    Implementasi Kebijakan Countercyclical Covid-19 Dalam Mitigasi Risiko Pembiayaan Bermasalah

    This study aims to show the implementation of the countercyclical policy of the Financial Services Authority regulation number 11/POJK.03/2020 and the impact of this policy on the risk of non-performing financing, especially at Bank Syariah Indonesia Godean 3 sub-branch office. This study is qualitative research, with data collection tools in the form of interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the concept of Miles and Huberman: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the countercyclical policy at Bank Syariah Indonesia Godean 3 sub-branches for all financing segments affected by the covid-19 pandemic, namely financing restructuring in the form of reconditioning and financing quality, has returned to normal. The policy is carried out for one year with a financing assessment based on paying instalments accurately. The impact of the Financial Services Authority regulation number 11/POJK.03/2020 for Islamic banks is a decrease in the non-performing financing portfolio; in addition, the provision for allowance for possible losses on productive assets is also reduced. This research contributes to science, especially countercyclical policies, in overcoming economic problems. Then it can be used by Islamic financial institutions as a reference in dealing with non-natural disasters such as the covid-19 pandemic

    The social function of Islamic banking is an essential factor in the existence of Islamic banking, and research is still lacking. This study aims to analyze the trend of the social function of Islamic banking, its reporting conformity with accounting standards, and its effect on the financial performance of Islamic banking. The population of this study is Islamic Commercial Banks (ICB) registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) from 2014-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 59 samples. The method of analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regressions. The results show that fines and non-halal income still dominate the social function instrument. Social functions such as zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf tend to be low. Social reports in the form of sources and uses of zakat funds are sufficient. Reports on sources and uses of benevolent funds are also in the sufficient category, but the percentage value is lower. Internal zakat positively affects the performance of Islamic banking as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Operating Expenses on Operating Income (BOPO). Other variables do not affect the performance of Islamic banking as measured by ROA, BOPO, and Non-Performing Financing (NPF). This research theoretically confirms that internal zakat can encourage the growth of Islamic banking. Islamic banking must pay attention to social functions, especially zakat, an order from Islam

    The Effect Of Cloud And Inbound Marketing On Purchase Decisions For Gold Savings

    This study aims to show the effect of cloud and inbound marketing on purchase decisions for gold savings at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 1286 people with a sample of 305 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. This study indicates that cloud marketing does not affect purchase decisions for gold savings. However, inbound marketing significantly influences purchase decisions for gold savings. Cloud and inbound marketing simultaneously significantly influence purchase decisions for gold savings with a contribution of 57.4%, and other factors influence the rest. This study complements a new perspective on marketing in industry 4.0. Practically it can be used as a reference for BSI management in making marketing decisions to embrace customers to save gold. This study can be used as a reference for developing marketing strategies for Islamic banking products in the future. Islamic banking practitioners can adopt practically cloud and inbound marketing as a strategy to reach customer purchasing decisions

    This research aims to show the influence of brand ambassadors and brand image on buying interest and their impact on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population is Scarlett consumers, whose total is not known with certainty. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and obtained 73 samples. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results showed that the brand ambassador did not affect buying interest. The brand image has a positive and significant influence on buying interest. The purchase intention has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The brand ambassador has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The brand image has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. The purchase intention cannot mediate the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchase decisions. The purchase intention can mediate the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions. Companies can use this research in deciding policies and formulating strategies for maintaining a good brand image from consumer perceptions and using brand ambassadors to promote products

    This research was conducted to analyze how the productive zakat program for goats was carried out by Baitul Mal Forum Komunikasi Antar Masjid (BMFKAM) Surakarta and how Islamic law reviewed the implementation of the program. This study uses a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach. Interviews and documentation carried out data collection techniques. The results of the study found that there was compatibility between the productive zakat program for goat livestock implemented by BMFKAM Surakarta with Islamic law and laws regarding zakat management. The productive zakat program for goats has a tremendous economic impact on beneficiaries, including jobs and opportunities to improve their welfare. Theoretically, this research can be an additional reference for other researchers and academics who wish to conduct the same research on productive zakat, especially goats. This research can inspire the community and zakat managers to make zakat distribution programs more creative, innovative, and beneficial for the community's economic development

