Pengaruh Nilai Tukar dan Tingkat Inflasi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto Negara Anggota Organisasi Kerjasama Islam (OKI) Pespektif Ekonomi Islam Tahun 2008 – 2023
Get PDFPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh nilai tukar dan inflasi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) negara anggota OKI periode 2008–2023 dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan data sekunder dari Bank Dunia dan IMF, analisis dilakukan dengan regresi data panel menggunakan Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap PDB, sementara inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PDB. Dalam ekonomi Islam, stabilitas nilai tukar dan inflasi penting untuk keadilan (al-adl) dan kesejahteraan (maslahah). Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur makroekonomi di negara berkembang dan penerapan prinsip ekonomi Islam, serta diharapkan membantu pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang strategi pertumbuhan berkelanjutan
Penyuluhan Stunting di Desa Kadipaten Wonosobo Melalui KKN Mandiri Berbasis Hukum Keluarga Islam
Get PDFThe prevention of stunting in Indonesia, particularly in Desa Kadipaten, Kabupaten Wonosobo, is a key focus in efforts to improve the quality of life in the community. Stunting, which affects the physical and mental development of children, can be minimized through various approaches, one of which is legal awareness emphasizing parental responsibility for child health. As part of the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Mandiri program, students from the Law Department, Class C1, Universitas Tangerang, implemented a community service program in Desa Kadipaten to enhance the community’s understanding of stunting prevention through an Islamic family law approach. From the perspective of Islamic family law, parents have an obligation to provide adequate nutrition and ensure the health of their children, a responsibility that must be fulfilled to guarantee the optimal realization of children’s rights. This program was carried out through socialization, training for housewives, and discussions with community leaders and the village head. The results of this activity show an increase in community awareness regarding the importance of a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition management in preventing stunting. The legal awareness provided through this approach is expected to strengthen parental commitment in fulfilling children’s rights and support the development of a healthy and quality generation
Peningkatan Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Bank Sampah untuk Mewujudkan Ekonomi Berkelanjutan
Get PDFInefficient waste management often leads to negative impacts on the environment, health, and the economy of the community. One solution to address this issue is through the waste bank program, which not only reduces waste volume but also provides additional economic value to the community through recycling processes. This program is important for realizing a sustainable economy, especially in urban areas facing increasingly complex waste problems. This community service aims to enhance community participation in waste bank management in Gunung Anyar Tambak Village, as well as assess its impact on the local economy and environment. The applied methods include socialization to raise awareness about waste sorting, training for waste bank managers, and the implementation of a community-based waste management system. The results of this activity show a significant increase in community participation, from 25% to 60% within three months. Additionally, several families earned extra income from recycling waste. This program has also successfully raised environmental awareness among the community. The sustainability of the program requires further support from various parties, especially in strengthening capacity and maintaining existing facilities. Overall, this waste bank management shows great potential in creating a sustainable economy and improving the quality of life for the community

Get PDFThe high poverty rate and limited social participation in urban areas are key reasons for selecting this community service topic. Urban regions such as Surakarta City, particularly Purwosari Village, face significant social challenges that demand the active involvement of local communities. The Family Welfare Empowerment group (PKK) exists to support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The outcomes of PKK activities demonstrate that this empowerment group plays an active role in enhancing family education, health services, skills training, and the strengthening of social solidarity in urban settings. Furthermore, PKK serves as a platform for revitalizing social interaction in urban environments, which are often characterized by individualism, while also reinforcing community social capital. These findings affirm that PKK functions not only as a program implementer but also as a strategic agent of social change in advancing community-based sustainable development
Kesejahteraan Masyarakat melalui Pariwisata di Bali (Analisis Perjanjian Pengelolaan Wisata antara Pemerintah dengan Masyarakat Adat)
Get PDFThis paper discusses community welfare through the study of tourist attraction management agreements, with a focus on the form of cooperation agreements between the government and customary villages. This study looks at the gap in the management and distribution of income between the government and indigenous villages, which is often detrimental to local communities in cooperation agreements for a tourist attraction. This study uses a socio-legal research method with a legislative approach and conceptual analysis. In addition, this study also uses legal prescriptive analysis techniques in producing discussion analysis. The results of the study show that the existing agreements do not fully reflect the principles of justice and equality, so improvements are needed to improve the welfare of the local community. This research contributes as a reference to parties who want to make a tourism agreement that meets the main principles of the agreement and the validity of the agreement in the context of tourism.

