PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH (PAD) TERHADAP PENGALOKASIAN ANGGARAN BELANJA MODAL DI KOTA AMBON
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) terhadap pengalokasian anggaran belanja modal di kota Ambon. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi langsung ke objek penelitian dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) terhadap anggaran belanja modal di kota Ambon. Rasio belanja modal terhadap total belanja dan regresi sederhana dengan persamaan Y= a+bx dengan metode Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Rasio belanja modal terhadap total belanja mengalami penurunan terhadap belanja modal. Nilai peramalan 2019 terhadap PAD Y19sebesar 207.440.234.533,- sedangkan belanja modal Y19sebesar 197.051.579.811,- yang berarti bahwa mengalami peningkatan terhadap PAD akan mengakibatkan penurunan belanja modal

In today\u27s era, which is supported by technological advances, personal assistance through the face can be carried out by sophisticated machines and robots. One of its applications is personal identification using data mining. But before conducting data training and data classification, it is necessary to carry out the process of data collection and data cleaning or data pre-processing. Currently the face dataset for personal identification at the Caltex Riau Polytechnic in particular is still in the form of raw data, namely in the form of a collection of images that have not been pre-processed. Therefore, this research will perform image preprocessing to clean up the image data that has been collected so that the data can become a cleaner source of information and can be used at a later stage. The data used in this study are image data or photos of Caltex Riau Polytechnic students. At the facial image pre-processing stage using the OpenCV library using the Python programming language. Images collected by 500 students for 5 students. The results of this study are the personal identification dataset of Caltex Riau Polytechnic students consisting of 280 images that have successfully passed the stages of grayscaling, cropping, resizing and Normalization. This dataset is stored in the file data_norm.npz. White box testing is carried out to determine the accuracy of the application of the image pre-processing stage with the test results stating that all functional basis paths applied are in accordance with the cyclometic complexity and its independent path

When one person uses the same language or understands another person\u27s language, they can communicate well. Sign language is a language based on artificial communication, i.e. body language and lip movements during communication. This sign language is standardized as SIBI (Indonesian Sign Language System). SIBI is one of the media in the form of books that are able to communicate with deaf people in the community. Its shape is a systematic arrangement of groups of fingers, hands and various movements, symbolizing the word Indonesian. Book media does not seem to be easily understood by users, so it takes an application that can provide moving images to facilitate sign language learning, one of which is web-based.
 
Analisis Trafik Pengguna XL Axiata Jakarta Selama Pandemi Covid-19 dengan Menggunakan Metode Regresi Linier
2020 is a very disturbing year for the whole world because in 2020 there is a deadly virus, the virus is called Covid-19. The Indonesian government has a strategy to deal with the Covid-19 virus, namely by implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). Where the implementation of this PSBB requires residents to do more activities at home. To carry out activities at home, internet access is needed. Therefore, providers are the companies that benefit the most, providers are companies that provide internet services, one of which is XL Axiata. During the Covid-19 pandemic, XL Axiata company wants to conduct analysis for XL Axiata in the next year, whether the traffic of XL Axiata users has increased or decreased and how many devices need to be upgraded or safe. In conducting this analysis, it is necessary to perform fast data processing, data processing using the Data Mining method with Linear Regression techniques. The data to be processed will be obtained from the XL Axiata company, namely XL Axiata traffic data. By processing data using Linear Regression results in future predictions, the West Jakarta Municipality has increased per week by an average of 0.12%, the East Jakarta Municipality has decreased per week by an average of 0.27%, the Central Jakarta Municipality experiences the decline per week by an average of 2.31%, the South Jakarta Municipality experienced an increase per week by an average of 1.17%, and in the North Jakarta Municipality it decreased per week by an average of 0.12%.
