    The aim of this research is to analyze the importance of work organizational culture in increasing work productivity. This research examines various concepts of the importance of work organizational culture in increasing work productivity by assessing through a systematic literature review and identifying research gaps. The method employed in this research is the literature study method. The data collection technique used is literature study obtained from journals and books. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis. The results of the research indicate that if organizational culture is good, employee work productivity will be good, and vice versa. Thus, a good organizational culture will increase employee work productivity. An organizational culture created by good management will encourage better employee work productivity. If employee work productivity always increases significantly over time, then the organization will easily achieve the goals it has set

    This research aims to find out how teachers assess essay questions that contain elements of analysis and to find out students' answers to essay questions that contain analysis on the distribution and management of natural resources on 2013 curriculum. This research uses mixed research methods. The population in the study was all 11th grade of SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. The sampling technique in this research used a total sampling technique. The total population is 101 people, while the sample size is 101 people. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that some teachers do not understand how to assess essay questions that contain elements of analysis on material on the distribution and management of natural resources and that most students do not understand the answers to essay questions that contain analysis. This is based on the lack of complexity in the content of geographic concepts that can be linked in creating questions and answering essay questions that contain elements of analysis on the distribution and management of natural resources

    A Probe into the Impact of Teachers Assessment on Students Engagement in EFL Learning : Views From EFL School Teachers

    Teacher assessment is a crucial factor in fostering students' motivation to improve their foreign language skills and language competency during the learning process. Engaging students in active learning has been proposed as a means to enhance learning outcomes, motivation, and attitudes towards learning. Although previous research acknowledges the significance of assessment in shaping these factors, there is a lack of specific investigation in this area. The objective of this study is to elucidate the intricate correlation between teacher assessment and student engagement in the English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom. This research uses a qualitative research design by conducting direct interviews to collect and analyze data. There are 3 of the 4 English teachers at SMP Swasta Al-Muslimin Pandan were included in the study at random as participants. The results of research perceived by EFL school teachers reveal that involving students in the assessment process, such as through self-assessment and peer assessment activities, further enhanced their engagement and ownership of their learning journey

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui kooperatif learning tipe example non example pada tema berbagai pekerjaan IV  pada SD Negeri 101810 Deli Tua , dengan jumlah siswa 20 yang dimana  sebagian 09  dari siswa masih memiliki rendahnya nilai ulangan siswa sedangkan 11 siswa tuntas pada evaluasi pembelajaran tematik yang hasil tersebut masih dibawah rata- rata KKM (Kreteria Ketuntasan Maksimal). hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan peneliti penerapan kooperatif learning tipe example non example dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar sisiwa pada tema berbagai pekerjaan pada kelas IV SD. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil dari siklus I yang telah dilakukan mengasilkan nilai 70% dan disiklus kedua menjadi 85% dan pada dengan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan kooperatif learning tipe example non examplepada tema berbagai pekerjaan pada kelas IV SD mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Maka sangat dianjurkan untuk guru dapat menerapkan model tersebut

    Objective: This study aims to analyze the impact of Islamic school environment management on students' prayer habits at SMP IT Washilatun Nazah. Methodology: A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings: The study reveals that the management of an Islamic school environment positively influences students' prayer habits. This is evident through the provision of adequate prayer facilities, the implementation of religious policies, and the exemplary behavior demonstrated by teachers and staff. Additionally, the reward and punishment system effectively enhances students’ discipline in performing religious practices. However, the study also identifies several challenges, including the lack of family involvement in reinforcing prayer habits at home and the tendency of some students to engage in religious practices only under school supervision. Conclusion: Effective Islamic school environment management can serve as a powerful tool in fostering students’ prayer habits. Nevertheless, stronger synergy between the school and families is necessary to ensure the continuity of religious practices beyond the school setting

    This research discusses the Management of Educators and Education Personnel in the National Education System, the importance of managing education and education personnel because one of the dominant factors that influences the quality of Indonesian National Education is the Role and Quality of Educators and Education Personnel. Therefore, this research was designed to provide an overview of the processes carried out in managing teaching and education personnel in accordance with the National Education System. The research method used in this research is library research, namely a series of activities relating to library data collection methods to obtain information data by collecting information related to the meaning, scope and process of educational policy. The data sources in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources such as books, articles, etc. The results of the research in this article state that the management of teaching and education staff aims to utilize teaching and education staff effectively and efficiently to achieve optimal results while remaining in pleasant conditions. The components of educators and management of educational personnel are: starting with (1) employee planning, (2) human resources, (3) employee training and development, (4) promotion and transfer, (5) employee dismissal, (6) compensation and ( 7) provide assessments to employees or teaching and educational staff

