    Penerapan Building Information Modeling (BIM) Dalam Analisis Waktu Dan Anggaran Biaya Struktur Dan Arsitektur (Studi Kasus: Gedung Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Jember)

    The developments in the construction sector are increasing rapidly which makes construction service providers competitors implement an integrated system. Along with the current progress of science and technology, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is present as an integrated system innovation in the form of a digital platform. This study was conducted by analyzing the project of the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember using the BIM system. The use of BIM was doing modeling using Revit and scheduling planning used Synchro Pro. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from the Bureau of Planning, University of Jember. The results of the analysis showed that the total budget for the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember construction was IDR 7,054,568,108.31 with structural work costs details was IDR 3,448,641,620.63 and architectural work was IDR 3,605,926,487.68. The length of time needed in the construction implementation of the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember was 148 days starting from January 1, 2020, until May 27, 2020.Perkembangan dunia konstruksi yang bertambah pesat menyebabkan persaingan penyedia jasa konstruksi untuk menerapkan sistem terintegrasi. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi menghadirkan inovasi sebuah sistem terintegrasi berupa platform digital yang bernama Building Information Modeling (BIM). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis proyek Gedung Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Jember menggunakan sistem BIM. Penggunaan BIM yaitu dengan melakukan pemodelan menggunakan Revit dan perencanaan penjadwalan menggunakan Synchro Pro. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari Biro Bagian Perencanaan Universitas Jember. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa total anggaran biaya pembangunan Gedung Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Jember sebesar Rp 7,054,568,108.31 dengan rincian biaya pada pekerjaan struktur sebesar Rp 3,448,641,620.63 dan pekerjaan arsitektur sebesar Rp 3,605,926,487.68. Lama waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan Gedung Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Jember adalah 148 hari dengan start date 1 Januari 2020 finish date 27 Mei 2020

     The management of Mentawir Tourism Village in Panajam Paser Utara Regency is carried out by community who are the members of the Tiram Tambun Tourism Awareness Group. In developing Mentawir Tourism Village, one of the requirements that must be fulfilled is the availability of accommodation or lodging facilities in the form of a homestay. Tiram Tambun has started to develop several houses to be used as homestays. However, the lack of knowledge and skills about the homestay causes the management to be not optimal. Therefore, in this community service activity, training and assistance were given to Tiram Tambun regarding homestay management. The results of this activity are in the form of increased insight and knowledge also skills about homestay management. This is indicated by the addition of the number of homestays and the existence of efforts to meet several standard homestay criteria. Pengelolaan Desa Wisata Mentawir Kabupaten panajam Paser Utara dilakukan oleh kelompok masyarakat yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Tiram Tambun. Dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Mentawir salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi adalah tersedianya sarana akomodasi atau penginapan yang memadai dalam bentuk homestay. Pokdarwis Tiram Tambun sudah mulai mengembangkan beberapa rumah tempat tinggalnya untuk bisa dijadikan homestay. Namun demikian kurangnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki tentang homestay menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya pengelolaan yang dilakukan. Oleh karenanya dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada Pokdawis Tiram Tambun tentang pengelolaan homestay. Hasil kegiatan didapatkan adanya peningkatan wawasan serta bertambahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan akan pengelolaan homestay yang ditunjukan dengan penambahan jumlah homestay serta adanya usaha untuk memenuhi beberapa standar kriteria homestay

