    Pemanfaatan Live Streaming untuk Meningkatkan Daya Tarik Konsumen dan Penjualan Produk Body Care

    The purpose of this study was to determine the Utilization of Live Streaming to Increase Consumer Attraction and Sales of Body Care Products, With the right marketing strategy, products can be more competitive in the market while reaching a wider range of consumers, especially among young consumers who are familiar with technology. The collection technique in this service uses the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) as a framework for analyzing the use of live streaming as a marketing strategy in increasing consumer attractiveness and sales of body care products. The results of the writing, The application of live streaming as a marketing strategy at CV Avero Indonesia has proven effective in attracting consumer attention and increasing sales. Live streaming increases interaction with the audience, consumer awareness of the product, and trust and emotional connection between the brand and consumers. It also expands audience reach through digital platforms. However, challenges such as dependence on technology stability and less engaging information delivery need to be overcome. Therefore, maintaining technological stability and enhancing content creativity are key to the success of the live streaming strategy going forward

     The term adolescence comes from the Latin word adolescere which means "to grow" or "to grow into adulthood". Adolescence can be interpreted as a time when someone grows from childhood to maturity. Schools play an important role in the psychological, social and emotional development of a teenager. A positive environment will have an impact on positive mental development and vice versa. At school, children are taught to form positive social interactions, namely creating healthy relationships, mutual respect, appreciation, cooperation and mutual support between students at school. Bullying comes from the word bully which means a bully, a person who disturbs weak people. Smith and Thompson argue that bullying behavior is a set of deliberate actions that cause physical and psychological injury to the victim (Yunistita et al., 2022). Forms of bullying behavior according to Sejiwa (Dewi, 2020) are a). physical bullying, b). verbal bullying and c). mental bullying or also known as social bullying. The impact of bullying on the perpetrator can cause the perpetrator to have a less empathetic attitude and social interaction

    The role of parents in their children's moral and academic education is key in the formation of a generation of character and achievement. Islamic values provide holistic guidance for parents to assist their children in instilling noble morals while achieving academic success. This article aims to describe the implementation of a workshop designed to increase parents' understanding and involvement in educating their children based on Islamic values. The activity involved interactive sessions, group discussions and practical simulations to provide participants with practical insights. The results of the workshop showed an increase in parents' awareness of the importance of their role in supporting their children's education, both morally and academically. In addition, participants were able to identify concrete strategies that can be applied in daily life to strengthen Islamic value-based education. Thus, this activity contributes to the empowerment of parents as the main partners in building a superior and noble generation

    The Entrepreneur Training for Anugrah Sukses Berkah Internasional (ASBI) Honey aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of the community in managing and developing local honey businesses, particularly pure honey and pure honey with herbal additives. This event was held on February 8, 2025, at the ASBI PT. Auditorium, Metro City, Lampung, with 100 participants from various regions in Lampung. The training featured three expert speakers: Zainal Abidin, the owner of PT. ASBI, who presented the company's profile and strategies for developing ASBI honey business; Ari Suponto, a marketing expert, who explained marketing techniques and product development for ASBI honey; and Habib Ismail, an entrepreneurship practitioner, who shared insights on the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset in managing a business. The method used in this community service is an approach that combines training, education, and mentoring, aimed at providing practical understanding to participants on essential aspects of developing a honey business. Through these training sessions, participants were taught the importance of digital marketing, sound financial management, and product development to increase competitiveness in the market. The outcome of this training is expected to empower the community to professionally and sustainably develop the ASBI honey business while expanding the local honey product market network at the national level

    Perlindungan Hukum bagi Anak Usia Sekolah Terkait dengan Penyediaan Alat Kontrasepsi

