Layanan Informasi Karir dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Karir Siswa Di SMA Katolik Giovanni Kupang
Full text linkThis study analyzes the role of career information services in helping students make career decisions at SMA Katolik Giovanni Kupang. Using a qualitative narrative approach, the research involved guidance and counseling (BK) teachers and 34 students from class XII-H. Data were collected through interviews and observations, then analyzed using data reduction, display, and conclusion techniques. The results showed that many students were still uncertain about choosing study majors and professions that match their interests and abilities. Factors influencing their decisions included parental influence, limited self-understanding, and lack of access to career and higher education information. Findings revealed that 79.4% of students began to understand their interests and talents, 85.3% gained knowledge about job opportunities, and 67.6% were able to make independent career decisions. BK teachers acted as facilitators and motivators, guiding students to identify their potential and connect personal values with societal needs. Despite its effectiveness, the program faced challenges such as limited technological facilities. Overall, the study concludes that career information services play a crucial role in developing students’ independence, confidence, and readiness to enter the professional world
Pengaruh Pendekatan Solution Focused Brief Counseling terhadap Resiliensi Akademik Siswa Kelas VII MTs Miftahul Arifin Lumajang
Full text linkThis study aims to identify the effects of the implementation of SFBC on the academic resilience of seventh-grade students at MTs Miftahul Arifin Lumajang in the 2022/2023 academic year. A total of 14 students were purposively selected from a total population of 141 students as study subjects. Data were obtained using questionnaires and documentation studies, using an academic resilience scale questionnaire. The output of the data collection process and data processing were carried out to apply the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and the Mann-Whitney Test using SPSS version 25 software. Academic resilience refers to an individual's capacity to face and overcome various challenges in the educational environment, where perseverance is one of the main indicators. Based on the results of the analysis, a significance value of Asymp.Sig. of 0.018 was obtained in the Wilcoxon Test and 0.003 in the Mann-Whitney Test. Based on the provision that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected if the Asymp.Sig. value is below 0.05, the results of the analysis support the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Thus, this study concludes the following: first, there was a significant change in the students' condition between before and after treatment, indicating an improvement after they participated in group counseling services using the scaling question technique. Second, the SFBC approach through group counseling with the scaling question technique was proven to have a positive impact on increasing the academic resilience of seventh grade students at MTs Miftahul Arifin Lumajang

Full text linkBasic learning guidance services play a crucial role in supporting students’ academic success and holistic development. Individual differences in character, abilities, and learning styles require systematic guidance to help students maximize their potential. This study aims to elaborate on the concepts, objectives, service types, implementation, and challenges of basic learning guidance services in schools. The research applied a literature review method by examining journals, books, and policy documents published within the last decade. The findings indicate that basic services consist of key components such as classroom guidance, orientation, information, group guidance, and data collection. These services are designed to foster positive attitudes, develop effective learning skills, and assist students in overcoming academic difficulties. However, implementation is still hindered by limited counseling teachers, inadequate facilities, and a low level of public awareness of the importance of these services. The study concludes that basic learning guidance services are essential in education and should be strengthened through collaboration among stakeholders, technology integration, and continuous counselor training to more effectively support students’ academic achievement and overall development

