Studi Penentuan Tarif Buy the Service Transpakuan Koridor 6 Metode Ability to Pay dan Willingness to Pay
Buskita Transpakuan is mass transportation in Bogor City which is increasingly in demand by the wider community. Based on this, a study on determining tariffs using the Ability to Pay and Willingness to Pay methods was carried out. This study aims to determine the applicable rates for Transpakuan BTS. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely research that analyzes numerical data (numbers) and then analyzes it to conclude. The results showed (Ability to Pay) greater than Rp. 4180.00 from the WTP (Willingness to Pay) Rp. 4,000.00 occurs because users have higher paying abilities but satisfaction with the services used is still low so user willingness is relatively low, so service improvements are needed, and for the results the current decent tariff is Rp. 4,090.00 if rounded up to Rp. 4000.00. The service improvement priority desired by Buskita Transpakuan Corridor 6 passengers is the comfort aspect, followed by the safety aspect. The acquisition of headway values on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays on 9 Buskita Transpakuan Corridor 6 Bogor City transportation routes that pass through the Parung Bison - Air Mancur route has met the indicator standards because the average headway value of 8.1 minutes, the ideal rating of 5-10 minutes. This was influenced by the level of transportation operations, the majority of which were still high.Buskita Transpakuan sebagai transportasi massal di Kota Bogor yang semakin diminati oleh masyarat luas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan kajian penentuan tarif dengan metode Ability to Pay dan Willingness to Pay. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tarif yang berlaku untuk BTS transpakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang dianalisis data-data numeric (angka) kemudian dianalisis untuk diambil kesimpulannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (Abillity to Pay) lebih besar Rp. 4180,00 dari pada WTP (Willingness to Pay) Rp. 4.000,00 terjadi karena pengguna memiliki kemampuan membayar lebih tinggi tetapi kepuasan terhadap pelayanan yang digunakan masih rendah sehingga kemauan pengguna menjadi relatif rendah, maka diperlukanya peningkatan layanan, dan untuk hasil tarif layak saat ini adalah sebesar Rp. 4.090,00 jika di bulatkan menjadi Rp. 4.000,00. Prioritas perbaikan pelayanan yang di inginkan oleh penumpang Buskita Transpakuan Koridor 6 adalah pada aspek kenyamanan, diikuti dengan aspek keselamatan. Perolehan nilai headway pada hari senin, selasa, kamis dan sabtu pada 9 trayek angkutan Buskita Transpakuan Koridor 6 Kota Bogor yang melewati jalur Parung banteng – Air Mancur telah memenuhi standar indikator karena rata-rata nilai headway yaitu 8.1 menit setandar penilaian ideal 5-10 menit. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh tingkat operasi angkutan yang mayoritas masih tinggi
Implementasi Sistem Reminder Jadwal pada eLearning Moodle Berbasis API Menggunakan Framework Flutter
This research aims to develop a Flutter-based mobile application that provides users with information regarding class schedules and assignments. The application includes a reminder feature that sends notifications about lectures and assignments through WhatsApp and in-app notifications. The development methodology employed is the waterfall model, while testing utilizes black-box testing and Firebase Test Lab. The test results demonstrate the successful development of the application. Additionally, this application facilitates efficient and easy access to class schedules and assignments. It is expected to enhance users\u27 academic performance and be applicable across various educational institutions. Overall, the development of this application offers users the advantage of effectively and efficiently managing study time and completing tasks, thereby contributing to the improvement of educational quality within institutions
Probabilitas Ketepatan Biaya Dan Waktu Dengan Metode Monte Carlo Pada Konsep Earned Value Untuk Proyek Jalan
Planning and implementing a construction project involves several factors that must be considered including cost, quality and time. This is the main challenge in a project by controlling costs and time without reducing the quality of work. In this study the case of the construction of the Bts Road Reconstruction Package and Widening Package. Bojonegoro-Pajeng City Of Sta 28 + 230 - 32 + 230 is deemed necessary to carry out a cost and time control with the Concept of Earned Value and Monte Carlo to look for more indicators in analyzing the project so that an optimal cost and time estimate is obtained. There are 3 (three) parameters used in the result value concept, namely ACWP, BCWS, BCWP.The analysis was performed by looking for variations in the calculation manually and using the help of Crystal