Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan Sumenep Branch Strategy for Increasing Customer Interest
Every institution must carry out a promotional strategy to attract customers to want to use these products. Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan branch is one of the Islamic financial institutions that carries out promotional strategies in increasing customer interest, namely by installing benner at every point, gathering, providing cashbacks or coupon draws with prizes, this needs to be reviewed to combine with the promotion theory proposed by Kotler and Armstrong that the promotional mix as a marketing communication medium, has several main activities, namely advertising, personal sales, sales promotion and publicity. In Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan Branch from 2019-2021 decreased, but there was an increase in 2022. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research. Field research is a research that is carried out intensively, in detail, and in depth on a certain object by studying it as a case. The data sources in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. The targets and locations are used as research sites at the Prenduan branch of Pegadaian Syariah. The promotion strategy of Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan branch in increasing customer interest is 1. Advertising, Personal Sales, Publicity, Sales Promotion in sales promotion has a special strategy to increase customer interest, namely providing cashbacks or lucky draw coupons. In addition, in carrying out a promotion strategy, there are also factors that become obstacles, namely: 1. Lack of customer understanding of social media, 2. Time to promote, 3. Weather conditions
NILAI-NILAI KETAUHIDAN: TELAAH STARTEGI PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB BERBASIS ILMU TAUHID
A common problem that occurs in education is the failure to achieve educational goals. The problem also occurs in Arabic language learning caused by the lack of utilization and lack of improvisation of strategies in the learning carried out. The existing strategy seems menoton and results in a lack of student interest in Arabic. For this reason, there is a need for strategies in learning to increase the learning drive so that it can improve cognitive and intellectual abilities. The aspect of monotheism is belief in god without associating it. This principle became the main purpose of the teachings under the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This study aims to find out methods and strategies in Tawhid-based Arabic language learning. The results of the research conducted show that there is a need for a special strategy in instilling the value of tawhid through Arabic language learning. This is an effort to provide an understanding that everything in this world is related to Allah SWT, including in the field of education. And so that students can have good morals and civility in everyday life because they always feel watched by God the creator
Utilization of Accreditation in the Total Quality Management of Madrasah Education
The accreditation process evaluates schools and madrasahs to determine their eligibility. It is carried out by an independent and professional institution, such as BAN S/M in Indonesia, which provides recognition to these educational institutions. Accreditation aims to establish sustainable quality assurance for primary and secondary education. Educational institutions are expected to continuously improve their quality to gain community trust. This expectation arises from the understanding that quality control and assurance are essential for meeting educational standards and emphasizing the responsibilities of educators and staff, aligned with Total Quality Management (TQM) principles. This qualitative research study focuses on a case study conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda Masaran (MA Nurul Huda Masaran) from January 1 to March 31, 2023. The research objectives encompass the entire MA Nurul Huda community, including institutions, educators, staff, and students. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation, resulting in primary and secondary data categories. The data analysis process involves techniques such as data reduction, presentation, and verification. The research findings indicate that accreditation activities lead to improvements in TQM, specifically in graduate quality, the learning process, educator quality, and madrasah management
KONSEP ‘IBÃD AL-RAHMÃN DALAM QS. AL-FURQÃN AYAT 63-74 PERSPEKTIF M. QURAISH SHIHAB DALAM TAFSIR AL-MISHBÃH
Tujuan penciptaan manusia hanya untuk beribadah kepada Allah. Allah menurunkan Al-Qur’an kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup dan sebagai petunjuk bagi umat manusia. Ternyata di dalam Al-Qur’an didapati bentuk penyembahan kepada selain Allah, dan juga terjadi peristiwa perampokan di Indonesia seperti yang dilansir dalam detik.com. Kondisi yang seperti ini tidak sesuai dengan tujuan penciptaan manusia. Maka, di dalam QS. Al-Furqân ayat 63-74 inilah Allah membahas tentang hamba-hamba yang disebut ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân yang harus dijadikan pedoman dan teladan dalam kehidupan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui a) pengertian‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân dalam QS. Al-Furqân Ayat 63-74 menurut M. Quraish Shihab b) bagaimana bentuk implementasi ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân dalam kehidupan sosial menurut M. Quraish Shihab. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan secara pustaka (library research), sumber data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kitab tafsir Al-Mishbah karya M. Quraish Shihab. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode maudhu’i (tafsir tematik). