Fuentes periodísticas y verificación de la información en el Profe TV, de la parroquia Manglaralto
Get PDFThe verification of information is not a new term within journalism, especially in the verification and investigation of information as a significant part of the work, a task and responsibility of the journalist and with society. In this sense, the research addressed the value of information verification, demonstrating the importance of journalistic sources for verifying information in the medium El Profe Tv, through the adaptation of methods and processes in the informative style, in which the channel presents reliability for the audience. The methodology of the Research is applied, the quantitative-qualitative approach, the descriptive design, for the field work it was carried out with the survey technique carried out on the subscribers of the Manglaralto Parish, in addition, the interview with the owner of the information channel digital, which allowed to know the treatment that the medium gives to the information before disseminating it. The research was developed with the purpose of knowing if El Profe Tv focuses on developing content with criteria of effectiveness, with a verifiable character, not only generating content, but also verifying the place where the events take place, that is, the place of the facts. As a result, it can be indicated that El Profe Tv has implemented techniques and instruments for the information verification process, for communicators the responsible use of digital tools is a sine qua non condition.

En este sentido la investigación abordó el valor que tiene la contrastación de información, se demuestra la importancia de las fuentes periodísticas para la verificación de información en el medio El Profe Tv, mediante la adaptación de métodos y procesos en el estilo informativo, en el que el canal presente confiabilidad para la audiencia. La metodología de la Investigación es aplicada, el enfoque cuanti-cualitativo, el diseño descriptivo, para el trabajo de campo se la realizó con la técnica de encuesta realizada a los suscriptores de la Parroquia Manglaralto, además, la entrevista al dueño del canal de información digital, lo cual, permitió conocer el tratamiento que el medio le brinda a la información antes de difundirla. La investigación, se desarrolló con la finalidad de conocer si El Profe Tv, se enfoque en desarrollar contenidos con criterios de eficacia, con carácter verificable, no solo generar contenido, también, comprobar el lugar en el que suceden los acontecimientos, es decir el lugar de los hechos. Como resultado se puede indicar que El Profe Tv, ha implementado técnicas e instrumentos para el proceso de verificación de la información, para los comunicadores es una condición sine qua non el uso responsable de herramientas digitales.

Estrategias financieras para la colocación de créditos de las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito del Segmento 1
Get PDFSavings and Credit Cooperatives are currently one of the main sources of financing for the population, whose growth is attributed to the development of strategies aimed at meeting the needs of their members, especially those who have difficulty accessing the banking financial system. In this sense, the objective of this research was to analyze the financial strategies applied by the Savings and Credit Cooperatives of segment 1 of Portoviejo for credit placement during 2020 and 2021. The methodology was based on a qualitative type of research, based on descriptive and bibliographic methods, the technique applied was an interview with the managers of both entities, as well as a documentary analysis of the placement reports published in the Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity Economy. Two cooperatives with greater representativeness in the canton were considered as a sample: 15 de Abril Ltda. and Comercio Ltda. The main results show that a comparison between the years under analysis shows an increase in loans made by the 15 de Abril cooperative of 1.66% and 0.33% in the Comercio cooperative in relation to its total portfolio. Therefore, it is concluded that the strategies applied have allowed them to develop products in line with the needs of the population, which has a positive impact on the placement levels reached in 2020 and 2021.

En este sentido, el objetivo de la presente investigación consistió en analizar las estrategias financieras aplicadas por las Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito del segmento 1 de Portoviejo para la colocación de créditos durante el año 2020 y 2021. La metodología se basó en una investigación de tipo cualitativa, fundamentada por el métodos descriptivo y bibliográfico, la técnica aplica fue una entrevista a los gerentes de ambas entidades, así como un análisis documental de los informes de colocaciones publicados en la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria. Se consideró como muestra 2 cooperativas con mayor representatividad en el cantón: 15 de Abril Ltda. y Comercio Ltda. Los principales resultados muestran que al establecer una comparación entre los años objeto de análisis se evidencia un aumento en las colocaciones efectuadas por la cooperativa 15 de Abril del 1.66% y del 0.33% en la Cooperativa Comercio en relación a su cartera total. Por lo tanto, se concluye que las estrategias aplicadas les han permitido desarrollar productos acordes a las necesidades de la población, lo que incide de manera positiva en los niveles de colocación alcanzado en los años 2020 y 2021.