Tulisan ini membahas kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kajian perjanjian pengelolaan daya tarik wisata, dengan fokus pada bentuk perjanjian kerjasama antara pemerintah dan desa adat. Penelitian ini melihat adanya kesenjangan dalam pengelolaan dan pembagian pendapatan antara pemerintah dan desa adat, yang seringkali merugikan masyarakat lokal dalam perjanjian kerjasama suatu daya tarik wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sosio-legal dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan analisis konseptual. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik analisis preskriptif hukum dalam menghasilkan analisis pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian yang ada belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan asas keadilan dan kesetaraan, sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini berkontribusi sebagai referensi kepada pihak-pihak yang ingin membuat suatu perjanjian kepariwisataan yang memenuhi asas-asas pokok perjanjian dan keabsahan perjanjian dalam konteks kepariwisataan

Studi literatur: Penerapan Metode Role Playing untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Materi Sistem Pencernaan
Get PDFThe Role Playing method is an innovative learning approach designed to encourage active participation of learners during teaching and learning activities. This research is a literature study that analyzes various previous studies on the effectiveness of the Role Playing method in an effort to optimize the learning outcomes of students in the topic of the digestive system. The method used in this research is the literature study method, where data is collected through reference searches using Google Scholar. This research involved primary sources, such as research results, research reports and scientific articles, as well as supporting sources to complement the information. This study showed an increase in the average learning outcomes of students increased by around 80-90%. Thus, it was concluded that, especially in the digestive system material. Based on the results of the literature review, the Role Playing method is proven to be an effective teaching strategy in improving students' understanding of digestive system material. This method provides opportunities for learners to play an active role by acting out various parts of the digestive system, so that they can understand concepts more deeply through direct experience
Doktrin Business Judgment Rule dalam UU BUMN: Batas Tanggung Jawab Direksi dalam Tindak Pidana Korupsi
Get PDFThe Board of Directors of BUMN Persero possesses extensive authority in the realm of business decision-making; however, it also faces the risk of criminalization should its decisions lead to financial losses for the state. This study is predicated upon the multitude of corruption cases that have implicated BUMN directors and the ambiguous demarcation between permissible business risks and criminal acts. Law No. 1 of 2025 has formally established the Business Judgment Rule as a protective measure for the Directors of BUMN Persero. The objective of this article is to analyze the extent to which the limitations of this principle are enforced within the context of criminal liability. The methodology employed in this research is normative juridical encompassing a qualitative analysis of legislation. The findings of this study suggest that the implementation of the Business Judgement Rule can safeguard directors, provided that it is executed with good faith, due diligence, and professional responsibility; however, such protection is nullified in instances of abuse of authority or legal transgressions.

Direksi BUMN Persero memiliki kewenangan yang luas dalam mengambil keputusan bisnis, tapi juga rentan terhadap kriminalisasi jika keputusan yang diambil menimbulkan kerugian negara. Penelitian ini didasarkan dari banyaknya kasus korupsi yang melibatkan direksi BUMN dan belum jelasnya batasan antara risiko bisnis yang wajar dan tindak pidana. UU No 1 Tahun 2025 telah menetapkan prinsip Business Judgement Rule sebagai bentuk perlindungan bagi Direksi BUMN Persero. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sejauh mana batasan prinsip tersebut diterapkan dalam konteks pertanggungjawaban pidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis hukum normatif dengan metode kualitatif terhadap perundang-undangan. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan Business Judgement Rule dapat malindungi direksi selama dilakukan dengan itikad baik, kehati-hatian dan tanggung jawab profeisonal, tapi tidak berlaku jika terjadi penyalah gunaan wewenang atau pelanggaran hukum