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân menurut M. Quraish Shihab yaitu sahabat-sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW, atau bahkan mencangkup kepada semua orang mukmin selama mereka menyandang karakter yang disebut dalam QS. Al-Furqân Ayat 63-74, karakter ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân yaitu rendah hati, pemaaf dan lemah lembut, menghidupkan Qiyâm al-Lail, takut dengan azab Jahannam, menginfakkan harta atau sederhana dalam membelanjakan harta, tidak musyrik, berzina, membunuh, taubatnya benar, tidak memberikan kesaksian palsu, apabila disebut nama Allah mereka tidak acuh, dan karakter ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân mempunyai dampak positif bagi kehidupan sosial.Kata Kunci: konsep ‘Ibâd Al-Rahmân, tafsir Al-Mishbah, QS. The Correlation Between Genre of Texts and Students’ Reading Comprehension in Arabic Lenguage of the Eight Class of MTs Ummul Quro Pamekasan
This study focused on the topic, some problems of study have been formulated. They are: Is there any correlation between the genre of texts and students’ reading comprehension in Arabic language of the eight class of MTs Ummul Quro Pamekasan? And How significantthe correlation between the genre of texts and students’ reading comprehension in Arabic language of the eight class of MTs Ummul Quro Pamekasan. This research applies quantitative approach because the data will be studied is in the form of numerical data. The population of this study is the students in eight class of MTs Ummul Quro Pamekasan. There are 4 classes with about 116 students in total. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an any correlation between the genre of texts with students’ reading comprehension in Arabic language of the eight class of MTs Ummul Quro Pamekasan. With a "r_xy" = 0.94, it is greater than the "r" table product moment both at 95% intervals and at 99% intervals where N = 20is 0.44 and 0.56. After researchers have consulted with the level of interpretation, it there significant the correlation between the genre of texts with students’ reading comprehension in Arabic language of the eight class of MTs Ummul Quro Pamekasan with very strong interpretation
DIRASATU ASSULUKIYAH 'AN THARIQATI TA'ALLUMI AN NAHWI WA AS SHARFI
Language is the most important social phenomenon in life and every social progress is mastered thanks to language. One of them is Arabic. Learning Arabic cannot be separated from the words of grammar and morphology. The study of grammar and morphology requires an applied method because the most important factor in the development of education, especially in the middle religious school Nour al-Huda, is the application of the learning style. Various efforts were made by the religious school and Professor Noor Al-Huda girls in teaching students who excel in religious knowledge. In addition, in the religious and middle school Nur al-Huda, he also teaches students to memorize and learn the sciences written by previous scholars, i.e. the inheritance book, with the aim that students are familiar with a clear foundation. Upaya Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Jadid Pragaan Daya Sumenep
Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya kepala sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Madrasah Diniyah, yang dijabarkan dalam tiga fokus yaitu: 1. Bagaimana Upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Madrasah Diniyah awaliyah Nurul Jadid? 2. Apa saja kendala Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik Guru Madrasah Diniyah awaliyah Nurul Jadid? 3. Bagaimana Solusi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru madrasah diniyah awaliyah Nurul jadid.?  Untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang Upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi Pedagogik Guru maka peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Jenis Studi Kasus. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dari metode ini, kemudian peneliti olah dan analisis untuk memperoleh data atau informasi. Subjek penelitian ini diambil dari Kepala Sekolah dan Guru Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Jadid, 1 dari kepala sekolah 4 dari guru Madrasah Diniyah. untuk keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi metode membandingkan data hasil pengamatan dengan hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru Madrasah Diniyah awaliyah Nurul Jadid ini mencakup empat upaya yaitu :Motivasi, Workshop, Supervisi pembelajaran, mengadakan MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran), dan kursus kependidikan. Namun demikian, dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru madrasah diniyah awaliyah ini terdapat beberapa kendala yang menjadi penghambat diantaranya: kurangnya pemahaman guru dalam pemilihan metode mengajar, rendahnya kompetensi guru, rendahnya kesadaran dan semangat untuk berbagi pengetahuan, tetapi disini bisa diatasi dengan berbagai Solusi. Solusi alternatifnya: bagi guru yang belum mempunyai gelar S-1 untuk melanjutkan kejenjang yang lebih tinggi (S1), kemudian shering bersama mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi

This journal examines the thoughts of Islamic reformers who are modern Muslim commentators and feminist figures about the origin of human creation. Including what is contained in it, namely how the concept of gender is a controversial topic among Islamic leaders and muslim feminists. Feminists claim that there is an element of discrimination against women in the interpretation of the classical mufassir where in every verse related to gender, they seem to elevate the degree of men compared to women. In fact, Islam is not such a religion. islam is a just religion, equating the degrees of men and women. With this discriminatory interpretation, feminists believe that it is necessary to reinterpret gender-insightful verses of the Qur'an so that the concept of justice in Islam is immediately revealed. Hubungan Kegiatan Latihan Khitobah dan Keterampilan Berbicara Bahasa Arab