 
Pengaruh Penambahan Limbah Plastik Low Density Polyethylene Terhadap Karakteristik Campuran Laston AC-WC
The problem of plastic waste is now one of the world\u27s concentrations. Efforts to reduce and prevent many have been done, but in general the results obtained are not comparable with the growing use of plastics that continues to increase, especially plastics that are not managed properly. One of the efforts made is the utilization of plastic waste as added ingredients of Laston AC-WC hot asphalt mixture called modification. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of adding Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) plastic waste to the characteristics of Marshall Laston AC-WC. Tests carried out include aggregate testing, asphalt testing, and plastic testing, and Marshall testing. The design of the mixture is done by dry (dry process) using a variation of plastic content of 0%, 4.5%, 5%, and 5.5%, each of which uses 5 levels of asphalt which is 5%, 5.5%, 6% , 6.5%, and 7% with 3 specimens each, so that there are a total of 75 specimens. Marshall test results obtained KAO of 6.5% with a variation of plastic content of 5.5%, obtained stability of 2167.40 kg, Flow 3.8 mm, VIM 3.94%, VMA 15.95%, VFA / VFB 77, 12%, and MQ 570.37 kg / mm. So that the addition of LDPE type plastic waste meets (General Specifications of Bina Marga, 2018).Permasalahan sampah plastik saat ini telah menjadi salah satu konsentrasi dunia. Upaya pengurangan dan pencegahan telah banyak dilakukan, namun secara umum hasil yang didapat tidak sebanding dengan pertumbuhan penggunaan plastik yang terus meningkat khususnya plastik yang tidak terkelola dengan baik. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah pemanfaatan limbah plastik sebagai bahan tambah campuran beraspal panas Laston AC-WC yang disebut modifikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penambahan limbah plastik jenis Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) terhadap karakteristik Marshall Laston AC-WC. Pengujian yang dilakukan antara lain pengujian agregat, pengujian aspal, pengujian plastik, dan pengujian Marshall. Perancangan campuran dilakukan dengan cara kering (dry process) menggunakan variasi kadar plastik sebesar 0%, 4,5%, 5%, dan 5,5% yang masing-masing memakai 5 kadar aspal yaitu 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5%, dan 7% dengan masing-masing 3 benda uji, sehingga total ada 75 benda uji. Hasil uji Marshall diperoleh KAO sebesear 6,5% dengan variasi kadar plastik sebesar 5,5%, diperoleh stabilitas 2167,40 kg, Flow 3,8 mm, VIM 3,94%, VMA 15,95%, VFA/VFB 77,12%, dan MQ 570,37 kg/mm. Sehingga penambahan limbah plastik jenis LDPE memenuhi (Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga, 2018).
 
Analisis Quantity Take-Off Menggunakan BIM Pada Proyek Jalan Tol “X”
In large and complex construction projects, Building Information Modelling (BIM) is important in the globalization of construction technology. Through the implementation of BIM, it is hoped that the “X” Toll Road Project can minimize errors. The problems that occurs in the field is that the QTO calculation using AutoCAD with Microsoft Excel tools in the initial estimate is less accurate so that it results in a miss calculation in the implementation, BIM is expected to be a solution to this problem. A case study was conducted to compare the quantity take-off in toll road construction on Overpass Interchange “X” and Access Roads using BIM and conventional. Data analysis was obtained from carrying out quantity take-off work using BIM and Conventional CAD as well as conducting interviews with BIM experts. Based on the research conducted, there are differences in the calculation of the take-off quantity between BIM and conventional, the percentage difference in the calculation obtained is the difference in earthworks ±4,375%, structural excavation difference ± 1,7%, pavement difference ± 4.4%, structural concrete difference ± 0.1%, and other work 0% difference. BIM can streamline more actual volume, but it takes a long time for beginners to get accurate. BIM is influenced by the level of modeling detail, if the modeling is not modeled properly, it will give wrong volume calculation results. Compared to conventional methods, using