Pelatihan Public Speaking Upaya Peningkatan Kemampuan Komunikasi Bagi Calon Duta Kampus di Politeknik Negeri Cilacap
No full textLimitations of someone\u27s ability to communicate in public places become an obstacle for everyone. A student, especially a campus ambassador is required to have good communication ability, therefore the information conveyed can be received by all parties. To overcome the problems faced by prospective campus ambassadors, in this article an activity is proposed in the form of public speaking training for Campus Ambassador nominees at the Cilacap State Polytechnic. The training is carried out using the lecture and role-play method. The stages of the activity are carried out through several stages, namely the stages of planning, implementing, and evaluating. The results of the training have a significant impact on the level perception of knowledge of the trainees with an average of 70% understanding of the material presented.Keterbatasan kemampuan sesesorang dalam berkomnukasi di depan umum maupun ditempat publik lainnya menjadi sebuah kendala bagi setiap orang. Tuntutan sebagai duta kampus diharuskan memiliki kemampuan cara komunikasi dengan baik agar informasi yang disampaikan dapat diterima oleh semua pihak untuk terlebih sebagai duta kampus yang harus memepunyai kemampuan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi solusi yang dihadapi pada artikel ini diusulkan sebuah kegiatan dalam bentuk pelatihan public speaking bagi para nominator duta kampus di Politeknik Negeri Cilacap. Metode pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan role play, selain itu tahapan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pelatihan memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dari peserta pelatihan dengan rata-rata 70% memahami atas materi yang disampaikan

Get PDFOne of the most serious problems for economic policy makers is boosting taxpayer compliance rates. Non-compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes is of course a problem every year in almost all districts in Bali. Taxpayer compliance is influenced by various factors, one of which is progressive tax. Progressive taxes are expected to increase regional revenues. In addition to progressive taxes, service quality, sanctions, awareness, and tax knowledge can also trigger an increase in regional income. This study aims to determine the effect of progressive tax rates, service quality, sanctions, awareness, and tax knowledge on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. The population in this study were all taxpayers at the UPTD Services and Retribution of the Province of Bali in Denpasar City so that a sample of 100 taxpayers was obtained using accidental sampling data determination techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that progressive tax rates have a negative effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance at the UPTD Service and Retribution of the Province of Bali and service quality, sanctions, awareness, and tax knowledge have a positive effect on motor vehicle tax compliance at the UPTD Service and Retribution Province of the Province. Bali. This research can provide information about progressive tax rates, service quality, sanctions, awareness, and tax knowledge of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, because this can affect increasing local revenue.

Peningkatan Kapasitas UMKM “Mapan” Kecamatan Pancoran Mas, Kota Depok
Get PDFMasalah umum yang dihadapi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah terkait permodalan, pemasaran, legalitas, packaging, tempat, mentoring, dan pengetahuan teknis tentang administrasi terutama pembuatan proposal bisnis. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas keberlanjutan UMKM di Kecamatan Pancoran Mas Kota Depok, Provinsi Jawa Barat, terutama dalam hal pola berpikir, tata kelola SDM, pemasaran produk, dan sumber modal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi empat tahapan. Pertama, analisis situasi dan koordinasi mitra. Kedua, komunikasi dengan pemangku kepentingan. Ketiga, sharing session. Keempat, evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan utama terlaksana di tanggal 22 Juli 2023, bertempat di Aula kecamatan Pancoran Mas Kota Depok. Mitra PKM yang hadir pada kegiatan tersebut sebanyak 30 UMKM yang sudah mapan, dan 11 UMKM pemula. Selain itu, kegiatan PKM ini dihadiri pihak pejabat teras Universitas Respati Indonesia (URINDO), pengurus Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI) Jawa Barat, dan komunitas pendamping UMKM kota Depok, serta Camat Pancoran Mas kota Depok. Secara kualitatif, terdapat beberapa capaian dari kegiatan ini, Pertama, para pegiat UMKUM lebih memahami strategi pengembangan usaha kedepan, khususnya dibidang pengembangan SDM, pemasaran dan permodalan. Get PDFEconomic growth in West Sumatra\u27s Mentawai Islands is relatively undeveloped due to geographical conditions and human resource capacity. The status as a 3T region (Disadvantaged, Frontier, Outermost) inhibits Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) growth. Despite MSMEs being economic pillars that stimulate regional development, their progress remains slow. To counter this, our study proposes "Bulagat", an integrated marketplace with digital logistics aimed at enhancing economic and MSMEs growth in the Mentawai Islands. Bulagat will streamline MSME product distribution, broaden market reach, and boost income. Constructed using the Waterfall Model, Bulagat facilitates transactions between MSMEs and customers on an easy-to-use platform. The integration of logistics digitization aims to improve delivery safety and efficiency, thereby expanding MSMEs product reach in the Mentawai Islands. A tracking feature ensures successful delivery. The study suggests Bulagat has the potential to be an efficient tech solution supporting MSMEs product sales in Mentawai, overcoming geographical barriers, and strengthening the local economy and community welfare. Optimasi Algoritma Support Vector Machine Berbasis PSO Dan Seleksi Fitur Information Gain Pada Analisis Sentimen
Get PDFSentiment analysis is a method for processing consumer reviews. This study examines the application of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm based on PSO and Information Gain as feature selection to filter attributes as a form of optimization. Algorithm implementation in sentiment analysis is carried out by applying a test scenario to measure the level of accuracy of the several parameters used. Selection of the Information Gain feature using the top-k parameter yields an accuracy value of 85.3%. Algortima optimization applying information gain feature selection on the PSO-based SVM resulted in an optimal accuracy rate of 86.81%. The resulting increase in accuracy is 18.84% compared to the application of classic SVM without PSO-based information gain feature selection. Applying information gain feature selection on the PSO-based SVM algorithm can increase the accuracy value in the online sentiment review analysis

