Pendampingan Kalibrasi Arah Kiblat sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Ketepatan Praktik Ibadah
Get PDFThis community service program aims to improve the accuracy of qibla determination in the mosques and prayer rooms of Tepanas Hamlet through a Community Based Research (CBR) approach. Initial observations revealed qibla deviations ranging from 1° to 15°, caused by the use of traditional methods without astronomical verification and the low level of falak literacy among worship place administrators. Through the CBR model, activities were designed participatorily through several stages: problem identification, planning, training, field action, evaluation, and empowerment. The training focused on the use of the Mizwala, a highly accurate sun-shadow-based instrument, complemented by verification using GPS applications. During the field action stage, five worship facilities were successfully recalibrated, resulting in the elimination of all deviations and full alignment with the theoretical azimuth. The evaluation indicated a significant improvement in participants’ technical competence, including the ability to read the Mizwala scale and validate measurement results. The program continued with the establishment of local falakiyah cadres as a sustainability measure. The outcomes demonstrate that the CBR approach is effective in enhancing community capacity while producing an accurate, participatory, and sustainable model for qibla calibration

Get PDFThe rapid development of science and technology encourages the improvement of various intellectual works, including trademarks, which have strategic value in the business world. In Indonesia, the legal protection of trademarks is regulated in Law Number 20 Year 2016 on Trademarks and Geographical Indications which adheres to the *first to file* principle, which gives exclusive rights to the party who first registers the trademark. This research aims to analyze the application of the *first to file* principle in the trademark legal protection system in Indonesia through a case study of the dispute between TikTok Ltd and Fenfiana Saputra. The method used is normative legal research with an analytical descriptive approach, using secondary data in the form of laws and regulations, court decision documents, and related legal literature. The results show that the *first to file* principle emphasizes the importance of registration as a basis for legal protection. In this case, the early registration by Fenfiana Saputra in class 25 provides valid legal rights even though TikTok Ltd is the owner of a globally famous mark
Analisis Cemaran Escherichia coli terhadap Kesehatan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Jayapura Selatan
Get PDFEscherichia coli merupakan salah satu indikator pencemaran air yang dapat berdampak pada kesehatan masyarakat, terutama dalam lingkungan dengan sanitasi yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pencemaran E. coli terhadap kesehatan masyarakat di Kecamatan Jayapura Selatan. Sampel air diambil dari tiga lokasi, yaitu Kampung Tobati, Kelurahan Hamadi, dan Kelurahan Argapura, serta dilakukan pengujian jumlah bakteri coliform menggunakan metode Most Probable Number (MPN). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan coliform pada sumber air bersih di beberapa lokasi melebihi batas standar yang ditetapkan, dengan konsentrasi tertinggi ditemukan di wilayah Argapura. Selain itu, wawancara dengan masyarakat mengungkap bahwa diare merupakan salah satu penyakit yang paling umum terjadi di daerah tersebut, dengan angka kejadian mencapai 28,33%. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pencemaran E. coli pada sumber air bersih berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya kasus penyakit yang ditularkan melalui air, sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan sanitasi dan pengelolaan limbah untuk mengurangi risiko kesehatan masyarakat
Analisis Karakteristik Pasien dan Pemberian Vaksin Anti Rabies (VAR) pada Kasus Gigitan Hewan di Puskesmas Kota Medan pada Tahun 2024
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien serta pemberian Vaksin Anti Rabies (VAR) pada kasus gigitan hewan di Puskesmas Kota Medan tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dilaksanakan pada Maret 2025. Sampel terdiri dari 50 pasien yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria hanya pasien yang menerima VAR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pasien yang menerima VAR adalah perempuan (59,09%). Kelompok usia yang paling banyak terdampak adalah dewasa (54,55%). Luka gigitan paling sering ditemukan pada bagian kaki (34,00%). Selain itu, jumlah total kunjungan pasien untuk menyelesaikan jadwal Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) hingga pemberian VAR ke-3 mencapai 150 kunjungan.
THE ROLE OF CHILDREN TO PARENTS A PERSPECTIVE FROM THE QURAN SURAH AL ISRA, VERSES 23-24
Get PDFThis article discusses the role of children towards parents from the perspective of the Qur'an, especially based on Surah Al-Isra, verses 23-24. In this verse, Allah SWT commands humans to worship only Him and to be kind to both parents with respect and affection. Children are required not to say harsh words such as "ah" or shout at their parents, especially when they are elderly. An attitude of humility, gentleness in speech, and praying for mercy for parents are real forms of filial piety. This command emphasizes the importance of harmonious relationships in the family as a moral and spiritual foundation, while also emphasizing that devotion to parents has a very high position after monotheism to Allah. This article also highlights the implications of moral education contained in this verse, which teaches children to respect and love their parents as a form of gratitude for their services in educating and caring for them since childhood