Ball software. The monitoring result with the Result Value Concept is the comparison of the BCWP value below the ACWP value which proves the project is experiencing fund swelling, and the BCWS value above the BCWP value proves the project is experiencing delays. While the results of monitoring the Result Value Concept using the Monte Carlo method produce the maximum and minimum value of all parameters so that it can be used as a reference for the contractor to determine the rescheduling time for the rest of the project so that the costs and time for the project are in accordance with the planning.Perencanaan dan pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi melibatkan beberapa faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan meliputi biaya, mutu dan waktu. Hal tersebut adalah tantangan utama dalam suatu proyek dengan melakukan pengendalian biaya dan waktu tanpa mengurangi mutu pekerjaan. Pada penelitian ini kasus pembangunan Paket Rekontruksi dan Pelebaran Jalan Bts. Kota Bojonegoro-Pajeng Sta 28+230 - 32+230 dianggap perlu dilakukan suatu pengendalian biaya dan waktu dengan Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value) dan Monte Carlo untuk mencari indikator lebih dalam menganalisis proyek tersebut sehingga mendapat perkiraan biaya dan waktu yang optimal. Terdapat 3 (tiga) parameter yang dipakai dalam konsep nilai hasil, yaitu ACWP, BCWS, BCWP. Analisis dilakukan dengan mencari variasi perhitungan secara manual dan menggunakan bantuan software Crystal Ball. Hasil monitoring dengan Konsep Nilai Hasil adalah perbandingan nilai BCWP di bawah nilai ACWP yang membuktikan proyek mengalami pembengkakan dana, dan nilai BCWS di atas nilai BCWP membuktikan proyek mengalami keterlambatan. Sedangkan hasil monitoring Konsep Nilai Hasil menggunakan metode Monte Carlo menghasilkan nilai maksimum dan minimum dari semua parameter sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan kontraktor menentukan time scheduling ulang untuk sisa pengerjaan proyek agar biaya dan waktu pengerjaan proyek sesuai dengan perencanaan
Perancangan Mesin Pembuat Pellet Untuk Campuran Cangkang Telur Sebagai Konsentrat Kapasitas 10 Kg/Jam Dengan Metode Pahl dan Beitz
The egg shell is one of the wasted that is often found in the community and the egg processing industry. With the increase in population and public consumption. Egg shells are generally just thrown away. The content of egg shells in the form of CaCO3, which is harmful to the environment due to microbial activity in the environment, can cause environmental pollution. The use of egg shells as animal feed ingredients and organic fertilizers can be given because egg shells contain several mineral substances such as macro minerals, macro. Machines on the market only produce one form in one process, namely in the form of pellets or flour. In pellet-producing machines on the market, shell waste before being processed, eggs are crushed manually so it can take a lot of time is designing a pellet making machine using the Pahl and Beitz design method. The Pahl and Beitz method has 4 important phases, such as planning, product concept design, shape design and detailed design, so that the design carried out can provide the right solution. The pellet making machine designed with a capacity of 10 kg /hour include process eggshell waste into flour with a grinding unit and pellet maker simultaneously.Cangkang telur merupakan salah satu limbah yang sering dijumpai di masyarakat dan industri pengolahan telur. Dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan konsumsi masyarakat. Cangkang telur umumnya dibuang begitu saja. Kandungan cangkang telur berupa CaCO3 yang berbahaya bagi lingkungan akibat aktivitas mikroba di lingkungan dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan. Pemanfaatan cangkang telur sebagai bahan pakan ternak dan pupuk organik dapat diberikan karena cangkang telur mengandung beberapa zat mineral seperti mineral makro. Mesin yang ada di pasaran hanya menghasilkan satu bentuk dalam satu kali proses yaitu berupa pelet atau tepung. Pada mesin pembuat pelet yang ada di pasaran, limbah cangkang telur sebelum diolah, dihaluskan secara manual sehingga memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Dalam perancangan mesin pembuat pelet menggunakan metode perancangan Pahl dan Beitz. Metode Pahl dan Beitz memiliki 4 tahapan penting yaitu perencanaan, desain konsep produk, desain bentuk dan desain detail sehingga desain yang dilakukan dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat. Mesin pembuat pelet yang dirancang dengan kapasitas 10 kg/jam meliputi proses pengolahan limbah cangkang telur menjadi tepung dengan unit penggiling dan pembuat pelet secara bersamaan
Junior Accounting Technician Training for the Business and Management Subject Teacher Forum (STWG) of Balikpapan