BIM at the beginning of planning is very effective in preventing re-design as well as inefficient designs and miss calculations.Pada proyek konstruksi besar dan kompleks, BIM (Building Information Modelling) merupakan hal penting dalam globalisasi teknologi konstruksi. Melalui penerapan BIM diharapkan pada Proyek Jalan Tol “X” dapat meminimalisir kesalahan. Masalah yang terjadi dilapangan terdapat perhitungan QTO menggunakan AutoCAD dengan alat bantu Microsoft Excel dalam estimasi awal kurang akurat sehingga menghasilkan miss kalkulasi pada pelaksanaan, BIM diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi untuk masalah ini. Dilakukan studi kasus untuk mengetahui perbandingan quantity take-off pada konstruksi jalan tol pada Overpass Interchange “X” dan Jalan Akses menggunakan BIM dan konvensional. Data analisis diperoleh dari melakukan pekerjaan quantity take-off dengan berbasis BIM dan CAD Konvensional serta melakukan wawancara kepada pakar BIM. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat perbedaan perhitungan quantity take-off antara BIM dan manual menggunakan CAD konvensional, Persentase perbedaan perhitungan yang didapatkan yaitu pada pekerjaan tanah selisih 4,375%, galian struktur selisih 1,7%, perkerasan selisih 4,4%, struktur beton selisih 0,1%, dan pekerjaan lain-lain selisih 0%. BIM dapat mengefisienkan volume lebih aktual, namun membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk pemula dalam mendapatkan keakuratan. BIM dipengaruhi oleh tingkat ke-detailan pemodelan, jika pemodelan tidak dimodelkan dengan benar maka akan memberikan hasil perhitungan volume yang salah. Menggunakan BIM pada awal perencanaan sangat efektif dalam mencegah terjadinya re-desain serta desain yang tidak efisien dan miss kalkulasi
Perancangan dan Analisis Potensi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro Di Aliran Sungai Brantas Sengkaling Kabupaten Malang Dalam Rangka Mencapai Target Energy Mix 23% Pada Tahun 2025
A micro-hydropower plant is a small-scale power plant that uses water as its propulsion and the prime mover is a turbine. This generating system is very appropriate to be used in rural areas because this system is easy to manufacture, produces a large amount of electrical power, and is relatively inexpensive to manufacture. Based on the above, it is necessary to design a turbine that supports this generating system, including the Cross-Flow Turbine. To design a water turbine so that there are no errors in the design (such as the cost of making it), then a design is carried out. A cross-flow turbine design is designed with a flow rate (Q) = 1.2 m3/s, head (H) = 17 m with an efficiency of 0.75. The main technical specifications from the results of the turbine design are runner diameter (D) = 510 mm, turbine shaft rotation 471 rpm with a specific speed of 61.33 rpm, water power of 200,124 kW, and producing electric power of 100.86kW.Pembangkit listrik tenaga mikrohidro merupakan pembangkit listrik skala kecil yang menggunakan air sebagai penggeraknya dan penggerak mula adalah turbin. Sistem pembangkit ini sangat tepat digunakan di pedesaan karena sistem ini mudah dibuat, menghasilkan daya listrik yang cukup besar dan biaya pembuatan yang lebih relatif murah. Atas dasar diatas maka perlu dirancang suatu turbin yang mendukung sistem pembangkit ini, diantaranya adalah Turbin Aliran Silang. Untuk merancang sebuah turbin air agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam perancangan (seperti hal-nya biaya pembuatannya) maka dilakukan perancangan desain. Sebuah perancangan desain Turbin Aliran Silang dirancang dengan debit (Q) = 1.2 m3/s, head (H) = 17 m dengan efisiensi 0,75. Spesifikasi teknik utama dari hasil perancangan turbin adalah diameter runner (D) = 510 mm,putaran poros turbin 471 rpm dengan kecepatan spesifik 61.33 rpm daya air 200.124 kW dan memproduksi daya listrik sebesar 100.86kW
Penerapan Alat Praktek Air Conditioning (AC Trainer) pada SMK Negeri 5 Balikpapan