Full text linkThis study aims to examine the relationship between marital happiness and social support with self-acceptance among mothers of children with disabilities at SLBN 3 Banjarmasin. Marital happiness is influenced by good communication, mutual respect, trust, commitment, and the ability to resolve conflicts and create joyful moments. For mothers of children with disabilities, social support is a key factor in fostering self-acceptance. Those living in supportive environments tend to experience greater well-being than those without such support.This correlational research involved 94 mothers of children with disabilities as respondents. The independent variables were marital happiness (X1) and social support (X2), while the dependent variable was self-acceptance (Y). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method.The results showed a significant positive relationship between marital happiness and social support with self-acceptance. This indicates that higher levels of marital happiness and perceived social support contribute to greater self-acceptance among mothers raising children with disabilitie
Peran Kelembagaan Petani dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Rantai Pasok Beras di Era Digitalisasi Pertanian
Full text linkTransformasi digital dalam sektor pertanian menuntut adanya penguatan kelembagaan petani agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan sistem produksi dan distribusi yang semakin berbasis teknologi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran kelembagaan petani dalam meningkatkan daya saing rantai pasok beras di era digitalisasi pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif pendekatan studi literatur, yang bersumber dari publikasi ilimiah dan penelitian terdahulu mengenai digitalisasi pertanian, rantai pasok beras, serta penguatan kelembagaan petani di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelembagaan petani memiliki peran strategis dalam memperkuat koordinasi, efisiensi produksi, distribusi, dan pemasaran hasil pertanian. Pemanfaatan teknologi digital memberi peluang bagi petani untuk mengakses informasi pasar secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih efektif. Meskipun penerapan digitalisasi masih menghadapi kendala seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan akses pembiayaan, peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan petani melalui dukungan pemerintah dan lembaga terkait menjadi langkah penting agar kelembagaan petani mampu bertransformasi menjadi organisasi agribisnis modern yang berdaya saing dan berkelanjutan
Website Duwetku: Sebagai Upaya Akuntabilitas Dana Pendidikan pada LP Maarif RA Kabupaten Jember
Full text linkPengelolaan dana pendidikan yang transparan dan akuntabel merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga pendidikan. Namun, di banyak satuan pendidikan, sistem pelaporan keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan, ketidakakuratan, serta kurangnya akses informasi bagi pihak terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Website Duwetku sebagai media akuntabilitas dana pendidikan pada LP Maarif RA Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dilakukan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analisa, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi). Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa Website Duwetku mampu memfasilitasi proses pencatatan, pelaporan, dan publikasi keuangan secara digital, sehingga meningkatkan transparansi dan mempermudah akses informasi bagi pengelola sekolah, orang tua, maupun pengawas lembaga. Implementasi website ini juga berdampak pada peningkatan efisiensi administrasi keuangan serta mendorong budaya akuntabilitas di lingkungan pendidikan. Dengan demikian, Website Duwetku dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk mewujudkan tata kelola dana pendidikan yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan.
Eksplorasi Keterampilan Kolaboratif Peserta didik pada Materi Fotosintesis dan Pembelahan Mitosis
Full text linkThis activity aims to explore and improve the collaborative skills of students at SMA Kristen 1, Salatiga with class XII IPA students as participants. The data collection technique used a collaborative skills observation sheet with indicators 1) working productively; 2) being responsible; 3) respecting other students and; 4) compromising. The data analysis technique used the percentage of collaborative skills. In photosynthesis learning, students with collaborative skills in the exemplary category reached 14 people (19.4%), proficient 47 people (65.3%), basic 9 people (12.5%), and novice only 2 people (2.8%). In mitosis learning, students who had collaborative skills in the exemplary category were only 9 people (12.5%), proficient 52 people (72.2%), basic 8 people (11.1%), and novice only 3 people (4.2%). In the aspect of working productively in photosynthesis learning, the novice category reached 8 people (11.1%), while in mitosis learning the novice category was only 2 people (2.8%). In the aspect of being responsible for photosynthesis, the novice category reached 9 people (12.5%), while in mitosis learning, the novice category was only 4 people (5.6%). Furthermore, in photosynthesis learning in the aspect of flexibility and compromise, the novice category reached 8 people (11.1%), while in mitosis learning the novice category was only 7 people (9.7%). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in the number of students who are increasingly skilled in collaborating with students
Pengembangan Alat Penyiraman Otomatis untuk Budidaya Jamur di Kelurahan Karang Joang Balikpapan
Full text linkMasyarakat kawasan Giri Rejo memiliki latar belakang pekerjaan yang berbeda. Saat ini Masyarakat mulai mengembangkan budidaya jamur sebagai mata pencaharian tambahan. Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pelaku usaha, terdapat beberapa kendala yang mereka hadapi yaitu mengenai mekanisme penyiraman jamur tiram. Sumber air untuk proses penyiraman pada lokasi budidaya jamur cukup jauh. Sehingga membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang banyak untuk melakukan proses ini tiap harinya. Masyarakat saat ini masih menggunakan metode manual dengan sistem penyiraman menggunakan sprayer sederhana.Kegiatan ini merupakan rangkaian dari Kuliah Kerja Nyara (KKN) mahasiswa yang bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi pada kehidupan bermasyarakat untuk meningkatkan efesiensi dan efektivitasi usaha kecil dan mikro. Alat penyiraman otomatis ini menjadi salah satu solusi yang diharapkan bisa membantu petani sekitar untuk mengembangkan budidaya jamur tiramnya
Penguatan Daya Saing UMKM Tempe Daun Melalui Branding dan Tranformasi Digital
Full text linkTo improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), digital marketing is essential. One example is the Tempe Daun in Loh Sumber Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara. This MSMEs still uses conventional marketing methods and cannot reach a wide market. This community service program aims to assist MSMEs with branding strategies and the use of digital technology to get more customers (Tiani et al., 2024). Preliminary studies are conducted to understand the business conditions, interviews with business owners are conducted to collect data, the data was analyzed to identify the main problems, and mentoring and socialization are used to build strategies. This activity was carried out in several steps, such as creating a Shopee seller account, registering and tracking the business locations on Google Maps, providing training on logo creation and branding design using Canva, and socializing with business owners to improve their understanding of digital marketing. The results of the activity showed that using branding and digital marketing strategies increased the visibility of Tempe Daun products, making them better known in Loh Sumber Village and in other areas. In addition, these efforts encourages business owners to use online platforms more frequently to increase their business sales. In conclusion, Tempe Daun MSMEs have successfully utilized digital technology through this service program. This discovery is important because it is an example of a simple yet effective innovation that can be applied by other MSMEs to improve their competitiveness and business sustainability

Full text linkKonflik internal antarindividu di lingkungan sekolah sering kali muncul akibat perbedaan pandangan, keyakinan, atau kurangnya pemahaman terhadap nilai-nilai keberagaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran moderasi beragama dalam mengatasi konflik internal antarindividu di MA Miftahul Ulum Ranupakis. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan moderasi beragama secara konsisten mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap pentingnya keberagaman, mengurangi potensi terjadinya konflik antarindividu di sekolah, serta mendorong terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dan harmonis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa moderasi beragama dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam menciptakan harmoni sosial di MA Miftahul Ulum Ranupakis, sekaligus membentuk karakter individu yang lebih toleran dan adaptif terhadap perbedaan
