    Get PDF
Based on CiteSpace, this study performed a bibliometric analysis of 400 articles (100 English, 300 Chinese) from PubMed and CNKI (2015–2025) to investigate the role of microglia in neuropathic pain (NP). The findings reveal a growing volume of literature in this field, with neuroinflammation representing a major research focus. Keyword analysis identified "neuroinflammation" (Chinese frequency: 62, centrality: 0.55) and "neuropathic pain" (English frequency: 60, centrality: 0.51) as the most representative terms. Microglia modulate inflammatory responses via M1/M2 polarization, involving channels such as TRPV4 and VRAC, and signaling pathways including CXCL13 and NLRP3, playing a central role in NP development. Future research should further elucidate microglial heterogeneity and immune regulatory mechanisms to identify novel therapeutic targets for NP

This study investigates the pragmatic strategies employed by interpreters in Sino-U.S. diplomatic negotiations, with a specific focus on the application of politeness principles. As interpreters serve not only as linguistic translators but also as cultural mediators, their role is critical in navigating the complexities of communication, particularly during discussions on sensitive political, economic, and social issues. The research evaluates how interpreters balance their responsibilities, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness while managing the face needs of both negotiating parties. Utilizing case analyses of significant diplomatic events, including the Shanghai Communiqué and Sino-U.S. trade negotiations, the study highlights the strategic use of positive and negative politeness strategies to foster mutual understanding and respect. The findings reveal that interpreters' application of these strategies significantly impacts the effectiveness of diplomatic communication, ultimately influencing negotiation outcomes. The study underscores the essential role of politeness in international relations and its implications for successful diplomatic engagements

    Get PDF
This qualitative study explores the impact of reading strategy instruction on improving test outcomes among middle school students at Harbin Qunli Jingwei Middle School, China. The study investigates how structured reading strategies, such as predicting, summarizing, questioning, and visualizing, influence students' reading comprehension and academic performance. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with teachers and students, along with classroom observations. The findings indicate that students who received explicit instruction in reading strategies demonstrated increased confidence, higher test scores, and better engagement with complex texts. Teachers who frequently implemented reading strategies observed greater student participation and improved test performance. However, challenges such as time constraints and limited teacher training in strategy-based instruction were also noted. The study suggests that integrating reading strategies into the curriculum, providing ongoing professional development for teachers, and fostering student autonomy in strategy use can significantly enhance test outcomes. The findings highlight the importance of reading strategy instruction in both academic achievement and overall literacy development

    Get PDF
The rapid evolution of emerging industries, characterized by digital transformation and new business paradigms, has created a pressing need to reform university employment guidance courses to better align with dynamic labor market demands. Traditional models often lack adaptability and fail to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge, resulting in a mismatch between graduate competencies and employer expectations. This study proposes and validates a collaborative education framework to reconstruct and optimize the employment guidance course model, emphasizing synergy between universities, enterprises, and policymakers. Through a multi-site controlled experiment involving 1,872 final-year undergraduates across three Chinese universities, we implemented a framework incorporating top-level policy design, school-enterprise cooperation, curriculum content optimization infused with emerging industry knowledge, diversified teaching methods (project-based learning, case analysis, hybrid online-offline approaches), and a multi-evaluation system combining traditional assessments with innovation metrics. Results demonstrate that experimental group students achieved a 28.7% increase in employability index compared to 9.3% in control groups (p<0.001), with particularly strong gains in adaptive competencies: cross-domain synthesis (=1.83vs.0.61), iterative prototyping (=2.15 vs.0.72), and stakeholder negotiation (=1.94 vs.0.55). Enterprise satisfaction ratings for experimental group interns were 2.4 times higher (7.9/10 vs. 3.3/10). The framework offers a scalable blueprint for higher education institutions seeking to modernize career guidance programs in an era of rapid technological and economic change
