On Chinese Children’s Acquisition of Motion Events
The motion events expressions in Chinese have been a controversial topic and few research on them from the developmental perspective. Therefore, based on the long-term tracking corpus of two Mandarin children SWK and WMX from their 13 months to 48 months, this paper studies the lexicalization of Chinese children’s motion events in the process of language acquisition to reveal the unique features in Chinese motion event expressions. Research revealed that at age 3, Chinese children began to express motion events primarily using the serial verb structure, that is, a manner verb + path verb pattern and children’s motion event expressions grew progressively more extensive with age. Chinese children follow the satellite-framed language pattern early on. The authentic language use in corpora and the features found based on them prove that Chinese is a satellite-framed language. The present study offers a new type of evidence for the typological properties of the language from the developmental perspective and could shed fresh insight on a thorny issue regarding the classification of Mandarin Chinese in motion events

Research on Green Barriers and Countermeasures for Chinese Materia Medica Entering ASEAN Countries under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative
China-ASEAN Free Trade Area is a huge economy covering 11 countries and 1.9 billion people, and has become the largest free trade area among developing countries. Because of the geographical proximity and cultural similarities between China and ASEAN, and the fact that most ASEAN countries have a high recognition of (Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and prefer to use traditional medicine to treat diseases, there is a large market demand for Chinese Materia Medica (CMM). China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has become an important market for CMM exports. However, ASEAN countries have different degrees of green barriers to CMM exports, mainly including technical trade barriers (TTBs) and non-technical trade barriers (NTBs), and these green barriers have caused a certain impact of the entry of CMM into ASEAN countries. This article proposes legal countermeasures for CMM exports to ASEAN countries to deal with green barriers in terms of Chinese government's diplomacy, trade policy, industrial structure, intellectual property protection, quality of CMM, as well as Chinese enterprises' internal management, dispute resolution, communication and cooperation, with a view to developing the market of CMM in ASEAN countries. In order to speed up the pace of "going out" of CMM.
The Survey on vaccination and infection of middle school students after the full liberalization of COVID-19
Objective To explore the situation of COVID-19 vaccination and infection among middle school students after the full liberalization of [the]COVID-19 restraciation, and to provide theoretical basis and support for health reflection after the epidemic. Methods On the basis of convenient sampling, A cluster sampling method was adopted. In February 2023, a survey was carried out among all the students in a town[A] level middle school in the southeast of Henan Province in China. Their general information, COVID-19 vaccination and infection data were obtained in the form of questionnaire stars. To explore the vaccination and infection of COVID-19 among middle scho[]ol students with different characteristics, and to conduct multifactor logistic regression analysis on the independent variables of different grades of middle school students, the length of sleep every day, daily exercise duration, whether they have underlying diseases, monthly families income , and the vaccination status as independen[independent ]t variables. and the dependent variables of infection such as those who have not been infected with COVID-19, who have been infected with COVID-19 once, who have been infected with COVID-19 twice, and who have symptoms but have not undergone nucleic acid testing. Results After the COVID-19 pandemic, there were 57 middle school students receiving the COVID-19 vaccine ≤1 dose, accounting for 4.54%. 794 people (63.32%) were inoculated with 2 doses; 403 patients received 3 doses, accounting for 32.14%. The number of people who were not infected was 413, accounting for 32.93%; The number of people who were infected for first-time was 697, accounting for 55.58%; 29 people were re-infected, accounting for 1.99%; There were 119 patients with unwell symptoms but no nucleic acid test, accounting for 9.49%.Through correlation test and multivariate logistic analysis, it was found that senior grades and underlying diseases were the possible factors that caused the infection and severity of COVID-19. Conclusion The overall vaccination of middle school students in the region is relatively good. Grade and whether there is a basic disease are related to whether they are infected with COVID-19, and whether there is a basic disease is related to reinfections. It is recommended to pay attention to the basic diseases of middle school students and maybe explore the opening of 12-year compulsory education in response to the severe infection situation in third grade. At the same time, we should carry out scientific, effective and dynamic closed-loop health management for middle school students
An Overview of Research on the Issue of Reference
This paper provides an overview of reference study, focusing on its definition, importance, methods, and current research trends both abroad and in China. Reference is a fundamental linguistic function that explains the relationship between words and the specific objects they name. The authors highlight the significance of reference in philosophy and linguistics and emphasize the need for further investigation, particularly considering the unique characteristics of Chinese characters. The paper discusses the importance of referential reviews in integrating research results, identifying trends and knowledge gaps, developing theories and concepts, providing practical guidance, and promoting interdisciplinary communication. The methods employed in referential study, including systematic search, data analysis, and interpretation, are described in detail. The current situation of reference study abroad is examined, with a focus on rising analysis on pragmatic reference, deeper research on mental reference, multi-dimensional research on reference mechanism, and relatively independent research on reference. The state of reference research in China is also explored, highlighting the introduction and interpretation of foreign reference theories, as well as the emergence of local referential thought. Finally, the paper suggests future directions for domestic referential study, such as incorporating new ideas from abroad, conducting corpus analysis, and modernizing and localizing referential theories in Chinese linguistic context
