    Perancangan Mesin Centrifugal Untuk Optimalisasi Tenaga Sortir Sampah Plastik

    PT. XXX as the yield management company becomes a plastic seed product that is ready to be used as raw material in other plastic companies. Apart from the garbage production of PT. Garuda Prima Sentosa also gets unused plastic waste from domestic and foreign suppliers. In the process of processing plastic waste, still uses the sorting power manually obtained by 40 people, the results obtained are also less than the maximum there are still many other materials mixed in plastic waste from 4200 kg of plastic waste can only be repaired by other unused material as much as 915.92 kg per day. This study discusses the centrifugal machine as a separator between used plastic waste from other unused materials and minimizes the sorting power of 40 people to 8 people, and adds the unused material to 1355,308 kg per day. The design of this Centrifugal machine to be able to overcome the problems that exist in the sorting section so that it can produce cleaner plastic seeds and improve the sorting process.PT. XXX mendapatkan sampah-sampah plastik yang tidak terpakai dari supplier penyedia sampah-sampah dalam negeri maupun sampah-sampah dari luar negeri. Dalam proses pengolahan sampah plastik ini, PT. XXX masih menggunakan tenaga sortir secara manual yang berjumlah 40 orang, hasil yang diperoleh juga kurang maksimal karena masih banyak material lain yang tercampur dalam sampah plastik dari 4200 kg sampah plastik hanya dapat memisahkan material lain yang tidak terpakai sebanyak 915,92 kg per harinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang mesin Centrifugal sebagai alat pemisah antara sampah plastik yang terpakai dari material lain yang tidak terpakai serta meminimalisir tenaga sortir sebanyak 40 orang menjadi 8 orang, dan memaksimalkan pemisahan material yang tidak terpakai menjadi 1355,308 kg per hari. Dari perancangan mesin Centrifugal ini mampu mengatasi masalah yang ada pada bagian sortir sehingga dapat menghasilkan biji plastik yang lebih bersih dan mempercepat proses penyortiran

    Electrical energy is a primary need in modern human life. However, with the increase in fuel prices, the right technology is needed to overcome it, in the form of battery and inverter innovations which are combined to produce an output of 220 volts ac which has the same capacity as PLN electricity. This PkM DPRM activity was held in Manggar Village for 3 days, namely @ u on July 30, August 3 and August 4, 2020 which was attended by fishermen, fried food traders and Manggar Village employees themselves. The equipment is designed with a capacity of 300 watts and 1000 watts, tailored to the needs of the residents. The benefit greatly eases the use of diesel generator sets for fishermen, which from Rp. 108,000 / month, has now become Rp. 0, -. Likewise for fried food traders, who originally paid Rp. 70,000 / month for electricity for lighting at night, now it is Rp. 0, -. Based on the results of the questionnaire, participants are very grateful for the presence of this technology in their village. At least the motivation for other residents to implement these tools in everyday life. Namun dengan meningkatnya harga bbm,  maka diperlukan sebuah teknologi yang tepat untuk mengatasinya, berupa inovasi aki dan inverter yang dikombinasikan menghasilkan output 220 volt ac yang kemampuannya sama dengan listrik PLN. Kegiatan PkM DPRM ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Manggar selama 3 hari   yait@u tanggal 30 Juli, 3 Agustus dan 4 Agustus 2020 yang   dihadiri   oleh warga nelayan, pedagang gorengan dan karyawan Kelurahan Manggar itu sendiri. Alat yang dirancang berkapasitas 300 watt dan 1000 watt, disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan warga. Manfaatnya sangat meringankan penggunaan solar genset bagi warga nelayan yang semula Rp 108.000/bulan , kini menjadi Rp 0,- . Demikian pula bagi pedagang gorengan, yang semula membayar listrik Rp 70.000 / bulan untuk penerangan di malam hari, kini menjadi Rp 0,-. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner, peserta sangat bersyukur dengan hadirnya teknologi tersebut di kelurahan mereka. Setidaknya motivasi bagi warga lainnya untuk mengimplementasikan alat tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: pembangkit listrik tanpa bbm, hemat energy, bbm, penerangan, kelurahan mangga