Implikasi Yuridis Wanprestasi Dalam Hukum Perdata Antara Teori Dan Praktik
Get PDFThis study focuses on the analysis of the legal implications of default in Indonesian civil law, both in terms of theory and judicial practice. The main objective of this study is to identify how the concept of default is understood normatively in the Civil Code and how it is applied in carrying out settlement practices through judicial institutions. Using normative legal research methods, this study examines various legal sources such as regulations, legal doctrines, and court decisions, as well as relevant current academic literature. The results of the study indicate that there is still a gap between the theoretical construction of default based on the principles of pacta sunt servanda and good faith, with real practices that often occur in matters of evidence, multiple interpretations of clauses, and the social context of the parties. In a number of court decisions, judges tend to apply a contextual and proportional approach in order to achieve substantive justice. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of harmonization between written legal norms and field practices to ensure effective legal protection for parties harmed by default.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis implikasi yuridis wanprestasi dalam hukum perdata Indonesia, baik dari sisi teori maupun praktik peradilan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana konsep wanprestasi dipahami secara normatif dalam KUHPerdata dan bagaimana penerapannya di dalam praktik penyelesaian sengketa melalui lembaga peradilan. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai sumber hukum seperti peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin hukum, dan putusan pengadilan, serta literatur akademik terkini yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kesenjangan antara konstruksi teoritis wanprestasi yang berlandaskan asas pacta sunt servanda dan itikad baik, dengan realitas praktik yang kerap kali dihadapkan pada persoalan pembuktian, multiinterpretasi klausul perjanjian, dan konteks sosial para pihak. Dalam sejumlah putusan pengadilan, hakim cenderung menerapkan pendekatan kontekstual dan proporsional guna mencapai keadilan substantif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya harmonisasi antara norma hukum tertulis dan praktik pengadilan untuk memastikan perlindungan hukum yang efektif bagi pihak yang dirugikan akibat wanprestasi.

Pengaruh Konsentrasi Jakaba Melalui Media Tanam dan Dosis Pupuk Npk Mutiara Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Cabai Rawit (Capsicum frustescens L.)
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of NPK Mutiara and Jakaba fertilizers on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants (Capsicum frustescens). This study was conducted in Kemiri Songo Hamlet, Lampeji Village, Mumbulsari District, Jember Regency, East Java Province, starting from June 2024 to October 2024. This study was conducted using a 3 x 3 Randomized Block Design with 3 replications. The first factor is Jakaba consisting of three levels, namely: J0 = Without Jakaba, J1 = Jakaba 40 ml / L, J2 = Jakaba 80 ml / L. The second factor is NPK Mutiara fertilizer (P) consisting of 3 levels, namely: P1 = NPK Mutiara 2 g / polybag, P2 = NPK Mutiara 4 g / polybag, and P3 = NPK Mutiara 6 g / polybag. The data obtained were then analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA), if significantly different, it will be continued with the Duncan test with a level of 5%. The results showed that Jakaba concentrations of 40 ml/l (J1) and 80 ml/l (J2) did not have a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter and fruit weight per plant. Mutiara NPK fertilizer with a dose of 2 g/polybag had a significantly different effect on plant height and stem diameter. Treatment at a dose of NPK 4 g/polybag was significantly different in the number of leaves and fruit weight per plant
Eksplorasi Etnomatematika pada Rumah Tradisional Pacenan
Get PDFThis research aims to identify the mathematical concepts found in traditional Pacenan houses. The methodology employed is ethnography with a descriptive approach. The research was conducted in Sumberbulus village, Ledok Ombo district, Jember regency, focusing on the Pacenan house as the subject. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique involved data reduction, data presentation, data analysis, and data exposition. The results of the study indicate that the traditional Pacenan house encompasses various geometric concepts, such as flat shapes (rectangles, triangles), solid shapes (cuboids), lines, angles, reflections (mirroring), congruence, and similarity. Elements of the house, such as the roof, doors, windows, and porch, reflect the application of geometric principles that have been passed down through generations within the Madurese culture. In conclusion, local culture can serve as a source of contextual mathematics learning through an ethnomathematics approach.