    Development of Picture Storybooks to Improve Students' Independent Character in Pancasila Education Learning

    The objectives of this study are: (1) describe the contents of picture story book products; (2) explain the using of picture story book media; (3) analyze the teacher and student responses of picture story book as a media for learning; (4) clarify the effectiveness of picture story book media. This research was conducted on May – August 2023 of 27 students in SDIT As-Sabiquun of grade 1. The research on this study is used the Research and Development (R&D) method, which include the ADDIE development model in 5 steps. From the results of the feasibility test conducted by three validators, such as media expert, linguistic expert, and media materials expert, picture storybooks obtained an average percentage of 90% With a very decent category. The results of the teacher's response obtained an average percentage of 87%, meanwhile the results of student response in questionnaires for individual trials gained a percentage of 97.2%, besides small group tests obtained a percentage of 94.3%, and large group tests obtained a percentage of 95.3%. The results before and after treatment calculated using N-gain increased by 0.5 and reached medium category. So the conclusion is the development of picture storybook as media of learning are feasible, practical, and effective to improving the students' independent character for grade 1 in primary school

    Analysis of Social Interaction Skills of Children With Special Needs With Intellectual Disabilities in SLBN School Bekasi Regency

    This article discusses the ability of children with intellectual disabilitiesto improve social interaction and learning skills for children with intellectual disabilities. Intellectual impairment is a special condition that affects cognitive development in children. This article uses qualitative methods, data collection in this study is carried out by observation, interviews with teachers and documentation and assisted by scientific papers, books, references, and others whose purpose is to analyze the social interaction ability of children with special needs with intellectual disabilities in the school environment. The results in this study show that children with intellectual disabilities face challenges in developing their social interaction skills in the school environment. Factors such as difficulty interacting socially with their peers, lack of self-confidence in children, and always withdrawing from their peers.  However, the teacher's efforts or strategies in dealing with children with intellectual disabilities are an inclusive approach in classroom management and teachers provide understanding to their friends to approach and join children so that they can play together and get treatment from the teacher

    The Influence of Peer Groups on the Emotional Maturity of Eighth-Grade Adolescents at Al-Ikhlasiyah Junior High School Sei Buluh Academic Year 2020/2021

    The study aims to investigate the influence of peer groups on the emotional maturity of adolescents in the eighth grade MTs Al-Ikhlasiyah Sei Buluh in the 2020/2021 school year. An unripe emotional condition in adolescents can cause them to be vulnerable to a group of peers in performing certain actions, although not all of them have a positive impact on themselves or others. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a quantitational approach that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data. The primary data was obtained through the filling of the elevator by the pupils of the eighth grade MTs Al-Ikhlasiyah Sei Ten Years of Education 2020/2021, consisting of 123 students. The sampling technique was performed randomly, with 30 students as samples of research. The results of simple linear regression analysis showed a significant influence between peer groups (X) on adolescent emotional maturity (Y) with a F significance count of 0.055 and a significance level of 0.016 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict the participation variable, suggesting that peer groups have an influence on adolescent emotional maturity in Al-Ikhlasiyah Sei Buluh T.A 2020/2021

    Improving Science Learning Outcomes on Human Blood Circulatory System Material Through Experimentation Method for Fifth Grade Students

    This research was motivated by the low science learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 6 Palembang. The aim of this research is to improve the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 6 Palembang on the circulatory system material. The learning method that researchers used was the experimental method. This type of research is class action. (PTK) This is carried out in 2 cycles through 4 stages, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) Observation, 4) Reflection. The methods used in collecting data are observation, documentation and tests. The research results showed that learning outcomes using the experimental method from cycle I to cycle II experienced a significant increase. The observation results show that the average value in the pre-cycle, that's not what it's about, was 61.67, increasing in cycle 1 to 76.32 in the active category, then in cycle 2 it increased to an average of 87.79, so that from cycle I and cycle II 2 there was an increase of 73. .53%. This shows that the use of experimental methods is able to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects on the subject of the circulatory system