    The use of information technology, especially in education, is very important today, because almost all educational institutions use technology to support the performance of employees and teachers. Academic data processing in educational institutions, especially in early childhood education needs to be considered because currently in implementing student data processing is still done manually. Manual data collection is considered quite slow because it requires very high accuracy to reduce the occurrence of errors, duplication of data, and to maintain the accuracy of the data. Data recording and reports on ledgers often experience loss because each year the data continues to increase and it is difficult to find and require long student data. The solution to the problems that occur in early childhood education is to build a website-based academic data processing information system that can adjust to needs and overcome problems that occur. So, the purpose of this study is to design a website-based academic data processing information system to facilitate PAUD in processing student academic data.     PT XYZ is a subsidiary of one of the largest IT companies in Indonesia which is engaged in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The company\u27s business unit consists of many aspects, for example in the IT distribution business, providing retail for ICT products, outsourcing IT personnel, designing, installing and maintaining all things related to information technology. In order to run all of its businesses, this XYZ company requires a lot of high quality and high quality human resources, but with the outbreak of the Covid19 pandemic, the work process for PT. XYZ is disturbed because it is done in their respective homes. This results in difficulties for employees in processing administrative matters with the office. One of them is in the matter of taking care of leave permits because the previous leave licensing process was still done manually. The management decided to build an application that can be used by all employees in all subsidiaries. Therefore, the aim of this research is to make an application that can support the administrative needs of employees in the field of leave licensing called "LeaveRequest". This application is designed using the Java programming language with the Spring Boot framework and using the Waterfall software development method. This study found the results that the majority of respondents strongly agree with the design and usability of this application, so it can be concluded that the LeaveRequest application has succeeded in fulfilling the needs in serving the utility of PT. XYZ in work from home condition

    Pengaruh Penambahan Plastik LDPE Pada Campuran Aspal Beton Lapis AC-BC

    Increased traffic volume growth has an impact on demand for the construction of pavement structures and the use of materials used. Therefore, we need a material that can help coat aggregate materials other than asphalt in order to reduce these effects, for example polymer or plastic materials. One effort that can be done is to modify the effect of adding Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) plastic as an additive in AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course) asphalt mixture. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the addition of Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) type plastics as an added ingredient of AC-BC hot asphalt mixture on Marshall characteristics. Tests conducted include aggregate testing, asphalt testing, plastic testing, and Marshall testing. The design of the mixture is done by dry (dry process) using a variation of plastic content of 0%, 2%, 3%, and 4% with each bitumen content of 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6.0 % and 6.5%, the number of test specimens made is 75 test specimens. From the Marshall test results obtained KAO value of 6.5% with a variation in LDPE plastic content of 3%. With a stability value of 1878.40 kg, a flow value of 3.81 mm, an MQ value of 472.5 kg / mm, a VFB / VFA value of 72.55%, a VIM value of 4.29%, and a VMA value of 17.74%.Pertumbuhan volume lalu lintas yang meningkat memberikan dampak terhadap permintaan akan pembangunan struktur perkerasan jalan dan penggunaan material yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu material yang dapat membantu melapisi bahan agregat selain aspal agar dapat mengurangi pengaruh tersebut, contohnya bahan polimer atau plastik. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan dilakukan modifikasi pengaruh penambahan plastik Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) sebagai bahan tambahan dalam campuran lapis aspal beton AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penambahan plastik jenis Low Density Poly Ethylene (LDPE) sebagai bahan tambah campuran beraspal panas AC-BC terhadap karakteristik Marshall. Pengujian yang dilakukan antara lain pengujian agregat, pengujian aspal, pengujian plastik, dan pengujian Marshall. Perancangan campuran dilakukan dengan cara kering (dry process) menggunakan variasi kadar plastik sebesar 0%, 2%, 3%, dan 4% dengan masing-masing kadar aspal yaitu 4,5%, 5%, 5,5%, 6,0%, dan 6,5%, jumlah benda uji yang dibuat yaitu 75 benda uji. Dari hasil uji Marshall diperoleh nilai KAO sebesar 6,5% dengan variasi kadar plastik LDPE 3%. Dengan nilai stabilitas sebesar 1878,40 kg, nilai flow sebesar 3,81 mm, nilai MQ sebesar 472,5 kg/mm, nilai VFB/VFA sebesar 72,55 %, nilai VIM sebesar 4,29 %, dan nilai VMA sebesar 17,74%

    Pengaruh Penambahan Plastik Tipe PET (Polyethylene Terepthalete) Terhadap Campuran Laston AC-WC