Las pensiones alimenticias y la incidencia en los ingresos financieros de las familias en la jurisdicción de Catamayo Paltas y Chaguarpamba
Get PDFAlimony is an essential income for the support of children and adolescents, as long as they are minors and are studying until they are twenty-one years old or those who have some kind of physical or mental disability that makes it difficult or prevent you from surviving on your own. In the Multicompetent Judicial Units of Catamayo, Paltas and Chaguarama, Alimony Trials are received and processed and an increase in alimony debtors has been observed, despite having a legal body in Ecuador. The present investigation seeks to determine the causes for which the defendants incur and affect the delay in the payment of alimony to the alimony. A methodology with a mixed approach was used, based on a review of the existing literature; On the other hand, surveys were applied to families in the jurisdiction of the Cantons Catamayo, Paltas and Chaguarpamba, and to determine the incidence of alimony on their financial income. The results suggest that the incidence of alimony on the financial income of the families of Catamayo, Paltas and Chaguarpamba is significant. It was also possible to determine the main causes for which there is a delay in the payment of these, which has consequences such as deprivation of liberty, citizen rights and generating social concern.

Violation of rights.La pensión alimenticia es un ingreso indispensable para el sustento de los niños, niñas y adolescente, siempre y cuando sea menor de edad y se encuentre cursando sus estudios hasta los veintiún años o aquellos quienes poseen alguna clase de discapacidad física o mental que le dificulte o le impida subsistir por sí mismo. En las Unidades Judiciales Multicompetentes de Catamayo, Paltas y Chaguarama, se receptan y tramitan los Juicios de Alimentos y se ha observado el incremento de deudores por alimentos, pese a contar en el Ecuador con un cuerpo legal. La presente investigación busca determinar las causas por las cuales los demandados incurren e inciden en el retraso del pago de las pensiones alimenticias a los alimentarios. Se empleó una metodología con enfoque mixto, en base a una revisión de la literatura existente; por otro lado, se aplicó encuestas a las familias de la jurisdicción de estos Cantones y determinar la incidencia de las pensiones alimenticias en sus ingresos financieros. Los resultados sugieren que la incidencia de las pensiones alimenticias en los ingresos financieros de las familias es significativa. Fue posible determinar también, las principales causas por las cuales existe retraso en el pago de estas, lo que trae como consecuencias como privación de la libertad, derechos ciudadanos y generando preocupación social.

Competencias en investigación de los docentes de institutos técnicos y tecnológicos en el contexto de la educación superior
Get PDFThe nature of university institutions and their relevance in the modern world rests on the teaching-research binomial; axes that must be articulated in a correlative way with the implication of scientific responsibility and social obligation. Around this, the general objective of this study was to analyze the research competencies of teachers of technical and technological institutes in the context of higher education in Manabí, Ecuador. To carry out this task, the research was framed in a bibliographic documentary study. Therefore, an online search was carried out in Google Scholar and in the database of indexed journals of scientific articles and research papers, in the interest of delving into these aspects and thereby contribute to the possibility of expanding knowledge about this thematic. With the review carried out, it is concluded that: the acquisition of investigative competences in teachers of technical and technological institutes in the context of higher education in Ecuador and specifically in Manabí, it is proposed that it become a node of a primary nature within the framework of the great commitment that rests in such educational centers, which have the function of attending, guiding and accompanying the formation of a student population with capacities to investigate, as a true contribution to knowledge and the development of creative thinking.

