Influence of Extracurricular Scouting on the Social Development of High Grade Students of SD Negeri 23 Jeppe'e, Bone Regency
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi-experimental yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap perkembangan sosial siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri 23 Jeppe’e. Populasi berjumlah 70 siswa dari kelas IV, V, dan VI. Penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 siswa yang terbagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji paired sampel t-test dan uji independent sampel t-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan uji independent sampel t-test post-test didapatkan nilai t-hitung lebih besar daripada t-tabel yaitu 13,275 > 2,001. Dibuktikan pula dengan uji paired sampel t-test pre-test dan post-test kelompok eksperimen didapatkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dibandingkan 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap perkembangan sosial siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri 23 Jeppe’e Kabupaten Bone.Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi-experimental yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap perkembangan sosial siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri 23 Jeppe’e. Hubungan Peran Orang Tua terhadap Resiliensi Di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara peran orang tua dan ketahanan siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. Masa remaja merupakan periode penting dalam perkembangan individu, di mana remaja dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan yang memerlukan dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar, khususnya orang tua. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 36 siswa kelas XII sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket tertutup yang mengukur peran orang tua dan tingkat resiliensi siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara peran orang tua dan resiliensi siswa, dengan nilai korelasi 0,330 dimana nilai p=0,049 (p<0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua berkontribusi sebesar 33% terhadap peningkatan resiliensi siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendukung perkembangan emosional dan sosial anak, serta menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh yang terbuka dan mendukung dapat memperkuat ketahanan siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik dan sosial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar orang tua meningkatkan komunikasi dan dukungan emosional kepada anak-anak mereka, serta lebih aktif terlibat dalam proses pendidikan untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perkembangan resiliensi siswa. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menggali faktor-faktor lain yang memengaruhi ketahanan, seperti dukungan sosial, konsep diri, efikasi diri, harga diri dan optimisme.

Hubungan antra Adversity Quotient dengan Adaptablity Career Siswa Kelas XII Di SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta
Siswa memiliki tugas perkembangan dalam mencapai karir yang diinginkan, sehingga dalam menjalankan tugas perkembangan tersebut siswa akan menemui beberapa permasalahan. Kemampuan adversity quotient merupakan salah satu yang harus dimiliki seorang siswa untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam karir sehingga siswa dapat memiliki kemampuan adaptability career. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara adversity quotient dengan adaptability career pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Metode yang digunakan yakni kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik incendental sampling. Skala yang digunakan merupakan hasil modifikasi dari Skala adversity quotient dan Skala CAAS yang diberikan kepada responden sebanyak 120 siswa. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment. Analisis data menunjukkan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.672, maka hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti diterima. Maknanya, adversity quotient siswa kelas XII di SMK N 5 Surakarta memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan career adaptability, begitupun sebaliknya.

Empowerment of Women-Owned Businesses through Islamic Financial Inclusion Instruments: The Role of Crowdfunding
Women entrepreneurs face financial constraints due to limited access to traditional banking, lack of collateral, and systemic biases. This study explores Sharia-compliant crowdfunding as an alternative financing model to enhance financial inclusion. Using a qualitative approach with library research, the study proposes a model integrating social intermediation (group formation, client appraisal, capacity building) and financial intermediation (qardh hasan for interest-free loans, musyarakah for investment-based financing). Findings suggest this approach can bridge the financing gap, promote women's economic participation, and create a more inclusive financial ecosystem. Expanding Islamic crowdfunding and financial literacy can further empower women entrepreneurs and drive sustainable economic growth
Pendidikan Hukum Kontrak Elektronik untuk UMKM Desa Baharu Utara Kabupaten Kotabaru: Meningkatkan Literasi Hukum Digital
This study aims to enhance digital legal literacy among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Desa Baharu Utara through legal education on electronic contracts. The rapid development of digital technology has transformed business practices, yet many MSMEs lack understanding of the legal aspects of electronic contracts, which exposes them to potential risks. This research employs a participatory approach, combining workshops, focus group discussions, and practical training to educate MSMEs about the principles, validity, and enforcement of electronic contracts. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of electronic contracts, including their ability to draft and review such agreements. The study concludes that legal education is essential for empowering MSMEs in the digital economy, enabling them to protect their rights and interests effectively
Penguatan Literasi Numerasi Bagi Tenaga Pendidik Di SMP Negeri 3 Bangkala Kabupaten Jeneponto
This service aims to increase teachers' understanding of numeracy literacy and its application in learning. Numeracy literacy is an individual's ability to understand and use mathematical concepts, including symbols and numbers, to solve problems in everyday life. Based on the 2018 Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) report released by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the numeracy literacy level of students in Indonesia is still relatively low, ranking 74th out of 79 countries. Therefore, the role of teachers is very important in increasing students' numeracy literacy by integrating numeracy concepts into various subjects, not just mathematics. This service activity targeted 38 teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 3 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency, who were given training and assistance in implementing numeracy-based learning strategies. The strategies used include contextual learning, problem-based learning, and active learning methods that involve students directly. It is hoped that this activity can increase teachers' understanding in teaching numeracy literacy effectively, thereby having an impact on increasing students' numeracy competence. The output of this activity includes increasing teacher understanding, implementing learning strategies that are more numeracy-based, as well as preparing learning modules as references in integrating numeracy literacy in various subjects. With this training, it is hoped that teachers will be able to develop numeracy learning that is more contextual and relevant, as well as contributing to improving the quality of mathematics learning in schools
