    SLR Systematic Literature Review: Metode Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan Menggunakan Human Performance Technology

    Performance appraisal is an activity conducted by groups or individuals in a company with the aim of evaluating employee performance based on specific indicators. The purpose of this evaluation is to determine the level of employee performance, provide fair job opportunities, and enhance employee motivation and performance. The objective of this research is to review the literature that employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, while considering several aspects such as previous research on employee performance appraisal and human performance technology. Initially, the search was limited to 450 journals. Then, a review and further screening were conducted, resulting in 161 remaining journals using inclusion and exclusion criteria, yielding 17 journals that met the requirements. This research was conducted over several years to assess employee performance. Therefore, this systematic literature review is carried out to identify the methods used for employee performance appraisal and mentions that optimization algorithms and fuzzy comprehensive methods are used as evaluation methods to assess performance appraisal methods

    Agriculture is an important sector in human life. However, in practice, agriculture still faces many challenges such as difficulties in optimally controlling watering and fertilizing crops. To overcome this problem, an automatic plant watering and fertilizing system was developed as an alternative solution. This system can help farmers control watering and fertilizing plants automatically and optimally based on soil and plant conditions measured by sensors. In practice, automation systems for watering and fertilizing plants usually still use simple rules based on the experience or theory of farmers. Therefore, the implementation of a neural network in an automated system of watering and fertilizing plants can help predict irrigation needs for plants accurately and control watering and fertilizing automatically. To prove the effectiveness of the proposed method, testing was carried out using the Neuroph Studio application. From the test results, the total error results for the tool in controlling the output are less than 0.01 of the desired output value. These results are good and indicate that the neural network is an effective method of choice as a learning parameter. In addition, by using IoT technology, the automation system can be connected to the internet, so that it can be accessed remotely and monitored in real-time. This makes it easier for users to control the automation system and monitor the state of the plants

    The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of waste levies on regional original income. The data used in this research is data from 2020 to 2022.The research method used in this research is the contribution method. The data collection technique used by researchers is direct interviews with the objects studied, field observations and literature. The type of data used is quantitative data while the data source comes from primary data and secondary data.The results of research using the contribution method show that the waste levy has increased very effectively every year, where in 2020 the levy reached 103.53% with an income of Rp. 6,734,688,000.00, in 2021 it will reach 107.08% with income of Rp. 6,978,881,720.00, and in 2022 it will reach 107.28% with income of Rp. 6,978,881,720.00 than targeted.     Gedung Kimia A Fakultas MIPA Universitas Jember merupakan bangunan yang dipergunakan sebagai laboratorium penelitian. Gedung Kimia A Fakultas MIPA berdiri pada tahun 1991, sehingga telah beroperasi selama ±31 tahun. Penting adanya manajemen operasional pemeliharaan untuk menunjang kualitas bangunan gedung sehingga layak pakai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor keluhan pengguna, menganalisis nilai indeks kepuasan pengguna dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan menentukan strategi peningkatan nilai indeks kepuasan pengguna. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode slovin. Populasi pengguna gedung sebesar 190 orang dengan sampel 66 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data adalah rumusan persepsi pengguna terhadap pemeliharaan Gedung Kimia A Fakultas MIPA Universitas Jember. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, Gedung Kimia A Fakultas MIPA memiliki nilai Indeks Kondisi Bangunan (IKB) sebesar 78,05 % dengan deskripsi kondisi masih baik, dan nilai Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) sebesar 66,19 % dengan deskripsi cukup puas. Berdasarkan diagram kartesius empat kuadran metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), diketahui 5 variabel pada kuadran satu yang berarti prioritas utama perbaikan. Strategi peningkatan nilai indeks kepuasan pengguna dengan dilakukan perbaikan pada komponen yang termasuk kedalam kuadran satu, sehingga dapat dikatakan sangat puas berdasarkan tingkat kepuasan dengan nilai sebesar >80 %

    Human Capital Management System (HCMS) has become a necessity for organizations to perform administrative personnel services. PT XYZ started implementing HCMS in 2019 as an online self-service for personnel administration, which was previously done manually. During this transition phase, not all employees understand how to use the HCMS system due to its confusing interface. As a result, many employees still prefer assistance from the HR/IT team to make changes to their data rather than doing it themselves. This research was conducted to analyze the usability of the HCMS system using the WEBUSE method. There are four categories used: Content, Organization, and Readability (COR); Navigation and Links (NAL); User Interface Design (UID); and Performance and Effectiveness (PAE). Each category serves as a basis for measuring usability. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with respondents to obtain values and levels of WEBUSE usability based on user satisfaction aspects In the case study of this research, it was obtained from the results of the questionnaire distributed as many as 13 respondents stated that in general, the usability of the HCMS system was at the Good level. This research provides recommendations for improving the self-service HCMS based on the needs or experiences of employees using the system. Also contributes to the scientific study of UI/UX and provides an ideal overview practitioner in developing an HCMS system

