BLASPHEMY IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE QUR’AN (Term-Term Penistaan Agama Perspektif Al-Qur’an)
Get PDFDiskursus dan perbincangan tentang penistaan agama masih terus bergulir seiring masih marak dan seringnya kasus-kasus penistaan agama terjadi dan bermunculan dengan berbagai bentuk dan polanya yang telah mengusik kehidupan beragama bahkan cenderung menimbulkan konflik di tengah masyarakat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research) yang mengkaji makna penistaan agama melalui term-term yang terdapat di dalam al-Qur’an sehingga nampak jelas bagaimana wawasan al-Qur’an tentang penistaan agama dengan menggunakan metode tafsir tematik (maudhui). Tulisan pada bagian pertama ini membahas dua hal yaitu: pengertian penistaan agama secara umum dan dalam perspektif ulama dan kajian ontologi penistaan agama lewat elaborasi  term-term yang bermakna penistaaan agama dalam al-Qur’an. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa pengertian dan pemaknaan tentang penistaan agama cukup variatif namun dapat ditemukan satu kesimpulan bahwa penistaan agama adalah segala bentuk perilaku baik perkataan maupun perbuatan yang dilakukan dengan sengaja yang bersifat merendahkan, menghina, menodai dan memperolok-olok, melecehkan ajaran agama dan hal-hal yang dianggap sakral dalam agama, menambah atau mengurangi ajaran agama yang pokok (ushuli). Di dalam al-Qur’an ditemukan term-term yang bermakna penistaan terhadap agama yaitu al-istihza/huzuwan, al-sakhar, al-la’ab, al-aza, al-sabb, al-lamz, al-ta’an fi al-din yang dijelaskan dalam berbagai ayat di dalam al-Qur’an dan seluruh ayat-ayat tersebut mencela perbuatan penistaan agama dan perilaku ini tergolong sebagai kejahatan dan tindak kriminal (jarimah) yang dapat dikenakan sanksi/hukuman

As we are aware, minimarkets have proliferated extensively, penetrating residential areas and posing a significant challenge to traditional grocery stores due to their rapid growth in Indonesia, particularly through the franchise concept. The aim of this research is to examine the extent of the impact of minimarket presence on micro-enterprises, specifically traditional grocery stores, and the efforts they make to sustain their existence despite being located near minimarkets. This research adopts a qualitative research methodology. Once data is successfully collected from both primary and secondary sources, it will be qualitatively analysed, providing concrete descriptive explanations to address the research questions, and then drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the presence of minimarkets has a significantly negative impact on traditional grocery stores. No full textThis study aims to determine student perceptions of the ideal mathematics learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that was carried out using observation, questionnaire, and interview techniques with 36 students of mathematics education class 2020 at Gorontalo State University who had participated in online learning for 2 semesters. The results showed that mathematics learning carried out during the covid-19 pandemic was still not ideal with a percentage of 91.6% due to the nature of difficult and abstract mathematics material and there were several repeated obstacles that occurred in the online learning process, namely: 1) teachers were less proficient in the use of online platforms; 2) teaching is carried out using only sound (audio); 3) the internet network is less stable so that students cannot participate in online learning. The recommendations for the ideal mathematics learning are: 1) in the online learning process the teacher must be able to master (proficiently) use the online platform used; 2) teachers must be able to design innovative and fun learning by utilizing the features available on the platform or utilizing objects that are around students; 3) teachers can provide learning resources that can be accessed at any time so as to facilitate students in order not to miss the subject matter

This research aims to determine the Islamic economic law's view on productive zakat and the management of productive zakat (BAZNAS) to increase the welfare of the people in South Sulawesi Province. The research used a field research method with a qualitative descriptive approach located at BAZNAS South Sulawesi Province in Bontoala District, Makassar City.
