Get PDFAs a boarding school that is trusted by the wider community and even outside Madura, Al-Amien Prenduan exerts every effort to produce potential and expert students in their respective fields. In this case, the writer observes that Al-Amien Prenduan uses the hierarchy of needs theory initiated by Maslow in order to achieve all his goals and expectations. By using a phenomenological qualitative research approach, the data that the researcher will take comes from the results of interviews with Mahasantri in the form of words and movements of the subject, observations and documents of the boarding school. The researcher intends to reveal the efforts of the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic boarding school in fulfilling the basic needs of students and the existence of self-actualizing students in the intensive circle of Al-Amien Prenduan, Based on the results of interviews and observations made by researchers to three students who have been manualized, the results of this study reveal that the application of basic student needs fulfillment is very good and satisfying for most students so that researchers find some students who are self-actualizing in the Al-Amien Prenduan boarding school. the characteristics that the researcher will present further in this study

So that at this time is the most appropriate time to internalize the values of moral education into children's identities with a variety of media, one of which is story books. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of internalizing the values of moral education contained in the book "Toddlers with noble character" in early childhood and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in internalizing the educational values of the book. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the research on the internalization process used the telling method, the advice, method, the reward method and the dialogue method. Supporting factors 1) family,helping to improve children’s moral education 2) The language of the books that are easy and have a lot of use, 3) Media from BBM books,in the from of hand puppets, posters and moral cards 4) manual books for parents for parents,help how to internalize BBM books 5) The inspirational story books of Rasulallah SAW., while the inhibiting factors are 1) busyness of parents, 2) lack of experience about the stories of Rasulallah SAW

Hal ini dapat terjadi dikarenakan adanya perbedaan sudut pandang, metode serta landasan epistimologi seseorang dalam memahami serta menganalisa suatu fenomena tertentu sehingga mengakibatkan hasil pemahaman yang beragam. Dengan demikian, artikel ini berupaya untuk mengkaji bunga bank dalam perspektif insider (yang mempunyai pandangan tradisional) akan tetapi juga akan mengkaji dalam perspektif outsider (yang mempunyai pandangan kontemporer) dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh kesimpulan yang objektif terkait bunga bank dalam studi IslamArtikel ini dianalisa menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dimana penulis melakukan pengumpulan data pustaka, dokumen-dokumen tertulis yang berisikan pemahaman beserta keterangan mengenai persoalan yang sesuai dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. This article aims to analyze the effect of religiosity and Islamic work ethics on the work ethic of Muslim traders. The study's results stated that state financial managers who want the creation of religiosity variables have a positive and insignificant effect on work ethic. Meanwhile, Islamic work ethic variables have a positive and significant impact on the work ethic of Muslim traders
Development of the Sorogan Method in Learning to Read the Alquran
Get PDFThe Qur'an is a holy book that was revealed to the Proclaimer of Islam, the Prophet Muhammad, and it is an obligation for Muslims to study the Qur'an well. Regarding the method of learning the Qur'an, there are several methods that can be used, including the Sorogan method. This method is a method of learning the Qur'an that has existed for a long time and is still being applied to this digital era. This study aims to determine the implementation of the sorogan method in Mandala Ketawang Karay Ganding Sumenep. The research method used in this research is the Field Qualitative Research method, which examines the object of research in detail and concretely. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation of activities. And the analysis technique used in this research is data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the sorogan method applied in several mosques in Mandala hamlet can produce good output. In addition, some of these Mushallas can develop the sorogan method into an interesting learning model, such as the creative Al-Miftah Mushalla with the use of an accusing tool, the El-Quds Mushalla with alluding to the arguments of tajwid as a tool to reprimand children's readings that are wrong, and Al-Karomah Mushalla with brother-sister relationships between teachers and students and the creation of playtime on the sidelines of learning. Because the children in Mandala Ketawang Karay Ganding Sumenep are considered successful in learning to read the Qur’an through the sorogan method, this research is important. The researcher also considers that the developments of the sorogan method that applied in several mosques in Mandala need attention in order to increase the effectiveness of the use of the sorogan method

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai pendidikan Islam dalam sudut pendang Gus Mus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Namun secara operasional, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan tematis kualitatif, yang merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam penelitian study tokoh. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil wawancara dengan K.H. A. Mustofa Bisri dan karya tertulisnya, dalam bentuk buku, artikel dll. Pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data penelitian studi tokoh. Hasil penelittian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat aspek yang perlu diperbaharuai dalam pendidikan Islam, dari yang semula tradisionalis menjadi post tradisionalis, diantarany yaitu tentang konsep pendidikan , tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum pendidikan, dan metode cerpen akhlaqi

On Basically, the concept is still very actual and relevant to the development of modern education today. so that in this paper seeks to explain how the concept of Islamic education according to Ibn Sina, so that Muslim countries can implement such education, especially education in Indonesia. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan syariah yang mampu bersing di tengah ketatnya persingan bisnis keuangan karena BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi mengalami peningkatan jumlah nasabah setiap tahunnya. Peningkatan jumlah nasabah tersebut diduga karena adanya kepercayaan dan kepuasan nasabah sehingga membentuk loyalitas yang tinggi pada BPRS cabang Saronggi. Hal tersebut tentu dipicu oleh keberhasilan BPRS dalam memaksimalkan kerja, termasuk dalam menawarkan produk unggulannya kepada nasabah. Salah satu produk keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi yaitu Tabungan Barokah. Tabungan Barokah merupakan simpanan dana masyarakat dalam bentuk tabungan rupiah dengan akad "wadi'ah yad dhamanah" yaitu sebagai titipan murni yang akan membantu mengelola dana masyarakat menjadi lebih barokah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penerapan akad wadiah yadh dhamanah pada tabungan barokah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode observasi, wawancara dengan karyawan BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi dan Dokumentasi. Sumber data pendukung bersumber dari brosur, formulir pembukaan rekening. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan akad wadi’ah yadh dhamanah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi berdasar pada fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) yang telah memenuhi ketentuan umum tabungan wadi’ah yaitu seperti bersifat simpanan, dimana simpanan ini bisa diambil kapan saja (on call) atau berdasarkan kesepakatan dan tidak ada imbalan yang disyaratkan, kecuali dalam bentuk pemberian (‘athaya). Dalam melakukan penerapan tabungan yang menggunakan akad wadi’ah di BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Kantor Cabang Saronggi juga sudah sesuai dengan rukun dan syarat akad
Bilingual Learning in Global English Class Learning Communities for Elementary School Level Children
Get PDFThe era of industrial revolution 4.0 requires the mastery of science and technology so that mastering bilingualism becomes one of the most important needs of human life. A bilingual education program is an attempt to introduce children to a second language, especially English, which is implemented in education and training. The purpose of this study is to: (1) explore in depth the management implemented in the Global English Class Learning Community at the primary school age. (2) describes the implementation of bilingual education for elementary school children. (3) description of the results of the implementation of bilingual education among preschool children. This type of research is qualitative with an ethnographic approach, which is a method of deciphering and interpreting the system of emerging cultural or social groups. The subjects of this study were primary school children and teachers of the Global English Class Learning Community. The results of the study show that bilingual education in the Global English Class Learning Community has a positive effect on primary school children. The concept is used in different models, such as group learning, peer learning, field trips, mother tongue learning. The implementation of bilingual education in Global English Class shows a positive effect and is very useful for primary school children in acquiring the child's bilingual language