    Electricity is a primary need for society. Energy that will never run out of availability is energy from solar radiation. Indonesia is an agricultural country that can utilize alternative energy by utilizing biomass energy, one of which is rice husk and straw waste. Based on data from the BMKG Paloh Station, Sambas Regency has a fairly large intensity of sunlight because it is located just below the equator. The intensity of light in the dry season can reach 6 hours in a period of 8 hours of sunlight, namely from 8.00 - 16.00. The resulting energy conversion is 38.01 mj/m2/day. Meanwhile, for the biomass potential from the BPS data of Sambas Regency in Tebas District, there are 6,730 ha of rice fields, which can produce 403 tons of rice husk and straw waste in one day for 1 year and can produce 5 million Mj/day . The results of the conversion analysis of the optimization of renewable energy for power plants that have an annual peak power of 45kW and daily energy consumption of 330kWh/day obtained the most optimal potential for rice husk and straw waste, which requires an initial capital of 67,120withatotalnetpresentminimumcost.ElectricityfromthesystemcostisalsominimumatUS 67,120 with a total net present minimum cost. Electricity from the system cost is also minimum at US 0.005/kWh. And in technical economic analysis, modeling this system requires a payback period of about 11 years without grid bills and 5 years with grid bills.     The need for electrical energy has become a primary need for humans, until now the energy used to generate electrical energy is fossil fuels whose numbers are dwindling. Renewal of energy is needed through renewable energy, namely using unlimited wind energy. The wind speed is always changing in a fluctuating manner which can affect the output voltage at the power plant. In this study, the wind turbine used is a permanent magnet synchronous generator, the output voltage from the generator is a 3-phase electric voltage which is then rectified into a DC voltage. To be able to stabilize the voltage, a buck converter circuit is used as a voltage reducer, the switching control used in the buck converter uses a half bridge with IC IR2110 with a frequency of 31.5 kHz. The buck converter can reduce the voltage with an input voltage range of 30-100 Volts with a duty cycle of 10- 90%, the PI control system on the buck converter circuit for constant voltage regulation of 27 Volts (settpoint) and using the IoT thingspeak website for remote monitoring

The better the value of accreditation will have an impact on the views of outsiders regarding the quality of the study program and higher education institution. However, the collection of data and information as well as filling out forms in the informatics study program still have many obstacles, such as the large number of data used as assessment criteria that requires a lot of time and effort. The proposed solution is divided into several things, namely management, capital access, marketing, distribution and production technologyArtikel ini memberikan analisis  situasi dan kebutuhan solusi kepada usaha yang didirikan oleh karyawan yang kena dampak PHK. Usaha yang didirikan merupakan usaha baru yang masuk kategori Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Usaha yang didirikan oleh mitra tersebut sejauh ini tidak berjalan dengan baik karena tidak menghasilkan cashflow yang stabil. Bahkan mitra mengeluhkan masih merugi. Banyak produksi yang dipasarkan mengalamai return karena system penjualanny masih sistem titip di warung/ toko  dan tidak laku. The purpose of this community service program is to provide technical guidance to improve the knowledge and skills of Pangkalan Village young people in cultivating strawberry plants by applying climate engineering technology. The equipment given in this activity is water cooling, air conditioning, temperature and humidity control, and spray machines. This activity can be said to be successful as seen by the skills of the participants in managing tools and growing and developing strawberry plants well.Abstrak Kondisi geografis Indramayu yang berada di dataran rendah bukan lahan yang tepat untuk membudidayakan tanaman stroberi. Namun bukan tidak mungkin tanaman ini dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan bimbingan teknis untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemuda Desa Pangkalan dalam membudidayakan tanaman stroberi dengan menerapkan teknologi rekayasa iklim.     One of the big problems in Indramayu regency is that there is still a large number of unemployed, especially from school and college graduates, while the demands of the need or availability of skilled workers in the industry have not been able to absorb the results of these graduates. Based on data from BAPPEDA in Indramayu regency, the labor force data three years earlier has reached 782,856 around 63.25% is TPAK (Labor Force Unemployment Rate). Answering the important problem above, there needs to be concrete efforts of Polytechnic State of Indramayu (POLINDRA) in realizing Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi, namely Community Service Activities (PKM), in this case conducting an entrepreneurial program for Polindra graduates by creating a service unit in the field of Refrigerating and Air Conditioning (R-HVAC) to help overcome productive labor unemployment. The purpose of this PKM is to produce competent young educated technopreneurs in the field of R-HVAC who are able to work independently in order to improve the standard of living and reduce the number of unemployed productive age, especially in the Indramayu regency. This program is conducted by involving graduate students, especially those majoring in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning who have entrepreneur interests and have competence in their fields. Then they are educated their knowledge and skills, entrepreneur insights and work ethic, so that when running a business can be done professionally and responsibly.Salah satu permasalahan besar yang ada di kabupaten Indramayu adalah masih banyaknya jumlah pengangguran yang ditimbulkan terutama dari lulusan sekolah dan perguruan tinggi, sementara tuntutan kebutuhan atau ketersediaan tenaga kerja yang terampil oleh dunia industry belum banyak yang bisa menyerap hasil lulusan tersebut. Berdasar data dari BAPPEDA Kabupaten Indramayu, data Angkatan Kerja tiga tahun sebelumnya sudah mencatat mencapai 782,856 sekitar 63,25% adalah TPAK (Tingkat Pengangguran Angkatan Kerja). Menjawab permasalahan penting di atas, perlu ada upaya konkrit institusi Politeknik Negeri Indramayu (POLINDRA) dalam mewujudkan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM), dalam hal ini mengadakan program kewirausahaan bagi lulusan Polindra dengan menciptakan unit usaha jasa service bidang Pendingin dan Tata Udara (R-HVAC) untuk membantu mengatasi pengangguran tenaga kerja produktif. Tujuan dari PKM ini untuk menghasilkan teknopreneur muda terdidik berkompeten di bidang pendingin yang mampu bekerja secara mandiri dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf hidup serta menurunkan jumlah pengangguran usia produktif khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Indramayu. Program ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan alumni mahasiswa khususnya jurusan Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara yang memiliki minat berwirausaha dan memiliki kompetensi di bidangnya.     Evaluasi Kapasitas Tiang Pancang Miring pada Pilar Jembatan Tipe Pile Cap