    To find a solution the road problem in Indonesia, it requires to perform a modified mixture to obtain good quality of asphalt concrete pavement with addition the new material. The new material as an additive to increase the quality of pavement is a Polyethylene Terepthalete (PET). This Research uses some variation as: 4%, 4,5%, and 5% of PET from weight of asphalt concrete. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of PET as an additive in asphalt concrete wearing course (AC-WC). The metodh used in this study is a dry process from some references (such as: design and implementation of asphalt pavement used plastic waste, 2019). The result of marshall test found that the optimum performance and stability for 5% PET with 6.5% variances value of asphalt bitumen. Stability of five variation averange is 2193.3 kg; Flow is 3.90 mm; Void in Mix (VIM) is 3.7%; void mix in aggregate (VMA) is 16,7%; Void filled Bitumen (VFA/VFB) is 77.9%, and Marshall Quotient is 562,4 kg/mm. By the references used in this research, these value have been suitable with the research result from those references. It can be concluded that the asphalt pavement with using an additive of PET gives better performances and stability than without PET.Untuk mengatasi masalah kerusakan jalan di Indonesia maka perlu dilakukan modifikasi campuran untuk mendapatkan kualitas perkerasan aspal beton yang baik dengan penambahan material. Bahan tambah yang digunakan sebagai aditif untuk meningkatkan kualitas perkerasan jalan adalah PET. Tujuan dari penelitian ini  adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh PET sebagai bahan tambah pada Lapisan Aspal Beton (AC-WC). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kering (Pedoman Perancangan dan Pelaksanaan Campuran Beraspal Panas Menggunakan Limbah Plastik, 2019). Hasil dari pengujian marshall didapatkan kadar aspal optimum pada campuran laston AC-WC dengan bahan tambah PET sebesar 5% dengan variasi kadar aspal 6,5%. Stabilitas rata-rata dihasilkan sebesar 2193,3 kg ; flow sebesar 3,90 mm; VIM sebesar 3,7%; VMA sebesar 16,68%; VFA/VFB sebesar 77,9%, dan MQ sebesar 562,4 kg/mm. Berdasarkan referensi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, nilai tersebut telah sesuai dengan hasil penelitian dari referensi tersebut. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkerasan aspal dengan menggunakan aditif PET memberikan kinerja dan stabilitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan tanpa PET

    Analisis Tingkat Capaian Green Building Berdasarkan Greenship untuk Bangunan Baru Versi 1.2 (Studi Kasus: Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi)

    Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi termasuk hotel baru dan merupakan bangunan tertinggi di Kabupaten Banyuwangi mencapai 13 lantai dengan ketinggian 57,7 meter. Adanya konsep green building diharapkan gedung tersebut telah menerapkan konsep green building. Penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan kondisi gedung yang telah melewati masa konstruksi, sehingga tahap penilaian dilakukan hingga tahap Final Assessment. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat capaian green building berdasarkan greenship untuk bangunan baru versi 1.2 di Indonesia pada Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi. Variabel penelitian meliputi 6 (enam) kategori greenship yakni kategori tepat guna lahan, efisiensi dan konservasi energi, konservasi air, siklus dan sumber material, kesehatan dan kenyamanan dalam ruang, manajemen lingkungan bangunan. Data primer pada penelitian ini meliputi sistem proteksi kebakaran, aksesibilitas difabel, pengukuran pencahayaan, pengukuran kebisingan, pengukuran suhu dan kelembaban, kuisioner tamu dari Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi serta wawancara dengan pihak pengelola dan pelaksana. Data sekunder meliputi as-built drawing Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi, dokumen RTRW kabupaten Banyuwangi, Bill of Quantity, Rencana Kerja dan Syarat-syarat (RKS), serta panduan teknis perangkat penilaian greenship untuk bangunan baru versi 1.2 Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan, Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi telah menerapkan konsep green building sebesar 49,505% atau setara dengan Silver, setelah dilakukannya rekomendasi Hotel Kokoon Banyuwangi mendapatkan persentase predikat sesuai dengan kemampuan gedung yaitu sebanyak 62,376% atau setara dengan Gold. Biaya yang diperlukan dalam upaya meningkatkan peringkat dari Silver ke Gold adalah sebesar Rp. 80.116.500,00
