SEKOLATANI: Penguatan Kapasitas Petani Perempuan untuk Produksi Hasil Pertanian Berdaya Saing Ekspor
The SEKOLATANI program is a community service initiative designed to enhance the capacity and independence of women farmers in Kombongan Hamlet, Jember, in implementing export-quality organic farming practices. This intervention was motivated by the farmers' limited knowledge of sustainable agriculture and their significant reliance on chemical-based inputs. The methodology employed an educational-participatory approach, utilizing counseling, training, and hands-on practice. A learning by doing method was specifically applied to the production of organic pesticides from local natural ingredients (e.g., neem leaves, lemongrass, and galangal). The results indicated a significant increase in participants' understanding, skills, and awareness regarding sustainable land management and eco- friendly pesticide production. Furthermore, the program successfully fostered motivation among women farmers to actively contribute to household welfare and the local economy. The SEKOLATANI program demonstrates that community-based education and mentoring serve as an effective model for transforming agriculture toward more sustainable, adaptive, and gender-inclusive practices
Intensitas Serangan Penyakit Karat Daun (Phakopsora pachyrhizi) Pada Beberapa Varietas Kedelai (Glycine max (L). Merril)
This study aims to examine the intensity of Rust Disease (Phakopsora pachyrhhizi) and the resistance of soybean varieties (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) to crop yields. This study uses a Random Group Design (RAK) consisting of four varieties of soybeans, namely Wilis, Malabar, Ringgit and Dega-1. With 4 replicates and each replicate 5 plant samples were taken. The basic fertilizer used in accordance with the technical instructions of the national soybean consortium is 75 kg ZA + 100 kg SP36 + 75 kg KCl/ha + 5 tons of manure/ha. The observation data was analyzed using Analysis of Variance (F test). If the results show a real influence, the Smallest Real Difference (BNT) test of 5% will be continued. The study showed that the intensity of leaf rust attack and soybean resistance resulted in a dry weight of 19.70 g of Ringgit varieties, 18.05 g of Wilis, 17.05 g higher than that of the Dega-1 variety which weighed 6.25 g
Pengaruh Pembelajaran Berbasis Etnomatematika Pada Permainan Gobak Sodor Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Matematis Siswa
This research aims to determine the effect of ethnomathematics-based learning on the game Gobak Sodor to improve students' mathematical understanding. Gobak Sodor is a traditional game that is a cultural heritage from our ancestors and needs to be preserved. Gobak Sodor is a very popular traditional Indonesian game that requires good strategy, dexterity, and cooperation in a rectangular arena lined with chalk lines. This game combines elements of dexterity, strategy, and teamwork. This type of research is quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. Class VII-A is an experimental class that uses an ethnomathematics-based learning model with the gobak sodor game, and class VII-B is a control class that uses a direct learning model. Research data was obtained through a test in the form of five questions describing mathematical understanding. Based on the results of research using an independent sample test, a significance value of 0.001 was obtained, which is smaller than 0.05. Based on this decision, H0 was rejected, which shows that there is a difference in students' mathematical understanding between the experimental class, which applies ethnomathematics-based learning with the gobak sodor game, and the control class, which uses conventional learning. These results indicate that there is a positive influence of ethnomathematics-based learning with the gobak sodor game on improving students' mathematical understanding.

Modifikasi Aritmatika Aljabar pada Bilangan Fuzzy Hexagonal dan Penentuan Invers Matriks
Hexagonal fuzzy numbers are a development of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Just like algebra for trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. There are not many algebraic differences given by various authors for the many operations of addition, subtraction, and scalar multiplication. However, for multiplication, division, and inverse operations, there are many algebraic alternatives offered by various authors in parametric and ordinary forms. But the problems that arise do not always have an inverse for any hexagonal fuzzy number . In this paper, by changing hexagonal fuzzy numbers into another form and defining two midpoints and for any hexagonal fuzzy number . Thus, for the algebraic forms of multiplication, division, and inverse there is one that is produced using the elementary row method. At the end, an example of determining the inverse of a hexagonal fuzzy number matrix that has order .

Penerapan Teknologi PGPF Untuk Pengembangan Sorgum Sebagai Pangan Fungsional dan Pakan Ternak
Plant Growth Promotion Fungi (PGPF) are fungi that live in the soil near plant roots or live in plants (endophytic fungi), can increase plant growth (biofertilizer), and protect plants from plant-disturbing organisms in the form of pests and plant diseases (biopesticides). Farmers often experience obstacles due to poor plant growth due to less fertile soil and dry soil, and decreased production due to pests and plant diseases. The objectives of this community service are introducing PGPF and its benefits for plants, exemplifying PGPF multiplication techniques and PGPF addition techniques to plants, introducing sorghum and low-cost farming with high competitiveness. To achieve these objectives, the methods applied are: (1) PGPF socialization, (2) counseling on the benefits of PGPF as a biofertilizer and biopesticide, (3) plot demonstration. The results of the activity are (1) farmers in Kota Baru Village are able to multiply and add PGPF to the soil and plants, (2) farmers are able to apply sorghum cultivation techniques as a food material in order to diversify food and availability of animal feed in every environmental condition of the dry season and rainy season. All parts of the sorghum plant (seeds, leaves, stems) can be utilized, so there is no waste (zero wasted)