En torno a ello, el objetivo general de este estudio fue analizar las competencias en investigación de los docentes de institutos técnicos y tecnológicos en el contexto de la educación superior de Manabí, Ecuador. Para llevar a cabo este cometido, la investigación se enmarcó en un estudio documental bibliográfico. Por lo cual se realizó una búsqueda vía online en Google Académico y en la base de datos de revistas indexadas de artículos científicos y trabajos de investigación, en el interés de ahondar es estos aspectos y con ello contribuir en la posibilidad de ampliar el conocimiento sobre esta temática. Con la revisión realizada se concluye que: la adquisición de competencias investigativas en los docentes de los institutos técnicos y tecnológicos en el contexto de la educación superior en el Ecuador y de forma concreta en Manabí, se propone que se constituya en un nodo de carácter primordial en el marco del gran compromiso que descansa en tales centros educacionales, mismos que tienen la función de atender, guiar y acompañar la formación de una población estudiantil con capacidades para investigar, como un verdadero aporte al conocimiento y al desarrollo del pensamiento creativo.

Thus, in the modern educational model, students not only have access to science materials online, but they can also determine their academic performance and obtain additional information to improve if they get a bad grade. In addition, the distance education system contains elements such as forums, online discussions, and email, so that students can interact with their peers on specific topics, interact with teachers, and get a satisfactory answer. In this sense, the objective of this review is to distinguish between different perspectives on educational technology and innovation in the classroom.

El objetivo principal de las tecnologías educativas innovadoras es preparar a una persona para vivir en un mundo en constante cambio. La esencia de esta formación radica en orientar el proceso educativo hacia el potencial y la realización del individuo. La educación debe construir mecanismos de innovación y encontrar formas creativas para resolver problemas vitales y contribuir a la transformación social. Así, en el modelo educativo moderno, los estudiantes no solo tienen acceso a materiales de ciencias en línea, sino que también pueden determinar su rendimiento académico y obtener información adicional para mejorar si obtienen una mala calificación. Además, el sistema de educación a distancia contiene elementos como foros, discusiones en línea y correo electrónico, para que los estudiantes puedan interactuar con sus pares sobre temas específicos, interactuar con los profesores y obtener una respuesta satisfactoria. En este sentido, el objetivo de esta revisión es distinguir entre diferentes perspectivas sobre la tecnología educativa y la innovación en el aula.

Desarrollo local comunitario de la comuna Dos Mangas del cantón Santa Elena

Descriptive research with a quantitative approach was carried out, measuring dimensions on theoretical bases, which allowed covering methodological issues to obtain results. The information that was collected allowed to find significant findings for the investigation, these results established that the main limitations of community development were: lack of organizational capacity, individualism, lack of leadership, little community participation and structural and administrative problems of the sectors. productive in the community.
Keywords: Community development, social participation, comprehensive action, collectivity, associativity.La presente investigación precisa conocer las limitantes del desarrollo comunitario de la comuna “Dos Mangas”, identifica los factores que detienen el desarrollo local de la comunidad, factores que influyen de manera directa o indirecta, desde la perspectiva actual el desarrollo comunitario en zonas climáticas rurales costeras de trópico seco, el desarrollo comunitario se convierte en una alternativa para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos, dicha acciones colectivas influyen en el crecimiento sostenible de los procesos de desarrollo, una localidad más participativa y organizada tiene más probabilidades de mejorar progresivamente aspectos económicos, sociales, políticos y culturales. Se desarrollaron investigaciones de carácter descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo, midiendo dimensiones en bases teóricas, que permitieron abarcar temáticas metodológicas para la obtención de resultados. La información que se recopilo permitió encontrar hallazgos significativos para la investigación, dichos resultados establecieron que las principales limitantes del desarrollo comunitario fueron: la falta de capacidad organizativa, el individualismo, la falta de liderazgo, poca participación comunitaria y problemas estructurales y administrativos de los sectores productivos de la comunidad.

Aplicación y uso del fotoperiodismo en el diario impreso Super Peninsular

To perform photojournalism, it is necessary lo have the main knowledge of handling photographic tolos, speed, critical visión that allows events to be accurately captured. The main objectives of this research is to investigate the difficulties and challenges faced by photojournalists of the printed médium “Super Peninsular”. The qualitative methodology with inductive scope was obtained, through the application of techniques such as the semi-structured interview to professionals who work in this environment; likewise, a focus group was held with experts in the field of communication immersed in other institutions. From the analysis of the answers, the result is that "Super Peninsular" is not an independent medium, it does not have technical equipment, or cameramen, or photographers that allow photojournalism to be standardized. There are three people who work in the edition of the peninsula, in charge of covering the events, capturing images, and writing the information, that is, they are versatile.