AbstrakInstitut Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amien (IDIA) adalah sebuah lembaga perguruan tinggi yang berada di bawah naungan pondok pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan. Terdapat dua bahasa yakni Arab dan Inggris yang dijadikan sebagai bahasa komunikasi di lembaga ini. Dan demi mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa asing tersebut, maka IDIA menyelenggarakan beberepa kegiatan seperti kegiatan pelatihan khitobah, yang mana bertujuan untuk melatih kemampuan berbicara (retorika) santri di depan massa. Berangkat dari fenomena yang terjadi, bahwa beberapa santri di lembaga IDIA memiliki kemampuan berbicara bahasa Arab karena dipengaruhi oleh kegiatan pelatihan khitobah yang rutin dilaksanakan dua kali dalam satu minggu. Maka peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti adakah hubungan antara dua hal tersebut, serta seberapa besar hubungan antara keduanya. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah penelitian korelasi, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sesuai dengan namanya, maka kegiatan pengumpulan dan penafsiran data, penampilan hasil penelitian, serta pemahaman akan kesimpulan, membutuhkan menggunakan angka-angka. Penggunaan metode pengumpulan data adalah angket dan tes. Angket yang digunakan untuk mencari data tentang kegiatan pelatihan khitobah, sedangkan tes digunakan untuk mencari data tentang kemampuan berbicara bahasa arab. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah rumus product moment. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hubungan antara kegiatan latihan khitobah dan keterampilan bicara berbahasa Arab mahasantri semester II dan IV Institut Dirosat Islamiyah Al- Amien Prenduan (IDIA) Tahun 2020/2021. Hal ini terbukti dengan angka peneliti dapatkan setelah melakukan penelitian dengan angka 0,055 (interpretasi rendah) karena mendakati antara 0,200 sampai dengan 0,0400.Abstract:Institut Dirosat Islamiyah Al-Amien (IDIA) is a tertiary institution under the auspices of the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic boarding school.There are two languages, Arabic and English, which are used as communication languages at this institution. And in order to develop these foreign language skills, IDIA organizes several activities such as the khitobah training activity, which aims to train the speaking skills (rhetoric) of students in front of the masses. Starting from the phenomenon that occurred, that some students at IDIA institutions have the ability to speak Arabic because they are influenced by the activity of " As the name implies, data collection and interpretation activities, the appearance of research khitobah training" which is routinely held twice a week. So researchers are interested in examining whether there is a relationship between the two things, and how big is the relationship between the two. The type of research used in this article is correlation research,with a quantitative approachresults, and understanding of conclusions, require the use of numbers. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and tests. The questionnaire was used to find data about the khitobah training activity, while the test was used to find data on the ability to speak Arabic. The data analysis method used is the product moment formula. The results of this study are the low relationship between khitobah training activities and Arabic speaking skills of students in semester II and IV of the Al-Amien Prenduan Dirosat Islamiyah Institute (IDIA) 2020/2021. This is evidenced by the number the researchers got after conducting the research with the number 0.055 (low interpretation) because it was close to between 0.200 to 0.0400
PENDIDIKAN SOSIAL DALAM AL-QUR’AN
Nilai-nilai pendidikan sosial dewasa ini tidak lagi mencerminkan indahnya nilai yang telah diajarkan Al-Qur’an, hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya tindakan-tindakan yang melanggar nilai-nilai sosial contoh yang paling nyata adalah mengejek atau memperolok orang lain dan masih banyak contoh lainnya dan mirisnya hal seperti ini dianggap menjadi suatu hal yang biasa saja bahkan menjadi tren kekinian di media sosial. Melihat begitu gentingnya masalah yang terkait tentang pendidikan sosial ini, penulis merasa penelitian tentang pendidikan sosial akan membahas sedemikian rupa mengenai topik ini dengan memfokuskan pendidikan sosial yang tentunya berlandaskan Al-Qur’an. Artinya permasalahan yang akan penulis bahas mencakup pendidikan sosial dalam Al-Qur’an dengan mencantumkan beberapa ayat Al-Qur’an terkait dengan pembahasan ini begitu pula penafsiran dari ayat tersebut dengan harapan untuk memperbaiki sistem kehidupan sosial kita berdasarkan apa yang telah termaktub di Al-Qur’an, namun karena keterbatasan penulis dalam mengkaji ayat Al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan sosial maka ayat yang akan penulis bahas adalah QS. Al-Hujarat ayat 11-13 dan QS. Ali Imran ayat 112. Dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian berbasis kepustakaan (library research) penulis mendapatkan hasil penelitian bahwasanya nilai pendidikan sosial yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an khususnya kedua surah tersebut bahwa dalam kehidupan bersosial seseorang dianjurkan untuk memiliki sikap toleransi, tidak mengolok-olok dan mengejek orang lain, tidak berburuk sangka dan tidak mencari kesalahan-kesalahan orang lain serta menjaga hubungan kepada Allah dan sesama manusia, dengan demikian nilai-nilai inilah yang nantinya diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan sosial
