IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PERBAIKAN RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI DALAM MENGATASI PERMUKIMAN KUMUH
Full text linkKota Surabaya merupakan kota terbesar kedua di Indonesia setelah Jakarta, Sebagai kota besar Surabaya terkenal sebagai kota metropolitan, dimana setiap tahunnya pasti terjadi peningkatan kepadatan penduduk. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk yang semakin tinggi maka masalah yang terjadi semakin kompleks. Adanya kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi dan padat dibeberapa wilayah mendekati pusat kota menyebabkan terciptanya permukiman yang kumuh. Penyebab munculnya perumahan dan permukiman kumuh di surabaya ialah pertumbuhan penduduk, mobilitas penduduk, urbanisasi, dan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya berupaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan melakukan program perbaikan rumah tidak layak huni. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan implementasi program perbaikan rumah tidak layak huni dalam mengatasi permukiman kumuh di Kelurahan Asemrowo. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Berfokus pada: (1) Kesesuaian program dengan kelompok sasaran; (2) Kesesuaian program dengan organisasi pelaksana; dan (3) Kesesuaian kelompok sasaran dengan organisasi pelaksana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program perbaikan rumah tidak layak huni sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik karena dari setiap indikator memiliki kesesuaian meskipun masih terdapat beberapa hambatan
IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA TERHADAP KARAKTER RELIGIUS SISWA DI SMK FARMASI MAJENANG
Full text linkAbstract: Schools are formal institutions designed by the state to enhance the quality of individuals through education. The formation of character is inseparable from the roles of parents, teachers, and the community. Religious education in schools should ideally be persistent and contribute to the internalization of religious spirit within students. Religious-based education should play a synergistic role with a new paradigm offered in solving adolescent social problems. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted at SMK Farmasi Majenang, Cilacap Regency, an A-accredited school. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with the vice-chair of the curriculum, Islamic education teachers, several students, and direct observations. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained through documents and literature related to the research problem. The implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in shaping students' religious character takes place from the moment they arrive at school until they leave. The responsibility for character formation is not only on the homeroom teachers but applies to all, including PAI teachers, other teachers in the school, Guidance and Counseling teachers, and educational staff.
PERBANDINGAN KONSEP PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK IBNU MISKAWAIH DAN IBNU SAHNUN
Full text linkAbstract: The aim of this research is to examine how the concept of moral education and Ibn Miskawaih and Ibnu Sahnun can be applied in this modern era which is full of moral decline. Using a qualitative descriptive method by utilizing literature review is a relevant method for this research using content analysis techniques, because it allows researchers to analyze moral concepts, classical values, and practice educational character through an in-depth understanding of various comparisons of Ibn's moral education concepts. Miskawaih and Ibn Sahnun. Ibn Miskawaih's concept of morals is a middle position, extreme advantages and extreme disadvantages, while Ibn Sahnun's concept of morals is to highlight morals. Teachers should teach etiquette to students, because it is an obligation to Allah, teachers should advise, care for and pay attention to them. The research findings have a significant impact on the development of moral education strategies for the next generation who not only have academic abilities but are based on the noble principles of the nation and Islamic teachings.
Cognitive and Humanistic Psychology in Islamic Education Learning
Full text linkIn studying Islam, cognitive and humanistic plays an important role in internalizing religious values in students and actualizing them in everyday life. This research aims to describe the role of cognitive psychology and humanistic psychology in PAI learning. Researchers in this study used a qualitative approach with a type of library study. The data collection method used is documentation techniques. Next, to analyze the data, descriptive analysis was used. The research results show that cognitive psychology is a learning theory that focuses on the thinking process, where the brain functions in absorbing new knowledge information and carrying out an assimilation process connecting it with initial knowledge to form an understanding. This cognitive theory plays a role in students' activities to understand, digest and assimilate Islamic religious knowledge and store it in memory. Meanwhile, humanistic psychology plays a role in students' efforts to understand their position as servants and their relationship with the Kholik. This research can provide benefits for educators in strengthening students' application of Islamic religious values, so that they can scientifically increase their faith and piety
The Strategy of School Principal in Improving Teacher Performance

This article aim to describe the strategy conducted by principle in TMI Al-Amien Prenduan and what are obstacles faced by principal in improving teacher performance. This research used qualitative approach, the data collection research used are interview, observation and documentation. The data analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and verification while Data validity checking used triangulation. The result of this research are: the strategy used by principle in improving teacher performance, are; performance founding, supervision, discipline founding, motivation and reward. While the obstacles faced are; the lack of principal assistance in conducting administrative tasks, the lack of teacher motivation, and lack of chance in self-improvement

No full textThe aim of this research is to find out how takmir's strategy is to make mosques prosperous through various da'wah activity programs. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out to obtain data sources from research, namely by using interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of his research describe the takmir strategy of the Al Furqon mosque in its service to the community in the Nitikan Baru area, Sorosutan, Kec. Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta City, namely: carrying out sharing activities, carrying out routine studies, carrying out TPA activities, as well as savings program strategies. The role of the Al Furqon Mosque youth can drive the Al Furqon Mosque takmir's strategy in carrying out religious activity programs, because the existing youth are very active and directly involved in da'wah activities at the mosque.

Populasi adalah karyawan PT Trans Indonesia Supercorridor cabang Malang dan Surabaya, dengan sampel 50 karyawan serta teknik yang diambil menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh negatif tetapi signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Full text linkThe dynamics of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia have experienced rapid development. Now, Islamic boarding schools are not only synonymous with religious educational institutions, but they are also expected to contribute to the economic life of the people. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of Islamic boarding schools in efforts to empower the people's economy. This research is a literature study that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This research found that Islamic boarding schools have sufficient resources and capital to serve as a basis for economic empowerment of the community. With these resources and capital, Islamic boarding schools can carry out various activities oriented towards the economic empowerment of local people. This research uses qualitative research with a library approach. The results of this research are that in practice the community empowerment program carried out by Islamic boarding schools still uses the old system, namely not the digital system which is currently being developed in society, but what is carried out by Islamic boarding schools can be in direct contact with the community so that it remains in accordance with vision and mission of an Islamic boarding school that upholds the principle of mutual help

Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh, especially in marketing strategies for halal products (PT. Mitra Tani Dua Tujuh) PT. Mitratani Dua Tujuh begins with the production process to the edamame marketing process which involves many parties. With collaboration between business partners, edamame has been successfully marketed to local and international markets. The network involved in the production process is all PT employees. Mitratani is involved in the process of providing raw materials, the edamame cultivation process, and the edamame processing process in the factory. The network involved in the marketing process is all parties or institutions involved in the marketing process of PT Mitratani products, such as Mitratani 27 Outlate distributors, IKBI (Wives' Extended Family Association) Mitra Tani 27 employees, PT Perkebunan Nusantara, PT Rolas Medika Nusantara, UPTPS Tresna Werdha Jember, the Agro-Industry Workers Union (SPA) and several agencies that collaborate with Mitra Tani 27 Jember.