En los medios impresos, la fotografía permite complementar y dar mayor relevancia a una nota periodística, logra una perspectiva diferente en el público receptor, debido a que, brinda mayores detalles visuales de la información o historia redactada. Para realizar fotoperiodismo, es necesario tener los conocimientos principales de manejo de herramientas fotográficas, rapidez, visión crítica que permita captar con precisión los sucesos. Esta investigación tiene como principal objetivo, indagar sobre las dificultades y desafíos a los que se enfrentan los fotoperiodistas del medio impreso “Super Peninsular”. Se utilizó la metodología cualitativa con alcance inductivo, a través de la aplicación de técnicas como la entrevista semiestructurada a profesionales que laboran en este medio; así mismo, se realizó un focus group con expertos en al ámbito comunicativo inmersos a otras instituciones. Del análisis de las respuestas, se extrae como resultado que, “Super Peninsular” al no ser un medio independiente, no cuenta con equipos técnicos, ni camarógrafos, ni fotógrafos que permitan estandarizar al fotoperiodismo. Son tres las personas que laboran en la edición de la península, encargados de cubrir los hechos, capturar imágenes, y redactar la información, es decir, son polivalentes.

It was employee the Statgraphics 5.1 as statistical processor of the information. It was verified that the milk for cheese Coral, fulfills the established norms of quality for density, acidity and fat, it doesn't fulfill the percentage of non-fatty solids, what influences negatively in the reductions of the product. The chemical-physical quality of the cheese threw that the specifications are not completed for the content of fatty matter, attributing this to the obsolescence of the teams and utensils in the process and to the equipment absence for the control of the process, as pH measuring equipment, of relative humidity, of yokels and agitators, mainly. The procedure allowed to calculate the reductions whose value is above that planned and to analyze the incident factors.

El trabajo pretende determinar las mermas en la maduración del Queso Coral en la fábrica "La Vaquita”. Se efectuaron búsquedas en Internet mediante Google, Scholar google con palabras claves: quesos semiduros, proceso de maduración, composición y rendimiento del queso semiduro. Se observó el proceso productivo, se consultaron documentos relacionados con el producto y datos tomados de la industria. Fue empleado el Statgraphics 5.1 como procesador estadístico de la información. Se constató que la leche para queso Coral, cumple con las normas de calidad establecidas para densidad, acidez y grasa, no cumple con el porcentaje de sólidos no grasos, lo que influye negativamente en las mermas del producto. La calidad químico-física del queso arrojó que no se cumplen las especificaciones para el contenido de materia grasa, atribuyéndosele esto a la obsolescencia de los equipos y utensilios en el proceso y a la ausencia de equipamiento para el control del proceso, como equipos medidores de pH, de humedad relativa, de paletas y agitadores, principalmente. El procedimiento permitió calcular las mermas cuyo valor está por encima de lo planificado y analizar los factores incidentes.

ABSTRACT
The cheeses are obtained by means of clotting of the protein of the milk, and separation of the serum. The work seeks to determine the reductions in the maturation of the Cheese Coral in the factory "The Cow". searches were made in Internet by means of Google, Scholar google with key words: cheeses semi-hard chees, maturation process, composition and yield of the semi-hard cheese. Caracterización de hábitos alimentarios saludables en estudiantes de Licenciatura en Ciencias Alimentarias en Camagüey
Get PDFThe development of healthy eating habits in university students favors the reduction of non-communicable chronic diseases. The objective of this study was to characterize the healthy eating habits in students of the Bachelor's Degree in Food Sciences of the University of Camagüey Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz. The research has a quantitative approach within a descriptive scope. For data collection, a semi-structured survey was designed and applied to 33 students. The results obtained were processed using Statgraphics Centurion XVIII software. Multivariate analysis techniques were applied using the Canonical Correlation procedure, with the aim of determining the strength of association between the variables studied: sex, academic year, Body Mass Index (BMI), distribution of food events, practice of physical activity, frequency of food consumption and sources of dietary information. As a result, it was found that most of the respondents (67%) have a healthy weight. 21.2% practice sport or moderate physical activity continuously for 30 or more minutes a day, for 5 or more days a week, with low levels of programmed physical activity. 45.5% reported not consuming fish, the frequency of fruit and vegetable consumption is once a day and 51.5% omit breakfast. The results lead to the need for a strategy to promote healthy eating habits for students of this faculty, with the support of the Internet, television and smartphones apps for the dissemination of information.