Get PDFInternal quality audits are conducted within the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) of higher education institutions to ensure compliance with SPMI standards and enhance a quality culture. Constraints in implementing internal quality audits include limitations in human resources, time, and costs, as well as the complexity of audit stages and documentation of audit findings. To address these challenges, a website-based information system has been designed using the waterfall method and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, utilizing the PHP framework CodeIgniter and a MySQL database. The system aims to digitize and automate the implementation of internal quality audits to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, it facilitates the management and storage of internal quality audit documents. For testing purposes, black-box testing is employed, consisting of 10 different test types. SmartAgro-Spectral: Teknik Pengukuran Kandungan Nitrit Pada Sarang Burung Walet Berbasis Spektral Menggunakan Metode Regresi Linier
Get PDFIndonesia is the largest exporter of edible bird’s nest (EBN) to China, involving many EBN farmers from various regions in Indonesia. Therefore, a portable device is needed to rapidly and accurately measure the required quality of SBW to avoid rejection by Chinese buyers, which could result in significant losses. Consequently, for this purpose, an electronic instrument has been developed. smartAgro-Spectral is a microcontroller-based electronic instrument that measures nitrite content in edible bird’s nest (EBN) using linear regression method in machine learning calculations. This instrument can measure nitrite content based on the intensity of colors produced by EBN products. The coloring process is carried out by mixing EBW powder with Sulphanilamide solution and N-(1-naphthyl) Ethylenediamine Dihydrochloride (NED) solution. The concentration of EBN solution is normalized to values between 0.2 ppm and 0.7 ppm. The measurement process is carried out by emitting 18 waves of the light spectrum. The intensity of the 18 wavelengths of the measured light spectrum was selected based on the strong correlation between the intensity of the light spectrum and the value of nitrite content in the EBN product. The measurement results show that the intensity of the light spectrum that has a strong linear correlation is at wavelengths of 460 nm, 485 nm, 510 nm, 535 nm, and 610 nm. So, smartAgro-Spectral electronic instruments can be realized based on the intensity relationship of each wavelength through multiple linear regression analysis, and are able to linearly measure nitrite content in EBW products with a precision level of 99.85% and an accuracy rate of 99.85%
Pelatihan Penulisan Korespondensi Bahasa Indonesia pada Lembaga Pelatihan di kota Surabaya
Get PDFGiven the importance of correspondence in every organization, the ability to produce good and correct letters requires certain skills. Therefore, training on writing business letters and correspondence is urgently needed for many organizations, Himpunan Penyelenggaran Pelatihan dan Kursus Indonesia (HIPKI) and Himpunan Lembaga Pelatihan Seluruh Indonesia (HILLSI) which are our partners. The Vocational Faculty Abdimas Team, specifically from Diploma of Office Administration Study Program, Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University conducted community service activities in the form of correspondence training, in terms of the parts of the letter and the language of the letter, for HIPKI and HILLSI members. After conducting online training using Zoom Meeting, the participants showed an increased understanding of letter writing, in terms of the parts of the letter and the language of the letter. This is indicated by an increase in the participants\u27 average scores from 30 in the pre-test to 71.67 in the post-test. Participants hope that this training can be continued with advanced training, especially in deepening the material in making effective sentences in the contents of letters.Mengingat pentingnya surat-menyurat dan korespondensi dalam setiap organisasi, maka kemampuan untuk menghasilkan surat yang baik dan benar membutuhkan keterampilan khusus. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan mengenai penulisan surat dan korespondensi sangat dibutuhkan bagi banyak organisasi, termasuk Himpunan Penyelenggaran Pelatihan dan Kursus Indonesia (HIPKI) dan Himpunan Lembaga Pelatihan Seluruh Indonesia (HILLSI) yang menjadi mitra kami. Tim Abdimas Prodi Administrasi Perkantoran D-III, Fakultas Vokasi, Universitas Katolik Widya Mandala Surabaya melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan korespondensi, segi bagian-bagian surat dan bahasa surat, bagi anggota HIPKI dan HILLSI. Setelah melakukan pelatihan secara daring menggunakan Zoom Meeting, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman penulisan surat, dari segi bagian-bagian surat dan bahasa surat. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata peserta yaitu dari 30 di pre-test menjadi 71,67 dalam post-test. Peserta berharap pelatihan ini dapat dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan lanjutan, terutama dalam pendalaman materi dalam pembuatan kalimat efektif dalam isi surat
ANALISIS KENAIKAN PENGHASILAN TIDAK KENA PAJAK (PTKP) TERHADAP PENERIMAAN PAJAK PADA KANTOR PELAYANAN PAJAK PRATAMA AMBON
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the contribution value of the increase in non-taxable income (PTKP) to tax revenues at the Pratama Tax Service Office ( KPP Pratama Ambon) for the period 2016 to 2020. The research method used in this research is the contribution method. The data collection technique used by the researcher is direct interviews with the object under study, field observations and literature. The type of data used is quantitative data while the data sources come from primary data and secondary data.The results of the study using the contribution method showed that the contribution of thr increase in non-taxable income (PTKP) to tax revenues at tge Pratama Tax Service Office ( KPP Pratama Ambon) for the 2016 period was 24 percent, in 2017 it was 22 percent. In 2018 it was equal to 21 percent, in 2019 it is 21 percent and in 2020 it is 17 percent.
