Determinasi Pemantapan Masyarakat Dalam Penataan Dana Desa
Get PDFThis research was conducted to examine and analyze whether openness, accountability, and community involvement can affect the strengthening of the community in managing village funds in the Rawang Panca Arga sub-district, Asahan district, North Sumatra province. This research uses a quantitative approach. All village representative bodies in the Rawang Panca Arga sub-district are the population of this research. The research sample used a saturated sample so that 30 respondents were obtained. The data source in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was carried out with descriptive statistics, data instrument testing, and hypothesis testing. This research shows that only openness has a positively and significantly effect on community stabilization in village fund management. Accountability and community involvement do not affect strengthening the community in managing village funds. This research can be a reference for strengthening village communities in managing village funds so that the use of village funds is right on target
Analisis SWOT Produk Pembiayaan Di Bank Muamalat Pada Masa Pandemi
Get PDFFinancing is a banking product that is needed by society. As part of the business run by Bank Muamalat, financing during the pandemic is interesting to study, considering that the pandemic has had an impact on Islamic banking. This study aims to determine the performance and identification of internal and external conditions of financing at the Bank Muamalat Surabaya Darmo branch office using SWOT analysis. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with SWOT as an analytical tool. Consists of two types of data, those are primary and secondary data obtained using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation techniques. Data triangulation was done by interview method. The study results show that the financing performance at Bank Muamalat Surabaya Darmo branch office during the pandemic continued to run by focusing on the Islamic segment for the productive financing and consumptive financing channelled to Talang haji funds, multipurpose funds, and mortgages. The current financing position is in the first quadrant which supports the implementation of an aggressive strategy

Get PDFThis study aims to show the effect of service quality, good corporate governance, and marketing strategy on customer loyalty at Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Malang regional office. The research data used is primary data in a questionnaire with quantitative methods. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with Roscoe theory and obtained 40 respondents. Data were analyzed by the multiple linear regression method using SPSS software. Prior to data analysis, validity, reliability, and classical assumptions were tested. The results showed that service quality, good corporate governance, and marketing strategy simultaneously affected customer loyalty. At the same time, partial service quality, good corporate governance, and marketing strategy have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This research can complement existing theories and help Panin Dubai Syariah Bank Malang regional office improve service quality, governance, and marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty
Efek Merger Dan Akuisisi Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Go Public
Get PDFThis study aims to show the financial performance of companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange before and after mergers and acquisitions. This study uses a quantitative approach, with the population being all companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling to obtain a total sample of 45 companies. This study uses six financial ratios, namely, return on equity (ROA), net profit margin (NPM), quick ratio (QR), debt to asset ratio (DAR), total asset turnover (TATO), and price earning ratio (PER). Data analysis using the Wilcoxon rank test. The results showed significant differences in the ROA and NPM values before and after mergers and acquisitions were carried out. Then the value of QR, DAR, TATO, and PER is no significant difference before and after mergers and acquisitions. This study can be a reference for company owners in making decisions for mergers and acquisitions of companies

Get PDFThe covid-19 pandemic has impacted Indonesia's economic sector, including local revenue from taxes. This study compares the growth rate and contribution of hotel and restaurant taxes to Jombang Regency's original revenue during the covid-19 pandemic and the new normal. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The source of data used is secondary data in the form of documentation. Data analysis using growth rate and contribution analysis. This study shows that the growth rate of hotel and restaurant tax revenues during the covid-19 pandemic and the new normal both increased. The contribution of hotel and restaurant taxes to original regional income during the covid-19 pandemic and the new normal increased but was included in the deficient category. This research can complement existing theories, become a reference for taxpayers to be obedient in paying taxes and become a reference for the Jombang district government to increase local tax revenues
Determinants Of Turnover Intention With Organizational Commitment As Moderating
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, perceived organizational support, and Islamic work ethics on turnover intention with organizational commitment as moderation at PT. X Semarang. This research is quantitative research using primary data sources. The population in this study found 278 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, while the sample size is calculated using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples is 75 employees. This research uses multiple regression analysis with the moderated regression analysis (MRA) test. The results of this study are that self-efficacy (SE) positively and significantly affects turnover intention (TI). Perceived organizational support (POS) negatively and significantly affects TI. Islamic work ethic (IWE) negatively and significantly affects TI. Organizational commitment (OC) cannot moderate SE on TI. OC cannot moderate POS on TI. OC cannot moderate IWE on TI. This study provides a new perspective, namely from the employee’s point of view psychologically, the company can be used as a reference to reduce the turnover rate at PT. X Semarang. Specifically, regarding what factors need to be addressed so that the employee turnover rate can be reduced, this study can also reduce turnover rates by increasing perceived organizational support and the employee’s Islamic work ethic
Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Di Jawa Timur Dengan Pendekatan Spatial Regression
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence economic growth in each district or city in the province of East Java. This research is associative quantitative research with the data used as secondary data. All regencies/cities in East Java are this study's population and sample. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, a saturated sampling approach. The research sample was processed using spatial regression analysis techniques. The research results show that the weighting function used is fixed gaussian, and the spatial model has a coefficient of determination of 92.97%. The education and investment variables have a significant positive effect, while the human development index, poverty, and open unemployment rate variables significantly negatively affect economic growth. Different conditions are shown in the government expenditure variable, which in several districts/cities has a significant positive or negative effect on economic growth. This spatial condition shows high regional heterogeneity in East Java. The results of this study can be used as an essential input for the government to determine significant steps in improving people's welfare and increasing economic growth in every district or city in East Java province

Get PDFThis study aims to show the effect of financial literacy, education level, and income level on family financial planning in Banjar Balam village, Lirik sub-district, Indragiri Hulu regency, and Riau province. The research method was developed quantitatively. The population of this study was all heads of families in the Banjar Balam village, as many as 504 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in order to obtain 80 samples. Research shows that financial literacy and income level positively and significantly affect family financial planning. In contrast, the level of education does not affect family financial planning. Simultaneously financial literacy, education level, and income level significantly affect family financial planning by 34 percent. This research can be a reference for local governments in disseminating family financial planning in Indragiri Hulu regency

Get PDFThis study aims to assess the effect of firm size, liquidity, leverage efficiency, and working capital turnover on firm profitability. The study population is mining companies listed on the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index (ISSI) from 2016 to 2020. The total sample is 12 companies selected through the purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data by collecting documentation data through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The technique used is panel data regression. The study results show that the company's efficiency and size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. However, working capital turnover has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, liquidity and leverage have no significant effect on profitability. This study can complement existing studies and become a reference for investors and companies in determining the company size, capital turnover, and company efficiency in making investment decisions

Get PDFThis study analyzes the financial performance before and during the covid-19 pandemic on the operating profit. Sources of data come from primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data in the form of financial reports through documentation. The study was carried out using a quantitative descriptive method. Analysis was carried out descriptively regarding financial performance through return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and cash ratio. The study results show that financial performance before and during the covid-19 pandemic is still below cooperative financial standards and needs to produce operating profit optimally. Cooperative financial performance will have an influence on operating profit in the future. Good financial performance will be able to produce better-operating profits for cooperatives. The financial performance of cooperatives can impact obtaining profits in the future; therefore, cooperatives must manage their assets effectively and efficiently. This study can be a reference for cooperatives in running a business and increasing income