Penerapan Budgeting Syariah dalam Mendorong Efektivitas Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah
Proper budgeting plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, many MSME entrepreneurs face challenges in planning and managing their business budgets according to sharia principles. The main obstacles include a lack of understanding of sharia budgeting concepts, which emphasize transparency, fairness, and financial management free from riba, gharar, and maysir. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing sharia budgeting in improving the financial management of MSMEs. Community service activities carried out include training and mentoring for MSME actors in Sumbergempol, Tulungagung, through the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with techniques for conducting counseling, focus group discussions, training and mentoring. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing sharia budgeting in improving the financial management of MSMEs. Community service activities carried out include training and mentoring for MSME actors in Sumbergempol, Tulungagung, through the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with techniques for conducting counseling, forum group discussions, training and mentoring. This community service aims to explore the effectiveness of implementing sharia budgeting in improving the financial management of MSMEs. Community service activities carried out include training and mentoring for MSME actors in Sumbergempol, Tulungagung, through the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach with techniques for conducting counseling, forum group discussions, training and mentoring. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills in allocating business budgets. They were able to develop more systematic financial plans, separate business capital from personal finances, and implement more disciplined budgeting strategies in accordance with Islamic economic principles. Furthermore, the sharia budgeting approach has proven effective in strengthening financial control and enhancing business resilience against economic uncertainties. To ensure the sustainable implementation of sharia budgeting, further training and in-depth mentoring for MSME entrepreneurs are recommended
Orderan Fiktif Dalam Ekosistem Gig Economy: Analisis Status Hukum Ojek Online dan Perbandingan Hukum Indonesia-Inggris
The development of digital technology has encouraged the birth of the gig economy that offers work flexibility through digital platforms such as online motorcycle taxis (ojol). However, the legal status of ojol drivers who are classified as partners, not workers, raises significant problems, especially related to the case of fictitious orders. This study aims to analyze the implications of the legal status of gig workers in Indonesia, especially ojol drivers, and to make a comparison with regulations in the UK. The research method used is normative-empirical law with a legislative, comparative law, and case approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observations of ojol drivers in Bojonegoro, while secondary data came from laws and regulations and court decisions. The results of the study showed that all respondents had experienced fictitious orders that caused economic and psychological losses, but did not receive legal protection due to their status as partners. The standard clause in the platform agreement shifts all responsibility to drivers, reflecting their weak bargaining position. Meanwhile, a comparison with the UK through the Uber BV v Aslam decision shows that drivers are categorized as workers who are entitled to basic protections such as minimum wage and paid leav
THE FIGURE OF A TEACHER IN THE PERSPECTIVES OF ZAKIAH DARADJAT AND AL-GHAZALI (A COMPARATIVE STUDY)
Education has been a fundamental concern and a top priority since the earliest stages of human life. In Islam, the importance of education is deeply rooted, as reflected in the prophetic tradition emphasizing lifelong learning from the womb to the grave. This study aims to compare the educational perspectives of two prominent Muslim scholars, Al-Ghazali and Zakiah Daradjat, particularly regarding the ideal characteristics of a teacher. The research seeks to identify similarities and differences in their views and evaluate their relevance as references for contemporary educators. This qualitative study employs historical and philosophical approaches, utilizing inductive-deductive, comparative, and descriptive methods of analysis. The findings reveal that both Al-Ghazali and Zakiah Daradjat have made significant intellectual contributions to the conceptualization of the teacher's role. While sharing many foundational principles, their perspectives also exhibit distinct differences shaped by their respective historical and cultural contexts. Operationally, their concepts remain applicable and offer valuable insights for modern educators, provided they are adapted to current pedagogical frameworks and enriched through contemporary educational strategies
THE EFFECT OF USING CROSSWORD PUZZLES ON THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF FIFTH GRADE STUDENTS AT SD INPRES 12/79 CELLU I
This research aims too determine how the use of the Crossword Puzzle media affects the science learning outcomes (IPAS) of fifth-grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu I, Tanete Riattang Timur Sub-district, Bone Regency, this study employed a quantitative method and a pre-experimental design. A One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used. The population consisted of 124 students, with a sample of 21 fifth-grade students selected using cluster random sampling. Data were collected through learning outcome tests administered before and after the use of the Crossword Puzzle media. These data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The average pretest score was 50.4, falling into the low category, while the average posttest score was 72.8, categorized as adequate, based on descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the data analysis were tested at a 5% significance level. The calculated t-value was 10.576, greater than the critical t-value of 2.08596. As a result, is accepted, indicating that the use of Crossword Puzzle media has a significant effect on the science learning outcomes (IPAS) of fifth-grade students at SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu I, Tanete Riattang Timur Sub-district, Bone Regency.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan media Crossword Pazzle berdampak pada hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V di SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu I, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur, Kabupaten Bone, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan metode pre-eksperimental. Desain Pretest-Posttest Satu Grup digunakan. Populasi berjumlah 124 siswa, dengan sampel sebanyak 21 siswa dari kelas V, dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media Crossword Pazzle. Data ini dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Nilai rata-rata pretest 50,4 berada dalam kategori kurang, dan nilai rata-rata posttest 72,8 berada dalam kategori cukup, menurut analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data dilakukan dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Nilai thitung sebesar 10,576 lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel sebesar 2,08596. Akibatnya, H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V SD Inpres 12/79 Cellu I, Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur, Kabupaten Bone, dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh penggunaan media Crossword Pazzle.
