Get PDFPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi di SMAN 2 Bukittinggi belum adanya alat atau aplikasi khusus untuk mendeteksi soal hots atau non)hots. Yang digunakan guru untuk menentukan soal hots atau non-(i)hots masih manual menggunakan asesmen yang sudah ada yang berupa aturan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, hal tersebut menyebabkan guru menentuan soal hots atau noni hots belum sepenuhnya valid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas produk sistem pakar pendeteksi soal hots pada mata pelajaran informatika kelas XI di SMA Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. Jenis kajian ini adalah investigasi perancangan dengan model Rapid Application Development (RAD) atau Prototyping cepat. Yang mana RAD menekan kanpada siklus pengembangan yang cepat, singkat, dan efisien. Waktu yang terbatas merupakan faktor penting dalam model ini. Metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) menggunakan pendekatan iteratif, di mana model awal sistem dikembangkan untuk menentukan kebutuhan pengguna. Tahap desain melibatkan perancangan produk, sementara tahap pengembangan mencakup evaluasi oleh para pakar, termasuk pakar konten, pakar konstruk, dan pakar bahasa. Pada tahap implementation, dilakukan pengujian dalam skala kecil dan besar, terakhir tahap evaluation, yakni menganalisis keuntungan dan kelemahan dari produk yang di uji coba. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validitas, praktikalitas, dan efektifitas berupa angket. Analisis data terdiri dari analisis validitas, praktikalitas dan efektivitas

The Effect of Social Media on Public Opinion in the 2024 Medan Regional Election Campaign Based on the Perception of PPKN E 2021 Students
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the influence of social media on public opinion of PPKn E 2021 students in the 2024 Medan Pilkada campaign. Social media, as a dominant communication platform in the digital era, has a significant role in shaping public perception and opinion. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 PPKn E 2021 students who actively use social media. The results of the study indicate that social media is the main source of political information for students, but also has the potential to cause information bias. Social media content, such as campaign videos and posts about visions and missions, influences students’ perceptions of candidates. Social media also facilitates political participation, but is susceptible to manipulation and polarization due to the influence of hoaxes and black campaigns. Political campaign strategies on social media can increase or decrease students’ trust in the democratic process. This study highlights the importance of digital literacy and ethical and professional use of social media in political campaigns

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the importance of integrating local wisdom into Social Studies (IPS) education at the elementary school level as one of the efforts to build a culture-loving character in students. Local wisdom, which encompasses cultural values, traditions, and local knowledge, has great potential to enrich the learning material and strengthen the nation's cultural identity. Through various strategies, such as the use of local wisdom-based learning media, project-based approaches, and the development of contextual learning resources, IPS education can connect theory with students' everyday life practices. This integration not only helps students understand social, economic, and cultural concepts more deeply but also fosters pride and love for their own culture. Although there are some challenges in its implementation, such as teachers' limited understanding and a lack of resources, efforts to integrate local wisdom can be achieved through collaboration between teachers, communities, and cultural experts. Thus, teaching based on local wisdom will support the strengthening of the nation's character, grounded in the noble values of Indonesian culture

Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library risearch) bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data studi dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data penulis melakukan identifikasi wacana dari buku-buku, makalah atau artikel, majalah, jurnal, web (internet), ataupun informasi lainnya yang berhubungan dengan judul penulisan untuk mencari halhal atau variabel yang berupa catatan, transkip buku, surat kabar, majalah dan sebagainya yang berkaitan dengan kajian tentang implementasi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Maka dilakukan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: 1)Mengumpulkan data-data yang ada baik melalui buku-buku, dokumen, majalah internet (web). 2)Menganalisa data-data tersebut sehingga peneliti bisa menyimpulkan tentang masalah yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1)Pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen sangat penting untuk mengatur semua kegiatan, baik kegiatan yang bersifat formal maupun nonformal.2) tipe-tipe dalam mengelola produktivitas kerja. 3) Tantangan dalam mengelola produktivitas kerja. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of promotions, discounts and facilities on the decision to stay at the Grand Darussalam Hotel Medan. The method in this research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples in this research was 100 respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The sample size was drawn using a simple probability sampling formula. Data management uses SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of this research, Promotion (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the decision to stay, Discounts (X2) do not have a significant positive influence on the decision to stay and Facilities (X3) have a positive and significant influence on the decision to stay. decision to stay
Improving the Abilities of Science Learning Outcomes About Heat Transfer in Class V Students of SD IT Uswatun Hasanah Through the Singing Method
Get PDFThis research aims to describe efforts to improve students' ability to understand heat transfer in fifth grade science lessons at SD IT Uswatun Hasanah, Banjar City. To achieve this goal, Classroom Action Research will be carried out on 21 students using the singing method. There are 2 cycles in this research. Each cycle goes through four stages, consisting of (1) planning, (2) implementing learning improvements, (3) data collection, and (4) reflection. Data were collected using a learning outcomes test in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 10 questions. Based on the research stages, the results showed that in cycle 1 only 43% had completed the KKM score of 75. And this increased to 100% in cycle 2. Therefore, the use of the singing method had a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes in the heat transfer science subject. The material presented becomes easier for students to accept and students feel happy so that students are actively involved and also motivated in class so that learning objectives are achieved well

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manfaat penggunaan media pembelajaran digital, khususnya presentasi interaktif dan video animasi, dalam meningkatkan minat belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di tingkat sekolah dasar. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode literrature review dengan mengumpulkan, menelaah, serta menganalisis beberapa data dari penelitian terdahulu, sesuai dengan literature review mengambil metode review dapat ditemukan penjelasan yang dikemukakan dari hasil beberapa para ahli yang relevan dengan pembahasan yang akan diangkat peneliti. Langkah yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur diawali dengan memperoleh kepustakaan yang relevan, Setelah diperoleh, dapat dikumpulkan secara teratur dan digunakan nanti untuk penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentasi interaktif mampu memotivasi siswa melalui visual yang dinamis dan interaktif, seperti animasi dan kuis langsung. Video animasi juga membantu menyederhanakan konsep abstrak, seperti sejarah dan geografi, sehingga lebih mudah dipahami. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa media pembelajaran digital tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tetapi juga memperkaya pengalaman belajar mereka secara keseluruhan. Pembelajaran berbasis media digital menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar dan motivasi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan media pembelajaran digital lebih lanjut untuk mendukung pembelajaran lintas disiplin, sekaligus mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan di era globalisasi. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi teknologi digital dalam kurikulum pendidikan dasar guna menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih dinamis, interaktif, dan relevan. The findings from this research state that advocates are considered law enforcers and are a profession that has freedom, independence and responsibility in carrying out their duties to enforce the law as regulated by law. In Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning Advocates, Advocates play a role in providing services for handling a case requested by their client, and in handling their duties there are non-litigation and also litigation ones. What is meant by litigation is in court and non-litigation is outside of court. In Indonesia, there are four justice systems which include General Courts, Religious Courts, State Administrative Courts, and Military Courts.
