Strategi Word Of Mouth Dalam Meningkatkan Jumlah Member Baru: Studi Etnografi Pada Member Alif Gym Makassar
Word of Mouth (WOM) strategies have become a key driver in increasing the number of new members at Alif Gym Makassar. This study uses an ethnographic approach to analyze how WOM is formed, practiced, and interpreted by the gym's member community. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with 10 active members, and social media content analysis. The results show that WOM at Alif Gym develops through four main mechanisms: (1) personal recommendations as an emotional bridge to reduce anxiety among prospective members, (2) visual practices such as social media posts as a form of social validation, (3) the role of informal opinion leaders in disseminating healthy lifestyle innovations, and (4) WOM as a symbol of solidarity and collective identity. These findings reinforce the theories of symbolic interactionism (Blumer, 1969) and diffusion of innovation (Rogers, 2003), by demonstrating that the power of WOM lies in the authenticity of experiences and the collective socio-cultural context of the Bugis-Makassar community. This study provides practical implications for the fitness industry to optimize community-based marketing strategies and interpersonal relationship
Pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio Dan Financing To Deposit Ratio Terhadap Return On Asset Pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk
This research aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Financing to Deposit Ratio on Return on Assets at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. The types of data used in this research are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source used in this research is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, and t test f test. The results of the multiple linear regression equation with the equation value Y = 0,434 + 0,008X1+ 0,005X2, coefficient of determination (R2) of 74,6% and correlation coefficient (r) of 0,864. Thus it can be concluded that simultaneously the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Financing to Deposit Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. Partially, the Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk and partially the Financing to Deposit Ratio have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk
Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Sikap Pengguna terhadap Teknologi Cashless pada Generasi Z Di Indonesia
This study aims to explore the factors that influence user attitudes towardscashless technology in Indonesia. The increasing adoption of cashless payment systemsis essential to understand the elements that shape positive user attitudes. This studyuses a quantitative approach, analyzing the influence of Perceived Usefulness,Perceived Ease of Use, Trust in Technology, and Perceived Risk on cashless userattitudes. The respondents in this study were 385 from generation Z. Data werecollected by providing a series of structured questions through a survey involvingrespondents who use cashless technology, and multiple linear regression analysis totest the proposed hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that perceived benefitsand ease of use have a significant positive impact on user attitudes, while the level oftrust and risk perception also have an effect, but with different complexities. Thesefindings provide insights for technology developers and stakeholders to design moreeffective strategies in increasing the adoption of cashless technology in society. Thisresearch is expected to contribute to the development of a more inclusive and efficientpayment ecosystem
Potensi Pengembangan Ekonomi Hijau Di Kabupaten Pangkajene Dan Kepulauan
This research aims to identify the potential for green economic development in Pangkajene and Islands Regency. The research method uses qualitative analysis. This research design was carried out by collecting primary and secondary data, data collection methods collected through various data sources in Pangkajene and Kepuluan Districts and in-depth interviews with several informants from the local community and stakeholders. Based on research results, Pangkajene and Islands Regency has significant green economic potential including marine tourism (ecotourism, beach and island tourism), sustainable fisheries (fish, shrimp, lobster), and organic farming (vegetables, fruit, medicinal plants) . Green economic development can improve community welfare and preserve the environment, such as increasing community income, creating employment opportunities, developing local industry, increasing contribution to district GDP, and reducing dependence on traditional sectors. Effective policies and strategies are needed to develop a green economy by developing green infrastructure, increasing public awareness, developing environmentally friendly technology, developing cooperation with related institutions, and developing green economic policies

The aim of this study is to identify the most dominant factor influencing customers' purchasing decisions regarding the BNI TAPENAS product at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, KCP Puri Kencana Makassar. This research involved a sample of 100 customer respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the analysis of 15 factors, five core factors were identified: (1) the savings facility factor, which emerged as the most influential factor; (2) the social status factor, ranked as the second most significant; (3) the bank condition factor, ranked third; (4) the psychological factor, ranked fourth; and (5) the cultural factor, ranked fifth
Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Reward Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Objek Wisata Pantai Woongrame Desa Kota Pari Pantai Cerrmin Serdang Bedagai