    Article 103 paragraph 4 in PP No. 28 of 2024 concerning Health states the Provision of contraceptives for school-age children. The provision of contraceptives for school-age children is contrary to the principle of legal protection for children. Legal issues in this study: 1) Is the Provision of Contraceptives for School-Age Children Not Contrary to the Principle of Legal Protection for Children; 2) What is the Ratio Legis of the Regulations on the Article on the Provision of Contraceptives for School-Age Children in PP No. 48 of 2024 concerning Health. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the ratio legis and the regulation of the Provision of Contraceptives for School-Age Children Not Contrary to the Principle of Legal Protection for Children. This type of research is normative juridical. The results of the study are the ratio legis of PP No. 28 of 2024 concerning Health is to increase understanding and access for school-age and adolescents to reproductive health. Meanwhile, no additional explanation was found in Article 103 paragraph 4 point e regarding the provisions for the provision of contraceptives. If the focus is on those who are married, this is not in accordance with the category of the school age range that is allowed to marry. Meanwhile, if the focus is on education, it is less appropriate because the concept of provision means providing "physical goods" directly to school-age individuals. ABSTRAK Pasal 103 ayat 4 dalam PP No 28 Tahun 2024 tentang Kesehatan menyebutkan Penyediaan alat kontrasepsi bagi anak usia sekolah. Penyediaan alat kontrasepsi untuk anak usia sekolah bertentangan dengan prinsip perlindungan hukum bagi anak. Isu hukum dalam penelitian ini: 1) Apakah Penyediaan Alat Kontrasepsi Untuk Anak Usia Sekolah Tidak Bertentangan dengan Prinsip Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Anak; 2) Apa Ratio Legis Pengaturan Tentang Pasal Penyediaan Alat Kontrasepsi Bagi Anak Usia Sekolah pada PP No. 48 Tahun 2024 Tentang Kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis ratio legis dan pengaturan Penyediaan Alat Kontrasepsi Untuk Anak Usia Sekolah Tidak Bertentangan dengan Prinsip Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Anak. Jenis penelitian ini yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian adalah ratio legis dari PP No. 28 Tahun 2024 tentang Kesehatan adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan akses bagi usia sekolah dan remaja terhadap kesehatan reproduksi. Sementara tidak ditemukan penjelasan tambahan dalam Pasal 103 ayat 4 poin e mengenai ketentuan penyediaan alat kontrasepsi. Jika fokus pada yang telah menikah, hal ini kurang sesuai dengan kategori rentang usia sekolah yang diperbolehkan menikah. Sementara jika fokus untuk edukasi kurang sesuai karena konsep penyediaan yang tersebut berarti memberikan “barang fisik” secara langsung kepada individu dengan usia sekolah Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum; Anak Usia Sekolah; Alat Kontraseps

    BIOGRAPHY OF KH. ACHMAD MUZAKKI SYAH: HIS ROLE AND INFLUENCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF AL QODIRI ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL IN JEMBER

    This article discusses the biography of KH. Muzakki Syah, a charismatic scholar from Jember, East Java, who is known as the founder of Al-Qodiri Islamic Boarding School. This research aims to explore his life journey, the process of establishing the pesantren, as well as the ideas of da’wah and education that he developed. This research uses historical method with biographical approach. Data were obtained through literature study of scientific articles, biography books, and institutional documentation. The results showed that KH. Muzakki Syah applied Sufistic da’wah with a spiritual therapy approach through dzikir manaqib and multicultural values. Pesantren Al-Qodiri developed into a large foundation with more than 4,000 students and educational institutions from elementary to college level. KH. Muzakki Syah’s contribution reflects the integration of spirituality, local culture, and inclusive education, making his pesantren responsive to socio-religious challenges in the modern era

    Karakteristik Penyelesaian Perselisihan Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Pemerintah oleh LKPP