The purpose of this community service project is to improve the business and management competencies of Balikpapan City vocational school instructors, with a focus on junior accounting technicians\u27 abilities. The service team and partners have agreed upon priority concerns, which include aspects related to partner capabilities and information technology. Regarding partner capability, the challenges faced by partners are as follows: (1) there are very few teachers (one in every 50, or approximately 2% of teachers) who are certified in junior accounting technical competency; (2) teachers want to be able to graduate students from vocational schools who are capable of working as junior accounting technicians; and (3) there are no resources available to assist teachers in becoming certified in junior accounting technical competency. In order to address current issues, the following activity is provided as part of the community service: offline training to help prepare for the junior accounting technician competency exam. There are multiple steps involved in the implementation of this activity: (1) planning; (2) implementation; and (3) monitoring and assessment. Community service journals, mentorship materials, publishing in local mass media are the output targets to be met in this program.Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMK Akuntansi di Kota Balikpapan, dengan fokus pada kemampuan teknisi akuntansi junior (TA Junior). Tantangan yang dihadapi mitra adalah sebagai berikut: (1) sangat sedikit guru (satu dari setiap 50, atau sekitar 2% guru) yang tersertifikasi kompetensi teknis akuntansi junior; (2) guru ingin dapat menghasilkan siswa lulusan SMK yang mampu bekerja sebagai teknisi akuntansi junior; dan (3) tidak ada sumber daya yang tersedia untuk membantu guru mendapatkan sertifikasi kompetensi teknis akuntansi junior. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah sebagai berikut: pelatihan offline untuk membantu persiapan ujian kompetensi teknisi akuntansi junior. Ada beberapa langkah yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini: (1) perencanaan; (2) implementasi; dan (3) pemantauan. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai dalam PKM ini adalah jurnal pengabdian masyarakat, materi pendampingan, dan publikasi di media massa lokal
Pemahaman Mekanisme dan Penerapan Pembukaan Rekening Efek Kepada Siwa dan Guru SMK Panca Dharma, Kota Balikpapan
Securities companies, also called stock companies, are the most important chain in the capital market industry. Its existence is needed by two other market players, namely institutions (both government and private) that wish to raise funds and parties who have funds, both creditors and debtors. Unfortunately, literacy about stock investment is still low, especially in the younger generation, specifically in vocational schools in Balikpapan. For that reason, the Non-Productive Community Empowerment Program (PPM-NP) was held to empower target audiences to have knowledge about the importance of using free time in positive activities that can increase knowledge and skills. The target audience for this activity is Panca Dharma students in Balikpapan. This activity is collaborative with Mirae Balikpapan securities companies. This dedication method is carried out by providing training materials in lectures about the importance of introducing securities accounts on the stock exchange and the practice of opening securities accounts by several teachers and students of Panca Dharma Vocational School, which amounts to forty people who collaborate with Mirae Securities companies. The end result of this community dedication program is additional literacy and related education for teachers at the Panca Dharma Balikpapan Vocational School and the opening of securities accounts by five teachers and 18 students.
 
ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN PENYUSUTAN ASET TETAP MENURUT STANDAR AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN PADA BENGKEL TOGAR
The purpose of writing is to determine the depreciation value of fixed assets according to Financial Accounting Standards at Togar Workshop. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely calculating the depreciation value on fixed assets in the business.The research results show that building fixed assets experience accumulated depreciation based on their useful life of 20 years amounting to IDR 1,500,000,- with a purchase price of IDR 30,000,000,-. Machinery fixed assets experience accumulated depreciation based on their useful life of 7 years amounting to IDR 1,164,286,- with a cost of IDR 8,900,000,-. Furthermore, vehicle fixed assets experience accumulated depreciation based on their useful life of 10 years amounting to IDR 2,000,000.- with a purchase price of IDR 20,000,000,-. Then the fixed assets of workshop equipment experience accumulated depreciation based on their useful life of 5 years amounting to IDR 2,100,000,- with a purchase price of IDR 12,000,000,-.