    This research aims to show the effect of parking and restaurant taxes on local revenue in the city of Medan. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The research population is parking tax, restaurant tax, and Medan city original income in 2015-2020. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique and obtained 21 samples. The data source uses secondary data in the form of documentation of parking taxes, restaurant taxes, and local revenue for the city of Medan in 2015-2020. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the parking tax did not affect the local revenue of Medan city. Restaurant tax positively and significantly affects local revenue in the city of Medan. Simultaneously parking and restaurant taxes significantly affect local revenue in Medan, with a significant effect of 59.4%. This research can be a reference for the Medan city government in improving strategies for collecting taxes, especially parking taxes so that Medan city's original revenue can increase

    Islamic social reporting as part of the responsibility of Islamic banks in fulfilling Islamic social performance reporting can also be a priority for investors in making investment decisions. The use of the Islamic social reporting Index in the disclosure of company reports aims to fulfill investors' spiritual desires in the form of accountability to Allah. This study aims to determine the effect of firm age, firm size, and profitability on Islamic social reporting disclosure in Indonesian commercial banks. The study used quantitative methods, and the research population used the financial statements of 11 Indonesian Islamic commercial banks registered with the financial services authority (OJK) from 2014 to 2019. The research sample used 5 Indonesian Islamic commercial banks registered with the OJK and published from 2014 to 2019, using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique with panel data was processed using EViews 10. The results showed that company age significantly affected Islamic social reporting disclosures; company size and profitability did not affect Islamic social reporting disclosures. The research has practical implications and contributes to the fulfillment of investor confidence and the accountability of Islamic companies to stakeholders to manage public fund investments according to sharia principles and sharia compliance standards

    Pawn gold is the flagship product of Islamic banks, and this product has low risk, is profitable, and has the potential to increase bank assets. This study aimed to show the effect of knowledge and marketing on customer interest in gold pawn products at Bank Jabar Banten Syariah (BJBS) sub-branch office Bumi Serpong Damai, South Tangerang. This research uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 23. The population of this study is customers of BJBS sub-branch office Bumi Serpong Damai who are users of savings products totaling 1,276 people. Measurement of the sample using the Slovin method obtained a total sample of 93 customers. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents using the incidental method. The results showed that knowledge did not affect customer interest. Marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer interest. Simultaneously, knowledge and marketing significantly affect customer interest, amounting to 69.5%. This research can complement existing theories and be a reference for Islamic banking in gaining customer interest in gold pawn products

    Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) explore new opportunities to gain profits and optimize existing resources. The presence of operational ambidexterity can focus on exploiting existing resources and exploring market opportunities. This study shows the influence of factors that can improve MSME marketing performance by adjusting product innovation strategies and customer orientation through ambidexterity during the covid-19 pandemic. The population of this research is MSME food and beverage in Serang, totalling 1,858 MSMEs. The number of samples is 170 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The analysis method uses a structural equation model (SEM) approach with the SmartPLS applications. The results showed that product innovation, market orientation, and organizational ambidexterity positively and significantly affected marketing performance. Product innovation and market orientation positively and significantly affected organizational ambidexterity. Organizational ambidexterity can mediate the effect of product innovation and market orientation on marketing performance. The results of this study can complement the existing theory. Then the results of this study can also be used as a reference for MSMEs in improving marketing performance by increasing product innovation and market orientation directly or through organizational ambidexterity

    This study aims to show the opportunities and challenges of Islamic online financing in dealing with illegal online loans favoured by the public. The research method uses literature studies from journals, online news, and other reading materials. The study results found Islamic online financing opportunities in dealing with illegal online loans. Indonesia has a Muslim majority population, high internet users, the issuance of fatwa number 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018, and the spread of bad interest-based online loans. Meanwhile, the challenges of Islamic online financing in dealing with illegal online loans are the low level of Islamic financial literacy, access for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to obtain financing to the banking sector is still low, and online-based security challenges. This research can be used to reference Islamic financing and complement existing theories
