    Innovation Public Service in Maluku Province

    This research aims to analyse and explain the condition of public service quality, the ability to implement public service innovation strategies, as well as the development of individual employee human resource capacity factors, system/ institutional support factors and community role factors at the Maluku Provincial Revenue Agency (BPDP).  The problem faced in this research is formulated: how is the implementation of public service innovation strategies, and what are the supporting determinants and inhibitors of public service innovation at BPDP Maluku? This research is descriptive quantitative, by examining 62 respondents, through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique is non-parametric statistics, using a 5-point Likers scale. The findings of this research illustrate that variable X: the implementation of public service innovation strategies is in sufficient condition (50%), influenced by variable deteminan factors: the ability of individual employee human resources, system/ institutional support factors, as well as factors of community participation that are not optimal (40%). The implication of these findings is that if you want to improve the quality of public services, you need the ability to implement public service innovation strategies determined by individual employee ability factors, system/ institutional support factors, and community participation factors

This research aims to determine the impact of Production Road development on time efficiency, distribution, and community income in Latu Village. This is a comparative study that compares the perceptions of paired respondent samples using the Sign Test analysis method. The results of this study show that, partially, time efficiency and community income have a negative rank value of 0, and positive rank value of 24, indicating a difference and significant impact before and after the Production Road development. However, farmer community distribution has a negative rank value of 18, while the positive rank has a value of 0, meaning there is no significant impact on distribution before and after the Production Road is built in Latu Village, Amalatu District, West Seram Regency

    Implementation of Trans Jatim Bus

    The Trans Jatim Bus is a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) that has the power to help people’s mobility quickly, comfortably, and cheaply as a means of public transportation under the auspices of the East Java Provincial Transportation Office. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the Implementation of Trans Jatim Bus Use in Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Gresik, and Mojokerto. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach using the theory of Ripley and Franklin (1986) quoted in Purwanto (2015). The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis model consists of data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifying. The research results that the overall implementation of the use of Trans Jatim Buses was good, many people switched from using private transportation to using Trans Jatim Bus public transportation. It is just that it needs to be improved and developed again regarding the route and service

    Determinan Keputusan Investasi; Studi pada Generasi Sandwich

    The number of the sandwich generation in Indonesia increased by 33.82% in 2021 compared to 2020. The latest figures also show the looming burden on Millennials to care for their parents. The sandwich generation continues to grow until financial responsibility is no longer limited to parents and biological children, but also to generations above and below who are still family. This is the background to this research which aims to analyze and determine the factors that influence investment decisions among the sandwich generation in Jakarta with an age range of 20 to 31 years. This research uses primary data and data collection methods using questionnaires distributed online. Questionnaire data was collected using Google Form by getting 200 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS Structural Equation Model (SEM). The findings of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of financial literacy on investment decisions. Meanwhile, financial literacy on fear of missing out shows an negative affect and significant. Meanwhile, fear of missing out on investment decisions does not have a significant affect

    The Effectiveness of Weighing Scale Calibration/Recalibration in Consumer

    The activity of calibration/re-calibration has influenced consumer behavior in purchasing goods. The purpose of this study is to understand consumer behavior in determining purchases from sellers whose measuring, weighing, and related equipment (UTTP) have been calibrated/re-calibrated, and its implications on seller income. This research uses a qualitative method. The data used is primary data obtained by conducting interviews with 50 consumers and 50 sellers using incidental sampling techniques. Data and information obtained were analyzed qualitatively through descriptive analysis and narrative. The research results indicate that consumers tend to choose sellers whose UTTP equipment has been calibrated/re-calibrated, except in situations of necessity, such as indebtedness or hurry. This has an impact on increasing seller income than before calibration/re-calibration

    Peran Pemerintah Dalam Pengembangan UMKM Lokal Berbasis Crowdfunding

    This research aims to analyze the role of the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Office of Sidoarjo Regency in supporting the development of crowdfunding-based UMKM. It also seeks to identify the obstacles and challenges faced by UMKM in utilizing crowdfunding as a source of funding, and evaluate the influence of local government regulations and policies on the use of crowdfunding by UMKM. The method employed is qualitative, utilizing descriptive data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the Cooperative and Microbusiness Office of Sidoarjo Regency plays a stabilizing role by implementing regulations and strategies for empowering the local economy. As an innovator, the office introduces the concept of crowdfunding and provides training to UMKM to leverage it. Serving as a modernizer and executor, the Cooperative Office actively facilitates collaboration, regulates regulations, and proactively manages all stages of UMKM development programs, including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation

    The Influence of Tax Knowledge, Tax Understanding, Tax Penalties, and Perceived Benefits on the Tax Compliance of MSME Taxpayers

    This study examines the impact of tax knowledge, tax understanding, tax penalties, and perceived benefits on the tax compliance of MSME taxpayers. The research was conducted among MSMEs in Kupang City, involving 95 respondents who were selected through purposive samplingThe data were analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The application used to address these issues was the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The results showed that all independent variables had a significant positive influence on auditor performance. Task complexity moderated the effect of experience on auditor performance but did not moderate the effect of other variables. The study results reveal a positive influence of tax knowledge, tax understanding, tax penalties, and perceived benefits on the tax compliance of MSMEs in reporting their annual tax returns at KPP Pratama Kupang, both partially and simultaneously

    The Impact of Workload, Burnout, and Organizational Commitment on Cyberloafing Actions

    This study analyzes the influence of workload, burnout, and organizational commitment on cyberloafing actions. The rapid advancement of technology has led to significant changes in work patterns. A negative effect of internet technology is the indication that internet usage has no relation to work-related interests (cyberloafing). Increasing workloads have caused burnout and impacted organizational commitment. The method used in this research is quantitative. The test results show that, of the three hypotheses tested, one hypothesis was not supported, namely the effect of workload on cyberloafing." This study concludes that organizations need clear regulations and internet usage monitoring. Development and training are also necessary to build a culture of innovation and creativity

    Analisis Sektor Basis dan Non-Basis Terhadap Potensi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi

    This research was conducted to identify the evolving sektors as basic and non-basic sektors in the Maluku Province during the period from 2012 to 2021, and to determine their impact on the economic growth in the Maluku Province. The findings of this study indicate that the sektors evolving as basic sektors in the Maluku Province include agriculture, forestry, and fisheries; water supply, waste management, and recycling; wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; transportation and warehousing; public administration, defense, and social security; education services; health and social activities; as well as other services. Meanwhile, the sektors evolving as non-basic sektors in the Maluku Province are mining and quarrying; manufacturing industry; electricity and gas supply; construction; accommodation and food services; information and communication; financial and insurance services; real estate; and corporate services. Furthermore, both partial and simultaneous statistical tests indicate that the influence of basic and non-basic sektor variables on economic growth during the period 2012-2021 has a positive and significant impact in the Maluku Province

    Dampak Penggunaan Digital Banking dan Kepuasan Nasabah serta Implikasinya Terhadap Tingkat Tabungan

    Public interest in using digital banking is increasing every month so banks need to maintain and increase customer satisfaction because that is also the main factor in increasing the use of digital banking applications. Digital banking is a banking service that facilitates customers to carry out all their financial activities via smartphone, from opening an account to electronic banking. Electronic banking, also called e-banking, is provided by banks to fulfill important services in carrying out banking transactions. This research aims to find out how digital banking influences the savings rate at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Masohi Branch Office, Central Maluku Regency. The data analysis method uses path analysis (Path Analysis). The results of this research show that there is a direct influence between digital banking on customer satisfaction and it is significantly positive, there is a positive influence between customer satisfaction and increasing the amount of savings.
