Pengaruh Inovasi, Diversifikasi, Fleksibilitas, Informasi, dan Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Pamekasan
This study specifically examines the influence of five main internal factors, namely innovation, diversification, error, information, and entrepreneurship, on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pamekasan Regency. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with the aim of deeply understanding the influence of each internal factor on MSME performance. The research sample involved 400 MSME actors who were randomly selected from various business sectors in Pamekasan Regency, including trade, services, manufacturing, and other sectors. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed to measure the dimensions of the five independent variables and the MSME performance variable as the dependent variable. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software to ensure the accuracy and validity of the results obtained. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that each independent variable had a significant influence on MSME performance. Innovation contributes greatly to increasing the competitive advantage of MSMEs through the creation of new, relevant products and services that are in accordance with the needs of the ever-growing market. Diversification was also found to have a significant influence, where MSMEs that have a variety of products or services tend to be more resistant to economic risk and are able to maintain business stability in fluctuating market conditions. Flexibility, as the ability of MSMEs to adapt to changes in the business environment, shows a positive influence on MSME performance, especially in dealing with rapid changes in consumer preferences. Meanwhile, information plays an important role in supporting strategic decision-making, by enabling MSMEs to have access to accurate market data and trends. MENJAGA WARISAN KEISLAMAN: PERAN MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH DALAM MENYEBARKAN NILAI-NILAI AGAMA ISLAM DI KALANGAN PENDIDIKAN JENJANG DASAR
Abstract: Islamic heritage is a valuable asset for Muslims that needs to be maintained and preserved. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, as an elementary Islamic educational institution, has an important role in spreading Islamic values to the younger generation. This study aims to analyze the role of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in spreading Islamic values among elementary education levels. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a library research design of books. The results show that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has an important role in spreading Islamic values among elementary education levels. This role is realized through the curriculum, learning activities, and character development.
MERAWAT HARMONI ANTAR UMAT BERAGAMA DI KABUPATEN SUMENEP
Abstract: Harmony is the hope of every religious believer in Indonesia. Hope that is not easy to achieve, but must be viewed optimistically that harmony can be fought for in maintaining the survival of many communities. Religion is a teaching of belief in God that acts as a forum for creating harmonious life in a community. Thus, religion was born with a message of peace, justice, wisdom and mercy for all nature. Many social facts show that conflicts that occur involve religion in their journey. It is suspected that religion not only functions as a social unifier, but can also be an element of conflict. The heterogeneous community of Sumenep City can be a benchmark for religious harmony in the Sumenep district. This research includes field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Technical data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. This research suggests the form of life of tolerance and religious harmony in the Sumenep district, namely; no sentiment about religion, no conflict between religions, have good relations between religious believers, the establishment of houses of worship side by side, and participate or support in other religious activities. The role of religious leaders has a very important role in maintaining harmony between religious believers in the Sumenep District Sumenep City by not inciting hatred, stature, having a moderate attitude and prioritizing human values
PEMBAHARUAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: REKONSTRUKSI PEMIKIRAN SEYYED HOSSEIN NASR TENTANG PENDIDIKAN DAN FITRAH MANUSIA
Human morality is an extended reflection to which the educational process influences daily behavior. Islamic education aims to produce output that is intelligent and moral. Implementation of Islamic education in accordance with the modern era requires inspired thought, such as Seyyed Hossein Nasr thought. This article examines Seyyed Hossein Nasr's paradigm of islamic education. Idea that is based on absolutism tries to revive spirit in building an existence by becoming a perfect human being armed with knowledge. Muslim have to open to knowledge without compartmentalizing knowledge. This study is qualitative of literature review and seeks to describe the findings of data from any relevant literature. Researchers in collecting relevant data examined primary data sources on various journals, books and other related documents that discuss Seyyed Hossein Nasr's thoughts on Islamic education. The data are analyzed in narrative form. This study finds the result, namely the reconstruction of the thought of Seyyed Hossein Nasr who offers an Islamic education system by integrating the knowledge of 'aqli anda naqli. Islamic education in this modern era has to develop without leaving traditional values. Human nature has connectivity with God, human self, and nature (environment). Spirit of eco-theology and Scientia Sacra is quite appropriate and strives for human nature as a trustworthy caliph. Seyyed Nasr offers that human idea connectedness as a caliph must have provision of wisdom obtained through the process of Islamic education. Therefore, nowadays the educational institutions have to adopt an education system that focuses on human development with modern and traditional knowledge.
