APPLICATION OF P3 IN THE KARAWI MA TAHO BOOK IN SHAPING THE CHARACTER OF 2ND GRADE STUDENTS AT SDIT INSAN KAMIL SANTI IN BIMA CITY
Get PDFThe Independent Curriculum is an innovation with the aim of shaping the character of students that reflects Pancasila values in the form of the Pancasila Student Profile. Character formation includes moral values such as honesty, responsibility and a sense of respect, which are crucial aspects of education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of P3 through the book Karawi Ma Taho in shaping the character of 2nd grade students at SDIT Insan Kamil Santi, Bima City. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the Karawi Ma Taho book is effectively used as a behavioral assessment instrument based on P3 values. Student characters such as independence, discipline, religiosity, and mutual cooperation develop significantly. In addition, parental involvement and school culture also strengthened the success of this implementation. This study confirms that the integration of character assessment books in school culture is a careful plan in an effort to instill Pancasila values and the formation of students' character. Overall, the Karawi Ma Taho Book has proven to be an effective medium in fostering students' character holistically

In essence, humans do not only act as individual beings, but also as social beings who need help and support from others. In living everyday life, social interaction is inseparable as a means of mutual assistance and communication. One effort that can support the development of students' social and personal skills is through cross-class guidance. This service functions as a form of prevention as well as development, with the aim of providing insight, understanding, and experience to students in social, personal, learning, and career aspects, implemented on a large scale for the same class level. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of puzzle games in the use of media through large class guidance services in improving social interaction and self-confidence of students at SMAN 1 Alalak. The research method used is a one group pre-test and post-test design, where measurements are taken before and after the treatment is given. The study population includes 230 students of SMAN 1 Alalak, with a research sample of 62 students. Data analysis was carried out using the T-Test to accurately compare the results of the pre-test and post-test. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal psikologis, dukungan organisasi, dan kelelahan emosional terhadap niat Job hopping pada karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Bandar Lampung. Niat Job hopping menjadi fenomena yang semakin relevan di kalangan generasi muda, terutama dalam konteks dinamika pasar kerja yang kompetitif. Karyawan Generasi Z sering memiliki kecenderungan tinggi untuk berpindah pekerjaan, yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti kondisi psikologis dan kelelahan emosional, serta faktor eksternal seperti dukungan organisasi. Fenomena ini menarik untuk diteliti guna memahami penyebab dan dampaknya terhadap stabilitas tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, diikuti dengan uji asumsi klasik seperti normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat Job hopping. Modal psikologis memiliki pengaruh negatif (β = -0,390), sementara dukungan organisasi (β = 0,429) dan kelelahan emosional (β = 0,675) berpengaruh positif. Uji F menegaskan pengaruh simultan ketiga variabel (Fhitung = 66,490; sig. 0,000), dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 66,5%
Tinjauan Sistem Upah Bawon dalam Perspektif Hukum Islam di Desa Kembang Kecamatan Tlogosari Kabupaten Bondowoso
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik sistem upah bawon yang diterapkan kepada buruh tani di Desa Kembang, Kecamatan Tlogosari, Kabupaten Bondowoso, serta mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam. Sistem bawon merupakan bentuk pembagian hasil panen secara tradisional, yang diberikan kepada buruh tani yang telah terlibat sejak tahap awal pengolahan lahan hingga proses panen selesai. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa sistem bawon masih cukup banyak diterapkan oleh masyarakat setempat, meskipun secara perlahan mulai tergantikan oleh sistem upah yang lebih modern. Ditinjau dari perspektif hukum Islam, sistem ini dinilai sah dan dapat diterima selama pelaksanaannya memenuhi prinsip keadilan, kejelasan akad, serta kerelaan dari kedua belah pihak yang terlibat. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai syariah secara lebih tegas dan transparan dalam praktik kerja sama di sektor pertanian
Mengapa Ibu Rumah Tangga Boikot Produk Mengungkap Faktor-faktor Pemicunya
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan boikot produk di kalangan ibu rumah tangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap 15 ibu rumah tangga yang berusia antara 25 hingga 50 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pribadi, nilai dan keyakinan, kualitas produk, dampak lingkungan dan sosial, serta pengaruh keluarga dan teman merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan boikot. Selain itu, media sosial berperan penting sebagai sumber informasi yang meningkatkan kesadaran tentang isu-isu sosial dan politik. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam memahami perilaku konsumen dan merancang strategi yang lebih efektif dalam merespons isu-isu sosial yang kompleks

The Covid 19 virus pandemic in Indonesia has had an economic impact on small communities. Get PDFPhotosynthesis is an important process for plants to produce energy through the conversion of carbon dioxide and water into glucose and oxygen with the help of light energy. Environmental factors such as light intensity, carbon dioxide availability, temperature, and water concentration affect the rate of photosynthesis. This study aims to analyze the effect of light and NaHCO₃ (Sodium Bicarbonate) concentration on the speed of photosynthesis process in plants. One way to increase the availability of carbon dioxide for plants is by adding NaHCO₃ (Sodium Bicarbonate) solution. In this experiment, variations in light intensity, irradiation time and NaHCO₃ concentration were used to observe the rate of photosynthesis as measured by changes in the amount of oxygen produced. The results of this study indicate that both light and NaHCO₃ have an important role in influencing the rate of photosynthesis, but there is an optimal limit where further increase does not give significant results

Get PDFThe development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the banking industry, especially in transaction patterns and financial management. However, this progress is also accompanied by an increase in cybercrime risks, such as banking fraud and personal data breaches. The low level of digital financial literacy among students makes this group more vulnerable to various modes of banking fraud. This program aims to improve the digital financial literacy of students as an effort to prevent banking fraud and mitigate personal data breaches. The activities were conducted through mini seminars and interactive discussions, providing materials that included education on the use of secure passwords, identification of fraud schemes, and steps to mitigate data breaches. The results show that 76.7% of students have a better understanding of digital financial literacy and the importance of personal data protection. With a better understanding of the risks and preventive measures, students are more prepared to face digital threats when using banking services
Feed Production Training and Floating Net Cage Utilization for Fish Farming at KUPS Fisheries, LPHD Tanjung Sangalang, Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan
Get PDFThis article addresses the growing demand for fish products in Indonesia, driven by increased per capita fish consumption, which has risen from 43.88 to 54.49 kg annually. This surge has led to an expansion of fish farming activities, particularly within small-scale enterprises. However, a significant challenge faced by these farmers is the high cost of commercial fish feed, which accounts for 60-80% of total production expenses. These costs are further amplified by the reliance on expensive and environmentally harmful imported ingredients such as fishmeal and soybean meal. In response to these challenges, this study focuses on a community service initiative conducted at KUPS Fisheries in Tanjung Sangalang, Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan. The project aimed to provide local fish farmers with essential skills in feed production and the utilization of floating net cages for sustainable fish farming. Through training and hands-on practice, participants were introduced to cost-effective, locally sourced alternatives for fish feed, reducing dependency on expensive imports. The initiative also promoted environmentally friendly practices, contributing to both the economic and ecological sustainability of small-scale fish farming in the region