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work experience, work environmentand rewards on employee performance. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptiveapproach. The population in this study were all employees of the Woongrame Beach Tourism ObjectManagement. While the sample in this study was the entire population, which was 57 samples. The datacollection technique used was by conducting a survey and distributing questionnaires to respondents.The data analysis technique used was Statistical Data Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, MultipleLinear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test "t" test and F test andDetermination Coefficient Test (R2), which were processed using the SPSS program. The results of thestudy indicate that partially the work experience variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect onthe employee performance variable. The work environment variable (X2) also has a positive andsignificant effect on the employee performance variable. Likewise, the reward variable (X3) has apositive and significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously it also shows that theindependent variables (Work Experience, Work Environment and Reward) have a positive andsignificant effect on the dependent variable (Employee Performance), with a determination coefficientvalue of 97.6%
Pengaruh Suasana Cafe, Fasilitas dan Varian Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Cafe Segelas Kopi Kota Palopo
This study aims to analyze the influence of cafe atmosphere, facilities, and product variety on purchasing decisions at Cafe Segelas Kopi in Palopo City. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition in the culinary business, particularly cafes, which requires business owners to pay more attention to aspects such as ambiance, facility comfort, and product diversity to attract consumer interest. This research employed a quantitative approach with data collection techniques including questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The sample consisted of 30 respondents, determined using incidental sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results showed that the cafe atmosphere, facilities, and product variety simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, partially, the variables of café atmosphere and product variants had a positive influence on purchasing decisions, while the variable of facilities did not. This finding emphasizes the importance of managing a comfortable atmosphere, providing adequate facilities, and attractive product variants in increasing customer appeal and loyalty at Cafe Tengkorak Kopi, Palopo City
Penggunaan Model UTAUT Dalam Menganalisis Minat Masyarakat Menggunakan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) Sebagai Alat Pembayaran Digital
Quick Response Code Indonesia (QRIS), is a form of integration of various types of QR originating from various PJSP (Payment System Service Providers) with the application of the QR Code developed by Bank Indonesia in collaboration with the Indonesian Payment System Association. The application of this payment method aims to integrate all non-cash transactions in Indonesia. QRIS can be used in all payment applications owned by PJSP both bank and non-bank types. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Merchant interest in using QRIS as a digital payment tool based on factors in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. UTAUT can help in understanding user behavior related to the acceptance and use of mobile applications or e-commerce platforms. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The respondents in this study were QRIS merchants. To analyze the data, the authors used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the performance expectation variable (X1), the business expectation variable (X2), social influence (X3) and facilitating conditions (X4) have a positive effect on Merchant interest in using QRIS as a digital payment tool. The variable that has the most dominant effect is the business expectation variable (X2).
 
Pengaruh Profabilitas, Solvabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) terhadap Audit Delay
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan ukuran Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) terhadap audit delay pada perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021–2023. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan atau laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan melalui situs resmi BEI. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen dan audit delay sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran KAP tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap audit delay. Sementara itu, variabel solvabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap audit delay. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat solvabilitas dan semakin besar ukuran perusahaan, maka semakin besar kemungkinan terjadinya keterlambatan dalam penyampaian laporan keuangan yang telah diaudit
Peran Sosialisasi Perpajakan dalam Memoderasi Determinan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Progresif Kendaraan Bermotor pada Kantor SAMSAT Wilayah I Makassar
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak progresif kendaraan bermotor dan sosialisasi perpajakan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam studi kasus pada Kantor Samsat Wilayah I Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling atau random sampling yakni pengambilan data secara acak, terdapat 101 responden dalam penelitian ini. Untuk mengetahui dampak dari masing-masing variabel, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemahaman wajib pajak, tarif pajak, kualitas pelayanan, dan sanksi pajak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak progresif. Adapun variabel sosialisasi perpajakan hanya dapat memoderasi pengaruh antara variabel pemahaman wajib pajak dan tarif pajak, sedangkan pada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak progresif belum dapat dimoderasi oleh sosialisasi perpajakan