    This study aims to examine the characteristics of the PBJP dispute settlement conducted by LKPP, as well as legal certainty and the ideal concept of PBJP dispute settlement by LKPP in the future. The method utilized by this study is a normative legal review using a legal regulatory approach that examines a rule of norms and a case approach that is linear with the issues to be resolved. The results of this study show that the characteristics of dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration by an independent and professional LKPP, as well as the adoption of technology in dispute resolution can increase efficiency and transparency in procurement in accordance with the culture of deliberation in Indonesia. The regulation of dispute resolution by LKPP has not provided legal certainty, because the provisions related to dispute resolution that are excluded are contrary to higher regulations and the principles of the agreement, thus not providing legal certainty for the parties. The ideal concept of PBJP dispute resolution in Indonesia can combine local wisdom with technological developments to provide more effective and credible solutions. This will improve the efficiency and transparency of the procurement process, ensure dispute resolution is in line with local culture and values, and provide the desired legal certainty.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mencoba untuk melihat karakteristik penyelesaian sengketa PBJP yang dilakukan oleh LKPP, serta kepastian hukum dan konsep ideal penyelesaian sengketa PBJP oleh LKPP kedepan. Metode yang dimanfaatkan oleh kajian ini berupa penelaahan hukum normatif dengan memakai pendekatan peraturan yang legal yang menelaah suatu aturan norma serta pendekatan kasus yang linier dengan isu yang akan dipecahkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik penyelesaian sengketa melalui mediasi dan arbitrase oleh LKPP yang independen dan profesional, serta adopsi teknologi dalam penyelesaian sengketa dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi dalam pengadaan sesuai dengan budaya musyawarah di Indonesia. Pengaturan penyelesaian sengketa oleh LKPP belum memberikan kepastian hukum, karena ketentuan terkait penyelesaian sengketa yang dikecualikan kontrdiktif dengan peraturan di atasnya dan asas-asas perjanjian, sehingga tidak memberikan kepastian hukum bagi para pihak. Konsep ideal penyelesaian sengketa PBJP di Indonesia dapat mengkombinasikan kearifan lokal dengan perkembangan teknologi untuk memberikan solusi yang lebih efektif dan kredibel. Ini akan meningkatkan efisiensi dan transparansi proses pengadaan, memastikan penyelesaian sengketa sesuai dengan budaya dan nilai-nilai lokal, serta memberikan kepastian hukum yang diinginkan.  Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, penyelesaian sengketa; PBJP; LKP

    Integrasi Augmented Reality dalam Pembelajaran Matematika: Tinjauan Teoretis Pendekatan Kognitif dan Visualisasi Spasial

    This research aims to examine the integration of Augmented Reality (AR) technology in mathematics learning in terms of the cognitive approach and the role of spatial visualization. The problem of low understanding of abstract mathematical concepts and weak student motivation to learn is an important background for the need for technology-based learning innovation. The method used in this research is a literature study by analyzing various scientific sources over the last ten years, both in the form of journals, books and relevant research reports. This study focuses on the use of AR in mathematics learning in relation to cognitive theories such as Cognitive Load Theory and Dual Coding Theory, as well as its contribution in improving students' spatial visualization abilities. The results of the study show that the use of AR can significantly increase understanding of mathematical concepts, learning motivation and student engagement. AR is also effective in conveying information multimodally which supports optimal information retention and processing. However, the effectiveness of AR implementation is highly dependent on teacher readiness, suitability of content, and infrastructure support. Therefore, the integration of AR in learning needs to be accompanied by teacher training and mature implementation strategies in order to be able to answer the challenges of mathematics learning in the digital era.     Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Etno-digital dengan Materi Prisma untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa

    Mathematics is often considered difficult because the material taught is not closely connected to students’ daily-life. Ethnomathematics offers an alternative approach by linking mathematical concept with local culture. Meanwhile, digital technology enables content delivery more interactively and engagingly. This research aims to develop an ethno-digital learning toll that is valid, practical, and effective ini improving student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Pamekasan. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The developed device integrates local cultural elements with digital media to create contextual and meaningful learning. The research instruments include validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The validation results indicated that the device is highly valid and user-friendly, and it received positive feedback. The significant improvement in student learning outcomes in the experimental class shows that the device is suitable for use in the mathematics education.     Story Mapping Technique on Tenth Grade Students’ Writing Ability at SMKS Raksana 2 Medan

    This study aims to determine whether the Story Mapping Technique can significantly influence the ability to write recount texts at the tenth grade of SMKS Raksana 2 Medan. The Story Mapping Technique used in this study is based on the theory proposed by Li (2007). Using purposive sampling technique, the population of this study consisted of all tenth-grade students at SMKS Raksana 2 Medan, totaling 66 students divided into five classes. The results showed a significant improvement in students' writing ability after the implementation of the Story Mapping Technique. Data analysis using the t-test revealed that the calculated t-value was 2.054, while the t-table value was 1.697 at a significance level of p < 0.05. Since the t-calculated> t-table (2.054>1.697), it was concluded that applying the Story Mapping Technique had a significant effect on students' ability to write recount texts in the tenth grade at SMKS Raksana 2 Medan. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, while the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. Based on these findings, the Story Mapping Technique is proven to be effective in improving students' ability to write recount texts and can be considered an alternative method for teaching writing at the secondary school level