Systematic Literature Review: Analisa Sentimen Masyarakat terhadap Penerapan Peraturan ETLE
This study examines the efforts to develop a model for analyzing public sentiment regarding applying ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement) regulations. The method used is the systematic literature review. A systematic literature review (SLR) consists of three stages: planning, conducting, and reporting. The planning stage is the determination of the SLR procedure. This stage includes preparing topics, research questions, article search criteria & inclusion and exclusion criteria. The conducting stage, namely the implementation, includes searching for articles and filtering articles. The reporting stage is the final stage of SLR. This stage includes writing the SLR results according to the article format. The explanation follows: First, hybrid is the most widely used method in developing sentiment analysis models. Apart from hybrid, several methods are used to develop sentiment analysis models, including multi-task, deep, and machine learning. Each has its advantages and disadvantages in the development of sentiment analysis models. Second, this study shows the development of a model with superior performance, namely using XGBoost as a sentiment analysis model, and the stages it goes through are preprocessing data, handling imbalanced data, and optimizing the model. Therefore, the model for analyzing public sentiment regarding the application of ETLE regulations can be an option for hybrid methods, multi-task learning, deep learning, machine learning, and the XGBoost model to obtain superior performance with preprocessing data stages, handling imbalanced data and optimization models
Pemanfaatan Limbah Plastik dan Fly Ash Pada Campuran Lapisan Perkerasan Jalan
Pemanfaatan limbah plastik sebagai bahan substitusi aspal dari jenis PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) banyak ditemukan pada kemasan makanan dan minuman seperti botol minuman, botol saus, dan lainnya. Adapun fly ash diperoleh dari sisa pembakaran PLTU digunakan sebagai bahan pengisi (filler) pada campuran perkerasan. Tahapan penelitian ini dilakukan berupa pengujian aspal, pengujian aggregat, pembuatan benda uji dari campuran limbah plastik dan fly ash serta uji Marshall. Pencampuran limbah plastik dengan aspal dilakukan dengan metode basah, yaitu mencampur limbah plastik kedalam aspal cair yang sedang dipanaskan hingga menjadi campuran homogen. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai KAO (Kadar Aspal Optimum) pada benda uji berupa laston AC-WC dengan aspal pen 60/70 adalah 6%, untuk substitusi 10% limbah plastik nilai KAO sebesar 7,2%, substitusi 20% limbah plastik nilai KAO 7,9%, sedangkan nilai KAO substitusi limbah plastik 30% sebesar 9,6%. Massa aspal yang digunakan pada campuran aspal dengan 30% limbah plastik lebih sedikit dibanding dengan campuran aspal pen 60/70, namun mampu memberikan peningkatan nilai stabilitas yang lebih tinggi sampai 12,30%. Selain dari segi teknis, pemanfaatan limbah plastik juga menguntungkan dari segi ekonomi karena mengurangi biaya pengadaan aspal sebesar 3,47% serta menghemat anggaran sebesar 5% per 1 m3. Implementasi Re-design UI/UX Website Fumigasi Untuk Meningkatkan Customer Experience
Fumigation website is a website owned by PT. Prana Argentum which is used as a platform for disseminating information related to pest control. However, based on interviews with company owners, there are some drawbacks such as the appearance of the website is not very user friendly, the information provided is difficult to find. This is also supported by the results of the UEQ pre-survey of website users, where the results of the 6 UEQ scale get the "bad" criterion, which means the low usability value of the website. This study aims to determine the suitability of the company\u27s website in improving customer experience. To overcome the display problems on the website, a solution is needed, namely redesigning the UI/UX design using the double diamond methodology and usability testing along with UEQ. The result of this research is a redesign of the UI/UX design by adding new features such as a price quote feature, an appointment feature, and a transaction feature. To improve the customer experience, researchers also pay attention to the use of colors, fonts, language styles, to user-friendly navigation flows. In this study, two types of tests were carried out, namely usability testing with the Maze tools and UEQ testing. The usability testing results obtained a usability score of 87 which can be said to be good in terms of its usability value. Based on the results of the UEQ test, it is known that there is an increase in the mean value on all UEQ scales. It is proved that the highest mean value is on the perspicuity scale of 2.09 points and the lowest value is on the novelty scale with a value of 1.53 points. the results of the UI/UX website design of PT.
