Analisis Pendapatan dan Strategi Pengembangan Budidaya Pembesaran Ikan Lele (Clarias Sp) Konsumsi di Desa Patemon, Kecamatan Tanggul, Kabupaten Jember
Kabupaten Jember memproduksi ikan lele konsumsi sebesar 8.417 ton. Salah satunya Desa Patemon Kabupaten Jember yang berpotensi untuk melakukan usaha budidaya ikan lele konsumsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) pendapatan dan efisiensi usaha budidaya ikan lele konsumsi di Desa Patemon Kecamatan Tanggul Kabupaten Jember, (2) faktor internal dan faktor eksternal pada usaha budidaya ikan lele konsumsi, (3) strategi pengembangan usaha budidaya ikan lele konsumsi. Metode pengambilan sample dengan purposive sampling. Pendapatan dan efisiensi ke tiga responden budidaya ikan lele konsumsi di lokasi penelitian yaitu Bapak Munir sebesar Rp. 16.069.267 dengan nilai R/C ratio 1,29. Bapak Sumarto sebesar Rp. 15.838.601 dengan nilai R/C ratio 1,30. Bapak Ali Wafa sebesar Rp. 32.216.134 dengan nilai R/C ratio 1,26. (2) Faktor internal menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan (S) terbesar yaitu SDA yang mendukung, saprodi dan bibit ikan lele mudah didapatkan, kelemahan (W) terbesar yaitu penanganan hama dan penyakit dan faktor eksternal menunjukkan bahwa peluang (O) terbesar yaitu kondisi lingkungan yang aman dan peluang pasar yang cukup tinggi, ancaman (T) terbesar yaitu persaingan antar pembudidaya ikan lele. (3) Hasil analisis SWOT pada usaha ini terletak pada strategi S-O (Strenght-Opportunities). Analisis Switching Value Biaya Operasional Variabel Pada Usaha Agroindustri Getuk Pisang: Studi Kasus: UD. Getuk Pisang Madusari
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui batas maksimal kenaikan biaya operasional variabel yang masih dapat ditoleransi oleh usaha agroindustri getuk pisang UD. Madusari sebelum mencapai titik impas (Break Even Point). Tekanan kenaikan biaya akibat fluktuasi harga pasar menjadi tantangan kritis bagi usaha agroindustri skala kecil. Metode switching value sebagai variasi dari analisis sensitivitas digunakan untuk menilai ketahanan finansial usaha. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa usaha akan mencapai BEP apabila terjadi kenaikan biaya operasional variabel sebesar 11,92%. Temuan ini memberikan panduan penting bagi pelaku usaha dalam merancang strategi efisiensi dan pengendalian risiko pada beban operasional
Optimalisasi Karya Tulis Ilmiah Melalui Pelatihan Penggunan AI pada Guru Madrasah
This community service program aims to improve the scientific writing skills of madrasah teachers through training in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. The background of this activity is the low quality of teacher assistance for students participating in the Madrasah Young Researchers Supercamp (MYRES), mainly due to limited understanding of scientific writing and AI technology. The training was conducted at MTsN 2 Jombang using pedagogical and andragogical approaches, with materials covering the structure of research proposals and reports using ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Mendeley. The results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to draft research proposals and reports, provide strong arguments, present findings, and utilize AI tools in academic activities. Despite challenges such as time constraints and limited facilities, the training remained effective. This program has positively contributed to fostering a research culture and technological literacy within the madrasah environment, and has prepared teachers to guide students for the upcoming MYRES 2025
Inovasi Pembelajaran Otomotif melalui Implementasi Sensor Cerdas di SMAN Ambulu Jember
The rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and smart sensors in the automotive industry opens up great opportunities in the world of education, especially at the high school level. This community service program aims to introduce Arduino-based sensor and microcontroller technology to students of SMAN Ambulu Jember through a workshop approach and project-based learning. The method used in this activity uses the PAR (participatory action research) method with an interactive workshop approach and project-based learning that includes an introduction to types of automotive sensors such as DHT11, HC-SR04, and LDR as well as sensor installation and programming practices. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the concept of IoT and microcontrollers, as well as a high interest in studying the field. This workshop proves the effectiveness of the interactive learning model in improving students' technological literacy and readiness to face the challenges of industry 4.0
Program Penanganan Kucing liar di Sekitar Wilayah Kampus Sunan Giri Surabaya
The existence of stray cats in the Sunan Giri Surabaya Campus environment has caused a number of problems, both in terms of hygiene, comfort, and potential public health risks due to zoonotic diseases. In response to this, this community service activity is designed to provide solutions based on education, medical measures (sterilization), and the active involvement of the campus community in the ethical and sustainable management of feral cat populations. The methods used include initial observation of the cat population, education through seminars and campaign media, the implementation of the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program for 14 cats, and the construction of four feeding stations as feeding and monitoring points. This activity also involves the formation of student volunteer groups as a driver of program sustainability. The results of the activities show significant changes, including a decrease in the number of stray cats that roam aimlessly, an increase in the awareness of the academic community on the importance of humane animal management, and the creation of a cleaner and more comfortable campus environment. This program is proof that a collaborative and educational approach can create solutions that not only solve technical problems, but also build a broader culture of care in the college environment
Empowering SMPN 75 Teachers: Digital Platform Training for Innovative Learning Media