The air conditioning (AC) system affects the performance, comfort and health of the vehicle operator/passenger. The increasing use of AC equipment in vehicles causes the need for skilled AC workers also increase. The absence of AC practice equipment in technical vocational schools causes the implementation of learning to be not optimal. Through the Community Service (PKM) activity of Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan (Poltekba) in 2020 an AC practice tool will be made, which will then be applied to service partners. The activity of manufacturing and assembling AC practical equipment is divided into three parts, manufacture and assembly of the frame, assembly of AC components, and electrical installations. The application of AC practice tools will improve the service partners learning facilities, especially in AC practice activities.Sistem air conditioning (AC) mempengaruhi kinerja, kenyamanan, dan kesehatan operator/penumpang kendaraan. Meningkatnya penggunaan perangkat AC pada kendaraan menyebabkan kebutuhan tenaga kerja ahli AC juga meningkat. Tidak adanya peralatan praktek AC pada sekolah kejuruan bidang keteknikan menyebabkan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menjadi tidak maksimal. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan (Poltekba) tahun 2020 akan dibuat alat praktek AC, yang selanjutnya akan diterapkan kepada mitra pengabdian. Kegiatan pembuatan dan perakitan alat praktek AC terbagi dalam tiga bagian, yakni pembuatan dan perakitan bagian rangka, perakitan komponen AC, serta instalasi listrik. Penerapan alat praktek AC akan meningkatkan fasilitas pembelajaran mitra pengabdian khususnya dalam kegiatan praktek AC
Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Bansos Berbasis Web
Sejak adanya penyebaran pandemi Covid-19 perekonomian di Indonesia berdampak buruk bagi masyarakatnya, terutama di Kota Makassar. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pemerintah mengalokasikan sebagian anggaran negara menjadi bantuan sosial untuk diberikan kepada mayarakat yang terdampak Covid-19, seperti pegawai yang di-PHK, wirausaha yang gulung tikar, serta penduduk dengan tingkat perekonomian rendah. Pendistribusian bantuan sosial rawan terjadi penyalahgunaan di pemerintah daerah, oleh karena itu diperlukan pengawasan yang efektif dan transparan agar bantuan sosial tepat sasaran dan adil. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka dibuatlah sebuah sistem informasi pendistribusian bantuan sosial berbasis website yang dapat diakses oleh penduduk di Kota Makassar, yang disebut user dan dapat dipantau oleh staff Pemerintah Daerah dan Pusat, yang disebut admin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan perancangan Model Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak atau yang biasa di sebut System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil yang diharapkan pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan website sebagai sistem informasi terpercaya dalam pendistribusian bantuan sosial, khususnya di Kota Makassar. Website yang sudah dirancang memiliki beberapa fitur antara lain, login, dashboard, kelurahan, data penduduk, data penerima bantuan, jenis bantuan, parameter, pengaduan, dan manajemen user. Dengan adanya website Sistem Informasi Bantuan Sosial, masyarakat mendapatkan bantuan secara adil dan merata tanpa adanya tindak kecurangan dari oknum-oknum yang menyalahgunakan bantuan tersebut. Apabila terjadi penyalahgunaan ataupun distribusi bantuan sosial tidak merata, maka masyarakat dapat melaporkan hal tersebut melalui halaman Pengaduan yang telah disediakan di oleh website

Today, the millennial generation is increasingly inseparable from gadgets. Most of their time is spent interacting using these gadgets. So that even during lectures, they can be sure that they will continue to interact using these gadgets. When this millennial generation is undergoing lectures in the classroom, usually attendance will be circulated using a paper attendance list and students must sign the paper as proof of class attendance. This often creates problems when there are students who leave their presence through classmates. The solution to this problem is to develop a mobile-based online presence system. The urgent need for an online presence system causes the system to be developed quickly. The suitable method for rapid system development is Rapid Application Development (RAD). This QRCode-based online attendance system has succeeded in overcoming the problem of entrusting presence through classmates