Penelitian ini adalah berbasis keputakaan. Tema penelitian ini adalah analisis sekolah sebagai sistem sosial perspektif Talcott Parsons. Dalam artikel ini ada 3 pertanyaan penting. Pertama, bagaimana Struktural fungsional talcott parsons. Kedua, bagaimana Konsep dasar sistem sosial. Ketiga, bagaiamana Sekolah sebagai sistem sosial perspektif Talcott Parsons. Pendekatan konten analisis untuk membaca konsep struktural fungsional dan pandangan Talcott Parsons mengenai sekolah adalah sebuah sistem sosial. Peran Perceived Organizational Support dalam Membentuk Career Calling pada Pemadam Kebakaran
Pemadam kebakaran merupakan sumber daya manusia yang dilatih dan bertugas untuk membantu dalam memadamkan kebakaran dan melakukan penyelamatan kebakaran dan non kebakaran. Pemadam kebakaran dituntut untuk siap fisik dan mental dan sangat menantang serta beresiko tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelatif dengan melibatkan 146 pemadam kebakaran Kota Palembang sebagai subjek penelitian dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive random sampling. Analisis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan diterimanya hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support memiliki kontribusi yang besar terhadap kecenderungan perilaku career calling pada pemadam kebakaran Kota Palembang (r= .942, p < .01). Sumbangan praktis career calling terhadap perceived organizational support sebesar 88,7% dan sisanya sebesar 11,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Pengembangan Pembelajaran Sains Sekolah Dasar Berbasis Green Curriculum dalam Menumbuhkembangkan Budaya Ramah Lingkungan
Sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC, 2013) menunjukkan bahwa ada perubahan iklim dan kenaikan suhu yang signifikan di Asia Tenggara (Howarth, Viner, Dessai, Rapley, & Jones, 2017). Perubahan iklim diperkirakan akan meningkatkan ancaman terhadap ketahanan pangan, kesehatan manusia, ketersediaan air, keragaman hayati, dan kenaikan air laut di Asia Tenggara, termasuk di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah dan mengatasi permasalahan di atas adalah dimulai dari Pendidikan. Pendidikan sekolah dasar memiliki peranan dalam pembentukan karakter anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menciptakan desain pembelajaran sains sekolah dasar berbasis green curriculum. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam Penelitian dan Pengembangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, yang merupakan kependekan dari Analisa (analisis), Desain (perancangan), Pengembangan (pengembangan), Implementasi (penerapan), dan Evaluasi (evaluasi). Hasil validasi terkait pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran sains sekolah dasar berbasis green curriculum adalah valid. Dalam penelitian pengembangan dihasilkan hasil yang valid dengan di terapkan melalui ujicoba terbatas di lingkungan sekolah alam MI Baipas Malang dan MI Hidayatul Mubtadiin dalam mengukur perbedaan Budaya ramah lingkungan
TEACHER PROFESSIONALISM AND COMPETENCE IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF CONTEMPORARY ISLAMIC EDUCATION
This study aims to examine the focus of scientific studies related to teacher competence and professionalism in the perspective of education, especially in the context of Islamic education. The results of the study show that the themes of teacher professionalism and teacher competence are the center of attention in the literature, which is closely linked to important aspects such as pedagogic competence, educator professional ethics, quality of education, and the social image of teachers. In addition, the analysis of temporal developments shows a shift in focus from fundamental issues to more contextual and applicative topics, such as strengthening writing competence and improving the quality of public perception of educational institutions. These findings show that the development of teacher professionalism cannot be separated from the integration of Islamic values, as well as the importance of building the character of educators who excel spiritually, morally, and intellectually. This study is expected to be a strategic reference for curriculum development, improving the quality of Islamic education, and forming ideal teachers in the perspective of Islamic values
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE HABIT OF READING SCHOOL LIBRARY BOOKS AND THE LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF HIGH GRADE STUDENTS OF PUBLIC SCHOOL 23 JEPPE'E, TANETE RIATTANG BARAT SUBDISTRICT, BONE DISTRICT
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan membaca buku perpustakaan sekolah dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri 23 Jeppe’e. Populasi berjumlah 135 siswa dari kelas tinggi, yaitu kelas IV, V, VI (A/B). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,02 yang berarti < 0,05. Dengan demikian, H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima koefisien korelasi yaitu 0,40 yang berarti memiliki hubungan positif pada kategori cukup, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kebiasaan membaca buku perpustakaan sekolah dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri 23 Jeppe’e Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone.Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan membaca buku perpustakaan sekolah dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri 23 Jeppe’e.