Get PDFThis program aims to increase understanding and skills about live pharmacy plants that are beneficial for health in efforts to prevent the spread of disease, increase knowledge about the cultivation of various types of live pharmacy plants that have economic value, increase public awareness in preventing the spread of the pandemic, and encourage community independence in developing the potential of natural resources around them, especially those derived from live pharmacy plants. The method used is PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal), where the activity program involves partners in activities and activities carried out at partner locations. The use of PRA is carried out independently and in cooperation, so that community independence and several principles are realized. Based on the results of discussions conducted with partners, the partners will continue to strive to develop one of the products derived from existing medicinal plants. This is done because the partners want a typical village drink that is efficacious in maintaining immunity, especially when visitors visit the village. The partners also want the existing medicinal plants with special packaging for souvenir production in Sukahurip village. It can be concluded that the program has had a significant positive impact on the community, as evidenced by the increased awareness, understanding, and cultivation of living pharmacy at home, as well as a surge in the number of households that have a living pharmacy. In addition to the impact on health, the program has opened new economic opportunities
ANALYSIS OF THE MESSAGE OF CHILDRENS STORIES BY PGMI STUDENTS AS AN ALTERNATIVE LITERATURE LEARNING MATERIAL IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the moral messages contained in children’s stories written by students of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education (PGMI) program as an alternative literary learning material in elementary schools. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data drawn from children’s story manuscripts written by 10 third-semester PGMI students at the Islamic University of Jember. The analysis focused on narrative passages and dialogues containing moral values, using Miles and Huberman’s model of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that all student-created stories included moral messages that are appropriate as role models for pupils. The messages were conveyed both explicitly and implicitly, encompassing character values such as honesty, responsibility, religiosity, hard work, and gratitude. These findings suggest that PGMI students’ literary works can serve as alternative teaching materials that are contextual, engaging, and relevant for fostering positive character development in elementary students. Thus, student-created children’s stories not only act as a medium of creative expression but also contribute significantly to character education and literacy in primary schools
APPLICATION OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING INTEGRATED WITH TEACHING AT THE RIGHT LEVEL TO IMPROVE IPAS LEARNING OUTCOMES
Get PDFThe study purposes to improve students' learning results in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model integrated with the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) approach. The background of this study is the low learning outcomes in IPAS at SDN Bondongan due to teacher-centered learning that does not consider the different learning abilities of students. This investigation is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, involving 27 fifth-grade students in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Tests of learning outcomes and observations of students' educational activities were used to gather data. The average scores and the proportion of students who learned everything they needed to from cycle I to cycle II both significantly improved, according to the results. The classical completeness rose from 33.33% to 88.89%, while the average score rose from 50 to 80. In addition, the active participation and engagement of students in learning have also increased. This finding shows that the application of the PBL model combined with the TaRL approach is effective in improving IPAS learning results

No full textAdolescence is an important period in the formation of self-identity, personality, and social skills that determine the quality of life in adulthood. One of the challenges often experienced by adolescents is conflict, both internal and external, which if not managed properly can have a negative impact on emotional well-being and social relationships. This study aims to improve adolescents' understanding of the importance of conflict management skills and to introduce ways to develop these skills effectively. The scope of the study includes an introduction to the concept of conflict, approaches to increasing awareness and conflict management skills, and the creation of a conducive environment in schools and families. The method used is a literature review of various relevant scientific sources, including journals, articles, and books published in the last five years. The results of the review indicate that conflict management skills can be developed through character education, social skills training, and direct practice, all of which will be more effective if supported by an open and supportive environment. The development of these skills needs to be an integral part of adolescent education through collaboration between educators, counselors, and parents in order to optimally support adolescent social-emotional developmen
Audit Delay pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate di Indonesia: Analisis Pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Solvabilitas dengan Pemoderasi Ukuran Perusahaan
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap audit delay dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel pemoderasi pada perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021–2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat analisis Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dan menggunakan model efek acak (random effect). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 31 perusahaan selama empat tahun observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas (ROA) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap audit delay, sementara solvabilitas (DAR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Ukuran perusahaan terbukti mampu memoderasi hubungan antara profitabilitas dan audit delay, namun tidak memoderasi hubungan antara solvabilitas dan audit delay. Temuan ini mendukung teori agensi dan teori sinyal terkait peran kinerja keuangan dan karakteristik perusahaan dalam mempercepat proses audit. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman bagi manajemen dan investor bahwa peningkatan profitabilitas dan skala perusahaan dapat meminimalkan keterlambatan pelaporan audit. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada sektor industri yang spesifik dan periode waktu yang terbatas, sehingga disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar memperluas cakupan variabel dan sektor yang diteliti
