Kebijakan Hukum dalam Pemberantasan Pelaku Online Romance Fraud di Ruang Maya
Online romance fraud is a form of cybercrime that exploits emotional manipulation to obtain financial gain or personal information. This phenomenon has become increasingly prevalent with the rise of internet usage in Indonesia. This study aims to evaluate Indonesia’s legal policies, such as the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) and the Criminal Code (KUHP), in addressing this issue, as well as to identify regulatory gaps and existing challenges. The findings are expected to provide recommendations for updating legal policies to be more adaptive to technological advancements, ensuring better protection for the public against online romance fraud. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a normative juridical method that focuses on analyzing relevant laws and assessing their applicability in cases of online romance fraud. Secondary data from various legal literatures, case reports, and national surveys are used to evaluate the effectiveness of current regulations. The study finds that Indonesia’s legal policies on online romance fraud still have limitations, as the UU ITE and Article 378 of the KUHP do not specifically regulate crimes based on emotional manipulation in online relationships. Regulatory updates are needed to include clearer definitions, stricter sanctions, and effective reporting mechanisms, supported by digital literacy initiatives and international cooperation. Collaboration with digital platforms to enhance AI-based security measures and strengthen law enforcement capacity is crucial in creating a safer digital space
Analisis Pola Ekologi Kota dalam Konteks Urbanisasi di Kota Bandung

Radicalism Early Detection and Driving Factors: A Mix Method Study on Islamic University Students in West Java
This research is motivated by the issue of religious universities in West Java exposed to radicalism. The purpose of this study was to find indicators of radicalism among students as a measuring tool for potential acts of radicalism among students. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method and a case study with in-depth interviews and participatory radicalism combined with quantitative data to collect data on the magnitude or statistical description of the percentage of students exposed to radicalism. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the indicators of radicalism can be seen based on the attitude of the tendency to take radical actions based on four things, namely: (1) Intolerance, (2) Fanaticism, (3) Exclusivity, and (4) Revolutionary. The four attitudes show that students with these attitudes are included in the categorization of students who have the potential to act radically. Then the pattern of dissemination can occur through, (1) the spread of radicalism by means of direct meetings. This distribution is done through closed recitations with a limited number of participants. With the aim of conveying doctrine and preventing rejection (refutation) from other people who have wider religious knowledge and can reject the arguments of the proponent of doctrine. (2) Using technology by uploading videos and photos of their activities to invite movements they believe to be the most correct actions. (3) By doing propaganda through the news media which is spread through the telegram. This research has an impact on early detection of attitudes and characteristics of students who have the potential to carry out radical attitudes and actions. Then this research has an impact on strengthening and anticipating the possibility of radical actions in Islamic Religious Colleges in West Java
Legal Protection of Children's Rights in Indonesia's Labor System
Children have fundamental rights that must be fulfilled by parents and guaranteed by the state. These rights are even mandated by the United Nations (UN) as part of efforts to protect children. This research raises the issue of protecting the rights of children who are employed underage, especially in the context of regulations that are still not entirely clear regarding child labor. This issue is important because children who work underage often face violations of fundamental rights, exploitation, and lack of access to education and social protection. This research is normative with a legislative approach and legal concept analysis. The research data source uses library materials, which include the 1945 Constitution, Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Labour, ILO Conventions, and Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection. The study was conducted by analyzing laws and regulations related to child labor, identifying the weaknesses of existing rules, and providing legal analysis based on applicable legal concepts. The results show that although there is a legal basis governing child labor, its implementation and supervision are still weak. There is a need for more stringent regulatory updates and increased synergy between relevant agencies to ensure the protection of the rights of children working underage. In addition, a holistic approach is needed to prioritize children's rights, including education, health, and social security, to create an environment free from child exploitation
The Social Construction of Reality: Junior High School Students Brawl in Balaraja Tangerang
This study aims to explore the condition of education caused by brawls at the high school level. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of the study show that students who engage in brawls can be caused by environmental factors, school, and social friends. Student brawls carried out together with peers are in the form of influences from outside the environment (externalization). Indirectly school is a factor in the occurrence of brawls. Schools are places where children with the same characteristics as “peer brawls” (objectivation) gather. In this case the socialization carried out by the child of the student brawl is with social friends which greatly influences one's personality (internalization). By using Peter L. Berger's conception of prevention that can be done, among others, socializing the dangers and negative effects of brawls by formal institutions. As well as countermeasures by giving strict sanctions or punishments that can provide a deterrent effect based on the country's positive law.

Informal Sector Migrants and Remittances: Questioning the Culture and Socio-Economic Impact
This paper discusses the socio-economic impact of informal sector migrants and their remintances. It is known that in 2018 informal sector workers amounted to 58.22 percent. This is of course very worrying. The informal sector is unorganized, unregulated, and mostly legal but unregistered. The motivation of workers who work in the informal sector is to earn enough income for survival. From an economic point of view, the existence of remittances can be said to be important because it is able to improve the family economy and for the progress of the recipient community. In addition to being one of the instruments of economic change, remittances also have a broad impact on social and cultural life for families, recipient communities and their areas of origin. In the context of migration, it is stated that remittances in developing countries are a form of migrant efforts in maintaining the continuity of socio-economic ties with the area of origin, even though they are geographically far apart. This research uses qualitative research methods, descriptive and direct observation which is only carried out in Jakarta by looking directly at how informal sector migrants work
Pelanggaran Privasi Dalam Program Realita Investigasi Polisi di Indonesia: Ancaman, Kebijakan, Dan Kebutuhan Pembaruan
The high popularity of police investigation reality programs in content broadcast on television and online media (YouTube) increases the possibility of doxing. Several laws, especially Law no. 19 of 2016, have provisions regarding the protection of personal life. However, until now, there has been no regulation that clearly regulates the authority for the participation of television stations in the process of finding investigative facts. This paper aims to find a legal basis for privacy violations against police investigation reality program coverage and to formulate a more comprehensive privacy protection instrument. This research is a normative research with a statutory approach. The research shows that there is a debate between public interest and privacy protection in the coverage of police investigative reality programs, as well as violations of laws and ethical codes committed by the Republic of Indonesia police and private television stations. The presence of the concept of protecting privacy for the public, especially suspects, is expected to be the main value base considered in every coverage of the police investigative reality program.