Pengujian ini dilakukan di Workshop Machining PT.GMF AeroAsia. menggunakan alat uji kekerasan setelah mengalami perlakuan panas. Spesimen yang akan diuji, yaitu aluminium sheet 2024 ketebalan 1.6mm dengan ukuran 30cm x 20cm. Pada proses pemanasan untuk aluminium 2024 dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan spesimen kedalam dapur pemanas hingga sampai pada temperatur 400˚ C dan 500˚ C, dan diikuti dengan proses penahanan dengan waktu masing - masing 35 menit. Setelah proses perlakuan panas, proses selanjutnya adalah proses pendinginan dengan cara mencelupkan aluminium 2024 kedalam wadah media pendingin oli dan air sampai suhu pada spesimen kembali normal. Setelah dilakukan pendinginan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian kekerasan hardness rockwell. Pada pengujian ini dilakukan 5 titik pengambilan data pada setiap spesimen dengan titik yang berbeda-beda. Hasil pengujian kekerasan hardness rockwell sebelum dilakukan perlakuan panas yaitu 29.62 HRB. Setelah dilakukan perlakuan panas menghasilkan angka kekerasan tertinggi terdapat pada spesimen uji dengan media pendinginan oli pada suhu 500˚ C yaitu 59.68 HRB. dan terendah terdapat pada perlakuan serupa dengan media pendingin air pada suhu 500˚ C yaitu 56.38 HRB

The auditor profession has been in the public spotlight in recent years. An auditor must have high professionalism in carrying out his duties. The audit results of an auditor must be accountable to interested parties. The auditor\u27s performance is the result of the auditor\u27s work in carrying out the assignment of examining the financial statements of an entity with the aim of determining the fairness of the financial statements. The quality of financial reports is centered on the auditor\u27s performance. To achieve good performance, an auditor must have an attitude of independence. This study aims to determine how independence and professionalism affect auditor performance. The results of this analysis indicate that auditor professionalism and auditor independence have a positive effect on auditor performance.     Analisis Pengaruh Co-Firing Biomassa Terhadap Kinerja Peralatan Boiler PLTU Batubara Unit 1 PT. XYZ

    A biomass co-firing program has been put in place at power plants by PLN to support policies relating to the renewable energy mix. The extent to which continuous biomass co-firing at various generating load conditions will affect the performance of boiler equipment is unknown. The goal of this study is to ascertain the effects of ongoing biomass co-firing on the efficiency of boiler equipment under various generating load scenarios. An observational approach as well as interviewing techniques were used to collect the data. By hand, using Microsoft Excel software, the calculation value for a specific fuel consumption and net plant heat rate is found. The operating parameters of the boiler equipment performance are then compared with benchmark or commissioning data. The performance of boiler equipment (medium speed mill, boiler fan, air preheater) is unaffected by the co-firing process, and all of its parameters remain within acceptable bounds. As can be seen from the Mmdium speed mill motor and boiler fan flows, which decreased but not significantly, the performance of boiler equipment during the co-firing process is lighter. There is a decrease in boiler furnace temperature despite changes in load, and boiler equipment performance is still within limits. The average total production cost dropped from 485.324 Rp/Kwh to 484.585 Rp/Kwh with co-firing. During the course of the study, the average Net Plant Heat Rate during the co-firing process fell from 2862.85 kcal/kwh to 2866.35 kcal/kwh.Program co-firing biomassa telah diterapkan di pembangkit listrik oleh PLN untuk mendukung kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan bauran energi terbarukan. Sejauh mana co-firing biomassa terus menerus pada berbagai kondisi beban pembangkit akan mempengaruhi kinerja peralatan boiler tidak diketahui. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan efek dari co-firing biomassa yang sedang berlangsung pada efisiensi peralatan boiler di berbagai skenario beban pembangkit. Pendekatan observasi serta teknik wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Dngan menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel secara manual, diharapkan dapat memperoleh nilai perhitungan untuk konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik dan laju panas bersih pembangkit, dimana parameter operasi kinerja peralatan boiler dibandingkan dengan data benchmark atau commissioning. Dari penelitian dihasilkan bahwa performa peralatan boiler (medium speed ​​mill, kipas boiler, air preheater) tidak terpengaruh oleh proses co-firing, dan semua parameternya tetap berada dalam batas yang dapat diterima. Diperoleh juga bahwa aliran motor medium speed ​​mill dan fan boiler yang menurun tidak signifikan dan kinerja peralatan boiler pada saat proses co-firing ternyata menjadi lebih ringan. Dilain sisi terdapat penurunan suhu tungku boiler beserta terjadinya perubahan beban, namun kinerja peralatan boiler masih dalam batas. Rata-rata total biaya produksi turun dari 485.324 Rp/Kwh menjadi 484.585 Rp/Kwh dengan co-firing.     The shell, head, nozzle, and supports of pressure vessels are based on the results of manual calculations and are widely used in petrochemical plants, energy (power plants), oil and gas (oil and gas plants), and the industrial sector as a whole. The objective of this analysis is to comprehend the code that is used in the vertical pressure vessel design calculations so that they can be utilized in the field. The purpose, aesthetic value, and working environment of the pressure vessel must all be taken into consideration when designing its shape. Design pressure, the ship\u27s dead weight, wind loads, earthquake-related loads, and combined loads are among the ship\u27s loads. The ASME Part VIII Division I code standards are utilized when designing pressure vessels. Microsoft Excel software is used to calculate the shell thickness, head, nozzle, and support, or manual calculation is used. The thicknesses of the shell, head, nozzle, and support vary according to the results of the manual calculations.
