Effectiveness of Early Mobilization and Administration of Cork Fish Extract on Wound Healing of Sectio Caesarean Surgery at Noemuti Health Center
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of early mobilization and administration of cork fish extract on wound healing after Sectio caesarea surgery at Puskesmas Noemuti. The problem faced is the high rate of cesarean delivery in Indonesia which can cause complications such as surgical wound infection and increase maternal and infant mortality. The method used is a type of quasy experimental research with a static group comparison design approach. The results showed that early mobilization and administration of cork fish extract were effective in improving sectio caesarean wound healing. The treatment group given the intervention of early mobilization and administration of cork fish extract had a better level of surgical wound healing compared to the control group which was only given the standard hospital intervention. This study can contribute to improving the quality of health services in Indonesia, especially in the handling of labor through cesarean section
The Effect of Green Accounting, Company Size, Profitability, Media Disclosure, and Board of Commissioners' Size on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure
This research aims to examine and find empirical evidence about the effect of green accounting application, company size, profitability, media disclosure, and the board of commissioner’s size on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. This research uses 440 samples from 88 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. This research is quantitative research using an associative research method with causal relationships. The analytical tool used in this research uses SPSS version 22 in the form of descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, coefficient of determination test, f test and t test. The results showed that green accounting had no effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. Meanwhile, company size, profitability, media disclosure, and the size of the board of commissioners have a positive and significant influence on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure

Analysis of Judge's Decisions Against Narcotics Crime Perpetrators
The aim of writing this thesis is to find out the principles applied by judges when they determine criminal sentences against individuals who personally abuse class I narcotics and the obstacles judges have in making decisions. The research was conducted at the Watampone District Court office. Data types are primary and secondary data. Primary data sources were obtained through direct interviews with Watampone District Court Judges. Apart from that, Decision number 288/pid.sus/2022/Pn Wtp. Secondary data comes from laws, documents and other legal regulations, as well as from literature from various journals and books. The results of the research prove that the basis for the judge's consideration is whether or not the narcotics case is serious or not and the characteristics and point of view of the perpetrator of narcotics abuse. The judge considers the incident that the defendant was proven to have committed narcotics abuse. Other considerations include various perspectives, namely juridical and non-juridical perspectives. the defendant's statement and legal facts revealed during the trial. Meanwhile, non-juridical considerations include the defendant's actions in the trial process, as well as aspects of age and responsibility. And what becomes an obstacle for judges when handing down decisions is the intervention of the parties towards the judges
Implementation of Environmental Cleanliness Program through the Role of the Community in Pematang Siantar City
Pematang Siantar, as a transit city to Parapat Tourist Destination, plays a crucial role in waste management efforts. The city government has successfully implemented cleanliness programs, as evidenced by the Adipura award received by Pematang Siantar. This research was conducted in the city, with purposive sampling selecting three neighborhoods: Suka Maju, Dwikora, and Suka Dame. Descriptive analysis was used with a sample size of approximately 10-35% of the population, and the Spearman rank correlation test was employed to determine the relationship between the community's role in the Environmental Cleanliness program. The aim is to compare the implementation of environmental cleanliness programs through community participation in these three locations. Factors such as Idealized policy, Target groups, Implementing organization, and Environmental factors, as well as community characteristics such as age, income, number of family members, and length of residence, will be evaluated in relation to the level of community involvement. The research results are expected to provide insights for local governments and communities to actively participate in the Environmental Cleanliness program in Pematang Siantar. With a focus on three out of six districts, namely Siantar Barat, Siantar Utara, and Siantar Marihat, this study highlights the importance of community education, income, and trust levels in the context of community roles. Suka Maju, with higher education and income levels, demonstrates a greater role compared to Suka Dame and Dwikora. An effective waste disposal system, involving monitored waste collection, is considered crucial for maintaining environmental quality and extending landfill usage
Impact of Criminal Evidence Using Modern Technology on Human Rights

Antibacterial Activity Test of Leaf Ethl Acetate Extract Distance of Fence (Jatropha curcasL.) Against Bacteria Propionibacterium Acnes and Staphylococcus Aureus
Skin diseases are very easy to found in countries with a tropical climate. The climate that facilitate the development of bacteria, parasites, and fungi. Acne is a skin disease that occurs due to inflammation of the follicles polisebasea characterized by the presence of comedones, papules, pustules and nodules. Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus aureus is a bacterium that play a role in the pathogenesis of acne that will cause inflammation. The study was to determine the concentration of ethyl acetate extract of leaves of jatropha effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus aureus. This study was experimental research that includes plant identification, manufacture of crude dru, ethyl acetate extract of jatropha, examination of the phytochemical screening, and test the antibacterial activity of extracts of jatropha leaves by the method of pitting using MHA media, the manufacture of the extract with maceration using solvent ethyl acetate. The results of phytochemical screening of Jatropha showed the presence of flavonoid compounds, alkaloids, saponins and tannins. The results of the antibacterial activity test showed that each concentration had an inhibitory response that was categorized as moderate to strong on Propionibacterium acnes bacteria with clear zone diameters of 10% (7.50mm), 20% (9.18mm), 30% (12.10mm), and 40% (15.16mm) in Staphylococcus aureus bacteria with a clear zone diameter of 10% (8.13mm), 20% (10.21mm), 30% (12.13mm), and 40% (15.53mm). The conclusion showed that the ethyl acetate extract of Jatropha leaves (Jatropha curcas L.) has antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus aureus
Cultural Resilience in the Face of Globalization: An Anthropological Exploration of Traditional Societies' Adaptation Strategies and Identity Dynamics
The study delves into the adaptive strategies and identity dynamics of traditional societies in Albania within the context of globalization. Employing a purposive sampling technique, three distinct communities were selected, and a structured questionnaire was employed as the primary data collection instrument. Descriptive statistics, correlation analyses, regression, ANOVA, and ANCOVA were utilized for quantitative insights, complemented by qualitative data from interviews and participant observations. The findings unveil significant economic adaptations, linguistic shifts, and varying success factors in cultural preservation initiatives across communities. The nuanced impact of community size, geographical location, and historical influences highlights the need for tailored interventions. Comparisons with previous studies in Albania enrich the discourse, while the practical implications underscore the imperative for culturally sensitive policies in preserving traditional societies' heritage amid globalization
Performance of People Representative Supervision of Basic Health Services in Sinjai Regency
This research aims to determine the performance of DPRD (Regional People's Representative Assembly) supervision of basic health services in Sinjai Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The results of the research show that the performance of the DPRD's supervision of basic health services in Sinjai Regency is to carry out monitoring and feedback to the DPRD in the form of direct monitoring, questioning the reasons or inhibiting and supporting factors so that the Health Office's work program has not gone well once in September 2020 regarding the realization of the budget which had delayed at several Community Health Centers, especially the problem of stunting and Covid-19, then indirect monitoring was carried out regarding slow BPJS services
