaksanaan; dan phase 3. Evaluasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan secara tatap muka dan daring. Melalui tatap muka pelatihan diberikan dengan ceramah dan demonstrasi yang diselenggarakan selama 3 kali pertemuan pada bulan Juli 2020 dengan jumlah yang guru yang ikut dalam pelatihan ini sebanyak 10 orang. Secara daring diberikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Moodle..  Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mendesain dan mengembangkan pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi E-learning LMS Moodle meningkat. Selanjutnya dari aplikasi Moodle yang telah dikembangkan oleh pengabdi untuk pembelajaran yang diberikan guru kepada siswa, dapat  diterapkan dengan baik. &nbsp

    Garbage pick-ups performed by two or more people must have a route in their pickup. However, it is not easy to model the route of the pickup that each point must be passed and each point is only passed once. Now, the method to create a route has been done a lot, one of the most commonly used methods is the creation of routes using the Traveling Salesman Problem method. Traveling Salesman Problem is a method to determine the route of a series of cities where each city is only traversed once. In this study, the shortest route modeling was conducted using Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem and Genetic Algorithm to find out the shortest route model that can be passed in garbage pickup. In this study, datasets will be used as pick-up points to then be programmed to model the shortest routes that can be traveled. The application of Multiple Traveling Salesman Problem method using Genetic Algorithm shows success to model garbage pickup route based on existing dataset, by setting the parameters of 100 generations and 100 population and 4 salesmen obtained 90% of the best individual opportunities obtained with the best individual fitness value of 0.05209. The test was conducted using BlackBox testing and the results of this test that the functionality on the system is 100% appropriate

    Pengaruh Variasi Temperatur Air 7°C, 17°C, dan 27°C Pada Campuran Beton Terhadap Nilai Kuat Tekan Beton Struktural

    This study discusses the effect of water temperature variations of 7°C, 17°C, and 27°C on concrete mixes on compressive strength values ​​of structural concrete. Concrete is a material that is often used in civil engineering construction. The use of concrete in large volumes causes the heat temperature of the hydration reaction to increase. It is necessary to monitor the temperature of the water in the concrete mixture to reduce the excess heat due to the hydration reaction. Water temperature is adjusted according to the planned temperature of 7°C, 17°C, and 27°C to determine the effect on the compressive strength and workability values. Concrete compressive strength testing is carried out at 3, 7, 14, and 28 days. The number of specimens needed was 36 cylindrical samples with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The results of slump testing at 7°C, 17°C, and 27°C respectively 3 cm, 5 cm and 10 cm. And for testing the compressive strength of concrete obtained data respectively 30.06 MPa, 35.31 MPa and 45.09 MPa. Increased compressive strength of concrete in each variation of 0.2%, 17.7% and 24.3%.Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh variasi temperatur air 7°C, 17°C, dan 27°C pada campuran beton terhadap nilai kuat tekan beton struktural. Beton merupakan sebuah material yang sering digunakan dalam pembangunan konstruksi teknik sipil. Penggunaan beton dalam volume besar mengakibatkan suhu panas dari reaksi hidrasi meningkat. Diperlukan monitoring suhu air pada campuran beton untuk menurunkan suhu panas berlebih akibat reaksi hidrasi. Suhu air diatur sesuai dengan suhu rencana yaitu 7°C, 17°C, dan 27°C untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada nilai kuat tekan dan nilai workability. Pengujian kuat tekan beton dilakukan pada umur 3, 7, 14, dan 28 hari. Jumlah benda uji yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 36 sampel berbentuk silinder dengan diameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm. Hasil pengujian slump pada suhu 7°C, 17°C, dan 27°C berturut-turut 3 cm, 5 cm, dan 10 cm. Dan untuk pengujian kuat tekan beton diperoleh data berturut-turut 30,06 MPa, 35,31 MPa dan 45,09 MPa. Peningkatan kuat tekan beton disetiap variasi sebesar 0,2%, 17,7 % dan 24,3%

    The process of ordering food and beverage menus at the Meatzilla restaurant still uses paper and stationery. Constraints that are often encountered are when restaurant visitors are crowded, but waiters are limited, often mistaken of orders and loss and order of paper orders and various other obstacles. This can cause feelings of disappointment and negative impressions which will certainly result in reduced customer satisfaction. This study aims to produce mobile device software that can support the running of food and beverage ordering systems at Meatzilla Restaurant self-service so that orders arrive quickly and right desires. This system is made using XML and java programming language with android studio tools version 3.5.3. Research in the form of case studies, software design methods using extreme programming models and system modeling tools using Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system is connected to the internet network where the admin, cashier, kitchen and customers are integrated with a restful web service. The final result of this study is a food and beverage ordering system consisting of 4 (four) parts, namely customer and admin software that is accessed by using a smartphone and the cashier and kitchen which is accessed by a PC / laptop. this system is very helpful in facilitating the management of customer orders
