Educational Comics Based on Creative Problem Solving With the Aid of Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Pro for Elementary School
Get PDFThis research aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of using educational comics based on Creative Problem Solving (CPS) with the help of Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Pro as an interactive learning tool for elementary school students. This research adopts the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model development approach. Initial analysis was carried out to identify student needs and elementary school characteristics. Then, educational comics were developed by combining the CPS concept and Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Pro technology. Field trials were conducted to evaluate its effectiveness. The innovation of this research lies in the use of a combination of the CPS approach and interactive flipbook technology. This educational comic not only aims to convey information, but also stimulates students' creativity and problem-solving abilities through interactivity. The research results include the development of educational comics that are integrated with Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Pro. Evaluation is carried out through measuring increased student understanding, active involvement in the learning process, and positive responses from teachers and students. This research is expected to contribute to curriculum development literature by integrating creative and technological approaches in learning. In addition, it can provide new insights into the use of flipbook technology in the context of elementary education
Level of Understanding of Sports Injury Management With T.O.T.A.P.S METHOD Among Members of the Student Activity Unit Futsal at Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the level of understanding of handling sports injuries using the T.O.T.A.P.S method among members of the Futsal Student Activity Unit (UKM) at Mercu Buana University, Yogyakarta. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research conducted using a survey method distributed via Google Form. There were 51 members of UKM Futsal UMBY who were the samples in this research. To calculate the percentage included in the category in each aspect, the formula is used, namely: P = F/N x 100%. The results of this study concluded (1) understanding of the factors that cause sports injuries in the "Understand" category amounted to 31 people (60.8%) in the "Very Understand" category 16 people (31.4%) in the "Don't Understand" category 4 people (7 .84%), (2) understanding of basic sports injury management in the "Understand" category totaling 31 people (60.8%) in the "Understand" category totaling 31 people (60.8%) in the "Very Understand" category 18 people (35 .3%) in the "Don't Understand" category 2 people (3.92%), (3) understanding of handling sports injuries using the T.O.T.A.P.S method in the "Understand" category totaling 32 people (62.7%) in the "Very Understand" category 18 people ( 35.3%) category "Don't Understand" 1 person (1.96%). The research results show that the level of understanding of handling sports injuries using the T.O.T.A.P.S method among members of the Futsal Student Activity Unit (UKM) at Mercu Buana University, Yogyakarta is "understand"

The writing of this article uses a qualitative type of research. This research aims to find out how educational technology helps the assimilation of Islamic Religious Education in the classroom. By using the methodology of literature study and interviews, the author used qualitative research methodology. The results show that technology has an important role in facilitating communication between parents, teachers and children during the pandemic. Technology makes learning easier by removing the requirement of face-to-face interaction. Various services, including Zoom Cloud Assembly, Google Meet, Google Study Room, and WhatsApp, can be used to exchange educational resources. The Effect of Providing Creative Dance Education on Early Childhood Self-Confidence at TK/Mother's Daycare Center
Get PDFThis qualitative study investigates how teaching creative dance impacts children's self-confidence at Ibunda Kindergarten. The phenomenological method was used in this study to understand children's perceptions and experiences during the creative dance program. Participatory observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis were the methods used to collect data. The study involved 15 early childhood children from Ibunda Kindergarten. The results showed that teaching children creative dance increased their own self-confidence. Creation dance teaches social skills, working together in a group, and self-expression. They also showed increased initiative and independence. The findings confirm that arts education is an important component of the early childhood education curriculum as it can help with psychosocial development

Get PDFKebijakan integrasi zakat dan pajak menjadi solusi inovatif dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi umat di Indonesia. Zakat sebagai kewajiban syariat dan pajak sebagai kewajiban negara memiliki potensi besar jika dikelola secara terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kebijakan integrasi zakat dan pajak, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta peluang implementasinya dalam konteks pembangunan ekonomi umat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kebijakan, analisis dokumen, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan integrasi zakat dan pajak dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam membayar zakat, memperkuat peran lembaga zakat, dan mendorong distribusi kekayaan yang lebih merata. Namun, tantangan utama meliputi harmonisasi regulasi, transparansi lembaga zakat, dan kebutuhan edukasi masyarakat. Contoh sukses integrasi di Malaysia menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan regulasi yang kuat dan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk memastikan implementasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan regulasi, penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan peningkatan transparansi untuk mendukung keberhasilan kebijakan ini. Dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif, kebijakan integrasi zakat dan pajak berpotensi menjadi instrumen strategis dalam menciptakan sistem pembiayaan pembangunan yang berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan, serta memperkuat pemberdayaan ekonomi umat di Indonesia

Good quality education and developing student competencies are key elements in creating an educated and developed society. This research was carried out from January to February 2023 at Muslim Suksa School, Thailand. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through observation, interviews and document analysis. Teachers at these schools are the subjects of research to understand the practices and strategies they apply to improve student quality and competency. The results of this research reveal that the teacher's role is very important in creating a conducive learning environment, motivating students, and facilitating effective learning. Teachers at Muslim Suka School, Thailand apply a variety of creative and diverse learning strategies, integrate values into lessons, and focus on students' comprehensive development. The findings of this research provide insight into best practices in primary education in schools based in Thailand. The implication of this research is that the role of teachers in developing student competencies is very important and can contribute to better quality education

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran IPAS Dengan Menggunakan Model Discovery Learning di Kelas IV SDN 15 Tabing Kecamatan Bonjol
Get PDFThis research is based on the low learning outcomes of students, this is because teachers have not used innovative learning models that can attract students' attention. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of social science learning outcomes by using the Discovery Learning model in Class IV SDN 15 Tabing, Bonjol District. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) that uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. It is carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I consists of 2 meetings and cycle II consists of 1 meeting. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study are teachers and students of grade IV of SDN 15 Tabing with a total of 30 students, 10 male students and 20 female students. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, test, and non-test. The results of this study are guided by the recapitulation table of the results of the first cycle and the second cycle of research that have been presented in the discussion section, the results of this study show an increase in: a) the teaching module of the first cycle with an average of 81.81% qualification (good) and increased in the second cycle to 97.72% with qualification (very good), b) the implementation in the aspect of the teacher of the first cycle with an average of 82.8% qualification (good) and increased in the second cycle to 93.5% with qualifications (very good), in the aspect of students in the first cycle with an average of 82.8% of qualifications (good), and increased in the second cycle to 93.5% with qualifications (very good), c) the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle with an average of 76.78 with qualifications (adequate) and increased in the second cycle to 87.96 with qualifications (good). Based on these results, it can be concluded that using the Discovery Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of science and technology in students

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan Perguruan tinggi dalam hal ini dilakukan dosen beserta mahasiswa yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut melalui pendekatan karya tulis ilmiah. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan literasi Al Qur'an dengan mengajarkan teknik penulisan ilmiah yang berbasis kajian Al Qur'an kepada masyarakat desa. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan Service Learning meliputi pelatihan intensif, diskusi kelompok, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan melalui karya tulis yang dihasilkan oleh peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan masyarakat memahami dan menginterpretasikan isi Al Qur'an secara mendalam dan kritis. Selain itu, masyarakat juga mampu menyampaikan pemahaman mereka melalui karya tulis ilmiah yang baik dan benar. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya menumbuhkan budaya menulis dan berpikir kritis, tetapi juga memperkuat pemahaman keagamaan yang lebih mendalam. Keberhasilan program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi program serupa di daerah lain
