IMPLEMENTASI MODEL KEPEMIMPINAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
Get PDFThis article attempts to examine in detail about the leadership model of Islamic education. This research is a literature study that takes its main source from the literature relevant to the theme. The results of the analysis state that there are several models of Islamic leadership, including: autocratic, democratic, pseudo-democratic, laissez faire, militaristic, charismatic, populist and administrative. Each model has characteristics to distinguish and determine the leadership model used by a leader. However, in certain situations and conditions, leaders do not always apply one of the models of Islamic education leadership in achieving the goals of Islamic education to the fullest. Therefore, it is also necessary to observe approaches in leadership, namely the nature, behavior and situational or contingency approaches. This leadership approach also has a significant role in the success of achieving the goals of Islamic education
STUDENTS’ PERCEPTION AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT IN EXPLORING EFL READING CLASS
Get PDFSelf-assessment is one of the approaches to evaluate students’ reading skill in English. Through this test, students are permitted to find, know, and increase their reading skill. Reading is a challenging subject for many EFL students. They face various difficulties such as language barriers and lack of exposure to critically analyse the materials. This study aims to identify the students’ responses when they are asked to read in English. Further, a qualitative approach is applied, and data are collected from interview. The result of the study, students gradually respond favourably to the use of authentic assessment. They reveal that authentic assessment (1) motivates them to develop a reading routine so that they can learn more vocabulary and become more comfortable with English discourse, (2) aims to train them to exemplify their reading comprehension in more constructively such as writing reviews, presentations, and discussions, and (3) assists them in evaluating their own reading performance. In conclusion, most students admit that authentic assessment aids them in enjoying reading through a series of social practices, in this case, the use of authentic assessment components such as portfolios, performance assessment, and self-assessment

Get PDFABSTRAKThe emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in several educational institutions in Indonesia deciding to stop face-to-face learning and be replaced by carrying out online learning. However, Al-Hamid Islamic Boarding School Jakarta is one of the Islamic boarding schools that continues to carry out face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article aims to describe the implementation of face-to-face learning in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the impact of face-to-face learning in the midst of a pandemic and face-to-face learning activities in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at the Al-Hamid Islamic Boarding School, East Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach through qualitative descriptive methods with descriptive analysis of the data obtained through observation and interviews, the data sources were obtained from the principal, teachers, head of the boarding school, ustadz Al-Hamid Islamic boarding school. Face-to-face Learning in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic at Al-Hamid Islamic Boarding School was carried out by changing classes and reducing the duration of learning so that it had an impact on adding activities outside the classroom, but parents benefited because their children still received learning safely. And the classroom atmosphere becomes more active and gets direct learning interactions

Get PDFABSTRAKUntuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas generasi muda dibutuhkan peran bimbingan dan konseling. Salah satu ciri keprofesionalan bimbingan dan konseling yakni pelayanan itu harus dilakukan oleh orang-orang yang ahli dalam bidang bimbingan dan konseling. Akan tetapi, masih banyak yang beranggapan bahwa bimbingan dan konseling adalah pekerjaan yang mudah dan dapat dilakukan secara amatiran. Bahkan anggapan yang paling mendominasi bahwa konselor yang melaksanakan layanan-layanan tersebut dianggap sebagai polisi sekolah yang menerima tugas untuk mengusut perkelahian dan diberi wewenang bagi siswa yang bersalah. Dengan adanya anggapan-anggapan tersebut menginspirasikan untuk meneliti tentang kepribadian dan kompetensi keilmuan konselor yang mana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepribadian dan kompetensi keilmuan konselor SMK Negeri 2 Pamekasan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini memakai teknik yang lazim digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif yaitu observasi partisipasi pasif, wawancara tidak terstruktur dan dukumentasi. Dari metode penelitian ini, kemudian peneliti olah dan analisis untuk memperoleh data dan informasi. Untuk keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi dengan membandingkan data hasil pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling akan efektif, jika didukung dengan kepribadian dan kompetensi keilmuan yang baik, yang mana kepribadian yang ditampilkan konselor SMK Negeri 2 Pamekasan meliputi: kepribadian khusus yaitu: bertanggung jawab dan menghargai harkat martabat manusia dan hak asasinya serta bersikap demokratis, sedangkan kompetensi keilmuan yang konselor miliki meliputi: aktif melakukan kolaborasi profesi, memantapkan prioritas profesi, membangun interaksi dan pelatihan profesi tapi pelatihan-pelatihan ini tidak semua konselor aktif melakukannya, walaupun begitu, konselor yang tidak mengikuti pelatihan, bisa menyelaraskan dengan konselor lainnya, sehingga dalam membantu individu konselor dikategorikan sebagai seseorang yang mampu menjadikan pribadi individu menjadi lebih baik. Untuk peneliti selanjutnya, butuh ketekunan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang valid dalam sebuah penelitian

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the activities of collecting market levies in order to increase the effectiveness of those applied to the Pamekasan Regency Industry and Trade Office and Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2012 concerning Market Levies. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. This type of data uses quantitative data. The data source uses secondary data. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques in the form of local revenue reports and the stages of data analysis used by identifying market retribution collection activities, effectiveness analysis, growth analysis and trend analysis. The results showed that the activity of collecting retribution at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pamekasan Regency was in accordance with the Regional Decree of Pamekasan Regency Number 13 of 2012 concerning Market Retribution, so that the researchers considered that the activities of collecting Market Retribution at the Department of Industry and Trade of Pamekasan Regency had been effective. Based on the calculation of the effectiveness analysis of the industrial office, it has been effective. The growth of market retribution revenue has decreased significantly every year. Meanwhile, the average percentage growth for 3 years shows that every year the Department of Industry and Trade has not been maximized for collecting market levies so that the growth rate has not been met

This certainly encourages every company to continue to compete in improving the company's financial performance in order to attract investors to invest their capital for the company. The property and real estate sector is the most important sector as a driver of the economy in a country. In Indonesia, companies engaged in property and real estate are growing, indicating that the economy is growing in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of financial performance on property and real estate stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. multiple linear regression analysis technique. The type of data used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of the financial performance variables Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously on stock prices (Price Earning Ratio (PER) in property companies and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2105-2017 with a significant value of Fcount of 4,603 with a significance level of 0.01 (smaller than significant 0.05) while the value of Ftable is 2.70. This means that the value of Ftable is 2.70. Fcount > Ftable with a value of 4.603 > 2.70 and a sig. level of 0.01 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable

Get PDFThe cultivation of spiritual values to learners is a very vital step in shaping the characteristics and character of the human person, because the internalization of spiritual values is closely related to the cultivation of religious values, and is part of the formation of adolescent character as the next generation of religion and nation. This research is to find out the process of planting and internalizing spiritual value education conducted at The Senior high school of Mafaza Institute located in the Maguntapan Bantul area of Yogyakarta, while the type in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, while the subject in this study is teachers or teachers at this institution as well as some M.A. Mafaza students. While the data collected passes through the process of interviews, observations and documentation which then the author of the data analysis to draw conclusions. The results of this study show the following: 1). The process of planting and internalizing values and spiritual in this institution is carried out with an understanding of the material in the classes. 2). Then as a follow-up in the form of application in programs and activities such as requiring mandatory congregational prayers, sunnah worship and others, there are also activities such as the loving mosque and the the Adiwiata program. So from there it is seen that all aspects in value and spiritual, namely the aspect of Aqidah and Worship become the center of attention in planting to their students. So that it covers everything, either in the pattern of vertical relationship (Servant-Godnya) or horizontal (Servants and Environment)