El objetivo del trabajo fue caracterizar los hábitos alimentarios saludables en los estudiantes de Licenciatura en Ciencias Alimentarias de la Universidad de Camagüey Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz. La investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo de alcance descriptivo. Para la recolección de los datos se diseñó una encuesta semiestructurada que fue aplicada a 33 estudiantes. Los resultados obtenidos se procesaron mediante el software Statgraphics Centurion XVIII. Se aplicaron técnicas de análisis multivariado mediante el procedimiento de Correlación Canónica, con el objetivo de determinar la fuerza de asociación entre las variables estudiadas: Sexo, Año académico, Índice de Masa Corporal (IMC), Distribución de eventos alimentarios, práctica de actividad física, frecuencia de consumo de alimentos y fuentes de información dietética. Como resultado se obtuvo que la mayoría de los encuestados (67%) presentan un peso saludable. El 21.2% práctica deporte o actividad física moderada de forma continua por 30 o más minutos al día, durante 5 o más días a la semana, con bajos niveles de actividad física programada. El 45.5% declararon no consumir pescado, la frecuencia de consumo de frutas y verduras es de una vez al día y el 51.5% omiten el desayuno. Los resultados conducen a la necesidad de realizar una estrategia de promoción de hábitos alimentarios saludables para los estudiantes de dicha facultad, con apoyo en internet, la televisión y las aplicaciones de celular para la divulgación de la información.

La Inmediatez y la Pérdida de Credibilidad en los Medios de Comunicación Multimedia del Cantón La Libertad
Get PDFThis research deals with the issue of immediacy as one of the factors that influence the loss of credibility of the multimedia communication media of the La Libertad canton. Social networks making use of multimedia, to provide information. Among the methods applied to obtain data, there was the interview with experts on the subject, the survey directed towards the audience of said communication medium, and an observation sheet to the content that is broadcast by social networks and web page of ESTV Peninsular Informative Channel, where aspects were identified such as: the sources used in the medium, the perception of the audience and the criteria that professionals have regarding immediacy, aspects with which a news event is disseminated, related shortly after verification you have the information. This provokes and gives way to negative comments from the audience, therefore, according to the results obtained; the public bases its trust on how they receive the information broadcast.
Keywords: Immediacy, Loss of credibility, Multimedia Communication, Digital Journalism.Esta investigación trata el tema de la inmediatez como uno de los factores que influyen en la pérdida de credibilidad de los medios de comunicación multimedia del cantón La Libertad, este análisis lo realizamos al medio ESTV Canal Informativo Peninsular por ser uno de los más influyentes en las redes sociales haciendo uso de la multimedia, para brindar información. Dentro de los métodos aplicados para la obtención de datos, estuvo la entrevista a expertos en el tema, la encuesta dirigida hacia la audiencia de dicho medio de comunicación, y una ficha de observación al contenido que se emite por las redes sociales y página web de ESTV Canal Informativo Peninsular, en donde se identificó aspectos como: las fuentes usadas en el medio, la percepción de la audiencia y los criterios que tienen los profesionales con respecto a la inmediatez, aspectos con la que se difunde un hecho de carácter noticioso, relacionado al poco tiempo de verificación que tiene la información. Esto provoca y da paso en algunos a comentarios negativos de la audiencia, por lo tanto, según los resultados obtenidos el público basa su confianza en como reciben la información emitida.