    In the implementation of the construction of the Main Bridge on the X Toll Road project, there was a change in the shape of the structure in the form of a slope of the P2 pile that did not match the DED by 3°. So that with the change in the shape of the structure, it is necessary to evaluate the capacity of the P2 pile and the influence on other structures must be considered. This research discusses how the capacity of the pile after experiencing a slope and how to handle it properly if the pile capacity is inadequate. Pile capacity evaluation is done by checking the dimensional capacity, reinforcement capacity, foundation bearing capacity, and deflection of the P1-P2 superstructure using the help of software SAP2000 in analyzing. The results showed that the pile capacity at P2 was inadequate, indicated by the lack of reinforcement on the piles as much as 6-D10,7 mm and column P2 as much as 9-D10,7 mm. As a result of inadequate pile capacity, the P1-P2 connection lacks top reinforcement. Therefore, structural strengthening is needed to make the P1-P2 structure more rigid by making bracing concrete with a length of 18,78 meters, a width of 33,92 meters, and a thickness of 0,8 meters with the need for longitudinal reinforcement and transverse reinforcement D32-250. After the structural strengthening is done, the required area of reinforcement for columns P2, piles P2, and connections P1-P2 are all fulfilled with those already installed in the side.Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan Jembatan Utama pada proyek Jalan Tol X mengalami perubahan bentuk struktur berupa terjadinya kemiringan pada tiang pancang P2 yang tidak sesuai DED sebesar 3°. Sehingga dengan adanya perubahan bentuk struktur tersebut dibutuhkan evaluasi terhadap kapasitas tiang P2 serta harus diperhatikan pengaruh terhadap struktur lainnya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana kapasitas tiang pancang setelah mengalami kemiringan serta bagaimana penanganan yang tepat apabila kapasitas tiang tidak memadai. Evaluasi kapasitas tiang dilakukan dengan cara pengecekan terhadap kapasitas dimensi, kapasitas tulangan, kapasitas daya dukung pondasi, serta lendutan pada struktur atas P1-P2 dengan menggunakan bantuan software SAP2000. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kapasitas tiang pancang pada P2 tidak memadai, ditandai dengan kurangnya tulangan pada tiang pancang sebanyak 6-D10,7 mm dan kolom P2 sebanyak 9-D10,7 mm. Akibat dari kapasitas tiang pancang yang tidak memadai, menyebabkan koneksi P1-P2 kekurangan tulangan arah memanjang (top). Maka dari itu diperlukan perkuatan dengan tujuan untuk membuat struktur P1-P2 lebih kaku yaitu dengan cara membuat bracing beton dengan panjang 18,78 meter, lebar 33,92 meter dan tebal 0,8 meter serta kebutuhan tulangan memanjang dan tulangan melintang D32-250. Setelah dilakukan perkuatan, kebutuhan luas tulangan perlu untuk kolom P2, tiang pancang P2, dan koneksi P1-P2 semuanya terpenuhi dengan yang sudah terpasang di lapangan