In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, education must keep pace with scientific and technological advancements to stay relevant. Integrating technology into learning is crucial for fostering effective, creative, innovative, and collaborative educational environments. Therefore, educators must master information technology to optimize teaching using various digital platforms. To enhance education quality, teachers at SMPN 75 Jakarta received training focused on developing interactive and innovative learning media. This initiative introduced them to the latest technologies designed to support classroom instruction. The sessions specifically covered using Canva for creating engaging learning materials and Kahoot for developing effective student assessment tools. Both Canva and Kahoot were chosen for their comprehensive features and user-friendliness. The methodology used in this program involved several stages such as observation, where the team visited the partner school to observe its conditions and environmental circumstances; literature review, to identify best practices and relevant digital tools for interactive learning; activity preparation, including designing training modules and organizing necessary resources; implementation, where the two-day training sessions were conducted; and evaluation, which involved collecting feedback and assessing the effectiveness of the training through participant reflections and performance assessments. Conducted over two days, the training was met with positive reception from the participating teachers. Evaluations revealed that the program significantly boosted their digital literacy and technical skills, particularly in the area of crafting interactive and innovative learning media. This directly contributes to improving the overall quality of education provided
Peran Kinerja dan Motivasi Mahasiswa Magang dalam Meningkatkan Citra Perusahaan Trading melalui Sosial Media di PT. Agrodana Futures Surabaya
The performance and motivation of internship students play a significant role in supporting the efforts of trading companies, particularly PT. Agrodana Futures Surabaya, in building a positive corporate image through social media, which is still negatively perceived by a portion of Indonesian society. As part of the millennial generation, students are increasingly regarded as potential young investors and hold a strategic position in educating the public about legal and responsible trading practices. Throughout the internship program, students engage in a series of structured activities, including morning briefings, training sessions, and market analysis, which equip them with relevant knowledge and skills. These competencies are utilized to disseminate educational information both directly and through social media platforms. The results of the program indicate that internship students are capable of making a substantial contribution to public education efforts aimed at improving the negative stigma associated with the company and the trading industry
Efektivitas Aplikasi Jember Sistem Informasi Pelayanan (J-SIP) dalam Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Akta Kelahiran Anak Kabupaten Jember
Administrative services are one of the important aspects that function to ensure the basic rights of citizens, including the right to obtain birth certificate documents. But the filing and issuance of birth certificates is often faced with a variety of obstacles, such as complicated procedures and long times. In addition, there are still many people who do not pay attention to their rights as citizens, namely obtaining population documents by taking care of them independently. Therefore, effective solutions are needed to improve the quality of these services. The Dispendukcapil's efforts to improve these services are to create the J-SIP (Jember Service Information System) application. From this background, the researcher is interested in conducting research related to Online Services for Recording Birth Certificates through the J-SIP Application (Jember Service Information System). This study aims to describe and identify the Effectiveness of the Jember Application of the Service Information System (J-SIP) in the Population Administration Service of Child Birth Certificates in Jember Regency. The theories in this study are NPS (New Public Service), E-Government, Effectiveness and Public Services. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach.The results of this study show that the J-SIP Application can increase the effectiveness of Population Administration in Jember Regency, the J-SIP Application according to IKM (Community Satisfaction Index) with a rating and review of 4.6 is very helpful and has been effectively used. Registration of birth certificates through the J-SIP application is fast, even within 3 days the documents have been issued by the Dispendukcapil. Meanwhile, according to ratings and reviews on Playstore, it shows that the J-SIP application still gets a rating of 2.6, this is one of the important factors for the Dispendukcapil government to improve its services. The application of the E-Government concept in the J-SIP Application is very clearly evidenced by the use of online applications
Pengaruh Geotropisme dan Hidrotropisme terhadap Panjang dan Kemunculan Radikula pada Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata L) dengan Metode Selang Tunggal
Geotropism is the movement of plants influenced by the Earth's gravitational force. Hydrotropism plays an important role for plants by helping to improve access to water, a vital factor for successful plant growth. Mung bean plants are rooted by their root system which is divided into two types, mesophytes and xerophytes. Growth affects the length of mung bean radicle without significantly affecting radicle emergence. This study was conducted with experimental methods using two groups of data: quantitative for radicle length and percentage of radicle emergence; and qualitative data for the direction of radicle growth. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the medium on dry-dry the direction of radicle growth in geotropism samples was positive, namely the direction of the roots towards the center of the earth While wet-dry treated with water limited by cotton, the radicle in geotropism samples was negative, namely the direction of the roots against gratification This is due to the roots being treated with water from the top of the hose which is limited by cotton, so that the roots go towards the water source
Alternatif Aljabar Untuk Bilangan Fuzzy Pentagonal
A part of the triangular fuzzy numbers, is what we call pentagonal fuzzy numbers. Plentyof alternatives for fuzzy pentagonal numbers are suggested by some writers. Particularlyfor scalar summation, subtraction, and multiplication, there is no enormous diversity.However, for multiplication, division, and inverse as well, there are so many algebraicoptions proposed by various scholars. Some writers defined the form of inverse for pentagonal fuzzy numbers in parametric. But it does not always result in identity. Sucha thing will also have implications in the process of how to invers the pentagonal fuzzynumbers matric. This paper proposes an alternative method to decide the inverse ofpentagonal fuzzy numbers, in the form of parametric. The first thing to do is toconstruct two midpoint for any pentagonal fuzzy. The midpoint are used to constructthe multiplication, division and inverse. Algebraic to any pentagonal fuzzy number inany single inverse such that it produces an identity inverse, likewise for a pentagonal fuzzy number matrix it produces an identity matrix inverse.