COLLABORATION BETWEEN BUMDES AND MSMES IN ACCELERATING HALAL CERTIFICATION FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRODUCTS IN MADURA
AbstractThe implementation of the halal certification program in Indonesia, especially in Bangkalan Regency, has not yet run optimally. This can be proven by the large number of SMEs who do not yet have halal certification. This research has several objectives, including (1) To find out the mechanism for managing MSME products in Bangkalan. (2) To describe the application of halal certification to MSME products in Bangkalan. (3) To find out and analyze the role of BUMDes in providing services to the community, especially MSMEs in Bangkalan. (4) To identify optimization of BUMDes services in Bangkalan. This research is descriptive analytical in nature using a juridical-empirical approach. This approach is used because of the characteristics of the law itself. The data collection technique for this research is a survey which takes samples from a population and uses interviews as a data collection tool in addition to literature study. The results of this research show that first, there are only a few MSMEs that already have legal or household product permits. Second, the majority of MSMEs in Bangkalan do not yet have halal certification, this is due to their ignorance about the existence of halal certification. Third, the role of BUMDes in the halal certification issue is still not optimal. This is because most village-owned enterprises still focus on managing tourism and service units.
ISLAMISASI KONSEP KEBAHAGIAAN MENURUT BARAT
AbstractThe concept of happiness is a complex concept among experts who measure the well-being of a person's life, in terms of their happiness and life satisfaction. Of course, Western and Muslim philosophers have many differences of opinion in various aspects, including in the field of science. because of the difference in their worldview that distinguishes the understanding between philosophers. The purpose of this research is to incorporate the Islamic worldview into aspects of science so as to be able to present insight and knowledge and become an acceptable psychological solution, not only accepted by Muslims but also acceptable to the general public. The type of research in this study uses qualitative research methods using a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic worldview in achieving happiness, religion directs humans to have the primacy of reason and intellect. The virtue of reason encourages humans to think and learn many things, reason is also the one who can think about the great favours he receives from God, the glory and the invaluable height so that he is free from humiliation and part of the perfection of reason is his preference for choosing noble behaviour. humans must optimise their minds and always maintain sincerity of heart, and strive to always put their trust in God. So, if a person has the pleasure of doing good because of his habit and hates disobedience, then he has reached the perfection of physical and mental happiness
The Role of Nizamiyah in the Development of Early Islamic Education
This research aims to examine the role of Nizamiyah in the development of Islamic education in the early period. Nizamiyah, as an Islamic educational institution founded in the 11th century by Nizam al-Mulk, has an important role in disseminating knowledge and educating Muslim scholars and scholars. This research uses the research library method by analyzing various relevant literature and historical sources, including manuscripts, books, journal articles and other scientific works. Through this qualitative approach, the research seeks to provide a comprehensive picture of Nizamiyah's contribution to intellectual and educational development in the history of Islamic civilization. The research results show that Nizamiyah not only functions as an educational center, but also as a center for the dissemination of ideologies and thoughts that have a wide influence in the Islamic world
Technological Innovation in Islamic Education (Exploring the Impact of Gamification-Based Media on Enhancing Elementary School Students' Learning Creativity)
This study aims to determine the basic concepts and impacts of gamified media in enhancing students' learning creativity in elementary schools. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a literature review type. The data collection technique used is documentation with interactive analysis according to Miles & Huberman. The results show that the concept of gamification in learning utilizes technology and IT-based media to increase student engagement and learning outcomes through gaming elements. In elementary schools, gamification stimulates students' interest, enhances creativity, and provides an interactive learning experience. The positive impact is that students become more creative with challenges and rewards from gamification, aiding in the development of creative thinking skills
KONSEP TUHAN DALAM EPISTEMOLOGI ISLAM (Studi Atas Pandangan Hidup Sebagai Asas Epistemologi)
Islamic epistemology develops upon the Islamic worldview, which centers on the concept of God. This divine concept integrates all activities, scientific theories and aspects of life, reflecting the unity of God (Tawhid). All disciplines and life aspects culminate in acknowledging God's omnipotence. God's concept serves as the benchmark for truth and happiness. The universe is considered God's signs, guiding humanity toward knowing and worshiping Allah. These realities shape Islamic epistemology, encompassing reality, truth, knowledge definition, methodology and comprehension. This article fundamentally highlights the distinction between Islamic and Western epistemologies. Western epistemology undergoes significant changes alongside societal shifts, challenging God's authority, especially in scientific pursuits. This culminates in the postmodern conclusion: "God is dead." Consequently, Western epistemology is atheistic. In contrast, Islamic civilization, particularly in scientific endeavors, centers on the concept of God. Muslims initiate and conclude research with divine reverence, guided by the Quran and Hadith. Tantangan Sertifikasi Halal pada Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Produk Pangan di Kabupaten Pamekasan
Sertifikasi halal telah menjadi isu penting dalam industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam proses sertifikasi halal serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan partisipasi UMKM dalam program sertifikasi halal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan survey terhadap pelaku UMKM yang belum memiliki sertifikat halal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala utama yang dihadapi UMKM meliputi kompleksitas prosedur, kurangnya informasi dan kendala biaya sertifikasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan UMKM untuk melakukan sertifikasi halal, seperti ukuran usaha, jenis produk, dan kesadaran akan pentingnya sertifikasi hala. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan beberapa langkah strategis untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi UMKM, antara lain penyederhanaan prosedur sertifikasi, peningkatan sosialisasi, dan pemberian subsidi atau insentif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan program yang lebih efektif untuk mendorong pertumbuhan industri halal di Indonesia
