An Online Knowledge-Based Support System
Technology advances have touched all the fields of human life, and the educational system is not an exception. Students in Nigerian universities experience challenges in their early or later stages of school due to a lack of a knowledge-based support system. This results in massive failure and confusion in later days in school. A knowledge-based online support system has been developed and implemented in this paper to improve academic support services for students and faculty members in the university. The need for such a support system stems from the various academic problems that the students often experience, including a lack of answers to certain questions, which can result in academic failure, taking too long to graduate, or dropping out of the university altogether. The system is web-based; therefore, users can access the necessary information when needed, and, in most cases, it solves common academic issues in a short time using the web. Following the Agile software development methodology and employing a client-server architecture, the system was designed in a user-friendly and efficient manner. Highlights of the system include an extensive database of FAQs, real-time interactive services, and multi-typed query handling. Testing phases were performed and integrated, and modular testing showed that the system worked as intended, providing valid inputs and also flagging any invalid inputs without causing the system failures, and performing provisions for user corrections. The results suggest that the online support system could enhance the academic environment at AE-FUNAI and therefore would benefit students and staff members alike. Nevertheless, certain limitations still prevail, such as poor internet access, which calls for constant enhancement and provision of support to the system

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Service Quality and Location on Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction Staying at the Garuda Pontianak Hotel. This study uses an associative method. Primary data in this study were collected through; (1) Interviews; (2) Questionnaires. The minimum sample was 96 people, the researcher took a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study showed that all indicator items in the measurement model showed good item validity, with outer loadings values above 0.7. The tested constructs also met strong reliability standards, with Cronbach's alpha and Composite Reliability values above 0.7, and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) exceeding 0.5, indicating adequate convergent validity. Discriminant validity has also been met, as indicated by the AVE root value which is greater than the correlation between constructs. The results of the Goodness of Fit Model test show that the exogenous constructs (Service Quality and Location) have a moderate influence on Customer Satisfaction, with an R-squared value of 0.308

In the aspect of freedom and equality, all stakeholders do not yet support each other between agencies so they tend to carry out their respective duties and functions without effective coordination. This study investigates the differences in knowledge across several professional areas for the prevention of infectious diseases. The survey included a sample of 600 people from the manufacturing, services, healthcare, and agricultural sectors. An organized survey was used to gauge participants' degree of understanding on the prevention of infectious diseases. The data was analyzed using an Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and descriptive statistics. The results show that there are notable variations in the average knowledge scores between occupational sectors (F (3, 596) = 23.14, p < 0.001). Healthcare professionals had noticeably greater knowledge scores than those in the manufacturing (p = 0.005), services (p = 0.002), and agricultural (p < 0.001) sectors. Nonetheless, no noteworthy distinctions were noted across the manufacturing, services, and agricultural sectors. The research highlights significant gaps in knowledge on the prevention of infectious diseases among various occupational sectors, emphasizing the necessity for customized interventions aimed at improving preventative measures and closing the knowledge divide between sectors
